Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种手术刀具辅助装置,包括支撑底座、刀具主体刀具转盘,通过驱动组件带动带动刀具转盘转动将医生所需的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒转动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生拿取手术刀具进行手术。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的手术刀具辅助装置将医生所需的手术刀具移动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生直接拿取刀具进行手术,无需单独安排护士进行手术刀具搜寻和递送,能够降低人为失误造成的手术风险,同时降低人力成本。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种手术辅助设备技术领域,具体是一种手术刀具辅助装置。
在外科手术过程中,通常要使用到各种各样的辅助工具,例如手术刀、手术剪、手术钳、镊子以及持针器等,由于种类复杂,通常将这些辅助工具称为手术刀具。
在手术过程中,根据主刀医生的需求,通常设置专门的护士将手术刀具递送给主刀医生。由于手术刀具种类复杂,极易出现手术刀具找寻困难以及找寻错误的情况,这极大的增加了手术风险;同时,设置专门的护士递送手术刀具,还增大了人力成本。
提供一种手术刀具辅助装置,以解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供以下技术方案:
一种手术刀具辅助装置,包括:
支撑底座,包括两块竖直设置的支撑侧板;
刀具主体,与支撑侧板连接,所述刀具主体包括刀具壳体、设于刀具壳体顶部的刀具转盘以及驱动刀具转盘转动的驱动组件;所述刀具转盘的顶面向下设有多个用于插放手术刀具的刀具圆筒,所述刀具圆筒沿刀具转盘周向均匀分布。
在进一步的实施例中,所述驱动组件包括设于刀具壳体内的驱动电机、与驱动电机连接的减速机以及与减速机的输出端固定连接的驱动轴套;所述驱动电机的外壳与刀具壳体底部内壁固定连接;所述驱动电机的输出端与减速机的输入端固定连接;所述刀具转盘的底部中心固定有刀具转轴,所述刀具转轴的底端向下延伸并插于驱动轴套;所述驱动电机带动减速机运行使驱动轴套转动,驱动轴套带动刀具转轴转动从而使刀具转盘转动,进而将医生所需的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒转动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生直接拿取所需的手术刀具。
在进一步的实施例中,所述辅助装置还包括除尘组件,所述除尘组件包括除尘气罐以及与除尘气罐连通的除尘气管;所述除尘气罐的底部与刀具转盘的顶面固定连接;所述除尘气管远离除尘气罐的一端与刀具圆筒的底部连接;除尘气罐中的高压气体通过除尘气管进入刀具圆筒,对刀具圆筒中的手术刀具进行除尘。
在进一步的实施例中,所述除尘组件还包括用于检测除尘气罐中气压的除尘气压表,所述除尘气压表设于除尘气罐的顶部;通过除尘气压表实时监测除尘气罐中的气压,防止气压不足导致手术刀具除尘效果降低。
在进一步的实施例中,所述刀具圆筒内设有刀具支撑板,所述刀具支撑板与刀具圆筒的侧面内壁靠近底部的一端固定连接,所述刀具支撑板上开有若干沿竖直方向的除尘气孔。
在进一步的实施例中,所述刀具圆筒的侧面内壁固定有弧形的刀具夹块,所述刀具夹块的中部向刀具圆筒的轴线凸起;通过手术刀具进行夹持,防止刀具转盘在转动过程中手术刀具晃动产生磕碰导致手术刀具受损。
本实用新型公开了一种手术刀具辅助装置,包括刀具转盘,所述刀具转盘上设有插放手术刀具的刀具圆筒,通过驱动组件带动带动刀具转盘转动将医生所需的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒转动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生拿取手术刀具进行手术。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的手术刀具辅助装置将医生所需的手术刀具移动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生直接拿取刀具进行手术,无需单独安排护士进行手术刀具搜寻和递送,能够降低人为失误造成的手术风险,同时降低人力成本。

在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本实用新型更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,本实用新型可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本实用新型发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
经申请人研究发现,为提高手术效率,降低患者手术风险,在手术过程中,通过设置专门的护士,根据主刀医生的需求,将医生所需刀具快速递送给医生。通过这种分工协作,提高手术效率。由于手术刀具种类和数量较多,在手术过程中容易发生手术刀具找寻困难以及错误的情况,极大了增加了手术风险。另外,由于设置专门的护士递送刀具,也额外增加了医疗单位的人力成本。
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提出了一种手术刀具辅助装置。如图1所示,该手术刀具辅助装置包括:支撑底座10和刀具主体20。
具体的支撑底座10的左右两侧设有两块支撑侧板11,这两块支撑侧板11的板面垂直。
结合图2至图4,刀具主体20与支撑侧板11连接。刀具主体20包括刀具壳体21、刀具转盘22以及驱动组件23。其中刀具壳体21的左右侧面分别固定连接支撑横杆(图中未画出),同时支撑侧板11靠近顶部的一端开有支撑孔111,支撑横杆插于支撑孔111内,支撑横杆远离刀具壳体21的一端与支撑侧板11固定连接。刀具转盘22设于刀具壳体21的顶部,刀具转盘22的顶面向下设有多个刀具圆筒221,这些刀具圆筒221沿刀具转盘22的周向均匀分布。在手术开始前,将所有消毒的手术刀具按顺序插放与刀具圆筒221内。驱动组件23设于刀具壳体21的内部,并且驱动组件23的输出端与刀具转盘22的底部固定连接,通过驱动组件23的运行带动刀具转盘22转动,从而将医生所需的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒221转动至靠近医生的一侧,使医生能够方便顺手地拿取手术刀具进行手术,而不需要安排专门的护士来递送刀具。
