进一步的,所述限位装置包括活动设置在外套筒外壁的外框架,所述外框架的内壁设置矩形通槽,所述矩形通槽的内腔设置活动支架,所述活动支架的底部通过销轴活动连接固定座,所述固定座的内壁通过连接轴连接两组限位卡杆,两组所述限位卡杆的相对端面连接涡卷弹簧,所述外框架的顶部连接限位卡板。
进一步的,所述卡接装置包括通过活动轴活动设置在内隔板上下两侧的转杆,所述转杆的内腔设置中空管体,且通风管连通中空管体,所述转杆的左右两侧内壁均设置限位通槽,所述限位通槽的内壁设置活动滑板,所述活动滑板的内壁连接卡接杆,且卡接杆活动卡接在内框架的内腔,所述活动滑 板的外壁设置紧固弹簧,且紧固弹簧的另一端连接在限位通槽的内壁。
进一步的,所述紧固装置包括设置在内框架内腔底部的紧固板块,所述紧固板块的内腔底部设置底板,所述底板的顶部设置缓冲胶垫,所述紧固板块的内腔设置限位隔板,所述紧固板块的前后两侧内壁均设置限位杆,所述限位杆的外壁活动设置紧固杆。
进一步的,所述防护基板包括外护套,外套环的内腔底部设置防腐层,防腐层的顶部设置钢板层,钢板层的顶部设置混凝土凝结层,混凝土凝结层的内壁均匀设置加强钢筋条。
进一步的,所述外护壳体的左右两侧内壁与内腔底部均设置限位滑槽,四组所述内框架的外壁均设置与限位滑槽匹配的限位滑块。
进一步的,所述活动卡杆的外壁设置卡接块,所述内框架的外壁设置与卡接块匹配的卡接槽。
进一步的,所述限位滑杆的底部设置压块,且压块活动压合在第二翻杆的顶部,所述限位滑杆的左端外壁连接弹簧,且弹簧的另一端连接在矩形框架的左侧内壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明插接杆随着活动杆可以在外套筒中运动,插接杆可以随着活动杆快速插接在安装地点的土层中,可以根据土层与环境调节插接杆插接在土层中的深度,然后限位卡板可以压合在地面上,快速完成基站的建设,且设置防护基板,避免基站安装与使用过程中受损;
2.本发明外护壳体中可同时安装四组内框架,上方两组内框架通过拉绳拉动限位滑杆移动,使得第二翻杆与第一翻杆向下移动,压动顶杆压合在上方两组内框架的顶部,同时内框架限位安装在外护壳体内腔中,从而可以高效完成组装同时保证稳固;
3.本发明通风管可以连通至中空管体中,而中空管体随着转杆翻转,可 以通过卡接杆连通至内框架内侧,将冷却结构与固定相结合,不仅有效的利用空间,还可以保证基站拆装时不受冷却结构的影响,且元器件安装可通过紧固杆与弹性卡接套环限位固定,方便后续对基站中元器件检修。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,包括外护壳体1,外护壳体1的底部设置防护基板2,防护基板2高度为10厘米,外护壳体1的左右两侧外壁均设置外套筒3,外套筒3的内腔设置活动杆5,活动杆5的下端外壁设置插接杆4,在外套筒3的内腔中可以升降活动杆5,固定时向下按压活动杆5,使得插接杆4插接在安装地点土层中,且可以根据土壤松紧度调节活动杆5插接在土壤中深度,保证其稳定性,外套筒3的外壁活动设置限位装置6,外护壳体1的内腔设置内隔板7,内隔板7的上下两侧外壁均设置活动卡杆8,外护壳体1的内腔设置四组内框架9,且活动卡杆8活动卡接在内框架9的外壁,内隔板7的上下两侧外壁活动设置卡接装置10,且卡接装置10活动连接内框架9,外护壳体1左右两侧内壁的下端设置积水槽11,积水槽11的顶部连通通水管12,内隔板7的前端外壁活动安装冷流管13,且冷流管13活动连接通水管12,冷流管13包括活动安装在内隔板7前端外壁上的主流管道,主流管道与通水管12连接处设置密封圈,主流管的上下两侧外壁连通分流管,且分流管均设置在四组内框架9的前端,冷流管13为铜管,内框架9的内腔底部设置紧固装置14,内框架9的内腔设置固定板块15,固定板块15的底部均匀设置弹性卡接套环16,外护壳体1的左右两侧外壁均设置气泵17,在外护壳体1外壁上设置冷风机,通过气泵17连接冷风机,使得吹出的冷风可以进入内框架9中,对内框架9中的元器件进行散热,气泵17的底部连通通风管18,且通风管18的另一端连通至卡接装置10的内侧,外护壳体1内腔顶部的左右两侧均设置卡合装置19,外护壳体1的顶部设置盖板20,盖板20的左右两侧外壁均设置挡水板21,挡水板21为倾斜板块,在阴雨天气时,可以使得雨水顺着挡水板21向下流淌,盖板20的内壁设置防水透气膜22,防止雨水渗入盖板20中,盖板20的内腔设置驱动电机23,且卡合装置19活动连接在驱动电机23的输出端,驱动电机23输出端通过减速机连接转轴,转轴的外 壁上设置收卷辊,则卡合装置19上的拉绳缠绕在收卷辊的外壁。
