本公开涉及冰箱冷柜技术领域,特别是涉及一种冷柜。
背景技术
玻璃门体冷柜作为一种高端卧柜产品,不同客户对门体有不一样的需求,而在不大幅度增加成本的同时,开发该类产品的多功能性,能够有效提高其在玻璃门体冷柜产品中的竞争力。
发明内容
本公开一些实施例提供了一种冷柜,其包括:
箱体,其设有顶部开口的冷冻室,且所述箱体的前侧顶部开设有锁钩孔;及
门体,其转动连接于所述箱体的顶部,所述门体用于打开或关闭所述冷冻室;其中,所述门体包括:
玻璃面板;
门框组件,其包括分别连接于所述玻璃面板的前、后两侧的前边框和后边框,所述后边框与所述箱体转动相连,所述前边框的前侧面设有锁具安装孔,所述前边框上还开设有让位槽,所述让位槽与所述锁具安装孔连通并贯穿于所述前边框的底部;及
锁组件,其包括锁盖、锁盒及锁芯,所述锁盖设于所述锁具安装孔内,所述锁盖上开设有定位孔,所述锁芯的前端外周设有限位凸块,且所述锁芯的外周位于所述限位凸块的后方设有环形安装槽,所述锁芯从前至后穿过所述定位孔,所述限位凸块的后端面与所述锁盖的前侧面相抵接,所述环形安装槽内套设有弹性压片,且所述弹性压片与所述锁盖相连,以限制所述锁芯沿其轴向的移动,所述锁芯的前侧设有插槽,所述锁芯上还安装有锁钩,所述锁钩的底端从所述让位槽中伸出并与所述锁钩孔配合卡接,所述锁盒罩设 于所述锁芯的外周。

如图1-图10所示,本公开实施例提供的一种冷柜,其包括箱体(附图中未示出)及门体1,箱体设有顶部开口的冷冻室,门体1转动连接于箱体的顶部,门体1用于打开或关闭冷冻室。
具体地,在箱体的前侧部开设有锁钩孔(附图中未具体示出),门体1包括玻璃面板11及门框组件12,门框组件12包括分别连接于玻璃面板11的前、后两侧的前边框121和后边框122,后边框122用于与箱体转动相连,在前边框121的前侧面设有锁具安装孔1212,锁具安装孔1212内设有锁组件13,前边框121上还开设有让位槽1213,让位槽1213与锁具安装孔1212连通并贯穿于前边框121的底部,具体如图3所示;另外,如图5-图8所示,锁组件13包括锁盖131、锁盒132及锁芯133,锁盖131设于锁具安装孔1212内,锁盖131上开设有定位孔1311,锁芯133的前端外周设有限位凸块1333,且锁芯的外周位于限位凸块1333的后方设有环形安装槽1332,锁芯133从前至后穿过定位孔1311,限位凸块1333的后端面与锁盖131的前侧面相抵接,环形安装槽1332内套设有弹性压片134,且弹性压片134与锁盖131相连,以限制锁芯133沿其轴向的移动,从而将锁芯133转动连接于锁盖131上;锁芯133的前侧设有插槽1334,锁芯133上还安装有锁钩1331,锁钩1331的底端从让位槽1213中伸出并与锁钩孔配合卡接,锁盒131罩设于锁芯133的外周与锁盖131或者前边框121相连,当将钥匙从插槽1334中插入锁芯133时,转动钥匙能够带动锁芯133转动,进而带动锁钩1331转动,从而使得锁钩1331与箱体上的锁钩孔接合或者分离,从而实现门体1与箱体之间的锁合或开锁。
基于上述技术方案,能够满足客户对于冷柜的门体1带锁的需求,从而使得玻璃门冷柜产品集成上锁功能,且通过弹性压片134将锁芯133转动安装于锁盖131上,锁组件13结构简单、拆装简单,并在锁芯133的后端罩设有锁盒132,能够有效防止门体1发泡时发生泄漏,因此锁组件13的增加不会对门体1本身装配及制造造成影响,能够有效提高其在玻璃门体冷柜产品中的竞争力。
如图8所示,在锁盖131的内侧面上开设有压片安装槽1313,且在压片安装槽1313的上、下位置处分别设有与弹性压片134相抵接的限位板1312,能够防止弹性压片134转动。
如图5所示,锁盖131上开设有与前边框121卡接相连的卡扣1314,便于安装及拆卸。
示例性地,锁盒132与锁盖131之间也采用卡接相连,同样便于安装及拆装;另外,在锁盒132与前边框121之间的间隙用胶带密封(附图中未具体示出),防止发泡时漏料。
进一步地,为了提高外观品质,限位凸块1333呈环状,锁盖131的前侧面上沿定位孔1311的边缘处开设有环形容纳槽1315,限位凸块1333设于环形容纳槽1315内,且锁芯133的前侧面与锁盖131的前侧面保持平齐。
同样为了保证外观需求,锁盖131的前侧面与前边框121的前侧面也保持平齐。
示例性地,本实施例中,锁钩1331与锁芯133之间采用螺钉135相连,具体可参阅附图5及图6所示。
更进一步地,本实施例中的前边框121及后边框122均为挤出成型件。由于采用前边框121和后边框122为挤出成型结构,客户可根据需求随意更改材质、颜色和形状,基本上不产生或者产生很少的模具费用,能够大幅度降低外观更改成本。
