本公开一般地涉及支架技术领域,特别是涉及一种可调节支架、终端组件及闸机。
随着科技的不断进步,越来越多的装置中均安装有终端设备,以提高装置的智能化。
其中,连接终端设备与装置的支架必不可少,支架主要对终端设备起支撑和调节作用。相关技术中的支架通过调节结构来调节终端设备的角度,以使终端设备获得最佳的使用位置。
然而,上述支架存在操作不方便,稳固性差等不足。
在所述背景技术部分公开的上述信息仅用于加强对本发明的背景的理解,因此它可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
公开内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本公开提供一种可调节支架,其中,可调节支架包括:架体;固定件,固定件与架体连接,固定件侧部设置有第一枢接孔;转动件,转动件侧部设置有与第一枢接孔相对应第二枢接孔;第一锁紧件,第一锁紧件贯穿第一枢接孔和第二枢接孔,以枢接固定件和转动件;其中,固定件侧部还设置有一个或多个定位孔;
转动件侧部还设置有一个或多个调节孔;可调节支架还包括第二锁紧件,第二锁紧件贯穿一个定位孔和一个调节孔,并且,当第二锁紧件锁紧时,固定件与转动件相对固定,当第二锁紧件松开时,固定件与转动件能够以第一锁紧件为轴相对转动。

相关技术中,用于支撑终端设备的支架包括支撑架、承载终端设备的承载架、以及贯穿支撑架与承载架枢接部位的螺钉。通过螺钉旋松、旋紧以实现终端设备的角度调节和位置固定。具体实施方式如下:
一、通过手动将螺钉旋松,使承载架和支撑架相枢接的表面处于松弛状态,以使终端设备获得最佳的俯、仰角度。之后,再将螺钉旋紧,使承载架和支撑架相枢接的表面产生弹性形变,而获得一定的扭力,使得二者处于紧固状态,从而能够对终端设备的位置进行固定。
二、通过将螺钉适度旋紧,使支撑架和承载架相枢接的表面产生适度的弹性形变, 而获得适当的扭力,使二者处于适度紧固状态,通过枢接表面之间的摩擦阻尼实现终端设备的俯、仰角度的调节和位置的固定。
然而,上述方式存在如下不足:
一、通过螺钉旋松、旋紧的方式调节终端设备俯、仰角度时,需人为掌握螺钉的松、紧力度。若稍有不慎,螺钉过度旋松,承载架与支持架过于松弛,导致终端设备瞬间滑落,造成磕碰损坏,操作极为不便。
在对终端设备进行位置固定时,若螺钉过度旋紧,支撑架和承载架相枢接的表面过度变形,会产生永久性形变,使二者摩擦接触面积减小,反而会使扭转力降低,导致终端设备稳固性降低。
二、通过适度旋紧螺钉,通过摩擦阻尼调节终端设备角度的方式,在使用一段时间后,支撑架和承载架枢接的表面会产生磨损,使得扭力不足,导致终端设备稳固性差,同样会导致终端设备脱落的可能。
鉴于上述方案存在的不足,根据本公开第一方面提供一种可调节支架,通过两个锁紧件的配合,能够同时满足摩擦阻尼角度调节,以及位置的固定,操作方便,并能提高稳固性。
如图1所示,本公开提供的可调节支架100用于对终端设备200支撑和调节,并且,能够通过可调节支架100将终端设备200放置在一平面上或一装置上。
终端设备200可以是显示屏、触控屏、触摸板、操控板、平板电脑或者其他需要承载于可调节支架100上的电子设备。本公开可以根据实际应用,在可调节支架100上设置其他任何可能的物件,不以终端设备200为限。
上述平面可以是地面、桌面、墙面、平台等各种支撑面。装置可以是机床、闸机等生产或生活中需要安装终端设备200,以及需要对终端设备200的角度进行调节的各种设施或器械。本公开以可调节支架100应用于闸机400(图9所示)为例进行说明,但本公开可以根据实际应用,将可调节支架100安装在任何需要使用的物件上,不以上述装置为限。
如图1所示,本公开提供的可调节支架100包括架体10、固定件20、转动件30、第一锁紧件40及第二锁紧件50。终端设备200承载于转动件30上。