请参阅图2,卡合装置19包括固定设置在外护壳体1内腔顶部的矩形框架191,矩形框架191的内腔设置内凹槽192,矩形框架191的内腔活动设置第一翻杆193与第二翻杆194,且第一翻杆193与第二翻杆194通过轴活动连接,矩形框架191的内腔底部均匀活动设置顶杆196,顶杆196的左右两侧外壁均设置复位弹簧195,且复位弹簧195的底部连接在矩形框架191的内腔底部,内凹槽192的内壁活动设置限位滑杆197,限位滑杆197的外壁连接拉绳,且拉绳缠绕在驱动电机23的输出端外壁,第二翻杆194的顶部右端设置伸缩弹簧198,且伸缩弹簧198的顶部连接在矩形框架191的内腔顶部,安装外护壳体1中上方两组内框架9时,可以通过卡合装置19将内框架9进行固定,通过控制开关与电源连接运行驱动电机23,驱动电机23运行则可以通过转轴带动拉绳收卷,则可以带动限位滑杆197在内凹槽192内壁上滑动,限位滑杆197滑动的过程中,有第一翻杆193的顶部滑动之第二翻杆194的顶部,从而使得第二翻杆194翻转下压,从而可以将第一翻杆193与第二翻杆194下方的顶杆196下压,压合在两组内框架9的顶部上,而拆装时翻转驱动电机23,限位滑杆197通过弹簧复位;
请参阅图3,限位装置6包括活动设置在外套筒3外壁的外框架61,外框架61的内壁设置矩形通槽62,矩形通槽62的内腔设置活动支架63,活动支架63的底部通过销轴活动连接固定座64,固定座64的内壁通过连接轴连接两组限位卡杆65,两组限位卡杆65的相对端面连接涡卷弹簧66,外框架61的顶部连接限位卡板67,在安装固定外护壳体1时,将活动杆5通过插接杆4固定在土层中之后,可以在外套筒3的外壁上升降限位滑动外框架61,外框架61中限位卡杆65卡合在地面上,同时可以通过活动支架63调节其角度,从而进行支撑,更好的保证外护壳体1的稳定;
请参阅图4,卡接装置10包括通过活动轴活动设置在内隔板7上下两侧 的转杆101,转杆101的内腔设置中空管体102,且通风管18连通中空管体102,转杆101的左右两侧内壁均设置限位通槽103,限位通槽103的内壁设置活动滑板104,活动滑板104的内壁连接卡接杆106,且卡接杆106活动卡接在内框架9的内腔,活动滑板104的外壁设置紧固弹簧105,且紧固弹簧105的另一端连接在限位通槽103的内壁,卡接装置10可以在内隔板7的外壁上翻转,转杆101在内框架9固定之后翻转,翻转时将卡接杆106压合在限位通槽103的内腔中,翻转至内框架9的外壁上松动卡接杆106,在内框架9的外壁上设置与卡接杆106匹配的通孔,随着旋转可以使得卡接杆106插接在通孔中,而通风管18出吹的风则可以通过卡接杆106进入内框架9中;
请参阅图5,紧固装置14包括设置在内框架9内腔底部的紧固板块141,紧固板块141的内腔底部设置底板146,底板146的顶部设置缓冲胶垫145,紧固板块141的内腔设置限位隔板144,紧固板块141的前后两侧内壁均设置限位杆142,限位杆142的外壁活动设置紧固杆143,在内框架9中安装元器件时,可以将元器件的底部安放在缓冲胶垫145的顶部,缓冲胶垫145与底板146上均匀设置透气孔,然后通过元器件的大小可以调节紧固杆143在紧固板块141中的位置,则可以通过紧固杆143将元器件固定,紧固杆143与限位杆142上设置相匹配的限位孔,通过在限位孔插接限位杆可以将紧固杆143固定;
请参阅图6,防护基板2包括外护套,外套环的内腔底部设置防腐层,防腐层的顶部设置钢板层,钢板层的顶部设置混凝土凝结层,混凝土凝结层的内壁均匀设置加强钢筋条,防护基板2对外护壳体1的底部进行保护,防腐层避免外护壳体1长期贴附地面受到腐蚀,钢板层与混凝土凝结层均加强防护基板2的整体强度,可以职场外护壳体1;