结合图4,驱动组件23包括驱动电机231、减速机232以及驱动轴套233。其中,驱动电机231位于刀具壳体21的内部,并且,驱动电机231的外壳与刀具壳体21的底部内部固定连接,驱动电机231竖直设置。驱动电机231的外壳的顶部端面与减速机232的外壳固定连接,同时,驱动电机231的输出端与减速机232的输入端固定连接。刀具转盘22的底部中心固定有刀具转轴222,该刀具转轴222竖直设置,刀具转轴222的底端向下延伸并插于驱动轴套233,刀具转轴222与驱动轴套233固定连接。当驱动电机231运行时带动减速机232运行,减速机232减速后带动驱动轴套233转动,驱动轴套233通过驱动转轴带动刀具转盘22转动,从而将医生所需的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒221转动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生直接拿取所需的手术刀具。
在手术过程中,需要保持手术刀具的清洁,虽然手术室经过一定的除尘处理,但是由于环境中仍旧存在大量的灰尘和污染物,会沉积与手术刀具上,如果不对手术刀具进行术前处理,极易造成手术患者伤口感染。为了避免这种情况,在进一步的实施例中,辅助装置还包括除尘组件30。具体的,除尘组件30包括除尘气罐31以及除尘气管32。其中除尘气罐31的底部与刀具转盘22的顶面固定连接,除尘气罐31位于刀具转盘22的中部。除尘气管32的一端与除尘气罐31的侧壁连接并与除尘气罐31的内部连通,除尘气管32的另一端与刀具圆筒221的底部连接。刀具圆筒221的底部设有外螺纹连接部2211,除尘气管32远离除尘气罐31的一端设有内螺纹连接部,外螺纹连接部2211与内螺纹连接部通过螺纹连接。除尘气罐31中注有高压气体,通过除尘气管32将高压气体引导至刀具圆筒221,使高压气体从刀具圆筒221的底部对手术刀具进行吹拂,从而将手术刀具上沾染的灰尘以及污染物清楚,使手术刀具保持清洁,从而降低患者在手术过程中的手术感染风险。
为了防止因除尘气罐31中高压气体不足导致手术刀具除尘不佳,在进一步的实施例中,除尘组件30还包括除尘气压表33,除尘气压表33设于除尘气罐31的顶部。通过除尘气压表33实时监测除尘气罐31中的高压气体的气压,当除尘气罐31中气压不足时,及时对除尘气罐31中的高压气体进行补入,从而避免因除尘气罐31中气压不足导致手术刀具除尘效果降低的情况,进一步确保手术患者手术安全。
为了防止手术刀具过于深入的插入刀具圆筒221内,以至于手术刀具插入除尘气管32中导致除尘气管32的损坏。结合图5,在进一步的实施例中,刀具圆筒221内设有刀具支撑板2212,该刀具支撑板2212与刀具圆筒221的侧面内部靠近底部的一端固定连接;同时,刀具支撑板2212上开有若干沿竖直方向的除尘气孔22121。利用刀具支撑板2212对手术刀具进行支撑,同时刀具支撑板2212上的除尘气孔22121便于高压气体通过对手术刀具进行除尘。
在刀具转盘22转动过程中,手术刀具会产生晃动并与刀具圆筒221发生磕碰,极易造成手术刀具的损坏。为了解决这一问题,在进一步的实施例中,刀具圆筒221的侧面内壁固定有弧形的刀具夹块2213,刀具夹块2213的中部向刀具圆筒221的轴线凸起,进而实现对手术刀具夹持。在刀具转盘22转动过程中,手术刀具受到刀具夹块2213的限制不会产生晃动,进而也就避免了刀具因晃动导致磕碰受损。
工作原理:手术前,将所有消毒后的手术刀具按种类和型号插入刀具转盘22上指定的刀具圆筒221内。在手术过程中,驱动电机231运行通过第一减速机232带动驱动轴套233转动,驱动轴套233通过刀具转轴222带动刀具转盘22转动,将医生需求的手术刀具对应的刀具圆筒221转动至靠近医生的一侧,使医生能够直接拿取刀具进行手术。同时,在刀具转盘22转动过程中,除尘气管32将除尘气罐31中的高压气体引出至刀具圆筒221,并从刀具圆筒221的底部对手术刀具进行除尘。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的手术刀具辅助装置能够将医生所需的手术刀具移动至靠近医生的一侧,便于医生直接拿取刀具进行手术,无需单独安排护士进行手术刀具搜寻和递送,能够降低人为失误造成的手术风险,同时降低人力成本。
以上结合附图详细描述了本实用新型的优选实施方式,但是,本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行多种等同变换,这些等同变换均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种手术刀具辅助装置,其特征在于,包括:支撑底座,包括两块竖直设置的支撑侧板;刀具主体,与支撑侧板连接,所述刀具主体包括刀具壳体、设于刀具壳体顶部的刀具转盘以及驱动刀具转盘转动的驱动组件;所述刀具转盘的顶面向下设有多个用于插放手术刀具的刀具圆筒,所述刀具圆筒沿刀具转盘周向均匀分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手术刀具辅助装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括设于刀具壳体内的驱动电机、与驱动电机连接的减速机以及与减速机的输出端固定连接的驱动轴套;所述驱动电机的外壳与刀具壳体底部内壁固定连接;所述驱动电机的输出端与减速机的输入端固定连接;所述刀具转盘的底部中心固定有刀具转轴,所述刀具转轴的底端向下延伸并插于驱动轴套。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手术刀具辅助装置,其特征在于,所述辅助装置还包括除尘组件,所述除尘组件包括除尘气罐以及与除尘气罐连通的除尘气管;所述除尘气罐的底部与刀具转盘的顶面固定连接;所述除尘气管远离除尘气罐的一端与刀具圆筒的底部连接。