如图1和图2所示,架体10用于支撑固定固定件20,固定件20可以与架体10固定连接或者可拆卸连接。架体10可以为内部中空结构,内部中空结构用于收容连接至终端设备200所需的线路300(图4所示),便于布置走线,避免线路300暴露于外,产 生安全隐患。但本公开并不限于此,架体10还可以为实心柱体,以增强架体10的刚性支撑。架体10的截面形状可以是圆形状、梯形状、多边形状等任何可以的形状,外形可以是柱状,曲面状等,架体10还可以是多个柱体构成,例如三角架。本公开对架体10的截面形状以及外形均不作限制。
固定件20与架体10连接。固定件20上可以设置上盖23以盖合架体10的顶面。固定架20的侧部设置有第一枢接孔21。转动件30的侧部设置有与第一枢接孔21相对应的第二枢接孔31。第一锁紧件40贯穿第一枢接孔21和第二枢接孔31,以枢接固定件20和转动件30。
实施时,通过第一锁紧件40适度锁紧,使固定件20和转动件30相枢接的表面产生适度形变,以产生适度的锁紧力。也就是说,固定件20和转动件30相枢接的表面能够产生摩擦阻尼,通过摩擦阻尼可使二者同时满足相对固定和相对转动。
此外,在固定件20的侧部还设置有一个或多个定位孔22。在转动件30的侧部还设置有一个或多个调节孔32。第二锁紧件50贯穿一个调节孔32和一个定位孔22。当第二锁紧件50锁紧时,固定件20与转动件30相对固定,当第二锁紧件50松开时,转动件30与固定件20以第一锁紧件40为轴相对转动。
当需要调整承载于转动件30上的终端设备200的俯、仰角度时,首先,将第二锁紧件50松开;其次,借助外力使转动件30与固定件20相对转动,以调整终端设备200的俯、仰角度,使终端设备200获得最佳的使用位置;然后,将第二锁紧件50锁紧,使固定件20与转动件30相对固定,以将调节后的终端设备200的最佳位置进行固定。
本公开提供的调节支架100,在松开第二锁紧件50时,由于第一锁紧件21的适度锁紧,使转动件30与固定件20之间的枢接面产生摩擦阻尼,二者能够保持相对固定的状态,从而终端设备200在转动件30上能够保持稳定状态,无需人为松开第一锁紧件40,并且无需时刻掌控第一锁紧件40的松紧力度,和担心终端设备200滑落的可能,操作方便。
在第二锁紧件50锁紧时,由于第二锁紧件50和第一锁紧件40的锁紧,均使得转动件30和固定件20的表面产生弹性形变,均获得锁紧力,使得转动件30与固定件20相对固定时更加牢固,进而使得终端设备200能够在转动件30上获得更加稳定的固定效果。并且,第二锁紧件50分散了来自电子设备200在转动件30和固定件20上所需的锁紧力,也就是说,第二锁紧件50分散了,在转动件30和固定件20上的变形量,使得变形量与锁紧力之间达到了一个平衡。避免了由于单独设置第一锁紧件40需过度锁紧,而 导致的过度形变量,稳固性能下降的问题,故,延长了可调节支架100的使用寿命。
如图1至3所示,固定件20可以为内部中空结构,呈壳体状,可以在中空结构的两个侧部均设置有第一枢接孔21和一个或多个第一定位孔22。转动件30同样也可以为内部中空结构,呈壳体状,在中空结构的两侧部均设置有第二枢接孔31和一个或多个第二调节孔32。中空结构便于线路的布置,以便于线路穿过进而连接至终端设备200。
在转动件30上还可以设置有开口33,开口33供固定件20嵌入,即转动件30套接固定件20,以使第一枢接孔21与第二枢接孔31相对应,以供第一锁紧件40贯穿锁紧;并且,在固定件20和转动件30相对转动时,保持第一定位孔22与第二调节孔32相对应,以供第二锁紧件50贯穿锁紧。
在另一例中,可以在固定件20上设置有开口,开口供转动件30嵌入,即固定件20套接转动件30,以使第一枢接孔21与第二枢接孔31相对应,以供第一锁紧件40贯穿锁紧;并且,在固定件20和转动件30相对转动时,保持第一定位孔22与第二调节孔32相对应,以供第二锁紧件50贯穿锁紧。
也就是说,本公开转动件30的两侧枢接面可在固定件20两侧枢接面的内侧或者外侧。值得说明的是,固定件20和转动件30还可以是片状结构、块状结构或者其他形状的结构,只要满足二者枢接并能够以第一锁紧件40为轴相对转动即可,本公开的固定件20和转动件30的具体结构并不做限制。