请参阅图1,外护壳体1的左右两侧内壁与内腔底部均设置限位滑槽,四组内框架9的外壁均设置与限位滑槽匹配的限位滑块,通过限位滑块在限位滑 槽中活动,可以在外护壳体1中限位安装内框架9;
请再次参阅图1,活动卡杆8的外壁设置卡接块,内框架9的外壁设置与卡接块匹配的卡接槽,通过卡接块活动卡接在卡接槽中,可以使得活动卡杆8活动卡接在内框架9的外壁上,对内框架9进一步的安装并固定;
请再次参阅图2,限位滑杆197的底部设置压块,且压块活动压合在第二翻杆194的顶部,限位滑杆197的左端外壁连接弹簧,且弹簧的另一端连接在矩形框架191的左侧内壁,压块可以在第一翻杆193与第二翻杆194上滑动,且通过弹簧可以使得限位滑杆197复位。
实施例:安装基站外护壳体1时,将基站地点确定,然后在外套筒3的内腔中可以升降活动杆5,固定时向下按压活动杆5,使得插接杆4插接在安装地点土层中,且可以根据土壤松紧度调节活动杆5插接在土壤中深度,保证其稳定性,将活动杆5通过插接杆4固定在土层中之后,可以在外套筒3的外壁上升降限位滑动外框架61,外框架61中限位卡杆65卡合在地面上,同时可以通过活动支架63调节其角度,从而进行支撑,更好的保证外护壳体1的稳定,安装外护壳体1中上方两组内框架9时,可以通过卡合装置19将内框架9进行固定,通过控制开关与电源连接运行驱动电机23,驱动电机23运行则可以通过转轴带动拉绳收卷,则可以带动限位滑杆197在内凹槽192内壁上滑动,限位滑杆197滑动的过程中,有第一翻杆193的顶部滑动之第二翻杆194的顶部,从而使得第二翻杆194翻转下压,从而可以将第一翻杆193与第二翻杆194下方的顶杆196下压,压合在两组内框架9的顶部上,而拆装时翻转驱动电机23,限位滑杆197通过弹簧复位,安装好内框架9之后,卡接装置10可以在内隔板7的外壁上翻转,转杆101在内框架9固定之后翻转,翻转时将卡接杆106压合在限位通槽103的内腔中,翻转至内框架9的外壁上松动卡接杆106,在内框架9的外壁上设置与卡接杆106匹配的通孔,随着旋转可以使得卡接杆106插接在通孔中,而通风管18出吹的风则可以通 过卡接杆106进入内框架9中,在内框架9中安装元器件时,可以将元器件的底部安放在缓冲胶垫145的顶部,缓冲胶垫145与底板146上均匀设置透气孔,然后通过元器件的大小可以调节紧固杆143在紧固板块141中的位置,则可以通过紧固杆143将元器件固定,紧固杆143与限位杆142上设置相匹配的限位孔,通过在限位孔插接限位杆可以将紧固杆143固定,同时在对元器件接线时,可以将线缆穿过弹性卡接套环16中,对线缆进行限位,方便后期检修工作。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,包括外护壳体(1),其特征在于:所述外护壳体(1)的底部设置防护基板(2),所述外护壳体(1)的左右两侧外壁均设置外套筒(3),所述外套筒(3)的内腔设置活动杆(5),所述活动杆(5)的下端外壁设置插接杆(4),所述外套筒(3)的外壁活动设置限位装置(6),所述外护壳体(1)的内腔设置内隔板(7),所述内隔板(7)的上下两侧外壁均设置活动卡杆(8),所述外护壳体(1)的内腔设置四组内框架(9),且活动卡杆(8)活动卡接在内框架(9)的外壁,所述内隔板(7)的上下两侧外壁活动设置卡接装置(10),且卡接装置(10)活动连接内框架(9),所述外护壳体(1)左右两侧内壁的下端设置积水槽(11),所述积水槽(11)的顶部连通通水管(12),所述内隔板(7)的前端外壁活动安装冷流管(13),且冷流管(13)活动连接通水管(12),所述内框架(9)的内腔底部设置紧固装置(14),所述内框架(9)的内腔设置固定板块(15),所述固定板块(15)的底部均匀设置弹性卡接套环(16),所述外护壳体(1)的左右两侧外壁均设置气泵(17),所述气泵(17)的底部连通通风管(18),且通风管(18)的另一端连通至卡接装置(10)的内侧,所述外护壳体(1)内腔顶部的左右两侧均设置卡合装置(19),所述外护壳体(1)