本申请基于申请号为202010490026.4、申请日为2020年6月2日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本发明涉及电气设备技术领域,特别涉及一种防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜。
箱变开关柜,是指将变压器和高压开关元件及低压开关柜元件全部置于箱体的一种电气设备,具有集成度高,便于安装和应用范围广的优点;广泛安装于发电站和用电负荷点,用于对输入电力进行升压或者降压。
箱变开关柜分为美式箱变开关柜、欧式箱变开关柜和华式箱变开关柜;美式箱变开关柜是将变压器、高压负荷开关、熔断器等元件全部放入变压器油箱内,因元件浸在油中,元件体积大为缩小,所以美式箱变开关柜的结构更为紧凑;欧式箱变开关柜是指将变压器及普通的高压电器设备装于同一个内设隔间的金属外壳箱体中,箱体中设置有变压器、高压负荷开关、熔断器和低压开关等完善的电气设备,所以欧式箱变体积较大。而华式箱变开关柜综合了美式和欧式的优点,既保留了箱体,集成了完善的电气设备,又将箱体进行了紧凑式设计,结构比欧式箱变开关柜更加紧凑。
现有的华式箱变开关柜经常安装于户外,在某些气候较为恶劣的地区,如经常刮沙尘的地区(如中国西北地区),需要华式箱变开关柜具备良好的防沙尘能力,否则沙尘侵入箱体内,会严重影响箱体内各电气设备的正常运行(如引起设备短路);但现有的华式箱变开关柜的防沙尘能力普遍较弱,有待提升。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,旨在解决现有的华式箱变开关柜的防沙尘能力普遍较弱的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的技术方案是:
一种防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,包括箱体和防尘组件;所述箱体包括均竖直设置的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板,以及水平设置的顶板和底板;所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板彼此平行且正相对;所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板彼此平行且正相对;所述顶板和所述底板彼此正相对;
所述第一侧板开设有第一通风口;所述第二侧板开设有第二通风口;所述第三侧板开设有第三通风口;所述第一通风口的尺寸、所述第二通风口的尺寸及所述第三通风口的尺寸一致;
所述防尘组件包括通风防尘框;所述通风防尘框包括外框、阻隔插盒、轴流风机和纱网 框;
所述外框包括第一框板、第二框板、第三框板、第四框板和第五框板;所述第一框板和所述第二框板均竖直设置且彼此正相对;所述第三框板和所述第四框板均水平设置且位于同一水平面;所述第五框板水平设置且位于所述第三框板的下方;所述第五框板分别连接于所述第一框板的底部和所述第二框板的底部;所述第三框板和所述第四框板均为矩形板且尺寸一致,所述第三框板的两侧边缘分别连接于所述第一框板的顶部和第二框板的顶部,所述第四框板的两侧边缘分别连接于所述第一框板的顶部和所述第二框板的顶部;所述第三框板和所述第四框板之间形成有矩形缺口;
所述阻隔插盒包括支撑板和滤纸板;所述滤纸板的数量为多个;多个所述滤纸板交错式连接于所述支撑板的一侧面;所述滤纸板能插入所述矩形缺口中,且当所述滤纸板完全插入所述矩形缺口中时,所述支撑板密封盖住所述矩形缺口;
所述外框的内部于所述第三框板正下方设置有所述轴流风机;所述纱网框嵌入所述外框中;所述纱网框包括网框和设置于网框内部的纱网;当所述纱网框嵌入所述外框中时,所述网框的周向外壁分别与所述第一框板、所述第二框板、所述第四框板和所述第五框板接触;
所述通风防尘框的数量为3个;3个所述通风防尘框分别与所述第一通风口、所述第二通风口及所述第三通风口对应;与所述第一通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第一侧板的外壁并罩设所述第一通风口;与所述第二通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第二侧板的外壁并罩设所述第二通风口;与所述第三通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第三侧板的外壁并罩设所述第三通风口。
