技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能头戴设备、收纳盒和智能头戴设备组件。
背景技术
近年来,随着科技的进步,智能穿戴设备不断发展,而作为智能穿戴设备的智能头戴设备也越来越流行,尤其是智能眼镜产品越来越受到消费者的青睐。现如今,智能眼镜的功能也越来越丰富,其设计呈现出多样化的趋势,可以实现蓝牙通话、音乐播放、运动记录、拍照等功能。目前的智能眼镜的外形都类似于普通的眼镜,具有固定设置的两个镜框及两个镜腿,整个智能眼镜的尺寸较大、收纳及携带很不方便。并且现有技术中的智能眼镜在充电状态下就无法配戴使用,在佩戴使用时便无法进行充电,这大大降低了用户使用智能眼镜的体验感。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种智能头戴设备、收纳盒和智能头戴设备组件,以解决现有技术中的智能头戴设备无法兼顾充电状态及使用状态的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种智能头戴设备,包括第一子目镜、第二子目镜以及鼻托,其中,

本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
在本发明实施例提供的智能头戴设备中,通过将第一镜框及第二镜框分别与鼻托进行可拆卸连接,可以根据需要将第一镜框与第二镜框进行分离,分离后第一子目镜与鼻托构成第一单目镜,第二子目镜与鼻托构成第二单目镜。这样,当对第二子目镜进行充电时,可以单独使用第一单目镜;同样地,当对第一子目镜进行充电时,可以单独使用第二单目镜。因此该智能头戴设备可以避免在充电时无法使用、在使用时无法充电的问题。在某些紧急或特殊的场合,可以只使用第一单目镜或第二单目镜中的任意一套单目镜,这样至少可以保证有一只眼睛能够有正常视力或紧急数据通信交互使用,比如记录运动数据或蓝牙通话等,从而提升用户的使用 体验。

如图1所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种智能头戴设备。所述智能头戴设备包括第一子目镜1、第二子目镜2以及鼻托3。所述第一子目镜1包括第一镜框11及第一镜腿12,所述第一镜框11设置有第一连接部111;所述第一镜腿12具有相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述第一 镜腿12的第一端与所述第一镜框11连接;所述第二子目镜2包括第二镜框21及第二镜腿22,所述第二镜框21设置有第二连接部211;所述第二镜腿22具有相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述第二镜腿22的第一端与所述第二镜框21连接;所述鼻托3设置有第三连接部31及第四连接部32;所述第一镜框11与所述鼻托3通过所述第一连接部111和所述第三连接部31可拆卸地连接,且所述第二镜框21与所述鼻托3通过所述第二连接部211和所述第四连接部32可拆卸地连接。
如图2所示,当第一镜框11与第二镜框21通过鼻托3连接在一起时,第一镜腿12与第二镜腿22对称分布在第一镜框11与第二镜框21相互远离的侧边,而第一镜框11与第二镜框21在两者相互靠近的侧边则通过鼻托3进行接合,第一镜框11及第二镜框21与鼻托3的接合处均可以进行拆卸。可以理解的是,所述第一镜框11与第二镜框21内均嵌设有镜片。拆卸之后可以分别得到两套独立的单目镜。如图3所示,第一子目镜1与鼻托3可以构成第一单目镜。如图4所示,第二子目镜2与鼻托3可以构成第二单目镜。这样,当对第二子目镜2进行充电时,可以单独使用第一单目镜;同样地,当对第一子目镜1进行充电时,可以单独使用第二单目镜。因此该智能头戴设备可以避免在充电时无法使用、在使用时无法充电的问题。在某些紧急或特殊的场合,可以只使用第一单目镜或第二单目镜中的任意一套单目镜,这样至少可以保证有一只眼睛能够有正常视力或紧急数据通信交互使用,比如记录运动数据或蓝牙通话等,从而提升用户的使用体验。可以理解的是,第一子目镜1与第二子目镜2均具备独立的电池供电。并且,由于第一镜框11及第二镜框21与鼻托3均为可拆卸的连接形式,因此该智能头戴设备可以拆成三部分进行收纳。具体地,可以先将第一镜框11、第二镜框21及鼻托3均拆卸分离开来,然后将第一子目镜1与第二子目镜2叠放起来收纳在收纳盒中,并且将鼻托3单独放入收纳盒中,这样比起现有技术中不可拆卸的智能眼镜,收纳盒在长度方向的尺寸可以缩短一半左右,有效提高了该智能头戴设备的便携性。