的顶部设置盖板(20),所述盖板(20)的左右两侧外壁均设置挡水板(21),所述盖板(20)的内壁设置防水透气膜(22),所述盖板(20)的内腔设置驱动电机(23),且卡合装置(19)活动连接在驱动电机(23)的输出端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡合装置(19)包括固定设置在外护壳体(1)内腔顶部的矩形框架(191),所述矩形框架(191)的内腔设置内凹槽(192),所述矩形框架(191)的内腔活动设置第一翻杆(193)与第二翻杆(194),且第一翻杆(193)与第二翻杆(194)通过轴活动连接,所述矩形 框架(191)的内腔底部均匀活动设置顶杆(196),所述顶杆(196)的左右两侧外壁均设置复位弹簧(195),且复位弹簧(195)的底部连接在矩形框架(191)的内腔底部,所述内凹槽(192)的内壁活动设置限位滑杆(197),限位滑杆(197)的外壁连接拉绳,且拉绳缠绕在驱动电机(23)的输出端外壁,所述第二翻杆(194)的顶部右端设置伸缩弹簧(198),且伸缩弹簧(198)的顶部连接在矩形框架(191)的内腔顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述限位装置(6)包括活动设置在外套筒(3)外壁的外框架(61),所述外框架(61)的内壁设置矩形通槽(62),所述矩形通槽(62)的内腔设置活动支架(63),所述活动支架(63)的底部通过销轴活动连接固定座(64),所述固定座(64)的内壁通过连接轴连接两组限位卡杆(65),两组所述限位卡杆(65)的相对端面连接涡卷弹簧(66),所述外框架(61)的顶部连接限位卡板(67)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡接装置(10)包括通过活动轴活动设置在内隔板(7)上下两侧的转杆(101),所述转杆(101)的内腔设置中空管体(102),且通风管(18)连通中空管体(102),所述转杆(101)的左右两侧内壁均设置限位通槽(103),所述限位通槽(103)的内壁设置活动滑板(104),所述活动滑板(104)的内壁连接卡接杆(106),且卡接杆(106)活动卡接在内框架(9)的内腔,所述活动滑板(104)的外壁设置紧固弹簧(105),且紧固弹簧(105)的另一端连接在限位通槽(103)的内壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述紧固装置(14)包括设置在内框架(9)内腔底部的紧固板块(141),所述紧固板块(141)的内腔底部设置底板(146),所述底板(146)的顶部设置缓冲胶垫(145),所述紧固板块(141)的内腔 设置限位隔板(144),所述紧固板块(141)的前后两侧内壁均设置限位杆(142),所述限位杆(142)的外壁活动设置紧固杆(143)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述防护基板(2)包括外护套,外套环的内腔底部设置防腐层,防腐层的顶部设置钢板层,钢板层的顶部设置混凝土凝结层,混凝土凝结层的内壁均匀设置加强钢筋条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述外护壳体(1)的左右两侧内壁与内腔底部均设置限位滑槽,四组所述内框架(9)的外壁均设置与限位滑槽匹配的限位滑块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述活动卡杆(8)的外壁设置卡接块,所述内框架(9)的外壁设置与卡接块匹配的卡接槽。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种适用多种环境施工且可调节的用于5G基站的固定装置,其特征在于:所述限位滑杆(197)的底部设置压块,且压块活动压合在第二翻杆(194)的顶部,所述限位滑杆(197)的左端外壁连接弹簧,且弹簧的另一端连接在矩形框架(191)的左侧内壁。
