值得指出的是,本申请实施例所描述的技术不限于长期演进型(Long Term Evolution,LTE)/LTE的演进(LTE-Advanced,LTE-A)系统,还可用于其他无线通 信系统,诸如码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、时分多址(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)、频分多址(Frequency Division Multiple Access,FDMA)、正交频分多址(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access,OFDMA)、单载波频分多址(Single-carrier Frequency-Division Multiple Access,SC-FDMA)和其他系统。本申请实施例中的术语“系统”和“网络”常被可互换地使用,所描述的技术既可用于以上提及的系统和无线电技术,也可用于其他系统和无线电技术。然而,以下描述出于示例目的描述了新空口(New Radio,NR)系统,并且在以下大部分描述中使用NR术语,尽管这些技术也可应用于NR系统应用以外的应用,如第6代(6th Generation,6G)通信系统。
图1示出本申请实施例可应用的一种无线通信系统的框图。无线通信系统包括代理终端11、辅终端12和网络侧设备13。其中,代理终端11和辅终端12也可以称作终端或者用户终端(User Equipment,UE),代理终端11和辅终端12可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)或称为笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、掌上电脑、上网本、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)或车载设备(VUE)、行人终端(PUE)等终端侧设备,可穿戴式设备包括:手环、耳机、眼镜等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例并不限定代理终端11和辅终端12的具体类型。网络侧设备13可以是基站或核心网,其中,基站可被称为节点B、演进节点B、接入点、基收发机站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、B节点、演进型B节点(eNB)、家用B节点、家用演进型B节点、WLAN接入点、WiFi节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或所述领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,所述基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例,但是并不限定基站的具体类型。
在本申请实施例中,辅终端12可以为具有SIM卡的终端(即在网络侧具有自己的身份),或没有SIM卡的终端(即在网络侧没有自己的身份)。代理终端11为具有代理能力的终端,例如,带有SIM卡的终端。其中,具有代理能力的终端也可以作为辅终端。
其中,代理能力是指代理其他终端建立信令连接、获取网络配置的能力。例如,主终端或代理(proxy)终端代理辅终端向网络(例如接入网设备)发起业务请求,获取网络的资源配置信息,并将资源配置信息转发给辅终端。然后辅终端可以采用主终端或代理终端的身份信息接入网络,从而传输业务。在辅终端传输业务的过程中,主终端或代理终端保持与网络的信令连接。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的通信代理的建立方法进行详细地说明。
图2为本申请实施例中提供的通信代理的建立方法的一种流程示意图,该方法200可以由终端执行,该终端作为辅终端。换言之,所述方法可以由安装在终端上的软件或硬件来执行。如图2所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤。
S210,确定目标代理终端。
在本申请实施例中,所述目标代理终端即为辅终端选择的代理终端。在具体应用中,可能存在多个代理终端,辅终端可以从中选择一个代理终端作为目标代理终端。
例如,在个人物联网中,一个用户拥有多个终端,如个人携带多个终端设备或家庭设备等。此时,可能存在N个具备代理能力的终端(N>=1),辅终端可以从N个代理终端中确定出目标代理终端。
在具体应用中,具备代理能力的终端可以向外宣称其具备代理能力,即其可以作为代理终端,代理终端和辅终端可以在同一个物联网中。
其中,代理终端的代理能力是指代理其他终端建立信令连接获取网络配置的能力。例如,目标代理终端代理辅终端向网络发起业务请求,获取网络的资源配置,并将资源配置转发给辅终端。辅终端采用目标代理终端的身份接入网络。在辅终端数据传输过程中,目标代理终端保持与网络的信令连接。
S212,向所述目标代理终端发送代理请求消息,其中,所述代理请求消息用于指示所述辅终端以所述目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信。
辅终端在确定目标代理终端之后,可以向目标代理终端发送代理请求,请求以所述目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信。
S214,接收代理请求响应消息,若所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,则与所述目标代理终端建立代理关系。
