一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣片烘干技术领域,具体涉及一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置。
背景技术
洗衣片是采用德国纳米超浓缩技术研制而成的一种多功能生态洗涤新产品,通过了中国环境科学学会组织的环境效益评价及技术成果鉴定,这项获得国家发明专利的产品,与传统方式相比,大大提高了产品的去污能力 ,无磷,无添加,不伤手,洗衣片遇水后即可迅速分解溶化,释放纳米级洁净小分子,更深层更彻底地净化沉积在衣服上的顽渍。
现有的洗衣片在烘干的时候,湿涂料和干涂料在加工过程中掉落的残渣混搅在一起,不利于分类回收后快速使用,降低了处理效率,其次,常见的烘筒内部大多是蒸汽直接接触筒壁,其所需的蒸汽量较大,极大的提高了烘干的成本。
技术问题
(一)要解决的技术问题。
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,解决现有洗衣片在烘干的时候,湿涂料和干涂料在加工过程中掉落的残渣混搅在一起,不利于分类回收后快速使用,降低了处理效率,其次,常见的烘筒内部大多是蒸汽直接接触筒壁,其所需的蒸汽量较大,极大的提高了烘干的成本的问题。
技术解决方案
(二)技术方案。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:本发明提出了一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,包括支撑架和涂料回收槽,所述支撑架之间通过轴件滚动连接有烘筒,所述烘筒一侧壁上插接有蒸汽进入结构,所述烘筒正下方一侧与所述支撑架通过螺栓固定有残渣回收网板,所述烘筒正下方另一侧与所述支撑架通过螺栓固定有所述涂料回收槽,所述残渣回收网板与所述涂料回收槽之间卡压有隔板。
进一步的,所述蒸汽进入结构内部插接有蒸汽管道,所述蒸汽进入管道外围嵌套有电磁压力阀。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述电磁压力阀用来管控所述蒸汽管道的流通与关闭。
进一步的,所述烘筒一侧与所述支撑架通过螺栓固定有涂料槽,所述涂料槽内滚动连接有涂料辊,所述涂料辊与所述烘筒搭接。
进一步的,所述烘筒内部焊接有中心柱,所述中心柱外围壁上焊接有导热杆,所述导热杆一侧与所述烘筒通过螺栓固定有温度传感器。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述温度传感器用来检测所述烘筒内壁的温度,并通过所述电磁压力阀来调节蒸汽的流量。
进一步的,所述支撑架顶部靠近所述烘筒一侧通过螺栓固定有转接棍,所述转接棍下方一侧与所述支撑架焊接有刮刀,所述刮刀与所述烘筒搭接。
进一步的,所述烘筒另一侧通过轴件滚动连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机上方一侧电连接有电气控制箱。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述电气控制箱与装置上的传感器和用电设备的控制端连通。
有益效果
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果。
1、为解决现有洗衣片在烘干的时候,湿涂料和干涂料在加工过程中掉落的残渣混搅在一起,不利于分类回收后快速使用,降低了处理效率的问题,本发明通过设置残渣回收网板、涂料回收槽以及隔板,可对残渣和涂料进行分类回收,以便于快速二次使用回收的涂料,省去了处理的工作。
2、为解决现有常见的烘筒内部大多是蒸汽直接接触筒壁,其所需的蒸汽量较大,极大的提高了烘干的成本的问题,本发明通过设置中心柱和导热杆,将传统的蒸汽直接灌入烘筒加热的方式,细化为多个导热结构接触,提高了蒸汽了利用效率,降低了蒸汽的使用量,进而节省了成本。

如图1-图5所示,本实施例中的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,包括支撑架1和涂料回收槽17,支撑架1之间通过轴件滚动连接有烘筒4,烘筒4一侧壁上插接有蒸汽进入结构3,烘筒4正下方一侧与支撑架1通过螺栓固定有残渣回收网板16,烘筒4正下方另一侧与支撑架1通过螺栓固定有涂料回收槽17,残渣回收网板16与涂料回收槽17之间卡压有隔板18。
