实施例1:
现有技术中关于便秘的治疗常用方法是服用通便药、清洁灌肠或者开塞露,然而,这类方法主要适用于比较轻微的粪嵌顿,对于病情较为严重的或者意识障碍的一部分患者无效,此时则需家属或者医护人员用手抠出才能缓解,采用该治疗方法不仅费时费力,且过程恶臭难当,患者也极其痛苦。
为了解决现有技术中存在的对于病情较为严重的或者意识障碍的便秘患者需要家属或者医护人员用手抠出才能缓解的问题,本发明实施例1提供的一种粪便导流装置,如图1-图5所示,包括导流管构件1、用于监测直肠内部状态的监测装置2、润滑装置3、粉碎装置4、负压收集装置5和密封支撑构件6;导流管构件1呈内部中空且两端连通的筒体状;导流管构件1呈透明状;导流管构件1的制作材料包括但不限于医用硅胶,监测装置2的一端可拆卸地设置于导流管构件1的内;润滑装置3的一端可拆卸地设置于导流管构件1内;粉碎装置4的一端可转动地设置于导流管构件1内;负压收集装置5的一端与导 流管构件1可拆卸地连接;负压收集装置5与导流管构件1连通设置;密封支撑构件6可拆卸地固定于导流管构件1内;密封支撑构件6与导流管构件1紧密连接;密封支撑构件6穿设于监测装置2、润滑装置3和粉碎装置4上;密封支撑构件6与监测装置2、润滑装置3和粉碎装置4分别紧密连接。使用本发明时首先需将导流管构件1的前端慢慢从肛门插入到直肠0中直到导流管构件1的前端触碰到粪便;然后监测装置2工作,医护人员进行初步观察并诊断患者的直肠0和直肠0内粪便的基本状况;之后医护人员根据初步诊断的结果判断患者需要的润滑剂的使用量,润滑剂通过润滑装置3导入导流管构件1中,并慢慢进入患者的直肠0内对粪便进行软化处理;之后粉碎装置4工作,将直肠0内的粪便粉碎成细小块状粪便;在此过程中,负压收集装置5同步工作,被粉碎成细小块状并混合着润滑液的软化粪便由负压不断被吸入负压收集装置5中,直到患者的直肠0内被软化后的粪便完全被导出,在此过程中密封支撑构件6能够有效避免软化后的流质粪便从导流管构件1内流出造成污染的现象。整个粪便导流过程十分便捷,一方面医护人员能够通过监测装置2直观地观察到患者直肠0内的具体情况以针对性地进行治疗,且导流管构件1由质地较为柔软的安全无毒医用硅胶制成(且易于清洗与消毒,能够反复多次使用),避免患者被灌肠的痛苦以及家属或医护人员用手去费时费力地抠出粪便的过程;另一方面能够有效地对粪便进行软化及粉碎,并吸出软化的细小粪块,从而达到顺利通便的效果,操作便捷,且安全卫生,有效地减轻了患者的痛苦,有利于患者的快速康复,也解脱了家属和医护人员的心理障碍,能够广泛地应用于直肠癌手术、痔疮手术等各类肛周手术中。
为了能够实现粪便的快速粉碎,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图4所示,粉碎装置4包括转轴41、螺旋部42、传动组件43和动力控制装置44;转轴41通过传动组件43与动力控制装置44可传动地连接;螺旋部42呈螺旋状,螺旋部42上固定设有多个等距分布的粉碎齿421;螺旋部42卷绕于转轴41的一端上并与转轴41固定连接;转轴41与螺旋部42均设置于导流管构件1 的筒体内。当粪便润滑及软化工作完成后,动力控制装置44工作,本实施例中动力控制装置44包括但不限于电机和控制系统,电机带动传动组件43工作,传动组件43包括但不限于齿轮组和传动杆,传动组件43带动转轴41转动,转轴41带动螺旋部42转动,螺旋部42在转动的过程中不断将大块的粪便粉碎挤压成细小的粪块并向后输送至被吸入负压收集装置5中;螺旋部42上的粉碎齿421能够进一步改善粉碎效果,提高粉碎效率;且动力控制装置44还能够根据患者的具体诊断情况(粪块的大小及软硬程度等)选择合适的转轴41转速,从而实现粪便的高效粉碎;此外,传动组件43和动力控制装置44等均与转轴41可拆卸连接,从而当遇到特殊情况或者不便于去医院救治且需要立刻帮病患排便时,如图3所示,医护人员或病患家属可以直接在转轴41上安装转动手柄45作为临时动力输入装置,通过转动转动手柄45,能够实现快速手动转动转轴41,从而帮助患者及时完成排便。
