一种护目镜,包括护目镜框架(1)、设置在护目镜框架(1)上的护目镜镜片(2)、设置在护目镜框架(1)上的弹性带(3);护目镜框架(1)的侧壁开设有透气孔(4),透气孔(4)中设置有呼吸阀(5)。使用时,通过弹性带(3)将护目镜压紧在医护人员的面部,此时,护目镜与医护人员面部之间形成有空腔。呼吸阀(5)将空腔与外界连通,使得空腔内部的空气保持流通,使得护目镜镜片(2)上不易起雾,医护人员的视线不易受到影响。

护目镜 技术领域
本发明涉及个人防护用品,特别地,涉及一种护目镜。
背景技术
护目镜,是一种通过封闭眼镜周围的空间的护眼装置,主要用来防止微粒、水、化学物质以及血液、体液等具有感染性的物质侵袭眼睛。不过在佩戴护目镜的过程中,护目镜的内表面会起雾,严重影响医护人员的视线。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种护目镜,其内表面不易起雾,且不易影响医护人员的视线。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种护目镜,包括护目镜框架、设置在所述护目镜框架上的护目镜镜片、设置在所述护目镜框架上的弹性带;所述护目镜框架的侧壁开设有透气孔,所述透气孔中设置有呼吸阀。
通过上述技术方案,使用时,通过弹性带将护目镜压紧在医护人员的面部,此时,护目镜与医护人员面部之间形成有空腔。呼吸阀将空腔与外界连通,使得空腔内部的空气保持流通,使得护目镜镜片上不易起雾,医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
优选的,所述呼吸阀有若干,且若干所述呼吸阀沿所述护目镜框架的边沿分布。
通过上述技术方案,多个呼吸阀共同作用,使得空腔中的空气能够更为高效地流通,使得护目镜镜片上不易起雾,医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
优选的,所述呼吸阀凸出于所述护目镜框架的端部上设置有遮挡帽,所述遮挡帽上开设有连通于所述呼吸阀的通气孔。
通过上述技术方案,设置于呼吸阀上的遮挡帽能够对外界的空气进行过滤,使得外界空气中的杂质不易经由呼吸阀进入到空腔中,保证了该护目镜的防护效果。
优选的,所述护目镜框架的边沿处设置有防护软胶。
通过上述技术方案,在护目镜框架的边沿处设置防护软胶,使得该就目镜的使用变得更为舒适。同时在佩戴该护目镜时,防护软胶位于护目镜框架与医护人员面部之间,防护软胶被挤压变形并将护目镜框架与医护人员面部之间的间隙密封,如此微粒、水、化学物质以及血液、体液等具有感染性的物质不易进入到空腔内部并侵袭医护人员的眼镜,保证了护目镜的防护效果。
优选的,所述护目镜框架上设置有干燥盒,所述干燥盒上开设有若干通孔,所述干燥盒内部设置有干燥剂。
通过上述技术方案,干燥盒内部的干燥剂能够吸收空腔中的水分,使得空腔中的空气变得更为干燥,如此护目镜镜片上不易起雾,医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
优选的,所述干燥盒首尾相接,且所述干燥盒环绕所述护目镜镜片。
通过上述技术方案,环绕护目镜镜片的干燥盒能够充分干燥护目镜镜片周围的空气,使得护目镜镜片不易起雾,医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
优选的,所述护目镜框架上开设有首尾相接的放置槽,所述干燥盒设置在所述放置槽中。
通过上述技术方案,将干燥盒安装在放置槽内部,如此干燥盒不易与医护人员的面部直接接触,使得护目镜的使用变得更为舒适。
优选的,所述放置槽的内槽壁处开设有限位卡槽,所述干燥盒上设置有限位卡块,所述限位卡块卡接于所述限位卡槽。
通过上述技术方案,限位卡块与限位卡槽配合能够对干燥盒进行限制,使得干燥盒不易从放置槽中脱离。当干燥剂的吸水效果减弱时,可将干燥盒从放置槽中取下并进行更换。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
一种护目镜,如图1、图2所示,包括护目镜框架1、安装在护目镜框架1上的护目镜镜片2、两端同时粘接固定于护目镜框架1的弹性带3。使用时,通过弹性带3将护目镜框架1压紧在医护人员的面部,同时护目镜框架1与医护人员的面部之间形成有一封闭的空腔。
护目镜框架1靠近医护人员面部处设置有防护软胶8,防护软胶8与护目镜框架1粘接固定,防护软胶8一方面能够密封护目镜框架1与医护人员的面部之间的间隙,提升护目镜的防护效果;另一方面能够提升护目镜佩戴的舒适程度。
护目镜框架1的外侧壁处开设有若干透气孔4,若干透气孔4沿护目镜框架1的边沿进行分布。在本实施例中,透气孔4有四个且分别设置在护目镜框架1的四个角上。每个透气孔4内部均安装有一个呼吸阀5,呼吸阀5用以将空腔与外界连通,使得空腔中的空气得以流通,如此护目镜镜片2上不易起雾,且医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
呼吸阀5凸出于护目镜框架1的端部上设置有遮挡帽6,遮挡帽6上开设有连通于呼吸阀5的通气孔7。遮挡帽6能够对进入呼吸阀5的空气进行过滤,使得杂质不易进入到呼吸阀5中并经由呼吸阀5进入到空腔中。
护目镜框架1的内壁处开设有放置槽11,放置槽11的首位两端相互连通,且放置槽11将护目镜镜片2环绕。放置槽11的内壁处开设有限位卡槽12,限位卡槽12沿垂直于放置槽11的方向延伸。放置槽11内部设置有干燥盒9,干燥盒9的侧壁上一体成型有限位卡块13,限位卡块13卡入至限位卡槽12内部。限位卡块13与限位卡槽12配合用以限制干燥盒9从放置槽11中脱出。干燥盒9上开设有若干通孔10,若干通孔10均与干燥盒9的内腔连通,干燥盒9内部设置有干燥剂,干燥剂用以吸收空腔中的水分,使得护目镜镜片2不易起雾,且医护人员的视线不易受到影响。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多 种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种护目镜,其特征是:包括护目镜框架(1)、设置在所述护目镜框架(1)上的护目镜镜片(2)、设置在所述护目镜框架(1)上的弹性带(3);所述护目镜框架(1)的侧壁开设有透气孔(4),所述透气孔(4)中设置有呼吸阀(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述呼吸阀(5)有若干,且若干所述呼吸阀(5)沿所述护目镜框架(1)的边沿分布。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述呼吸阀(5)凸出于所述护目镜框架(1)的端部上设置有遮挡帽(6),所述遮挡帽(6)上开设有连通于所述呼吸阀(5)的通气孔(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述护目镜框架(1)的边沿处设置有防护软胶(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述护目镜框架(1)上设置有干燥盒(9),所述干燥盒(9)上开设有若干通孔(10),所述干燥盒(9)内部设置有干燥剂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述干燥盒(9)首尾相接,且所述干燥盒(9)环绕所述护目镜镜片(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述护目镜框架(1)上开设有首尾相接的放置槽(11),所述干燥盒(9)设置在所述放置槽(11)中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的护目镜,其特征是:所述放置槽(11)的内槽壁处开设有限位卡槽(12),所述干燥盒(9)上设置有限位卡块(13),所述限位卡块(13)卡接于所述限位卡槽(12)。