蒸汽进入结构3内部插接有蒸汽管道5,蒸汽进入管道外围嵌套有电磁压力阀6,电磁压力阀6用来管控蒸汽管道5的流通与关闭。
烘筒4一侧与支撑架1通过螺栓固定有涂料槽12,涂料槽12内滚动连接有涂料辊14,涂料辊14与烘筒4搭接。
烘筒4内部焊接有中心柱7,中心柱7外围壁上焊接有导热杆8,导热杆8一侧与烘筒4通过螺栓固定有温度传感器15,温度传感器15用来检测烘筒4内壁的温度,并通过电磁压力阀6来调节蒸汽的流量,在烘筒4表面局部温度过高时,电磁压力阀6调节蒸汽压力,相反则调大,中心柱7位真空管道结构,导热杆8的一端为腔体结构,与烘筒4的内壁贴齐。
支撑架1顶部靠近烘筒4一侧通过螺栓固定有转接棍9,转接棍9下方一侧与支撑架1焊接有刮刀13,刮刀13与烘筒4搭接。
烘筒4另一侧通过轴件滚动连接有驱动电机11,驱动电机11上方一侧电连接有电气控制箱10,电气控制箱10与装置上的传感器和用电设备的控制端连通。
本实施例的具体实施过程如下:首先将装置通过电气控制箱10接通电源,然后在涂料槽12内装满涂料,紧接着将外部的高温高压蒸汽源通过蒸汽进入结构3通入到烘筒4内的中心柱7中,并分流至各个导热杆8中,导热杆8端头为与烘筒4内壁紧贴的导热腔体,腔体经过高温高压蒸汽加热后给烘筒4的不锈钢内壁导热,最后传递至外部壁上,进而相较于传统装置将蒸汽直接灌入烘筒4加热的方式,细化为多个导热结构接触,提高了蒸汽了利用效率,降低了蒸汽的使用量,进而节省了成本,带烘筒4预热完毕后,通过电气控制箱10启动驱动电机11带动烘筒4转动,涂料辊14上的涂料涂抹在烘筒4上,在高温下烘干定型,然后被刮刀13刮取端头,引入到收料辊2上,收料辊2由外部驱动装置带动进行回收,此过程中,刮刀13在刮取定型洗衣片时,会有其他干结的涂料下落,回收至残渣回收网板16中,另一端低落的涂料由涂料回收槽17回收,中间有隔板18隔开,避免相互污染,达到分类回收的目的,以便于快速二次使用回收的涂料,省去了处理的工作。

  1. 一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:包括支撑架(1)和涂料回收槽(17),所述支撑架(1)之间通过轴件滚动连接有烘筒(4),所述烘筒(4)一侧壁上插接有蒸汽进入结构(3),所述烘筒(4)正下方一侧与所述支撑架(1)通过螺栓固定有残渣回收网板(16),所述烘筒(4)正下方另一侧与所述支撑架(1)通过螺栓固定有所述涂料回收槽(17),所述残渣回收网板(16)与所述涂料回收槽(17)之间卡压有隔板(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述蒸汽进入结构(3)内部插接有蒸汽管道(5),所述蒸汽进入管道外围嵌套有电磁压力阀(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述烘筒(4)一侧与所述支撑架(1)通过螺栓固定有涂料槽(12),所述涂料槽(12)内滚动连接有涂料辊(14),所述涂料辊(14)与所述烘筒(4)搭接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述烘筒(4)内部焊接有中心柱(7),所述中心柱(7)外围壁上焊接有导热杆(8),所述导热杆(8)一侧与所述烘筒(4)通过螺栓固定有温度传感器(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架(1)顶部靠近所述烘筒(4)一侧通过螺栓固定有转接棍(9),所述转接棍(9)下方一侧与所述支撑架(1)焊接有刮刀(13),所述刮刀(13)与所述烘筒(4)搭接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣片生产用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述烘筒(4)另一侧通过轴件滚动连接有驱动电机(11),所述驱动电机(11)上方一侧电连接有电气控制箱(10)。
