L'invention concerne un dispositif tridimensionnel de stockage et de transfert pratique et rapide de déchets de terres rares, comprenant une base en béton (1), dans lequel des poutres de support (2) coulées avec du béton armé sont respectivement fixées transversalement aux deux côtés de la surface d'extrémité supérieure de la base en béton (1) ; une pluralité de poutres de fixation (3) sont fixées transversalement à la base en béton (1) entre les deux poutres de support (2) ; des cornières (4) sont respectivement transversalement et intégralement versées sur les côtés des surfaces d'extrémité supérieures des deux poutres de support (2) proches des poutres de fixation (3) et sur les deux côtés des surfaces d'extrémité supérieures des poutres de fixation (3) ; une pluralité de boîtes de placement II (6) sont placées de manière régulière sur la base en béton (1) entre les poutres de support (2) et les poutres de fixation (3) et entre deux poutres de fixation adjacentes (3) ; chaque boîte de placement II (6) comprend une plaque inférieure II (601) et une plaque déflectrice II (602) ; une pluralité de boîtes de placement I (5) sont placées entre les deux cornières (4) disposées en regard l'une de l'autre au-dessus de la base en béton (1) ; chaque boîte de placement I (5) comprend une plaque inférieure I (501) et une plaque déflectrice I (503) ; et une pluralité de blocs de limitation (7) facilitant un chariot élévateur à fourche lors de l'exécution du transport sont fixés sur les côtés avant et les côtés arrière des surfaces d'extrémité inférieure de la plaque inférieure I (501) et de la plaque inférieure II (601).