考虑到监测装置2在使用的过程中有可能会受到软化后的流质粪便的污染或影响,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图2所示,导流管构件1包括内导流管11、外导流管12和第一收集管13;内导流管11和外导流管12均呈内部中空且两端连通的筒体状;内导流管11和外导流管12均呈透明状;内导流管11可拆卸地穿设于外导流管12中;内导流管11和外导流管12紧密连接;内导流管11和外导流管12均由医用硅胶制成;第一收集管13可拆卸地固定于内导流管11和外导流管12的管壁上,第一收集管13与内导流管11连通设置;监测装置2的一端可拆卸地设置于内导流管11和外导流管12之间;润滑装置3的一端可拆卸地设置于内导流管11中;粉碎装置4的一端可转动地设置于内导流管11中;负压收集装置5的一端与第一收集管13连通设置。通过设置内外两个导流管,且内导流管11和外导流管12之间密封设置,一方面便于监测装置2的设置,避免监测装置2受到粉碎装置4、润滑液及粪便的干扰,影响其监测结果的准确性及工作稳定性;另一方面内导流管11、外导流管12和第一收集管13之间可拆卸设置,从而便于使用后的清洁工作,避免因其清洁不到 位导致患者伤口感染的现象。
为了提高患者在粪便导流治疗过程中的舒适度,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图5所示,外导流管12包括呈圆柱状的筒体部121和呈圆台状的插入部122;插入部122的一端与筒体部121可拆卸地连接,插入部122的另一端与内导流管11的一端紧密连接。由于患者的肛周可能存在损伤现象,导流管构件1在插入肛门的时候患者会有一定的不适感,因此,通过设置圆台状的插入部122,插入部122前端直径较小的部分先进入肛门,后面直径稍大的部分再缓慢进入,从而能够起到一定程度的缓冲作用,减少患者的不适感;此外,由于患者的肛门大小是不同的,而插入部122和筒体部121为可拆卸连接,且插入部上标记有刻度尺,刻度尺的量程范围与最大直肠长度相当,从而医护人员能够根据患者的身量体格,选择尺寸规格相对匹配的插入部122,如儿童患者需选择较小尺寸的插入部122,避免插入部122过大或过小导致治疗效果欠佳的同时还造成患者产生不适感或损伤等现象。
为了便于针对性地治疗患者,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图2所示,监测装置2包括监测探头21和监测显示屏22;监测探头21通过信号传输线23与监测显示屏22可拆卸地连接;监测探头21可拆卸地设置于内导流管11和外导流管12之间。通过设置监测探头21和监测显示屏22,在进行粪便导流工作前,先对患者的直肠0及内部粪便状况进行初步的诊断,医护人员能够通过监测显示屏22直接观察到患者的具体情况,从而医护人员能够直观地根据监测结果来提供较好的导流方案,如润滑液的提供量、粉碎装置4的功率或转速选择等,进而提高粪便的导出效率;且在粪便导流的过程中,医护人员还能够通过监测显示屏22实时观察导流过程,有效地避免了治疗过程中出现差错。
为了对粪便进行高效的收集处理工作,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图2所示,负压收集装置5包括内部设有凝胶剂的收集装置51和负压装置52;收集装置51通过第二收集管53与第一收集管13可拆卸地连接;第二收集装置51与第一收集装置51连通设置;第二收集管53与收集装置51连通 设置;负压装置52与第二收集管53连通设置;第二收集管53上可拆卸地设有单向阀7。通过负压装置52提供的负压环境,一方面能够快速地将粉碎后的粪便从患者的直肠0中导出,同时还能减少润滑后的流质粪便沿肛周的流出量,避免流质粪便二次感染伤口,有利于患者的后期护理及恢复;另一方面收集装置51内设有凝胶剂,凝胶剂在吸收流质粪便中的水分后会膨胀固化,使得流质的粪便形成胶体状,避免流质粪便回流的同时还能够在一定程度上对粪便进行除臭处理,减少患者和医护人员的心理负担;并且第二收集管53上单向阀7的设置,能够进一步避免粪便的回流,从而保证粪便导流装置的工作可靠性;此外,第二收集管53与第一收集管13之间可拆卸地连接,使得第二收集管53的拆卸清洗工作更为便捷。
为了进一步提高粪便的导出效率,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图2所示,润滑装置3包括润滑液球囊31;润滑液球囊31通过润滑导管32与内导流管11连通设置;润滑导管32上可拆卸地设有单向阀7。通过设置润滑液球囊31,当需要进行润滑工作时,医护人员将预先设有润滑液的润滑液球囊31与润滑导管32安装好后,通过不断挤压润滑液球囊31,将润滑液不断经过润滑导管32输入至患者的直肠0内,从而有效地对硬质粪便进行软化和稀化处理;并且当患者完成排便后,还能够通过在润滑液球囊31内注入清洗液对直肠壁的皱褶层进行冲洗,进而洗净患者的肛管及肛门的薄壁表面,尤其对于病变的部位能够起到清除毒素,恢复活性的有益作用。同样的,润滑导管32上设有单向阀7,能够保证润滑液的单向流出,避免由于粪便和润滑液的回流导致粪便导流工作无法正常进行的现象。
