本公开中吸嘴的前端与碗体的前端可拆卸连接在一起且吸嘴密封地封堵住储奶腔的出奶口。一方面,将吸嘴和碗体集成在一起节省了空间,另一方面, 吸嘴除了吸奶的作用,还可以作为储奶腔出奶口的端盖,方便将乳汁取出,且节省了零部件,进一步优化了空间,集成化程度高;此外,吸嘴可以更换尺寸,提高了通用性。
进一步改进的方案:所述碗体由上部的上面板、下部的弧形板和后部的后端板构成;碗体的前端为半圆形的出奶口;出奶口向上延伸有半圆形安装板;半圆形安装板的边沿与弧形板前边沿共同构成一个环形边;吸嘴的前端与碗体的环形边可拆卸连接。
采用该结构,在半圆形安装板的后侧与碗体的上面板的上侧形成一个安装主机的空间,可以使整体结构比较紧凑。此外,碗体的前端为半圆形的出奶口,整个储奶腔的前端为出奶口,便于储奶腔的清洗。
进一步改进的方案:所述三通位于上面板与后端板的连接处;吸奶接口的开口朝前设置;流奶接口的开口倾斜向下设置、水平朝前设置或竖直向下设置;负压接口的开口朝上并穿透上面板,负压接口的开口边沿与上面板一体设置,负压接口的后端面与后端板一体设置,所述吸奶接口和流奶接口悬置在储奶腔内;负压接口的内部为气囊槽。
当流奶接口的开口倾斜向下设置时,为最佳角度;一方面,流奶接口内不会积奶;另一方面,在连接鸭嘴阀时,鸭嘴阀可以放置在较低的位置,在发生旋转后,也不会受到储奶腔内壁碰撞而发生变形;将鸭嘴阀可以放置在较低的位置,可以将气囊槽的深度提高,从而增大了气囊的变形空间,从而提高了吸奶的吸力和效果;此外,流奶接口的开口采用倾斜向下设置时,可以避免产生清洗死角,便于清洁。
进一步改进的方案:环形边向外翻折形成环形凸沿,吸嘴前端的边沿向外翻折成横截面为U形的环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽密封地卡接在环形凸沿上;所述半圆形安装板的前表面与碗体上面板的内表面均设有与吸嘴外侧壁相匹配的让位槽。所述吸嘴的材质为具有弹性的橡胶;吸嘴与碗体的内壁之间留有间隙。
吸嘴采用具有弹性的橡胶,当使用者佩戴时更加舒适;吸嘴与碗体的内壁之间留有间隙,给吸嘴留出了变形的空间,使用者可以根据自身乳房的形状有一定的调整空间;吸嘴的前端边沿与碗体的前端边沿通过环形卡槽和环形凸沿可拆卸密封连接,方便打开出奶口,方便取出母乳。
进一步改进的方案:所述三通的流奶接口处设有单向膜片阀门。可以防止储奶腔内的母乳因晃动而从流奶接口喷溅出来。
进一步改进的方案:所述三通的流奶接口上设有橡胶材质的鸭嘴阀。可以防止储奶腔内的母乳因晃动而从流奶接口喷溅出来。
另一方面,本公开还一种吸奶器,包括上述吸奶器用奶碗和主机;主机包括外壳;主机设置在半圆形安装板的后侧与碗体的上面板的上侧形成的空间内,且主机的外壳与碗体共同构成一个半球形面。
本方案中,主机设置在半圆形安装板的后侧与上面板的上侧形成的空间内,且主机的外壳与碗体共同构成一个半球形面;一方面,主机的位置设置使得整体结构比较紧凑,节省了空间,使用方便;另一方面,主机的外壳与碗体共同构成一个半球形面,使用者在使用时方便佩戴,可以单手进行手持式操作,也可以放在胸罩内,隐蔽性好。
进一步改进的方案:主机还包括由前面板和底面板构成的L形的安装座,安装座的前面板与碗体的半圆形安装板贴合,安装座的底面与碗体的上面板的上侧相贴合;安装座与外壳之间形成安装腔,安装腔内设有控制主板、电源、负压装置、泄气阀和气囊;负压接口的内部为气囊槽,气囊的上端设有开口且开口向外翻折有一圈横截面为U形的椭圆形卡槽,气囊开口的椭圆形卡槽卡接在负压接口的开口上端沿;安装座的下表面设有压框且压框的周围设有沟槽,压框密封地插接在气囊的开口内且气囊的上端密封地插接在沟槽内;泄气阀的气管和负压装置的气管均穿过压框与气囊内部相接通;电源、负压装置和泄气阀与控制主板均相连,控制主板上设有位于外壳上表面的操作按键组件;泄气阀和负压装置均通过气管与气囊相连通,所述气囊位于负压接口内且将负压接 口的开口密封;所述气囊内侧壁上设有加强筋。
通过控制主板控制负压装置和泄气阀的工作,从而控制气囊被抽真空或进入气体;当需要抽取母乳时,吸嘴扣在乳房上,气囊被抽真空,气囊处于扁平状态,体积缩小,从而吸嘴和乳房之间产生负压,吸取母乳;气囊内进入气体时,气囊在自身弹力和气压作用下复原,设置加强筋,气囊的复原效果更好。
其中,压框不仅起到将气囊固定在气囊槽内并对气囊进行密封;同时还起到将主机进行前后左右定位和限位的作用,且压框紧密地插接在气囊的开口内时,还起到主机与挤奶器的固定作用,拆装方便。
进一步改进的方案:所述操作按键组件包括启动开关键、增强键和减弱键;所述电源为锂电池,锂电池上连接有电源接口。
本公开的有益效果为:
