 本発明は、例えば断熱機能を有する水筒等の飲料用断熱容器に関する。
 従来、断熱機能を有する水筒として、特許文献1のように、略有底筒状で金属製の内容器と、略有底筒状で金属製の外容器の二重構造で形成され、内容器と外容器のとの間に減圧された断熱空間が設けられるものが知られている。この水筒は、減圧された断熱空間により、内容器に収容された飲料に対して優れた保温、保冷効果を発揮する。

 ところで、森林における樹木の健全な発育を促すように生育環境を整えるため、一部の樹木を伐採する間伐が行なわれているが、搬出コストの観点から、間伐で発生する間伐材を搬出せずに放置する切り捨て間伐が問題になっている。そのため、間伐材を製品化して間伐材の有効利用を図ることが極めて重要な課題になっている。また、近年の消費者の需要の多様化、個別化により、水筒等の飲料用断熱容器についても、木材の美しさの外観を呈すると共に、より個別性の高い製品が求められている。
 本発明は上記課題に鑑み提案するものであり、高い断熱性を有し、間伐材等の木材や竹材の有効利用を図ることができる飲料用断熱容器を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明の他の目的は、個別性が非常に高く、木材や竹材の美しさの外観を呈する飲料用断熱容器を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、略有底筒状で木製若しく竹製の内筒と、略有底筒状で木製若しく竹製の外筒と、略有底筒状の内壁と略有底筒状の外壁との間に減圧空間が設けられる嵌合体を備え、前記内筒の飲料収容空間の底部と周壁部を覆うようにして前記嵌合体が前記内筒に外嵌され、前記嵌合体の外壁の底部と周壁部を覆うようにして前記外筒が前記嵌合体に外嵌されていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、木製若しく竹製の外筒と木製若しく竹製の内筒の間に嵌合される嵌合体で外筒と内筒の間に減圧空間を設けられることから、木製若しく竹製の外観を有する飲料用断熱容器の断熱性を非常に高めることができる。また、外筒と内筒の双方を木製若しく竹製とすることにより、木材や竹材の使用量を増やし、間伐材等の木材や竹材を有効利用して製造することができる。また、飲料用断熱容器の外観は、全体或いは大部分が木材や竹材の外観となることから、木材や竹材の美しさの外観を呈する飲料用断熱容器とすることができる。また、木製や竹材の外筒の木目等の飲料用断熱容器の外観の木目模様や竹模様は各容器毎に異なることから、飲料用断熱容器の個々の製品としての個別性、独自性を非常に高めることができ、独自嗜好が高い消費者の欲求に応えることができる。また、木製若しくは竹製の外筒の外表面、外装体が木製若しく竹製の蓋体を設ける場合には木製若しく竹製の外装体の外表面を、木材や竹材を露出させるか、木材や竹材の表面凹凸が反映される程度の厚さの塗料を施す場合には、樹脂製や金属製の外表面に比べて外筒の外表面や蓋体の外表面の凹凸、高低差を大きくすることができ、これにより、表面に付着したウイルスの生存期間を短くすることができ、耐ウイルス性を高めることができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、前記内筒の上部に外側に突出するフランジ部が設けられ、前記嵌合体の上端が前記フランジ部に当接するようにして前記嵌合体が前記内筒に外嵌され、前記外筒の上端部が前記フランジ部に固着されていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、嵌合体をフランジ部に当接して容易且つ正確に位置決めすることができ、飲料用断熱容器の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。また、フランジ部で嵌合体を覆うように隠して上側から視認されることを防止し、木製の外観をより良好に確保することができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、前記嵌合体の上端が前記嵌合体の内壁の周壁部よりも外側に配置されていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、嵌合体の内筒への外嵌めを容易にし、飲料用断熱容器の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、前記外筒の周壁部の内面における長手方向の中間領域に外向きに凹んだ凹部が周設されていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、外筒を嵌合体に外嵌めする際に、外筒の周壁部の内面と嵌合体の外壁の外周面との接触面積を減らし、摩擦抵抗を減らすことができ、外筒の嵌合体への外嵌めを容易にし、飲料用断熱容器の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。