优选的,所述滤纸板竖直连接于所述支撑板的一侧面;所述滤纸板的延伸方向垂直于所述第一框板;所述滤纸板的水平截面呈锯齿型;
当所述滤纸板完全插入所述矩形缺口中时,所述滤纸板的底部与所述第五框板接触,且相邻的所述滤纸板分别与所述第一框板及所述第二框板接触。
优选的,所述滤纸板为棉纤维滤纸板。
优选的,所述滤纸板的数量为至少4个。

本发明提出的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜具备优秀的防沙尘能力,具体的,本防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜的箱体由第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板、第四侧板、顶板和底板构成,各板材之间为焊接密封,以保证连接处的密封性;箱体只开设有第一通风口、第二通风口和第三通风口用以与外界通风散热,第一通风口、第二通风口和第四通风口的外部均罩设有通风防尘框;通风防尘框包括纱网框、滤纸板和轴流风机,在轴流风机的作用下,外界空气依次经过纱网框、滤纸板并进入箱体内,空气在经过纱网框时空气中包含的大部分沙尘颗粒都会被纱网框过滤阻挡,然后在经过交错设置的滤纸板时,滤纸板的交错式结构能够进一步阻挡纱网未能过滤的更细小的沙尘颗粒,从而使得最终进入箱体的空气还有的沙尘量大大降低,大大提升了本防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜的防沙尘能力,同时还能兼顾散热通风能力。

本发明提出一种防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜。
请参考附图1-附图4,防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜的一实施例,本防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜包括箱体100和防尘组件;箱体100包括均竖直设置的第一侧板110、第一侧板120、第三侧板130和第四侧板140,以及水平设置的顶板160和底板150;第一侧板110和第一侧板120彼此平行且正相对;第三侧板130和第四侧板140彼此平行且正相对;顶板160和底板150彼此正相对。即上述6块板材构成了箱体100,板材之间采用焊接连接,保证连接的密封性。
第一侧板110开设有第一通风口111;第一侧板120开设有第二通风口121;第三侧板130开设有第三通风口131;第一通风口111的尺寸、第二通风口121的尺寸及第三通风口131的尺寸一致。这里的第一通风口111和第二通风口121用户进入外界空气,第三通风口131用于排出箱体100内空气,以保证整个箱体100的散热。
防尘组件包括通风防尘框300;通风防尘框300包括外框、阻隔插盒、轴流风机420和纱网框。
外框包括第一框板310、第二框板320、第三框板330、第四框板340和第五框板350;第一框板310和第二框板320均竖直设置且彼此正相对;第三框板330和第四框板340均水平设置且位于同一水平面;第五框板350水平设置且位于第三框板330的下方;第五框板350分别连接于第一框板310的底部和第二框板320的底部;第三框板330和第四框板340均为矩形板且尺寸一致,第三框板330的两侧边缘分别连接于第一框板310的顶部和第二框板320的顶部,第四框板340的两侧边缘分别连接于第一框板310的顶部和第二框板320的顶部;第三框板330和第四框板340之间形成有矩形缺口430。
正常使用时,箱体100的底板150是和地面接触并水平设置的,故上述通风防尘框300的位置也是相对固定的,即外框为两端开口,顶部开设有矩形缺口430的框体。
阻隔插盒包括支撑板360和滤纸板380;滤纸板380的数量为多个;多个滤纸板380交错式连接于支撑板360的一侧面;滤纸板380能插入矩形缺口430中,且当滤纸板380完全插入矩形缺口430中时,支撑板360密封盖住矩形缺口430。
即阻隔插盒从矩形缺口430插入,使得滤纸板380完全插入外框内,以对流经的空气进行一定的阻挡,延长流经的空气的路程,能够降低空气中夹杂的灰尘颗粒进入箱体100的几率。
将滤纸板380固定于支撑板360的下方,并将整个阻隔插盒做出可活动插入外框的结构,是为了便于更换滤纸板380,因滤纸板380为耗材,当滤纸板380被灰尘侵蚀污染到一定程度时,需要对滤纸板380进行更换,此时,只需要将整个阻隔插盒抽出进行更换即可。