目标代理终端在接收到代理请求消息后,可以对是否能够接受该辅终端的代理请求进行判断,并根据判断结果向辅终端返回代理请求响应消息,辅终端接收该代理请求响应消息,如果该代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,即目标代理终端确认接受辅终端的代理请求,则与目标代理终端建立代理关系,在后续过程中,目标代理终端可以代理辅终端向网络发起业务请求,获取网络的资源配置,并将资源配置转发给辅终端,辅终端采用目标代理终端的身份接入网络。在辅终端数据传输过程中,目标代理终端保持与网络的信令连接。
通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案,辅终端确定目标代理终端后,向目标代理终端发送请求,请求以所述目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信,并在接收到携带代理确认信息的代理请求响应消息后,与目标代理终端建立代理关系,从而使得辅终端不管是否在网络侧具备身份,都可以以目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信。
在一个可能的实现方式中,可以建立一个终端组,辅终端和代理终端在加入该终端组。在该终端组中设置一个中心节点,用于管理终端组内的各个代理终端的代理信息,还可以管理终端组中的辅终端的代理需求。在该可能的实现方式中,中心节点为终端组的共享访问模块,例如,代理数据库,该共享访问模块可以设置在终端组中的任一终端中,终端组中任一终端均可以访问该中心节点。
在一个可能的实现方式,辅终端可以从中心节点获取各个代理终端的代理信息,并根据各个代理终端的代理信息,选择一个代理终端作为目标终端。因此,在该可能的实现方式中,S210可以包括:
S2101,接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点为终端组的共享访问的模块,存储有所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,所述终端组 中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端。
S2103,基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择出所述目标代理终端。
在本申请中,辅终端可以在至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新时或辅终端的辅终端信息更新(例如,代理需求更新)时,选择目标代理终端。或者,辅终端也可以在每次业务请求前选择目标代理终端。
在一个可能的实现方式中,辅终端接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,可以是中心节点单独发送给辅终端的。因此,上述S211可以包括:接收所述中心节点发送给所述辅终端的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
例如,在S2101之前,辅终端加入到所述终端组,向中心节点发送其辅终端信息,中心节点在接收到该辅终端信息之后,向该辅终端发送至少一个代理终端的代理信息。或者,辅终端在加入终端组之后,在有代理需求时,即辅终端需要被代理,例如,辅终端不具有SIM卡或辅终端能力受限时,向中心节点发送代理信息获取请求,中心节点在接收到代理信息获取请求时,向该辅终端发送所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
或者,辅终端接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,也可以是中心节点在终端组广播的。因此,在另一个可能的实现方式中,上述S2101可以包括:接收所述中心节点在所述终端组内广播的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
在一个可能的实现方式中,所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,还可以是中心节点在所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后发送的。例如,其中某个代理终端在作为某个辅终端的目标代理终端,与某个辅终端建立代理关系后,向中心节点发送通知,中心节点接收到通知后,更新该代理终端的代理信息,或者,有新的代理终端加入终端组时,中心节点也将更新保存的至少一个代理终端的代理信息。因此,在该可能的实现方式中,S2101可以包括:接收所述中心节点发送的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点在所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后,发送所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。其中,中心节点可以以单播的方式向各个辅终端发送,也可以以广播的形式在所述终端组中广播。
在另一个可能的实现方式,中心节点也可以为辅终端选择目标代理终端,将目标代理终端的代理信息发送给辅终端。因此,在该可能的实现方式中,S210可以包括:S2102,接收中心节点发送的所述目标代理终端的代理信息。
在上述可能的实现方式中,中心节点可以根据其保存的代理终端的代理信息,为辅终端选择所述目标代理终端。即所述目标代理终端为所述中心节点基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的代理终端。