在一实施例中,在转动件30的侧部或者在固定件20的侧部还设置有遮挡件34,遮挡件34至少遮挡第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50。通过遮挡件34可以防止灰尘、水汽进入,避免腐蚀,以及卡死现象,提高防腐部件的防腐能力和使用寿命。当可调节支架100应用于室外的环境中时,例如应用于停车场用闸机,遮挡件34还可以避免锁紧件直接暴露而容易被拆卸的可能,提高了安全性。在可调节支架100应用于高端使用场景中,例如高档小区的门禁用闸机,遮挡件34还可以起到外观美观的效果。
举例来说,遮挡件34可以以扣合的方式覆盖转动件30或者固定件20的整个侧部表面。例如,在转动件30或者固定件20的侧部表面的周缘设置多个卡槽,在遮挡件34的扣合表面设置有与多个卡槽相对应的卡扣,通过卡扣与卡槽配合将遮挡件34扣合于转动件30或者固定件20的侧部表面。此外,遮挡件34的可以由硬质塑料、镁合金等耐腐蚀、耐磨损等材料制成。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,在固定件20的侧部设置有一个定位孔22,转动件30的侧部设置有一个弧形的调节孔32,即弧形槽孔。弧形的调节孔32的弧长限定固定件 20和转动件30相对转动行程,可根据终端设备200需要调节的角度范围,设置相应弧长。其中,定位孔22可以为圆孔,也可以为其他形状的孔。
通过弧形的调节孔32使得固定件20和转动件30能够在转动行程内获得连续性的相对转动,即终端设备200能够在该弧长范围内获得任意角度,即角度不受限制,提高了适应性。例如,在利用终端设备200进行人脸识别时,任意角度的调节能够获得更精准的拍摄角度,提高识别的精准性。
在另一实施例中,在固定件20的侧部设置有一个定位孔22(图2所示),转动件30的侧部设置有多个沿弧形分布的多个调节孔32(图8所示),调节孔32可以是通孔。其中,弧形以第二枢接孔31的中心为圆心。例如,多个调节孔32沿第二枢接孔31周缘均匀分布,每个调节孔32的位置限定固定20和转动件30相对转动的角度,多个调节孔32共同形成的弧形长度,限定固定件20和转动件30相对转动行程,可根据终端设备200的调节角度范围,设置调节孔32的数量或者调节孔32间距。
通过多个调节孔32的设置,即每个调节孔32间隔不连通,在第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50的锁紧力不足,枢接表面松弛的情况下,由于插入调节孔32和定位孔22的第二锁紧件50与调节孔32和定位孔22的内壁接触抵挡,防止了终端设备200继续滑落,保证使用性能。并且,通过接触抵挡,进一步提升转动件30与固定件20相对固定的稳定性,从而,终端设备200的稳固性能也大幅提升。
在另一实施例中,在固定件20侧部设置有一个弧形的定位孔22(图5所示),在转动件30侧部设置有一个调节孔32(如图6所示),该调节孔32可以为圆形孔。弧形的定位孔22的弧长限定固定件20和转动件30相对转动行程,可根据终端设备200需要调节的角度范围,设置相应弧长。
通过弧形的定位孔22使得固定件20和转动件30能够在转动行程内获得连续性的相对转动,即终端设备200能够在该弧长范围内获得任意角度,即角度不受限制,提高了适应性。例如,在利用终端设备200进行人脸识别时,任意角度的调节能够获得更精准的拍摄角度,提高识别的精准性。
在另一实施例中,如图7所示,固定件20侧部设置有多个沿弧形分布的多个定位孔22,其中,弧形以第一枢接孔21的中心为圆心。第一枢接孔21周缘分布的多个定位孔22,在转动件30侧部设置有一个调节孔32。