外框的内部于第三框板330正下方设置有轴流风机420;纱网框嵌入外框中;纱网框包括网框391和设置于网框391内部的纱网392;当纱网框嵌入外框中时,网框391的周向外壁分别与第一框板310、第二框板320、第四框板340和第五框板350接触,即网框391和外框之间的接触为可拆卸式的密封接触(过盈接触),以保证外界灰尘不会从缝隙处进入外框内部。
通风防尘框300的数量为3个;3个通风防尘框300分别与第一通风口111、第二通风口121及第三通风口131对应;与第一通风口111对应的通风防尘框300的外框的靠近第三框板330的一端密封连接于第一侧板110的外壁并罩设第一通风口111;与第二通风口121对应的通风防尘框300的外框的靠近第三框板330的一端密封连接于第一侧板120的外壁并罩设第二通风口121;与第三通风口131对应的通风防尘框300的外框的靠近第三框板330的一端密封连接于第三侧板130的外壁并罩设第三通风口131。
需要注意的是,上述3个通风防尘框300有2个将外界空气吸入箱体100,有1个是将箱体100内空气排出箱体100,故与第一通风口111及第二通风口121贯通的通风防尘框300中的轴流风机420的风向设置为从外界吹向箱体100内,而与第三通风口131贯通的通风防尘框300中的轴流风机420的风向设置为从箱体100内吹向外界。
本发明提出的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜具备优秀的防沙尘能力,具体的,本防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜的箱体100由第一侧板110、第一侧板120、第三侧板130、第四侧板140、顶板160和底板150构成,各板材之间为焊接密封,以保证连接处的密封性;箱体100只开设有第一通风口111、第二通风口121和第三通风口131用以与外界通风散热,第一通风口111、第二通风口121和第四通风口的外部均罩设有通风防尘框300;通风防尘框300包括纱网框、滤纸板380和轴流风机420,在轴流风机420的作用下,外界空气依次经过纱网框、滤纸板380并进入箱体100内,空气在经过纱网框时空气中包含的大部分沙尘颗粒都会被纱网框过滤阻挡,然后在经过交错设置的滤纸板380时,滤纸板380的交错式结构能够进一步阻挡纱网392未能过滤的更细小的沙尘颗粒,从而使得最终进入箱体100的空气还有的沙尘量大大降低,大大提升了本防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜的防沙尘能力,同时还能兼顾散热通风能力。
此外,如附图1和附图3所示,滤纸板380竖直连接于支撑板360的一侧面(即滤纸板380为竖直设置);滤纸板380的延伸方向垂直于第一框板310;滤纸板380的水平截面呈锯齿型。当滤纸板380完全插入矩形缺口430中时,滤纸板380的底部与第五框板350接触,且相邻的滤纸板380分别与第一框板310及第二框板320接触。
这样是为了增加外界空气进入箱体100内的路程,且整个流通路径呈迂回状,这样能够进一步将空气中含有的沙尘析出并聚集于外框中,使得进入箱体100的空气含有的沙尘量大大降低。
同时,上述滤纸板380为棉纤维滤纸板,棉纤维滤纸板的吸附杂质颗粒的效果出色,且来源广泛,比较实用。
此外,滤纸板380的数量为至少4个(本实施例优选为4个),如附图3所示,4个滤纸板380彼此交错以形成一个迂回的空气流通路径,提升了过滤灰尘的效果。
同时,与轴流风机420最近的滤纸板380的靠近轴流风机420的一侧还设置有限位条410,限位条410的两端分别连接于第一框板310的内壁和第二框板320的内壁,限位条410是为了防止轴流风机420对滤纸板380产生过大的吸力而使得滤纸板380偏移原来的位置。
同时,为了工作稳定性,也可以设置多个限位条410(图中未示出),限位条410的数量与滤纸板380的数量一致,限位条410与滤纸板380一一对应,各限位条410分别位于对应的滤纸板380的靠近轴流风机420的一侧,这样设置是为了防止轴流风机420的风力使得滤纸板380产生偏移而堆积在一起,导致外界空气的流通量大大降低。
同样的,与第三通风口131贯通的通风防尘框300中可以不设置滤纸板380,因该通风防尘框300的轴流风机420是将箱体100内的空气吹向外界,故不需要滤纸板380加强过滤效果,只需起到排气的效果即可。