在一个实施例中,在所述第一镜框11与所述鼻托3相连接的情况下,所述第一连接部111和所述第三连接部31插接;或者,所述第一连接部 111和所述第三连接部31中的一者为磁性件,另一者为磁吸件,或所述第一连接部111和所述第三连接部31均为磁吸件,在所述第一镜框11与所述鼻托3相连接的情况下,所述第一连接部111和所述第三连接部31磁吸连接。
如图1所示,第一镜框11的第一连接部111与鼻托3的第三连接部31可以为插接连接的形式。所述插接连接可以为单向插接,例如将第一镜框11的第一连接部111设置为插片,相应地,将鼻托3的第三连接部31设置为相匹配的插槽,第一连接部111插接在第三连接部31内。当然还可以将第一镜框11的第一连接部111设置为插槽,相应地,将鼻托3的第三连接部31设置为相匹配的插片,第三连接部31插接在第一连接部111内。所述插接连接还可以为双向插接,例如,在第一镜框11的第一连接部111设置第一插片及第一插槽,相应地,在鼻托3的第三连接部31设置第二插槽与第二插片,其中,第一插片与第二插槽匹配插接,同时第二插片与第一插槽匹配插接。进一步可选地,所述第一镜框11的第一连接部111为充电式插口,相应地,在收纳盒内设置有相匹配的充电接口,这样,当将第一镜框11与鼻托3拆卸开来收纳入收纳盒中时,第一镜框11可通过第一连接部111的充电式插口与收纳盒进行插接充电,以此实现第一子目镜1的有线充电。
第一镜框11的第一连接部111与鼻托3的第三连接部31还可以为磁吸连接的形式,通过磁铁吸合连接及拆卸都非常方便。进一步可选的,所述第一镜框11的第一连接部111为磁吸式充电接口,相应的,在收纳盒内设置有相匹配的磁吸接触的充电触点,这样当将第一镜框11与鼻托3拆卸开来收纳入收纳盒中时,第一镜框11可通过第一连接部111的磁吸式充电接口与收纳盒进行磁吸充电,以此实现第一子目镜1的有线充电。
在一个实施例中,在所述第二镜框21与所述鼻托3相连接的情况下,所述第二连接部211和所述第四连接部32插接;或者,所述第二连接部211和所述第四连接部32中的一者为磁性件,另一者为磁吸件,或所述第二连接部211和所述第四连接部32均为磁吸件,在所述第二镜框21与所述鼻托3相连接的情况下,所述第二连接部211和所述第四连接部32磁吸 连接。

如图1所示,在一个实施例中,所述第一镜腿12上设置有第一折叠部121及第二折叠部122,所述第一折叠部121靠近所述第一镜腿12的第一端设置,所述第二折叠部122设置在所述第一折叠部121与所述第一镜腿12的第二端之间。
第一折叠部121及第二折叠部122的设置可以使第一镜腿12实现两次折叠。先将第一镜腿12沿第二折叠部122折叠一次,然后再沿第一折叠部121折叠一次,这样的两次折叠后,使得第一镜框11与第一镜腿12在收纳时占用的空间大大减小,提高了第一子目镜1的便携性。

在一个实施例中,所述第一子目镜1设置有第一磁体,所述第二子目镜2设置有第二磁体,所述鼻托3设置有第三磁体;所述第一容纳腔内设置有第一霍尔传感器,所述第二容纳腔内设置有第二霍尔传感器,所述第三容纳腔内设置有第三霍尔传感器;在所述第一子目镜1收纳于所述第一容纳腔的情况下,所述第一磁体与所述第一霍尔传感器相对分布;在所述第二子目镜2收纳于所述第二容纳腔的情况下,所述第二磁体与所述第二 霍尔传感器相对分布;在所述鼻托3收纳于所述第三容纳腔的情况下,所述第三磁体与所述第三霍尔传感器相对分布。
在一个实施例中,所述壳主体41和所述盖体42中至少一者设置有控制器和报警器,所述控制器分别与所述第一霍尔传感器、所述第二霍尔传感器及所述第三霍尔传感器电连接,所述控制器还与所述报警器电连接。

可选地,所述第一连接部111与第五连接部是相互匹配的电连接部,从而在第一子目镜1收纳于第一容纳腔的情况下,第一连接部111与第五连接部电连接从而实现收纳盒为第一子目镜1充电;同样地,所述第二连接部211与第六连接部也是相互匹配的电连接部,从而在第二子目镜2收纳于第二容纳腔的情况下,第二连接部211与第六连接部电连接从而实现收纳盒为第二子目镜2充电。此外,第三连接部31和第四连接部32中的至少一者与第七连接部也是相互匹配的电连接部,从而在鼻托3收纳于第三容纳腔的情况下,第三连接部31和第四连接部32中的至少一者与第七连接部电连接从而可以实现对鼻托3进行固定,并且还可以实现鼻托3的一些拓展功能,例如在鼻托3上设置芯片从而与收纳盒进行交互。
