一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统 技术领域
本发明涉及造纸系统,具有涉及一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统。
背景技术
随着工业水平的不断提高,人们对纸张性能的要求也越来越高,其中纸张的抗撕裂性、耐磨性与美观性能都是衡量纸张性能的重要指标,现有技术中的纸张大都采用纸浆自然胶合成型,一旦受到一定的撕扯力就很容易被撕裂。为了提高纸张的强度,本领域的技术人员想到使用定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统将纸提高纸张的强度,从而解决上述的使用缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述缺陷,提供一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统,其特征在于,包括
供料设置,选取造纸原料,并提供控制系统进行供料;
称量设备,用于称量造纸所需的原料;
压缩设备,用于对称量后的原料进行压缩整合;
滚压脱水设备,用于对压缩后的物料进行脱水;
成型设置,用于对脱水后的物料进行成型、压花包装。
优选的,还设有成型平台,所述供料设置包括控制系统的输入端,通过输入端对向成型平台供料。
优选的,所述称量设备与成型平台连接,并称量设备设置为精确 到毫克计量单位。
优选的,所述压缩设备包括压缩台与压花装置,所述压缩台设置为上下两侧挤压平台,将成型后的纸张进行挤压平整,所述压花装置为压花模具,将挤压平整后的纸张进行压花处理。
优选的,所述滚压脱水设备包括脱水台,在所述脱水台上固定设置有圆形滚轴,其圆形滚轴为活动设置在脱水台上,能够进行向前或者向后的运动,使其将挤压平整后的纸张进行进一步的脱水,并进行晾干。
优选的,所述圆形滚轴两侧通过铰链活动设置在脱水台上,驱动圆形滚轴能够在脱水台上进行向前或者向后的运动设备设置为步进电机。
本发明所述的一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统,其有益效果在于,提供控制系统的设置,制造出水份、厚度均较为适中的纸张,并提高纸张的张力,耐磨且不易撕裂,纸张的品质提高提高。并且该系统设备的原料使用较少,节能高效,减少原料的浪费。

供料设置,选取造纸原料,并提供控制系统进行供料;
称量设备,用于称量造纸所需的原料;
压缩设备,用于对称量后的原料进行压缩整合;
滚压脱水设备,用于对压缩后的物料进行脱水;
成型设置,用于对脱水后的物料进行成型、压花包装。

    供料设置,选取造纸原料,并提供控制系统进行供料;
    称量设备,用于称量造纸所需的原料;
    压缩设备,用于对称量后的原料进行压缩整合;
    滚压脱水设备,用于对压缩后的物料进行脱水;
    成型设置,用于对脱水后的物料进行成型、压花包装。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统,其特征在于,还设有成型平台,所述供料设置包括控制系统的输入端,通过输入端对向成型平台供料。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统,其特征在于,所述称量设备与成型平台连接,并称量设备设置为精确到毫克计量单位。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种维持定量、厚度和水份稳定的造纸控制系统,其特征在于,所述压缩设备包括压缩台与压花装置,所述压缩台设置为上下两侧挤压平台,将成型后的纸张进行挤压平整,所述压花装置为压花模具,将挤压平整后的纸张进行压花处理。
