Claims (15)
- 一种双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,包括:扩张球囊组件,包括扩张球囊、外导管、充液腔体,所述充液腔体具有一充液腔室,所述扩张球囊通过所述外导管与所述充液腔室连通;冷冻球囊组件,包括冷冻球囊、内导管、分流腔体、进气管和充气组件,所述冷冻球囊位于所述扩张球囊内,所述内导管位于所述外导管内,所述分流腔体具有一回气腔,所述冷冻球囊通过所述内导管与所述回气腔连通;所述分流腔体还设有回气通道、充液通道、旋塞腔,所述回气通道一端与所述回气腔连通,另一端与所述旋塞腔连通;所述充液通道一端与所述旋塞腔连通,另一端与所述充液腔室连通;所述旋塞腔上还连通有一回气接头,所述旋塞腔内设有一用于实现所述回气通道与所述回气接头之间的通断、所述回气接头与所述充液通道之间的通断、所述回气通道与所述充液通道之间的通断的调节结构;所述分流腔体上还设置有进气腔,所述进气管穿设在所述冷冻球囊、内导管、分流腔体内,且所述进气管一端位于所述冷冻球囊内,另一端与所述进气腔连通;所述进气腔还与所述充气组件连通,所述充气组件通过所述进气腔、所述进气管向所述冷冻球囊内输入制冷剂气体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述充液腔体设置在所述分流腔体朝向所述内导管的一端上,所述分流腔体朝向所述内导管的一端上设置有所述回气腔,所述内导管伸出所述外导管后穿过所述充液腔室后与所述回气腔连通。
- 根据权利要求2所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述进气腔设置在所述分流腔体背向所述内导管的一端上,所述进气腔与所述回气腔之间设置有进气孔,所述进气管的另一端伸出内导管后依次穿过所述充液腔室、所述回气腔后密封连接到所述进气孔内。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述进气管位于所述冷冻球囊内的一端连接有螺旋进气管,所述螺旋进气管上布置有出气孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述螺旋进气管上沿其轴向和径向均布有多个所述出气孔。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述充气组件包括气瓶和气瓶开启部件,所述气瓶通过所述气瓶开启部件连接到所述进气腔上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述气瓶开启部件包括有阀主体、中空顶针、推杆组件,所述阀主体一端连接所述进气腔、另一端连接所述气瓶的瓶嘴;所述中空顶针可移动的安装在所述阀主体内,其一端位于所述进气腔内,另一端抵在所述瓶嘴内的密封机构上,所述推杆组件一端连接所述中空顶针,并可带动所述中空顶针轴心移动顶开所述密封机构伸进所述气瓶内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述充气组件通过壳体组件安装在所述分流腔体上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括径向对称包覆在所述充气组件上的左半壳体和右半壳体,以及罩设在所述充气组件背向分流腔体上的后盖;所述左半壳体和右半壳体的一端连接到所述分流腔体上,所述后盖连接到所述左半壳体和右半壳体的另一端上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述左半壳体和右半壳体内侧壁上设置有卡在所述气瓶开启部件上的限位板。
- 根据权利要求9所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述后盖上设有排气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述调节结构为一三通旋塞阀,旋转所述三通旋塞阀实现所述回气通道与所述回气接头之间的通断、所述回气接头与所述充液通道之间的通断;
- 根据权利要求12所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述旋塞柱上还连接有一用于带动所述旋塞柱转动的手柄,且所述手柄上设置有指示所述回气通道与所述回气接头之间连通、所述回气接头与所述充液通道之间连通、所述回气通道与所述充液通道连通的指示标志。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,所述分流腔体上还设有一泄压通道,所述泄压通道一端与所述回气腔连通,另一端与延伸出所述分流腔体,且另一端上设置有安全阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双层冷冻扩张球囊,其特征在于,还包括导丝管,穿设在所述冷冻球囊、内导管、充液腔室、回气腔内;所述导丝管的一端伸进所述冷冻球囊内,并同时连接所述冷冻球囊、所述扩张球囊的前端,所述导丝管的另一端自所述分流腔体上的导丝孔引出。