在上述可能的实现方式中,中心节点可以是在接收到辅终端的辅终端信息后,或者是辅终端在具有代理需求时,向中心节点发送目标代理终端获取请求,中心节点在接收到该请求时,向所述辅终端发送所述目标代理终端的代理信息。或者,中心节点也可以是在辅终端的辅终端信息更新后或所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后,从所述至少一个代理终端中为所述辅终端选择的。因此,在一个可能的实现方式中,S2102可以包括:接收中心节点选择并发送的所述目标代理终端的代理信息,其中, 所述目标代理终端为所述中心节点在所述辅终端的辅终端信息更新后从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的,或者所述中心节点在所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的。
在另一个可能的实现方式中,代理终端的代理信息也可以分布式的管理,即不设置中心节点,至少一个代理终端中各个代理终端发送其代理信息,辅终端从而获取至少一个代理终端的代理信息。因此,在该可能的实现方式中,S210可以包括:
S2104,接收至少一个代理终端发送的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
S2106,基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择出所述目标代理终端。
在一个可能的实现方式中,在S2104中,至少一个代理终端可以在终端组内广播其代理信息,例如,当某个代理终端的代理信息更新时,该代理终端在终端组内广播更新后的代理信息,或者,当某个代理终端加入到终端组成为新的代理终端时,该代理终端在终端组内广播更新后的代理信息。或者,也可以在某个辅终端加入终端组时,至少一个代理终端中各个代理终端向该辅终端单播其代理能力。因此,在该可能的实现方式中,S2104可以包括:接收所述至少一个代理终端在终端组内广播的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端。
在上述各个可能的实现方式中,可选地,所述辅终端信息可以包括以下至少一项:所述辅终端的类型;所述辅终端请求代理的业务类型;所述辅终端的标识信息;所述辅终端的代理需求,例如,辅终端需要被代理的指示、需要被代理的原因(如辅终端无SIM卡,或能力受限等)。
在上述各个可能的实现方式中,代理选择准则可以包括以下至少一项:
(1)按照所述至少一个代理终端的代理优先级选择;在具体应用中,多个代理终端可以设定相同或不同级别的优先级。高优先级的代理终端倾向于被选为目标代理终端。其中,优先级可以由用户依据终端能力、终端业务、终端资费等因素设定。
(2)按照所述至少一个代理终端的可获得性状态选择;即按照至少一个代理终端是否能够正常提供代理服务进行选择,选择能够正常提供代理服务的代理终端作为目标代理终端,排除代理状态不正常的代理终端,例如关机状态、不在服务区状态或代理超负荷状态等的代理终端。
(3)按照所述至少一个代理终端的可靠性状态选择。即比较至少一个代理终端的可靠性状态信息,选择较好状态的代理终端作为目标代理终端,例如较高的信号强度、较高的电量等的代理终端。
需要说明的是,上述各项代理选择准则可以择一使用,也可以组合使用。例如,如果多个代理终端中存在多个优先级相同的代理终端,则可以从中选择正常代理状态的代理终端。如果存在多个同优先级且处于正常代理状态的代理终端,进一步比较这多个代理终端的可靠性状态信息,选择较好状态的代理终端作为目标代理终端。
在另一个可能的实现方式中,某个代理终端可以直接作为目标代理终端,例如,用户设置某个代理终端作为目标代理终端,或用户设置某个代理终端的优先级为最高,则该代理终端可以作为目标代理终端,向辅终端发送其代理信息。因此,在该可能的 实现方式中,S210可以包括:S2105,接收所述目标代理终端发送的代理信息,其中,所述代理信息指示所述目标代理终端为当前主终端。
在上述可能的实现方式中,目标代理终端可以在其相关信息被修改时,发送其代理信息,例如,某一代理终端被修改为目标代理终端(也可以称为主终端)或其优先级被修改时,其作为目标代理终端向辅终端发送代理信息。或者,目标代理终端也可以在有新的辅终端加入到终端组或辅终端的辅终端信息发生更新时,向辅终端发送所述代理信息。
在上述可能的实现方式中,辅终端接收的代理信息可以是目标代理终端向该辅终端单播的,也可以是目标代理终端在终端组内广播的。因此,S2105可以包括:接收所述目标代理终端在终端组内广播的所述目标代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述目标代理终端。
在上述各个可能的实现方式中,代理终端的代理信息包括但不限于以下至少一项:
1、代理终端的标识信息;该标识信息可以是代理终端在终端组内的标识信息,也可以是代理终端在通信网络的标识信息,具体本实施例中不作限定。
2、代理终端的代理能力信息;其中,代理能力信息可以包括以下至少一项:(1)支持代理的业务类型,如,语音通话(Voice Call)业务、数据服务(Data Service);(2)QoS类型;(3)切片(Slicing);(4)多无线-双连接(Multi-Radio Dual Connectivity,MR-DC)能力,如EN-DC,NR-DC等。
3、代理终端的代理优先级信息;具体可以由用户根据代理终端的能力、代理终端的业务类型以及代理终端的资费等因素设定。
4、代理终端的代理状态信息。
其中,代理终端的代理状态信息可以包括:
可获得性状态,即代理终端是否能够正常提供代理服务,例如,网络覆盖状态,如不在服务区等;电量状态,如电量低等;终端开关机状态;代理负荷状态,如已建立代理关系的辅终端的数量,即建立了代理关系而无正在进行业务的辅终端数量,和/或正在代理的辅终端的数量,即正在执行代理终端任务的辅终端数量;以及
可靠性状态。包括但不限于以下至少一项:信号强度状态,如小区信号强度指示等;移动速度,如高速移动、静止状态等;无线资源控制(RRC)状态:空闲(Idle)、非活动(Inactive)、连接(Connected)状态等;非接入层(NAS)状态:如CM_IDLE、CM_Connected等。
在上述各个可能的实现方式中,所述代理请求消息中可以携带有业务请求信息,其中,所述业务请求信息用于指示所述辅终端请求代理的业务。即代理请求消息中可以指示请求代理的业务,从而使得目标代理终端可以根据该业务确定是否代理辅终端的业务。