为了进一步保证粪便导流装置的工作可靠性,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图2所示,密封支撑构件6包括第一密封组件61、第二密封组件62和固定座63;第一密封组件61呈环状;插入部122通过第一密封组件61与内导流管11紧密连接;第二密封组件62可拆卸地设置于内导流管11中;第二密封组件62设置于第二收集管53下方;润滑装置3的一端和粉碎装置4的一 端均穿设于第二密封组件62上;固定座63可拆卸地固定于导流管构件1的底部;监测装置2的一端、润滑装置3的一端、粉碎装置4的一端均穿设于固定座63上。通过设置第一密封组件61,能够有效避免粪便进入外导流管12中导致监测探头21被污染影响其诊断结果的现象;而第二密封组件62的设置不仅能够保证软化后的流质粪便被尽数从第一收集管13吸至收集装置51中,避免粪便从内导流管11的另一端流出的现象,还能够对润滑导管32起到一定的支撑固定作用;固定座63的设置则起到进一步支撑固定信号传输线23以及润滑导管32的作用,从而进一步保证粪便导流装置的工作可靠性。
为了便于医护人员对病患的粪便进行采样处理,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图3所示,第一收集管13上可拆卸地固定有采样部131和流量计132。通过在第一收集管13上设置采样部131,医护人员能够方便地通过这个采样部131及时地抽取病患的新鲜粪便样品,避免了从收集装置51中取的样品可能受到早前粪便的影响而导致检测结果产生误差的现象,从而提高了粪便化验结果的准确性。流量计132的设置则能够便于医护人员随时快速地观察病患的粪便量,为进一步的诊断提供了依据。
考虑到在粪便导流的过程中,被软化的流质粪便有可能会从病患的肛门流出,造成病患的伤口二次感染,本实施例提供的粪便导流装置,如图1-图3所示,还包括可与臀部贴合设置的防溢垫8;防溢垫8可拆卸地套设于导流管构件1上;防溢垫8由柔性医用抗菌敷料制成。由于便秘病患的肛周部位通常存在皮肤破损现象,或者做完肛周各种手术后,其破损处或伤口需要保持清洁,因此,通过设置防溢垫8,且防溢垫8的形状设计与人体的臀部相仿,在使用的过程中能够很好地贴合病患肛周的皮肤,从而在最大程度上吸收从肛周流出的液体粪便;同样地,使用时可根据病患的身量体格,选择适合型号的防溢垫8,一次性使用,方便卫生;且防溢垫8由柔性医用抗菌敷料制成,不仅质地柔软,提高了病患的使用舒适度,还能够对患者的肛周皮肤进行抗菌处理,进一步降低病患伤口感染的概率。
综上所述,本发明提供的粪便导流装置,一方面能够通过监测装置观察到患者的直肠具体情况以针对性地进行治疗,避免患者被灌肠的痛苦以及家属或医护人员用手去费时费力地抠出粪便的过程;另一方面能够有效地对粪便进行软化及粉碎,并吸出软化的细小粪块,从而达到顺利通便的效果,操作便捷,且安全卫生,有效地减轻了患者的痛苦,有利于患者的快速康复,也解脱了家属和医护人员的心理障碍,能够广泛地应用于直肠癌手术、痔疮手术等各类肛周手术中。

  1. 一种粪便导流装置,其特征在于,包括导流管构件、用于监测直肠内部状态的监测装置、润滑装置、粉碎装置、负压收集装置和密封支撑构件;
    所述导流管构件呈内部中空且两端连通的筒体状;所述导流管构件呈透明状;
    所述监测装置的一端可拆卸地设置于所述导流管构件的内;
    所述润滑装置的一端可拆卸地设置于所述导流管构件内;
    所述粉碎装置的一端可转动地设置于所述导流管构件内;
    所述负压收集装置的一端与所述导流管构件可拆卸地连接;所述负压收集装置与所述导流管构件连通设置;
    所述密封支撑构件可拆卸地固定于所述导流管构件内;所述密封支撑构件与所述导流构件紧密连接;所述密封支撑构件穿设于所述监测装置、所述润滑装置和所述粉碎装置上;所述密封支撑构件与所述监测装置、所述润滑装置和所述粉碎装置分别紧密连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的粪便导流装置,其特征在于,所述粉碎装置包括转轴、螺旋部、传动组件和动力控制装置;
    所述转轴通过所述传动组件与所述动力控制装置可传动地连接;
    所述螺旋部呈螺旋状,所述螺旋部上固定设有多个等距分布的粉碎齿;所述螺旋部卷绕于所述转轴的一端上并与所述转轴固定连接;
    所述转轴与所述螺旋部均设置于所述导流管构件的筒体内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的粪便导流装置,其特征在于,所述导流管构件包括内导流管、外导流管和第一收集管;