在上述实施例中,第一锁紧件21和第二锁紧件50可以为螺钉、螺栓等可拆卸部件。举例来说,第一枢接孔21和定位孔22可以为螺纹孔,第二枢接孔31和调节孔32可以 为通孔,第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50可以为平弹垫螺钉。在另一例中,第一枢接孔21和定位孔22可以为通孔,而第二枢接孔31和调节孔32可以为螺纹孔,第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50可以为平弹垫螺钉。在又一例中,第一枢接孔21、第二枢接孔31、定位孔22和调节孔32均为通孔,而第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50为螺栓螺母组,通过螺栓螺母组锁紧使固定件20与转动件30锁紧或松开。
此外,第一锁紧件21还可以是固定设置在固定件10上的枢轴,通过枢轴实现固定件20与转动件30的枢接。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,可调节支架100还包括与转动件30连接的第一连接件60,第一连接件60用于与终端设备200连接。通过第一连接件30的设置,便于更换适配相应的终端设备200,且维修拆卸方便。
举例来说,第一连接件30可以呈环形片状,供线路300穿过。环形面周边分别开设有连接孔,在环形片状两侧中段朝向转动件30延伸有弯折部61,弯折部61嵌入转动件30的内部,并与转动件30的内侧表面的安装孔相对应,然后通过紧固件固定。弯折部61嵌入转动件30的内部,有利于遮挡件34对覆盖紧固件,防止紧固件裸露腐蚀,造成拆卸不便。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,在架体10上设置有第二连接件70,用于固定安装架体10。例如,架体10可以通过第二连接件70安装在闸机400的闸机本体410上(图9所示)。第二连接件70可以设置于架体10的底部,通过一个或多个紧固件12固定于架体10的底部。另外,第二连接件70可以通过螺纹紧固的方式固定于闸机300。例如,第二连接件70包含具有螺纹外表面的中空柱体71以及套设于中空柱体71上的螺母72,中空柱体71供线路300穿过。实施时,将中空柱体71安装于闸机400上安装孔内,转动架体10以调整可调节支架100的整体角度,使得承载于可调节支架100上的终端设备200在圆周方向上获得任意角度。之后,将螺母72抵于闸机本体410将架体锁紧固定。但本公开并不限于此,架体10还可以插接、卡合的方式固定于闸机本体410。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,在架体10的底部还设置有第二遮挡件11,第二遮挡件11设置于第二连接件70与架体10之间,用于覆盖第二连接件70,防止灰尘、水汽进入,避免防腐能力,延长使用寿命。
在一实施例中,架体10上开设有固定孔(图未示),固定孔与第一枢接孔21对应,第一锁紧件40伸入固定孔以使固定件20与架体10固定连接。使得固定件20、转动件30及架体10通过第一锁紧件40枢接锁紧。
在一例中,在固定件20上还可以设置有第三枢接孔(图未示),设置在架体10上的固定孔与第三枢接孔相对应,通过第三锁紧件(图未示)穿过第三枢接孔和固定孔,以将固定件20和架体10枢接锁紧。在调节角度时,将第三锁紧件松开,固定件20可通过第三锁紧件为轴相对于架体10转动,又,固定件20可以通过第一锁紧件40为轴相对转动件30转动,即固定件20和转动件30均可转动,使得位于转动件30上的终端设备200可以获得更长的转动行程,获得更大的角度调节范围,提高可调节支架100的调节能力以及适配能力。
根据本公开第二方面,如图1所示,提供一种终端组件500,终端组件500包括终端设备200及上述第一方面任一实施例所述的可调节支架100,其中,终端设备200设置于可调节支架100的转动件30上。本公开提供的终端设备500通过可调节支架100调节俯、仰角度,能够调节操作的便利性及稳固性。
终端设备200可以是智能手机、平板电脑、摄像机、照相机、温度感测器、显示设备等。
根据本公开第三方面,如图9所示,提供一种闸机400,闸机400包括闸机本体410,及上述第一方面实施例所述的可调节支架100,其中,可调节支架设置于闸机本体410。通过可调节支架100能够适配各种终端设备,并能获得稳固的支撑性能。