また、周設された凹部により、嵌合体の外壁の外周面と外筒の周壁部との間にも断熱空間を設けることができ、飲料用断熱容器の断熱性をより一層高めることができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、前記内筒の飲料収容空間の周壁部より上側に蓋体で覆われる上部周壁部が設けられ、前記蓋体が、木製若しく竹製の外装部と、前記上部周壁部のねじ部に螺合される蓋側ねじ部を有すると共に、前記外装部の内側に断熱空間が設けられていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、蓋体を備える飲料用断熱容器において、蓋体の外装部の内側の断熱空間で蓋体側でも断熱性を向上することができ、飲料用断熱容器の断熱性をより一層高めることができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、前記内筒の飲料収容空間の周壁部より上側に蓋体で覆われる上部周壁部が設けられ、前記蓋体が、木製若しく竹製の外装部を有し、前記外装部に、前記上部周壁部の雄ねじ部に螺合される蓋側雌ねじ部が設けられていることを特徴とする。
 これによれば、木製若しく竹製の外装部の雌ねじ部の先端等が欠けた場合に、容器内の飲料に入ることを防止することができる。
 本発明の飲料用断熱容器によれば、高い断熱性を得ることができると共に、間伐材等の木材や竹材を有効利用して製造することができる。また、各容器毎に木目模様や竹模様が異なって個別性が非常に高く、木材や竹材の美しさの外観を呈する飲料用断熱容器とすることができる。

 〔実施形態の飲料用断熱容器〕
 本発明による実施形態の飲料用断熱容器1は、携帯用魔法瓶或いは水筒として用いられるものであり、図1~図4に示すように、略有底筒状で木製の内筒3、略有底筒状で木製の外筒4、略有底筒状で金属製の二重壁構造の嵌合体5から構成される容器本体2と、容器本体2に着脱自在に螺着され、容器本体2を開閉可能に閉じる蓋体10を備え、内筒3と外筒4の間に嵌合体5が介在するように設けられる。尚、木製の内筒3、木製の外筒4の木材の種類は適用可能な範囲で適宜であり、例えば間伐材の檜等とすると好適である。
 木製の内筒3は、本実施形態では略有底円筒状であり、飲料収容空間BSを囲む底部31と周壁部32が設けられている。図示例では、周壁部32の大部分を構成する部材に、底部31と周壁部32の下端部を構成する別部材が嵌め込まれ、接着等で固着されて底部31と周壁部32が設けられている。また、内筒3の上部には外側に突出するフランジ部33が設けられ、図示例では周壁部32の略上端位置において外側に突出するようにフランジ部33が設けられている。
 内筒3の周壁部32の略上端位置における内側には、内側に膨出するようにして膨出部34が形成されている。膨出部34には、蓋体10を閉じた状態で後述する蓋体10のリング状のシール材13が当接して、飲料収容空間BSに収容された飲料が漏れることが防止されるようになっている。また、内筒3の飲料収容空間BSの周壁部32より上側には蓋体10で覆われる上部周壁部35が設けられ、上部周壁部35の内面には蓋体10が螺着されるねじ部に相当する雌ねじ351が形成されている。更に、図示例では上部周壁部35の内面には雌ねじ351を形成する一方で、上部周壁部35の外周面を全体に亘って滑らかな曲面とすることにより、飲料用断熱容器1の使用者が直接上部周壁部35に口を当てて飲料を飲む際の口当たりを良好なものにしている。
 木製の外筒4は、本実施形態では略有底円筒状であり、底部41と周壁部42が設けられている。外筒4の周壁部42の内面には、外筒4の長手方向の中間領域に外向きに凹んだ凹部421が周設されており、例えば周壁部42の長手方向の長さの70%以上、好適には80%以上に亘って凹部421が周設されている。外筒4の上端部43は、内筒3のフランジ部33の先端面に外側から当接され、フランジ部33に接着等で固着されている。
 嵌合体5は、略有底筒状で金属製の内壁6と、略有底筒状で金属製の外壁7との間に減圧空間DSが設けられる二重壁構造である。内壁6は、本実施形態では略有底円筒状であり、底部61と周壁部62から構成され、全体が略同一の厚さの薄肉金属材で形成されている。底部61には断面視で所定の折曲り形状が形成されており、剛性が高められている。内壁6の周壁部62の上端部621は外側に凸で弧状に曲がるように形成されている。
 外壁7は、本実施形態では略有底円筒状であり、底部71と周壁部72から構成され、全体が略同一の厚さの薄肉金属材で形成されている。外壁7の周壁部72は、その上端部まで直線状に延びて形成され、その上端部の内面には内壁6の周壁部62の上端部621が沿うように配置されている。外壁7の周壁部72の上端と内壁6の周壁部62の上端は拝み溶接等で固着されて閉じられ、嵌合体5の上端51を構成している。嵌合体5の上端51は、上端部621が曲がって形成されていることにより、嵌合体5の内壁6の周壁部62よりも外側に配置されている。
