Description

A SYSTEM CAPABLE OF DISINFECTING PLACES
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a system that is capable of disinfecting places and that may be used for disinfecting frequently-used environments such as houses, working areas, shopping places, etc.
State of the Art
Epidemics have been one of humanity's greatest fears throughout history. In addition to being an ancient fear for humankind, epidemics play the leading role as a dystopic factor in many future disaster scenarios.
Although many diseases that had been the cause of great epidemics in the past have been dealt with as of today through scientific developments, and widespread vaccination, many modern epidemic diseases still continue to be the worst fear of humankind.
Quite naturally, we share our planet with other living beings. These beings include bacteria, germs, and viruses of microscopic size. And although there are those that are beneficial as they make what we eat and help us in various ways, there are also those that may potentially bring the end of humankind. Even now, there are malignant bacteria and germs on your body, your hands, and inside your mouth. For example, you have a 25 percent chance of carrying the deadly staphylococcus bacteria. This bacterium may not harm you, however, if you get it from someone else, it may kill you.
Although our immune system and facilities of modern medicine are usually enough to protect us, it is known for a fact that these microorganisms have been living in the world for much longer compared to us, and they are resistant, more resolute, and stable in continuing their existence compared to us. People contract the majority of epidemic diseases through the respiratory tract. Infection rates vary based on the characteristics of the viruses that cause the epidemics. While some types of viruses are capable of suspending in the air for a long time, some types of viruses settle on surfaces without suspending in the air. Many viruses can survive on surfaces such as metal, wood, etc. for a long time. And at the same time, these viruses can live on humans for a certain period of time.
Ensuring hygiene in living spaces is a necessity for a healthy life. It is a necessity to disinfect the microorganisms located on contaminated surfaces, which can be carried from outdoor environments into households where people, especially the elderly, babies, and people with chronic diseases such as cancer live.
In addition to the hygiene requirements of our daily life, as mentioned above, the risk of transmitting disease factors to living spaces during periods of epidemic outbreaks becomes one of the great fears of people. A lot of time and effort are spent to prevent this, chemicals that can pose risks and dangers are used, and the possibility of not providing the intended hygiene causes many people to be mentally depressed. As a matter of fact, ongoing events stemming from the current pandemic is a good example in this regard.
The majority of viruses can survive on surfaces such as metal, wood, etc. for a long time. The risk of virus infection is high in closed areas such as households, working areas, shopping areas, etc. Therefore, it is of great importance to disinfect these areas properly. Today, the systems that can effectively disinfect such areas are not sufficient.

Said disinfection cabin comprises a disinfection liquid pillbox, a fan gas outlet, an atomization nozzle, a shelf I, a shelf II, an electromagnetic pump, and a controller, wherein the disinfection liquid pillbox is arranged on the right side of the atomization nozzle, a fan is arranged in the fan gas outlet, the shelf I and shelf II are both arranged on the left side of the fan gas outlet, shelf II is arranged on the left side of the shelf I under the shelf I, electromagnetic pump forms an integrated disinfectant sprinkler system with disinfection liquid pillbox, electromagnetic pump, and atomization nozzle, fan disinfectant sprinkler system is arranged between shelf I and shelf II, the disinfection cabin is provided with a disinfection cabin door, a switch device and a power cable are arranged on the outside of the fan respectively, and a liquid pillbox groove is arranged on the outer part of a disinfection liquid pillbox. Widespread adoption makes the disinfection cabin suitable for use, the disinfection cabin features a short disinfection period, eliminates the need for secondary cleaning, results in no internal loss, provides a smooth disinfection process, and gets completed properly without any dead angle.
The patent application numbered TR201306745 discloses a "Method and device for disinfecting packages". Said method and device are used for disinfecting packages produced as circumferentially-sealed package covers, at least in parts. The package is exposed to a disinfecting agent. During the implementation of the disinfection process, the package covers are opened in a longitudinal direction at both end regions and carried through a disinfection tunnel. In the inner part of the disinfection tunnel, the package covers are exposed to the disinfecting agent. The disinfecting agent coming out of an open end portion of the package cover through the disinfection tunnel is delivered into an open end portion of an adjacent package cover. Disinfecting systems are described in the above-mentioned patent applications. Disclosed products are used for disinfecting goods as well as people. However, these products do not particularly allow for disinfecting environments. In addition thereto, said products pose many disadvantages in terms of costs.
Consequently, there is a need for a novel technology that is capable of eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages, that is practical in terms of use, that can effectively disinfect living spaces, that can perform an efficient disinfection process via a vaporization system, can spray disinfectant in the form of vapor which can suspend in the air for a longer duration, that can be integrated into ventilation systems, can disinfect spaces with a volume of up to one hundred thousand cubic meters, is designed to protect human health, features long physical life, that is durable, that does not require frequent maintenance and is cost-efficient.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The components of the present invention comprise of; a body (1), a disinfectant tank (2), an ultrasonic fog making sensor (3), a power supply (4), a control board (5), a timer (6), a disinfectant transfer fan (7), a transfer tube (8) and on-off switch (9).
The inventive product basically consists of a body (1), a disinfectant tank (2), an ultrasonic fog making sensor (3), a disinfectant transfer fan (7), and a transfer tube (8). The disinfectant tank (2) is positioned inside the body (1). The disinfectant tank (2) contains hypochlorous acid as a disinfection agent. An ultrasonic fog making sensor (3) is attached to the disinfectant tank (2). Said ultrasonic fog making sensor (3) vaporizes the disinfection agent via ultrasonic waves. The disinfectant transfer fan (7) is positioned on the lateral surface of the body (1). Said disinfectant transfer fan (7) absorbs the vaporized disinfectant and sprays it to the outer environment. A transfer tube (8) is attached to the disinfectant tank (2) and the disinfectant transfer fan (7). Said transfer tube (8) carries the vaporized disinfection agent and transfers it to the disinfectant transfer fan (7).
The inventive system comprises a power supply (4), a control board (5), a timer (6), and an on-off switch (9). Said power supply (4) provides the energy needed by the inventive system. The disinfectant transfer fan (7), the control board (5), and the ultrasonic fog making sensor (3) are attached to the power supply (4). The control board (5) positioned inside the body allows for controlling the system. The timer (6) is attached to the control board (5). Said timer (6) determines the operating time and intervals of the inventive system. An on-off switch (9) is positioned on the front surface of the body (1). Said on- off switch (9) allows for turning the inventive system on or off.
The inventive product is actuated via the control switch (9). The energy supplied from the power supply (4) reaches the control board (5). Said control board (5) sends signals, creating certain time frames within the timer (6) (such as 5 minutes - 10 minutes - 20 minutes - 60 minutes). The timer (6) sends electrical signals to the system within said specific time intervals. Electrical signals sent by the timer (6) reach the ultrasonic fog making sensor (3), thereby activating it. The system begins vaporizing the disinfection agent. Vaporized disinfectant is stored inside the disinfectant tank (2). The vapor of the disinfectant stored inside the disinfectant tank is discharged from the disinfectant transfer fan (7) at certain intervals.