在一实施例中,闸机400还包括终端设备200,终端设备200设置在可调节支架100的转动件30上。通过在闸机400上设置终端设备200,能够提高闸机400的智能化,并且可通过可调节支架100对终端设备的角度进行调整,使得显示面板200能够获得最佳的使用位置,实现更精准的功能。例如,在机场闸机上设置终端设备200,利用终端设备200对出入闸机通道的乘客进行安全检查,例如,人脸识别、体温检测或者其他安全检测,在终端设备200上设置摄像头、温度检测装置、或者其他检测装置,都需要调整好相应的位置以对准人脸或者其他部位。通过本公开提供的闸机400,可以根据闸机400的实际高度,调节终端设备200的角度,以使终端设备200正对人脸,获得更好的拍摄效果,提高人脸识别的精准性。
本公开提供的闸机400还可以应用于其他公共交通,如地铁、客站等出入通道;住宅楼宇、商场、超市、景区、展会、停车场出入门禁等各种场所。

Claims (11)
- 一种可调节支架,其中,所述可调节支架包括:架体;固定件,所述固定件与所述架体连接,所述固定件侧部设置有第一枢接孔;转动件,所述转动件侧部设置有与所述第一枢接孔相对应的第二枢接孔;第一锁紧件,所述第一锁紧件贯穿所述第一枢接孔和所述第二枢接孔,以枢接所述固定件和所述转动件;其中,所述固定件侧部还设置有一个或多个定位孔;所述转动件侧部还设置有一个或多个调节孔;所述可调节支架还包括第二锁紧件,所述第二锁紧件贯穿一个所述调节孔和一个所述定位孔,并且,当所述第二锁紧件锁紧时,所述固定件与所述转动件相对固定,当所述第二锁紧件松开时,所述转动件与所述固定件能够以所述第一锁紧件为轴相对转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可调节支架,其中,所述固定件侧部设置有一个所述定位孔;所述转动件侧部设置有一个弧形的所述调节孔或多个沿弧形分布的多个所述调节孔,其中,所述弧形以所述第二枢接孔的中心为圆心。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可调节支架,其中,所述固定件侧部设置有一个弧形的所述定位孔或多个沿弧形分布的多个所述定位孔,其中,所述弧形以所述第一枢接孔的中心为圆心;所述转动件侧部设置有一个所述调节孔。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,所述转动件侧部或者所述固定件侧部设置有遮挡件,所述遮挡件至少遮挡所述第一锁紧件和所述第二锁紧件。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,可调节支架还包括:第一连接件,所述第一连接件与所述转动件固定连接,用于连接终端设备。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,所述架体设置有第二连接件,用于固定安装所述架体。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,所述架体呈中空设置。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,所述架体上开设有固定孔,所述固定孔与所述第一枢接孔对应,所述第一锁紧件伸入所述固定孔以使所述固定件与架体固定连接。
- 一种终端组件,其中,所述终端组件包括:终端设备;及权利要求1至8中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,所述终端设备设置于所述可调节支架的转动件上。
- 一种闸机,其中,所述闸机包括:闸机本体;及权利要求1至8中任一项所述的可调节支架,其中,可调节支架设置于所述闸机本体。
- 根据权利要求10所述的闸机,其中,所述闸机还包括:终端设备,所述终端设备设置在所述可调节支架的转动件上。