通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案,对个人物联网(IOT),一用户多终端场景下,辅终端可以灵活选择代理终端,提高个人IOT网络的便利性和效率。
图3是本申请实施例提供的通信代理的建立方法的另一种流程示意图,该方法300可以由终端执行。该终端可以作为图1中的代理终端。换言之,所述方法可以由安装在终端上的软件或硬件来执行。如图3所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤。
S310,接收辅终端发送的代理请求消息,其中,所述代理请求消息用于请求所述代理终端以所述代理终端的身份,代理所述辅终端与网络侧进行通信。
其中,代理请求消息与方法200中的代理请求消息相同,具体可以参见方法200中相关描述。
S312,若确定接受所述辅终端的代理请求,则向所述辅终端发送代理请求响应消息,与所述辅终端建立代理关系,其中,所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息。
若代理终端确定可以接受辅终端的代理请求,则可以在代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,与辅终端建立代理关系;若代理终端确定不接受辅终端的代理请求,则可以在代理请求响应消息中携带非确认信息,拒绝辅终端的代理请求,辅终端在接收到该代理请求响应消息后,可以重新选择目标代理终端。
通过本申请实施例提供的技术方案,代理终端在接收辅终端的代理请求,若确定接受该代理请求,则与辅终端建立代理关系,从而可以以代理终端的身份代理辅终端与网络侧进行通信,使得辅终端不管是否在网络侧具备身份,都可以以代理终端的身份实现与网络侧的通信。
在一个可能的实现方式中,如果代理终端支持双连接(Dual Connectivity,DC)功能,则在与辅终端建立代理关系后,则可以与网络侧建立双连接,通过其中一个连接承载辅终端与网络侧的数据传输。
在一个可能的实现方式中,在S310之前,代理终端可以发送其代理信息,使得辅终端可以确定该代理终端具有代理能力,从而选择该代理终端进行代理。因此,该可能的实现方式中,在S310之前,该方法还可以包括:S301,发送所述代理终端的代理信息。
如上述方法200中所述,代理终端的代理信息中心化处理,也可以分布式处理。因此,在一个可能的实现方式中,S301可以包括:向中心节点发送所述代理终端的代理信息。即由中心节点统一维护代理终端的代理信息。
在上述可能的实现方式中,中心节点还可以维护辅终端的辅终端信息。例如,辅终端请求加入到终端组,发送其辅终端信息到中心节点,中心节点通知终端组的目标代理终端(即主终端)或可信任的代理终端,目标代理终端或可信任的代理终端如果确认许可,则更新中心节点,存储辅终端的辅终端信息。可选地,目标代理终端或可信任的代理终端还可以向辅终端发送成功响应消息或失败响应消息,指示辅终端是否成功加入终端组。
而在另一个可能的实现方式中,S301可以包括:在终端组内广播所述代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述代理终端。即分布式管理代理终端的代理信息。
在分布式管理代理终端的代理信息的实现方式中,可选地,辅终端在请求加入终端组时,可以将辅终端信息发送到目标代理终端(即主终端)或可信任的代理终端,目标代理终端或可信任的代理终端如果确认许可,允许辅终端加入。可选地,目标代理终端或可信任的代理终端还可以向辅终端发送成功响应消息或失败响应消息,指示辅终端是否成功加入终端组。
在本申请中,如方法200中所述,代理终端的代理信息可以包括多项,例如,以 下的至少一项:代理终端的标识信息;代理终端的代理能力信息(Proxy Capability);代理终端的代理优先级信息(Proxy Priority);代理终端的代理状态信息(Proxy State)。因此,在S301中,代理终端可以将各项代理信息分别发送,即发送多个消息,也可以将所有代理信息一起发送,即发送一个消息,具体本实施例不作限定。
如上述方法200中所述,代理终端还可以直接作为目标代理终端发送其代理信息,因此,在另一个可能的实现方式中,S301可以包括:在终端组内广播所述代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述代理信息指示所述代理终端为目标代理终端,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述代理终端。
在上述可能的实现方式中,代理终端可以通过一个或多个消息向辅终端发送以下的至少一项代理信息:代理终端的标识信息;代理终端的代理能力信息(Proxy Capability);代理终端的代理优先级信息(Proxy Priority);代理终端的代理状态信息(Proxy State),并向辅终端通知该代理终端为目标代理终端。
在上述各个可能的实现方式中,代理终端可以在加入终端组时,发送其代理信息,或者,代理终端也可以在其代理信息发生更新后,发送所述代理信息。因此,在一个可能的实现方式中,该方法还可以包括:若所述代理终端的代理信息发生更新,则发送更新后的所述代理终端的代理信息。通过该可能的实现方式,使得代理终端可以在其代理信息更新时,及时通知中心节点或辅终端。
在一个可能的实现方式中,代理终端在接收到辅终端发送的代理请求消息后,在确定是否接受代理请求时,可以在以下至少一种情况下,确定接受所述辅终端的代理请求:
(1)所述辅终端与所述代理终端位于同一终端组;即辅终端为可信任的终端。
(2)所述代理终端具备代理所述辅终端请求代理的业务的能力,其中,所述代理请求消息中携带有指示所述请求代理的业务的业务请求信息。
(3)所述代理终端当前的代理状态允许代理所述辅终端。