此外,其中1个通风防尘框300与第一侧板110的外壁之间的连接方式为焊接;其中1个通风防尘框300与第一侧板120之间的连接方式为焊接;其中1个通风防尘框300与第三侧板130之间的连接方式为焊接。
实际上,上述焊接连接是为了保证通风防尘框300与箱体100的连接的密封性。
同时,当支撑板360密封盖住矩形缺口430时,支撑板360与外框之间的缝隙处涂抹设置有硅胶密封胶(未示出),涂抹硅胶密封橡胶同样是为了防止外界灰尘杂质从缝隙处进入外框中,进而进入箱体100内。
此外,如附图1和附图2所示,箱体100还包括第一内板170和第二内板180;第一内板170平行于第三侧板130;第二内板180垂直于第三侧板130;第一内板170分别连接于第一侧板110的内壁和第一侧板120的内壁;第二内板180分别连接于第四侧板140的内壁及第二内板180。
第一内板170、第二内板180、第一侧板110、第四侧板140、顶板160和底板150共同构成高压室210;第一内板170、第二内板180、第一侧板120、第四侧板140、顶板160和底板150共同构成低压室230;第一内板170、第一侧板110、第一侧板120、第三侧板130、顶板160和底板150共同构成变压室250。高压室210内设置有高压柜220,低压室230内设置有低压柜240,变压室250内设置变压器260,这样设置是为了将箱体100的内部空间进行有序的布局,防止箱体100内各电气设备均置于一个空间内而对彼此造成不利干扰,且整体结构更加清晰明了。
第一通风口111贯通高压室210;第二通风口121贯通低压室230;第三通风口131贯通变压室250;第一内板170于高压室210处开设有第一通孔171;第二内板180于低压室230处开设有第二通孔172。
因为箱体100进行了空间上的拆分布局,形成了3个不同的空间,故需要对3个通风口的位置进行调整,通过上述技术方案,使得箱体100的通风和散热效果不受影响。
同时,顶板160的外壁还连接设置有吊耳(未示出),以便于运输。
此外,通风防尘框300还包括拉手370;拉手370连接于支撑板360的远离滤纸板380的一侧面。通过设置拉手370更便于提拉或插入上述阻隔插盒。上述纱网392为不锈钢纱网,不锈钢纱网的耐久性更出色。
此外,第四侧板140开开设有第一操作口141和第二操作口143,第一操作口141与高压室210贯通,第二操作口143与低压室230贯通,第一操作口141是为了便于维护人员从箱体100外操作高压室210内的高压柜220,第二操作口143是为了便于维护人员从箱体100外操作低压室230内的低压柜240;第四侧板140的外壁还铰接设置有第一活动门500和第二活动门600,第一活动门500用以密封盖住第一操作口141,第二活动门600用以密封盖住第二操作口143。
具体的,第一活动门500和第二活动门600的结构一致,第一操作口141和第二操作口143的结构一致,为了简便,这里以第一活动门500和第一操作口141为例来说明两者的配合结构,第二活动门600和第二操作口143之间的配合结构不再赘述。
第一活动门500包括外门510和内密封块520,内密封块520连接于外门510的靠近第一操作口141的一侧面,第一操作口141为矩形口,内密封块520同样为矩形块,第一操作口141的边沿开设有周向的凹槽142,内密封块520的外边沿设置有周向的突出条530,当第一活动门500关闭时,内密封块520嵌入第一操作口141中,且突出条530嵌入凹槽142中,突出条530优选为橡胶材质,且表面光滑处理。
通过这样设置,使得第一活动门500关闭第一操作口141时,两者之间的连接密封性大大增强,能够有效地防止外界沙尘进入箱体100内。

- 一种防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,包括箱体和防尘组件;所述箱体包括均竖直设置的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板,以及水平设置的顶板和底板;所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板彼此平行且正相对;所述第三侧板和所述第四侧板彼此平行且正相对;所述顶板和所述底板彼此正相对;所述第一侧板开设有第一通风口;所述第二侧板开设有第二通风口;所述第三侧板开设有第三通风口;所述第一通风口的尺寸、所述第二通风口的尺寸及所述第三通风口的尺寸一致