本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明为一种沼气生产装置,向储料筒2内装入原料,启动第一电机7,带动第一输送杆4转动,原料经过连续螺旋叶片5的运输进入沼气罐主体1内,连续螺旋叶片5运输过程中,不连续螺旋叶片6可进一步对原料进行破碎,以便于微生物进行分解,利用盖板18封闭沼气罐主体1,且盖板18与沼气罐主体1之间设置有橡胶板19,启动气泵24,抽取吸盘23内的空气,利用吸盘23使盖板18与沼气罐主体1紧密贴合,环形挡板16嵌入环形槽20内,环形槽20内的密封圈21进一步提升气密性,沼气罐主体1密封性好,不影响厌氧菌的活动,按照需要向金属管12内通入冷水或热水,利用与温度探头14相连的显示器8得知内部温度,保证沼气罐主体1处于最佳温度,提高沼气生产速率,沼气通过出气管9排出收集,启动第二电机26,带动搅拌轮27转动,沼气罐主体1内壁的结壳由与搅拌轮27相连的刮板28刮下,易于清理,启动第三电机31,带动第二输送杆30转动,利用第二输送杆30将出渣口29内的残渣排出,保证出渣口29的畅通,提高排渣速度。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种沼气生产装置,包括沼气罐主体(1)、储料筒(2)、输送管(3)、第一输送杆(4)、连续螺旋叶片(5)、不连续螺旋叶片(6)、第一电机(7)、显示器(8)、出气管(9)、保温层(10)、控温层(11)、金属管(12)、顶板(13)、温度探头(14)、检查口(15)、环形挡板(16)、密封槽(17)、盖板(18)、橡胶板(19)、环形槽(20)、密封圈(21)、凹槽(22)、吸盘(23)、气泵(24)、搅拌杆(25)、第二电机(26)、搅拌轮(27)、刮板(28)、出渣口(29)、第二输送杆(30)和第三电机(31),其特征在于:所述沼气罐主体(1)一侧设置有储料筒(2),所述储料筒(2)通过输送管(3)与沼气罐主体(1)相连,所述输送管(3)内部设置有第一输送杆(4),所述第一输送杆(4)上部与下部均设置有连续螺旋叶片(5),所述连续螺旋叶片(5)之间设置有不连续螺旋叶片(6),所述第一输送杆(4)底端连接有第一电机(7),所述沼气罐主体(1)正面中部设置有显示器(8),所述显示器(8)上方设置有出气管(9),所述沼气罐主体(1)内部设置有保温层(10),所述保温层(10)一侧设置有控温层(11),所述控温层(11)内部设置有金属管(12),所述沼气罐主体(1)顶端安装有顶板(13),所述顶板(13)底面一侧安装有温度探头(14),所述顶板(13)顶面中部开设有检查口(15),所述检查口(15)上部安装有环形挡板(16),所述环形挡板(16)顶面开设有密封槽(17),所述检查口(15)上方设置有盖板(18),所述盖板(18)底端设置有橡胶板(19),所述橡胶板(19)底面开设有环形槽(20),所述环形槽(20)内部镶嵌有密封圈(21),所述橡胶板(19)底面两侧均开设有凹槽(22),所述凹槽(22)内部设置有吸盘(23),所述盖板(18)顶面一侧安装有气泵(24),所述气泵(24)通过管道与吸盘(23)相连,所述盖板(18)顶面贯穿哟有搅拌杆(25),搅拌杆(25)顶端连接有第二电机(26),且搅拌杆(25)底部焊接有搅拌轮(27),所述搅拌轮(27)一端焊接有刮板(28),沼气罐主体(1)侧面下部设置有出渣口(29),所述出渣口(29)内部设置有第二输送杆(30),所述第二输送杆(30)一端连接有第三电机(31),所述第一电机(7)、显示器(8)、温度探头(14)、第二电机(26)和第三电机(31)均与外部电源电性相连,所述显示器(8)与温度探头(14)电性相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述储料筒(2)横截面为漏斗形,且储料筒(2)底部设置有支撑架。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述出气管(9)通过管道与储气罐相连,且出气管(9)一侧设置有阀门。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述金属管(12)一端连接有水泵,水泵与外部电源电性相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述环形挡板(16)直径与环形槽(20)直径相同,且环形挡板(16)厚度小于环形槽(20)宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述第二电机(26)下方设置有电机支架,电机支架与盖板(18)通过螺钉相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沼气生产装置,其特征在于,所述第二输送杆(30)侧面设置有连续螺旋叶片(5),所述出渣口(29)下部设置有阀门。