如图6所示,在一个实施例中,所述第一子目镜1设置有第一无线充电器件13,所述第二子目镜2设置有第二无线充电器件23。所述第一容纳腔内设置有第三无线充电器件,所述第二容纳腔内设置有第四无线充电器件;在所述第一子目镜1收纳于所述第一容纳腔的情况下,所述第一无线充电器件13与所述第三无线充电器件相对分布;在所述第二子目镜2收纳于所述第二容纳腔的情况下,所述第二无线充电器件23与所述第四无线充电器件相对分布。
通过在第一容纳腔内设置与第一无线充电器件13相对分布的第三无线充电器件,在第一子目镜1收纳于第一容纳腔的情况下,实现收纳盒为第一子目镜1无线充电;同样地,通过在第二容纳腔内设置与第二无线充电器件23相对分布的第四无线充电器件,在第二子目镜2收纳于第二容纳腔的情况下,实现收纳盒为第二子目镜2无线充电。
本发明实施例还提供了一种智能头戴设备组件,其包括如上所述的智能头戴设备,以及如上所述的收纳盒。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能头戴设备,包括第一子目镜(1)、第二子目镜(2)以及鼻托(3),其中,
    所述第一子目镜(1)包括:
    第一镜框(11),所述第一镜框(11)设置有第一连接部(111);
    第一镜腿(12),所述第一镜腿(12)具有相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述第一镜腿(12)的第一端与所述第一镜框(11)连接;
    所述第二子目镜(2)包括:
    第二镜框(21),所述第二镜框(21)设置有第二连接部(211);
    第二镜腿(22),所述第二镜腿(22)具有相对设置的第一端及第二端,所述第二镜腿(22)的第一端与所述第二镜框(21)连接;
    所述鼻托(3)设置有第三连接部(31)及第四连接部(32);
    所述第一镜框(11)与所述鼻托(3)通过所述第一连接部(111)和所述第三连接部(31)可拆卸地连接,且所述第二镜框(21)与所述鼻托(3)通过所述第二连接部(211)和所述第四连接部(32)可拆卸地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能头戴设备,其中,在所述第一镜框(11)与所述鼻托(3)相连接的情况下,所述第一连接部(111)和所述第三连接部(31)插接;或者,
    所述第一连接部(111)和所述第三连接部(31)中的一者为磁性件,另一者为磁吸件,或所述第一连接部(111)和所述第三连接部(31)均为磁吸件,在所述第一镜框(11)与所述鼻托(3)相连接的情况下,所述第一连接部(111)和所述第三连接部(31)磁吸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能头戴设备,其中,在所述第二镜框(21)与所述鼻托(3)相连接的情况下,所述第二连接部(211)和所述第四连接部(32)插接;或者,
    所述第二连接部(211)和所述第四连接部(32)中的一者为磁性件,另一者为磁吸件,或所述第二连接部(211)和所述第四连接部(32)均 为磁吸件,在所述第二镜框(21)与所述鼻托(3)相连接的情况下,所述第二连接部(211)和所述第四连接部(32)磁吸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能头戴设备,其中,所述第一镜腿(12)上设置有第一折叠部(121)及第二折叠部(122),所述第一折叠部(121)靠近所述第一镜腿(12)的第一端设置,所述第二折叠部(122)设置在所述第一折叠部(121)与所述第一镜腿(12)的第二端之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能头戴设备,其中,在所述第一折叠部(121)及第二折叠部(122)均处于折叠状态的情况下,所述第一镜腿(12)所在的第一平面与所述第一镜框(11)所在的第二平面相平行。