另外,本实施例中,为了保证前、后边框的强度要求,沿前边框121或者后边框122的横截面观察,其内部设有若干腔室1211,这些腔室1211能够有效增加边框强度,具体如图3所示;另外,需要注意的是,两端部将腔室1211去除,便于安装和发泡时泡料的填充。
另外,本实施例中,在前边框121的前侧面通过挤出凹陷部1214以作为门体1拉手结构,具体如图1及图4所示。
示例性地,如图9所示,后边框122的两端对称开设有铰链安装孔1221,用于安装铰链结构,从而与箱体转动相连。
根据图1和图2所示,门框组件12还包括分别连接于玻璃面板11的左、右两侧的左边框123和右边框124,左边框123及右边框124为注塑件;其中,左、后、右、前边框首尾顺次相连,形成环绕玻璃面板11边缘的框形结构。具体地,本实施例中的左/右边框的结构如图10所示,在与前边框121或后边框122的连接端面处设有与前边框121或后边框122的腔型相匹配的定位筋,安装时起导向和定位作用,同时设计卡口与前边框121或者后边框122连接,防止外观闪缝。
本实施例中,由于玻璃面板11较重,为了达到较好的支撑效果,防止发生变形,在前边框121内及后边框122内均安装有金属加强件14,具体如图2所示。
进一步地,继续参阅附图2所示,冷柜还包括门内胆15及门封17,门内胆15安装于玻璃面板11的内侧,门内胆15上安装有灯组件16,相对应地,在后边框122上开设有供连接灯组件16的电线穿过的灯线孔1222,门封17沿门内胆的内侧边缘设置。
综上,本实施例中的冷柜中,通过在门框组件的前边框上设有锁组件,能够在玻璃冷柜产品中集成带锁功能,且锁组件包括锁盖、锁盒及锁芯,锁芯通过其上的环形凸起及外部套设的弹性压片转动安装于锁盖的定位孔内,不仅结构简单且拆装方便,另外锁盒罩设于锁芯的后端便于门体发泡,实用性强,能够有效提高其在玻璃门体冷柜产品中的竞争力。
进一步地,本实施例中冷柜的门体结构,门框组件的前、后边框均采用挤出成型,可根据客户的具体需求更改材质、颜色及形状,而不会产生过多的模具费用,能够大幅度降低外观更改成本。

    门框组件,其包括分别连接于所述玻璃面板的前、后两侧的前边框和后边框,所述后边框与所述箱体转动相连,所述前边框的前侧面设有锁具安装孔,所述前边框上还开设有让位槽,所述让位槽与所述锁具安装孔连通并贯穿于所述前边框的底部;及
    锁组件,其包括锁盖、锁盒及锁芯,所述锁盖设于所述锁具安装孔内,所述锁盖上开设有定位孔,所述锁芯的前端外周设有限位凸块,且所述锁芯的外周位于所述限位凸块的后方设有环形安装槽,所述锁芯从前至后穿过所述定位孔,所述限位凸块的后端面与所述锁盖的前侧面相抵接,所述环形安装槽内套设有弹性压片,且所述弹性压片与所述锁盖相连,以限制所述锁芯沿其轴向的移动,所述锁芯的前侧设有插槽,所述锁芯上还安装有锁钩,所述锁钩的底端从所述让位槽中伸出并与所述锁钩孔配合卡接,所述锁盒罩设于所述锁芯的外周。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述锁盖与所述前边框之间采用卡接相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述锁盒与所述锁盖之间均采用卡接相连,且所述锁盒与所述前边框之间的空隙处设有密封胶。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述限位凸块呈环状,所述锁盖的前侧面上沿所述定位孔的边缘处开设有环形容纳槽,所述限位凸块设于所述环形容纳槽内,且所述锁芯的前侧面与所述锁盖的前侧面保持平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述前边框及所述后边框均为挤出成型件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述前边框及所述后边框的横截面中均包括若干封闭的腔室。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述前边框的前侧面设有凹陷部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述门框组件还包括分别连接于所述玻璃面板的左、右两侧的左边框和右边框,所述左边框及所述右边框为注塑件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述前边框内及所述后边框内均安装有金属加强件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于,所述门体还包括:
    门内胆,其安装于所述玻璃面板的内侧,所述门内胆上安装有灯组件;及
    门封,其沿所述门内胆的内侧边缘设置。