;所述防尘组件包括通风防尘框;所述通风防尘框包括外框、阻隔插盒、轴流风机和纱网框;所述外框包括第一框板、第二框板、第三框板、第四框板和第五框板;所述第一框板和所述第二框板均竖直设置且彼此正相对;所述第三框板和所述第四框板均水平设置且位于同一水平面;所述第五框板水平设置且位于所述第三框板的下方;所述第五框板分别连接于所述第一框板的底部和所述第二框板的底部;所述第三框板和所述第四框板均为矩形板且尺寸一致,所述第三框板的两侧边缘分别连接于所述第一框板的顶部和第二框板的顶部,所述第四框板的两侧边缘分别连接于所述第一框板的顶部和所述第二框板的顶部;所述第三框板和所述第四框板之间形成有矩形缺口;所述阻隔插盒包括支撑板和滤纸板;所述滤纸板的数量为多个;多个所述滤纸板交错式连接于所述支撑板的一侧面;所述滤纸板能插入所述矩形缺口中,且当所述滤纸板完全插入所述矩形缺口中时,所述支撑板密封盖住所述矩形缺口;所述外框的内部于所述第三框板正下方设置有所述轴流风机;所述纱网框嵌入所述外框中;所述纱网框包括网框和设置于网框内部的纱网;当所述纱网框嵌入所述外框中时,所述网框的周向外壁分别与所述第一框板、所述第二框板、所述第四框板和所述第五框板接触;所述通风防尘框的数量为3个;3个所述通风防尘框分别与所述第一通风口、所述第二通风口及所述第三通风口对应;与所述第一通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第一侧板的外壁并罩设所述第一通风口;与所述第二通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第二侧板的外壁并罩设所述第二通风口;与所述第三通风口对应的所述通风防尘框的所述外框的靠近所述第三框板的一端密封连接于所述第三侧板的外壁并罩设所述第三通风口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述滤纸板竖直连接于所述支撑板的一侧面;所述滤纸板的延伸方向垂直于所述第一框板;所述滤纸板的水平截 面呈锯齿型;当所述滤纸板完全插入所述矩形缺口中时,所述滤纸板的底部与所述第五框板接触,且相邻的所述滤纸板分别与所述第一框板及所述第二框板接触。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述滤纸板为棉纤维滤纸板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述滤纸板的数量为至少4个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,其中1个所述通风防尘框与所述第一侧板的外壁之间的连接方式为焊接;其中1个所述通风防尘框与所述第二侧板之间的连接方式为焊接;其中1个所述通风防尘框与所述第三侧板之间的连接方式为焊接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,当所述支撑板密封盖住所述矩形缺口时,所述支撑板与所述外框之间的缝隙处涂抹设置有硅胶密封胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括第一内板和第二内板;所述第一内板平行于所述第三侧板;所述第二内板垂直于所述第三侧板;所述第一内板分别连接于所述第一侧板的内壁和所述第二侧板的内壁;所述第二内板分别连接于所述第四侧板的内壁及所述第二内板;所述第一内板、所述第二内板、所述第一侧板、所述第四侧板、所述顶板和所述底板共同构成高压室;所述第一内板、所述第二内板、所述第二侧板、所述第四侧板、所述顶板和所述底板共同构成低压室;所述第一内板、所述第一侧板、所述第二侧板、所述第三侧板、所述顶板和所述底板共同构成变压室;所述第一通风口贯通所述高压室;所述第二通风口贯通所述低压室;所述第三通风口贯通所述变压室;所述第一内板于所述高压室处开设有第一通孔;所述第二内板于所述低压室处开设有第二通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述通风防尘框还包括拉手;所述拉手连接于所述支撑板的远离所述滤纸板的一侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述纱网为不锈钢纱网。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防沙尘的华式箱变开关柜,其特征在于,所述顶板的外壁连接设置有吊耳。