其中,上述各项条件可以仅满足其一也可以需要满足多项,代理终端确定接受辅终端的代理请求。例如,代理请求消息中可以携带辅终端的辅终端信息,代理终端根据其代理能力可以确定是否接受辅终端的代理请求。例如,如果代理终端可以代理辅终端请求代理的业务,则可以接受辅终端的代理请求,进一步地,代理终端还可以根据其当前代理状态,判断是否允许代理所述辅终端,例如,代理终端当前的代理负荷是否已满等。
在一个可能的实现方式中,代理终端在与辅终端建立代理关系后,可以更新其代理信息,例如,更新其代理负荷状态,例如,通知中心节点,中心节点更新存储的该代理终端的代理信息,或者通知终端组的辅终端。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的通信代理的建立方法,执行主体可以为通信代理的建立装置,或者,该通信代理的建立装置中的用于执行通信代理的建立方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以通信代理的建立装置执行通信代理的建立方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的通信代理的建立装置。
图4为本申请实施例提供的通信代理的建立装置的一种结构示意图,该通信代理的建立装置可以应用于图1中的辅终端。如图4所示,该通信代理的建立装置400包 括:确定模块410,用于用于确定目标代理终端;第一发送模块420,用于向所述目标代理终端发送代理请求消息,其中,所述代理请求消息用于指示所述辅终端以所述目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信;第一接收模块430,用于接收代理请求响应消息,若所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,则与所述目标代理终端建立代理关系。
在一个可能的实现方式中,所述确定模块410确定目标代理终端,包括:接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点为终端组的共享访问的模块,存储有所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端;基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择出所述目标代理终端。

可选地,如图6所示,本申请实施例还提供一种通信设备600,包括处理器601和存储器602,存储在存储器602上并可在所述处理器601上运行的程序或指令,例如,该通信设备600作为辅终端时,该程序或指令被处理器601执行时实现上述方法200中的通信代理的建立方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果。或者,该通信设备600作为代理终端时,该程序或指令被处理器601执行时实现上述方法300中的通信代理的建立方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

该终端700包括但不限于:射频单元701、网络模块702、音频输出单元703、输入单元704、传感器705、显示单元706、用户输入单元707、接口单元708、存储器709、以及处理器710等部件。
本领域技术人员可以理解,终端700还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器710逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图7中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,终端可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元704可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)7041和麦克风7042,图形处理器7041对在视频捕获模式或图 像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元706可包括显示面板7071,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板7071。用户输入单元707包括触控面板7071以及其他输入设备7072。触控面板7071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板7071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备7072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,射频单元701将来自网络侧设备的下行数据接收后,给处理器710处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给网络侧设备。通常,射频单元701包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。
存储器709可用于存储软件程序或指令以及各种数据。存储器709可主要包括存储程序或指令区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序或指令区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序或指令(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。此外,存储器709可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。
