Claims (20)
- 一种井筒分段作业方法,包括如下步骤:在对井眼进行第一通井操作后下入管柱,其中,所述管柱沿自下而上的方向依次包括浮箍、胶塞座、趾端滑套以及压裂滑套;进行固井操作,使得泵送到所述管柱的内腔中的水泥浆通过所述胶塞座和浮箍进入到所述管柱与井眼之间的环空并形成水泥环,所述水泥环使所述趾端滑套和所述压裂滑套彼此隔离;进行第二通井操作,用于确保所述管柱的趾端滑套露出;进行管柱试压;以及进行分段压裂施工。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进行固井操作的步骤包括:向所述管柱内泵送前置液,所述前置液通过所述胶塞座和浮箍进入所述管柱与井眼之间的环空以进行清洗;泵送水泥浆,使得所述水泥浆通过所述胶塞座和浮箍进入到所述管柱与井眼之间的环空内;投入胶塞并泵送顶替液,促动所述胶塞下移直至与所述胶塞座碰压;关井憋压,候凝。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述前置液的泵送量选择成使得在所述环空内形成长度为200-300米的液段。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水泥浆的泵送量选择成使得水泥浆返高位于所述压裂滑套之上至少200m。
- 根据权利要求2到4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关井憋压的选择成比液柱压差值高3-5MPa。
- 根据权利要求2到5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进行第二通井作业的步骤包括:探塞操作,用于确定胶塞位置;以及判断所述胶塞位置是否位于所述趾端滑套的上方,如果是,则还进行扫塞操作。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述探塞操作利用连续油管连接探塞管串来进行,其中,所述连续油管的外径尺寸比所述管柱的内径尺寸小20-30mm,所述探塞管串的最大外径尺寸比所述管柱的内径小3-5mm,所述连续油管的下入速度为10-20m/min。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,如果在所述连续油管的下入过程中在某一位置处遇阻,则加压重复进行多次,如果遇阻位置不变,则所述遇阻位置为胶塞位置。
- 根据权利要求6到8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述扫塞操作利用连续油管连接扫塞管串来进行,其中,所述扫塞管串的最大外径比所述管柱的内径小6-8mm。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述扫塞操作中,钻塞至所述趾端滑套的底端面之下10-20m。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,通过泵入扫塞工作液并通过所述扫塞管串来驱动钻头以进行钻塞,其中,所述扫塞工作液的泵送排量为300-500L/min。
- 根据权利要求6到11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述扫塞操作之后还进行替换管柱内的扫塞工作液的操作。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述管柱内下入连续油管到胶塞处后上提,泵入建井工作液以替换管柱内的扫塞工作液。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,泵送建井工作液的泵送压力值阶梯式递减。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建井工作液是能作用于所述管柱的滑套的反应液,其中在泵入所述建井工作液之前先泵入隔离液。
- 一种适用于根据权利要求1到15中任一项所述的井筒分段作业方法的胶塞,包括:胶塞芯,其包括插入头、主体和连接尾,其中在所述插入头的外壁上设置有环形的安装槽;套设在所述连接尾的外壁上的皮碗;以及设置在所述安装槽处的锁定件。
- 根据权利要求16所述的胶塞,其特征在于,所述安装槽包括紧邻于所述胶塞芯的主体的第一直线段,以及与所述第一直线段相邻的第一斜面段,其中, 所述第一斜面段构造成使得所述胶塞芯的插入头的外径逐渐增加;所述锁定件构造为C型棘齿环,所述C型棘齿环的内壁面包括处于上部的用于与所述第一直线段形成配合的第一直线对应段,以及处于下部的用于与所述第一斜面段形成配合第一斜面对应段;其中,所述C型棘齿环的上端面与所述胶塞芯的主体的下端面相抵接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的胶塞,其特征在于,所述胶塞芯的插入头包括与所述第一斜面段相连的第二直线段、与所述第二直线段相连的第二斜面段,以及与所述第二斜面段相连的导入段,其中,所述第二斜面段使得所述插入头在从上到下的方向上外径逐渐减小,并且所述导入段构造为球面。
- 根据权利要求16到18中任一项所述的胶塞,其特征在于,在所述胶塞芯的主体的外壁上设置有朝上的第一台阶面、朝下的第二台阶面和用于安装密封圈的密封槽,其中,所述第二台阶面位于所述第一台阶面之下,所述密封槽设置在所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面之间。
- 根据权利要求16到19中任一项所述的胶塞,其特征在于,在所述胶塞芯的主体的上端设置有外径尺寸相对增加的过渡段,并且所述皮碗的主体的外径与所述过渡段的外径相同。