 外壁7の底部71には、内壁6と外壁7との間の空間から真空吸引で排気する際に用いられた吸引穴の封止部73が設けられ、底部71の内面側には、吸引穴の封止後に内壁6と外壁7との間の空間のガスを吸収するゲッター74が内装されている。また、底部71には断面視で所定の折曲り形状が形成されており、剛性が高められている。
 嵌合体5は、内筒3の飲料収容空間BSの底部31と周壁部32を覆うようにして内筒3に外嵌されており、嵌合体5の上端51が内筒3のフランジ部33に当接するようにして内筒3に外嵌されている。即ち、本実施形態では、嵌合体5の内壁6の底部61が、内筒3の底部31と底面視形状が同一で底面視の大きさが僅かに大きくなるように形成されており、嵌合体5の内壁6の周壁部62の内周面が、内筒3の周壁部32の外周面よりも僅かに大きくなるように形成されており、更に、嵌合体5の内壁6の周壁部62の高さが、内筒3の周壁部32の底部31の外面からフランジ部33までの高さと略同一に設定して形成されている。
 木製の外筒4は、嵌合体5の外壁7の底部71と周壁部72を覆うようにして嵌合体5に外嵌されており、嵌合体5に外嵌された外筒4の周壁部42の上端面は内筒3のフランジ部33の上面と略面一になるように配設される。即ち、本実施形態では、外筒4の底部41が、嵌合体5の外壁7の底部71と底面視形状が同一で底面視の大きさが大きくなるように形成されており、外筒4の周壁部42の内周面が、嵌合体5の外壁7の周壁部72の外周面よりも僅かに大きくなるように形成されており、更に、外筒4の周壁部42の内側の高さが、嵌合体5の外壁7の周壁部72の高さ+フランジ部33の厚さと略同一になるように設定して形成されている。
 蓋体10は、木製の外装部11を有し、本実施形態の外装部11は、天板111と、周壁部112から構成される断面視略コ字形に形成されている。木製の外装部11の木材の種類は適用可能な範囲で適宜であり、例えば間伐材の檜等とすると好適である。木製の外装部11には、断面視略コ字形の内装部12がコ字形を逆にして内側に嵌め込まれている。内装部12は例えば合成樹脂で形成するが、木製としてもよい。
 内装部12は、底板121と、底板121の周縁から立ち上がるように設けられたシール材嵌込部122を有し、シール材嵌込部122のリング状の突条123に嵌め込むようにしてゴム製のリング状のシール材13が設けられている。シール材13は、蓋体10を閉じた状態で内筒3の膨出部34に押し当てられるように当接して飲料収容空間BSを封止する。
 内装部12には、シール材嵌込部122から立ち上がるようにして周壁124が設けられ、周壁124の外周面に、内筒3の上部周壁部35の内周面の雌ねじ351と螺合される蓋側ねじ部に相当する雄ねじ125が形成されている。更に、周壁124の上端から外側に向かい上側に向かうように断面視略L字形に屈曲する屈曲部126が形成されている。屈曲部126の外周面は外装部11の周壁部112の内周面に嵌合され、屈曲部126の先端、換言すれば内装部12の上端は外装部11の天板111に当接され、接着等で固着されている。
 外装部11の天板111と、内装部12で囲まれる空間は空気層による断熱空間IS’になっており、蓋体10の外装部11の内側に断熱空間IS’が設けられる。この蓋体10の断熱空間IS’により、容器本体2の開放側の断熱性が高められている。
 本実施形態の飲料用断熱容器1によれば、木製の外筒4と木製の内筒3の間に嵌合される嵌合体5で外筒4と内筒3の間に減圧空間DSを設けることにより、木製の外観を有する飲料用断熱容器1の断熱性を非常に高めることができる。また、外筒4と内筒3の双方を木製とし、更には蓋体10の外装部11を木製とすることにより、木材の使用量を増やし、間伐材等の木材を有効利用して製造することができる。
 また、容器本体2の木製の外筒4と蓋体10の木製の外装部11で構成される飲料用断熱容器1の外観は、全体が木材の外観となることから、木材の美しさの外観を全体に亘って呈する飲料用断熱容器1とすることができる。また、木製の外筒4の木目模様や木製の外装部11の木目模様は各容器毎に異なることから、飲料用断熱容器1の個々の製品としての個別性、独自性を非常に高めることができ、独自嗜好が高い消費者の欲求に応えることができる。
 また、嵌合体5を内筒3に外嵌めする際に、嵌合体5をフランジ部33に当接して容易且つ正確に位置決めすることができ、飲料用断熱容器1の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。また、フランジ部33で嵌合体5を覆うように隠して上側から視認されることを防止し、木製の外観をより良好に確保することができる。また、嵌合体5の上端51を嵌合体5の内壁6の周壁部62よりも外側に配置することにより、嵌合体5の内筒3への外嵌めを容易にし、飲料用断熱容器1の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。