处理器710可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选地,处理器710可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序或指令等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器710中。

本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述各个通信代理的建立方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。

  1. 一种通信代理的建立方法,应用于终端,所述终端为辅终端,所述方法包括:
    确定目标代理终端;
    向所述目标代理终端发送代理请求消息,其中,所述代理请求消息用于指示所述辅终端以所述目标代理终端的身份与网络侧进行通信;
    接收代理请求响应消息,若所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,则与所述目标代理终端建立代理关系。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定目标代理终端,包括:
    接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点为终端组的共享访问的模块,存储有所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端;
    基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息进行评估,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择出所述目标代理终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息包括:
    接收所述中心节点发送给所述辅终端的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息;或者,
    接收所述中心节点在所述终端组内广播的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,包括:
    接收所述中心节点发送的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点在所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后,发送所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定目标代理终端,包括:
    接收中心节点发送的所述目标代理终端的代理信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述目标代理终端为所述中心节点基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的代理终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,接收中心节点选择并发送的所述目标代理终端的代理信息,包括:
    接收中心节点选择并发送的所述目标代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述目标代理终端为所述中心节点在所述辅终端的辅终端信息更新后从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的,或者所述中心节点在所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息更新后从所述至少一个代理终端中选择的。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定目标代理终端,包括:
    接收至少一个代理终端发送的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息;
    基于代理选择准则,根据所述辅终端的辅终端信息和所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,从所述至少一个代理终端中选择出所述目标代理终端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,接收至少一个代理终端发送的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,包括:
    接收所述至少一个代理终端在终端组内广播的所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端。
  10. 如权利要求2至4、6至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述辅终端信息包括以下至少一项:
    所述辅终端的类型;
    所述辅终端请求代理的业务类型;

    按照所述至少一个代理终端的代理优先级选择;

    若确定接受所述辅终端的代理请求,则向所述辅终端发送代理请求响应消息,与所述辅终端建立代理关系,其中,所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息。

    发送所述代理终端的代理信息。

    第一接收模块,用于接收代理请求响应消息,若所述代理请求响应消息中携带代理确认信息,则与所述目标代理终端建立代理关系。

    接收中心节点发送的至少一个代理终端的代理信息,其中,所述中心节点为终端组的共享访问的模块,存储有所述至少一个代理终端的代理信息,所述终端组中包括所述辅终端和所述至少一个代理终端;