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能头戴设备,其中,所述第二镜腿(22)上设置有第三折叠部(221)及第四折叠部(222),所述第三折叠部(221)靠近所述第二镜腿(22)的第一端设置,所述第四折叠部(222)设置在所述第三折叠部(221)与所述第二镜腿(22)的第二端之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能头戴设备,其中,在所述第三折叠部(221)及第四折叠部(222)均处于折叠状态的情况下,所述第二镜腿(22)所在的第三平面与所述第二镜框(21)所在的第四平面相平行。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能头戴设备,其中,所述第一子目镜(1)和/或第二子目镜(2)上设置有无线充电器件。
  9. 一种智能头戴设备的收纳盒,包括壳主体(41)以及和所述壳主体(41)活动连接的盖体(42),在所述盖体(42)覆盖于所述壳主体(41)的情况下,所述盖体(42)和所述壳主体(41)围合形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于收纳如权利要求1-8任一项所述的智能头戴设备,其中,所述容纳腔包括第一容纳腔、第二容纳腔及第三容纳腔,所述第一容纳腔用于收纳所述第一子目镜(1),所述第二容纳腔用于收纳所述第二子目镜(2),所述第三容纳腔用于收纳所述鼻托(3)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的收纳盒,其中,所述第一子目镜(1)设置有第一磁体,所述第二子目镜(2)设置有第二磁体,所述鼻托(3)设置有第三磁体;所述第一容纳腔内设置有第一霍尔传感器,所述第二容纳腔内设置有第二霍尔传感器,所述第三容纳腔内设置有第三霍尔传感器;
    在所述第一子目镜(1)收纳于所述第一容纳腔的情况下,所述第一磁体与所述第一霍尔传感器相对分布;
    在所述第二子目镜(2)收纳于所述第二容纳腔的情况下,所述第二磁体与所述第二霍尔传感器相对分布;
    在所述鼻托(3)收纳于所述第三容纳腔的情况下,所述第三磁体与所述第三霍尔传感器相对分布。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的收纳盒,其中,所述壳主体(41)和所述盖体(42)中至少一者设置有控制器和报警器,所述控制器分别与所述第一霍尔传感器、所述第二霍尔传感器及所述第三霍尔传感器电连接,所述控制器还与所述报警器电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的收纳盒,其中,所述第一容纳腔内设置有第五连接部,在所述第一子目镜(1)收纳于所述第一容纳腔的情况下,所述第一连接部(111)与所述第五连接部相连接;
    所述第二容纳腔内设置有第六连接部,在所述第二子目镜(2)收纳于所述第二容纳腔的情况下,所述第二连接部(211)与所述第六连接部相连接;
    所述第三容纳腔内设置有第七连接部,在所述鼻托(3)收纳于所述第三容纳腔的情况下,所述第三连接部(31)和所述第四连接部(32)中的至少一者与所述第七连接部相连接。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的收纳盒,其中,所述第一子目镜(1)设置有第一无线充电器件(13),所述第二子目镜(2)设置有第二无线充电器件(23),所述第一容纳腔内设置有第三无线充电器件,所述第二容纳腔内设置有第四无线充电器件;
    在所述第一子目镜(1)收纳于所述第一容纳腔的情况下,所述第一无线充电器件(13)与所述第三无线充电器件相对分布;
    在所述第二子目镜(2)收纳于所述第二容纳腔的情况下,所述第二无线充电器件(23)与所述第四无线充电器件相对分布。
  14. 一种智能头戴设备组件,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的智能头戴设备,以及如权利要求9-13任一项所述的收纳盒。