 また、外筒4の凹部421により、外筒4を嵌合体5に外嵌めする際に、外筒4の周壁部42の内面と嵌合体5の外壁7の外周面との接触面積を減らし、摩擦抵抗を減らすことができ、外筒4の嵌合体5への外嵌めを容易にし、飲料用断熱容器1の製造作業を容易化、効率化することができる。また、周設された凹部421により、嵌合体5の外壁7の外周面と外筒4の周壁部42との間にも断熱空間ISを設けることができ、飲料用断熱容器1の断熱性をより一層高めることができる。
 また、蓋体10を備える飲料用断熱容器1において、蓋体10の外装部11の内側の断熱空間IS’で蓋体10側でも断熱性を向上することができ、飲料用断熱容器1の断熱性をより一層高めることができる。
 〔本明細書開示発明の包含範囲〕
 本明細書開示の発明は、発明として列記した各発明、実施形態及びその変形例の他に、適用可能な範囲で、これらの部分的な内容を本明細書開示の他の内容に変更して特定したもの、或いはこれらの内容に本明細書開示の他の内容を付加して特定したもの、或いはこれらの部分的な内容を部分的な作用効果が得られる限度で削除して上位概念化して特定したものを包含する。そして、本明細書開示の発明には下記変形例や追記した内容も含まれる。
 例えば上記実施形態の飲料用断熱容器1は、容器本体2と、蓋体10から構成されるものとしたが、本発明の飲料用断熱容器には、蓋体を備えずに、容器本体に相当する略有底筒状で木製の内筒と、略有底筒状で木製の外筒と、内筒と外筒の間に介在する減圧空間を有する嵌合体だけで構成されるマグカップ、スープカップ等の飲料用断熱容器も包含される。また、本発明の飲料用断熱容器は、携帯用魔法瓶或いは水筒に限定されず、例えば卓上魔法瓶等とすることも可能であり、本発明の趣旨の範囲内で適宜の飲料用断熱容器に適用される。
 また、上記実施形態の飲料用断熱容器1では、容器本体2の内筒3と外筒4、蓋体10の外装体11、必要に応じて内装部12をそれぞれ木製としたが、これらを全部又はこれらの内の一部を竹製としても好適である。
 また、上記実施形態では、容器本体2の内筒3の上部周壁部35の雌ねじ351に、蓋体10の内装部12の雄ねじ125を螺合する構成としたが、蓋体10を木製若しく竹製の外装部11で構成し、或いは外装部11と必要に応じて設けられる内装部で形成し、容器本体2の内筒3の上部周壁部35の外周に雄ねじ部を形成すると共に、蓋体10の木製若しくは竹製の外装部11に蓋側雌ねじ部を形成し、外装部11の蓋側雌ねじ部を上部周壁部35の雄ねじ部に螺合して本発明の飲料用断熱容器を開閉自在に閉じる構成としても良好である。これにより、木製若しく竹製の外装部の雌ねじ部の先端等が欠けた場合に、容器内の飲料に入ることを防止することができる。
 本発明は、飲料用断熱容器として利用することができる。

Claims (6)

  1.  略有底筒状で木製若しく竹製の内筒と、
     略有底筒状で木製若しく竹製の外筒と、
     略有底筒状の内壁と略有底筒状の外壁との間に減圧空間が設けられる嵌合体を備え、
     前記内筒の飲料収容空間の底部と周壁部を覆うようにして前記嵌合体が前記内筒に外嵌され、
     前記嵌合体の外壁の底部と周壁部を覆うようにして前記外筒が前記嵌合体に外嵌されていることを特徴とする飲料用断熱容器。
  2.  前記内筒の上部に外側に突出するフランジ部が設けられ、
     前記嵌合体の上端が前記フランジ部に当接するようにして前記嵌合体が前記内筒に外嵌され、
     前記外筒の上端部が前記フランジ部に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の飲料用断熱容器。
  3.  前記嵌合体の上端が前記嵌合体の内壁の周壁部よりも外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の飲料用断熱容器。
  4.  前記外筒の周壁部の内面における長手方向の中間領域に外向きに凹んだ凹部が周設されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の飲料用断熱容器。
  5.  前記内筒の飲料収容空間の周壁部より上側に蓋体で覆われる上部周壁部が設けられ、
     前記蓋体が、木製若しく竹製の外装部と、前記上部周壁部のねじ部に螺合される蓋側ねじ部を有すると共に、前記外装部の内側に断熱空間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の飲料用断熱容器。
  6.  前記内筒の飲料収容空間の周壁部より上側に蓋体で覆われる上部周壁部が設けられ、
     前記蓋体が、木製若しく竹製の外装部を有し、
     前記外装部に、前記上部周壁部の雄ねじ部に螺合される蓋側雌ねじ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の飲料用断熱容器。