本公开中三通与碗体一体设置,相对现有的三通与碗体组装在一起,结构更加简单,节省了空间,缩小了体积,实现隐藏式吸奶器的简单高效且低价的方案;此外,便于拆装,结构更加紧凑,减少了装配产生的间隙,避免了滋生细菌,且便于清洗。通过负压接口接通负压装置,可以通过负压使吸嘴吸出乳汁,并将吸出的乳汁通过流奶接口流入到储奶腔内,结构紧凑,集成化程度高,且使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整的描述。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。基于本公开的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开的保护范围。
实施例一:
参阅图1和图2,一种吸奶器用奶碗,包括碗体1,碗体1内设有储奶腔11和三通,储奶腔11的前端设有出奶口,三通位于储奶腔11内;三通的三个接口分别为吸奶接口51、流奶接口53和负压接口52,三通的负压接口52与碗体一体设置。
在上述方案的基础上,参阅图1至图7,在上述方案的基础上,吸奶器用奶碗,还包括吸嘴2,吸嘴2为前大后小的喇叭形,吸嘴2的后端口与三通的吸奶接口51密封连接并相通,具体的一种方式:吸嘴2采用橡胶件,吸嘴2的后端口紧密套接在三通的吸奶接口51上;吸嘴2的前端与碗体的环形边可拆卸连接且吸嘴2密封地封堵住储奶腔11的出奶口。
其中,吸嘴2的前端与碗体的前端可拆卸连接且吸嘴密封地封堵住储奶腔的出奶口。
参阅图2和图3和图,在上述方案的基础上,作为其中一种可行的结构,所述碗体由上部的上面板14、下部的弧形板15和后部的后端板16构成;为了提高佩戴时的舒适度,所述下部的弧形板15与后部的后端板16采用平滑过渡;碗体的前端为半圆形的出奶口;出奶口向上延伸有半圆形安装板12;半圆形安装板12的边沿与弧形板15前边沿共同构成一个环形边;吸嘴2的前端与碗体1的环形边可拆卸连接。其中,上面板14优选为平板;后端板16可以为平板,也可以为与弧形板15共同构成1/4球面的凸面板。
参阅图1至图3,在上述方案的基础上,所述三通位于上面板14与后端板16的连接处;吸奶接口51的开口朝前设置;流奶接口53的开口倾斜向下设置(如图1至图3)、水平朝前设置(图中未示出)或竖直向下设置(如图4);负压接口52的开口朝上并穿透上面板14,负压接口52的开口边沿与上面板14一体设置,负压接口52的后端面与后端板16一体设置,所述吸奶接口51和流奶接口53悬置在储奶腔11内;负压接口52的内部为气囊槽。为了提高气囊连接的牢固性,可以在负压接口52的开口外侧壁上设置卡块521。
参阅图3、图6和图7,在上述方案的基础上,吸嘴2的前端与碗体1的环形边可拆卸连接,具体的一种方式:环形边向外翻折形成环形凸沿13,吸嘴2前端的边沿向外翻折成横截面为U形的环形卡槽21,所述环形卡槽21密封地卡接在环形凸沿13上;所述半圆形安装板12的前表面与碗体上面板14的内表面均设有与吸嘴2外侧壁相匹配的让位槽17。
在上述方案的基础上,所述吸嘴2的材质为具有弹性的橡胶;吸嘴2与碗体的内壁之间留有间隙;吸嘴2前端的边沿向外翻折成横截面为U形的环形卡槽21,所述碗体的前端边沿设有环形凸沿13,所述环形卡槽21密封地卡接在环形凸沿13上。
参阅图8,在上述方案的基础上,所述三通的流奶接口上设有橡胶材质的鸭嘴阀4。具体的,作为其中一种方式:参阅图1、图2和图8,三通的流奶接口53为设置在气囊槽底部前方的开口,鸭嘴阀4的上端为卡接在流奶接口53上的圆形管,圆形管的顶端设有用于卡接在流奶接口53上的卡槽41;下部为横截面逐渐减小的扁平管;鸭嘴阀4的开口倾斜朝前设置。作为另一种方式,参阅图4,流奶接口53为一根导管,鸭嘴阀4的上端为套接在流奶接口53上的圆形管,下部为横截面逐渐减小的扁平管。在负压状态下,三通内的气压低于储奶腔11内的气压,故鸭嘴阀4处于闭合状态;在非负压的状态下,鸭嘴阀4可以使母乳流进储奶腔11。
参阅图9,流奶接口53上除了采用鸭嘴阀4以外,还可以在三通的流奶接口处设置单向膜片阀门;作为一种可行但不局限于此的具体结构:单向膜片阀 门由一个橡胶膜片9和一个设置在橡胶膜片9的插块91构成,流奶接口53上设有与插块91紧密配合的插孔,流奶接口53上设有橡胶膜片支撑架。在负压状态下,三通内的气压低于储奶腔11内的气压,故橡胶膜片9贴合并封堵住流奶接口;在非负压的状态下,在母乳重力作用下压开橡胶膜片9,可以使母乳流进储奶腔11。
实施例二:
参阅图2、图10、图11和图12,一种吸奶器,包括实施例一中所述的吸奶器用奶碗和主机6;主机6包括外壳61;主机6设置在半圆形安装板12的后侧与碗体的上面板14的上侧形成的空间内,且主机6的外壳61与碗体共同构成一个半球形面。
参阅图2、图10至图15,在上述方案的基础上,主机6还包括由前面板和底面板构成的L形的安装座8,安装座8的前面板与碗体的半圆形安装板12贴合,安装座8的底面与碗体的上面板14的上侧相贴合。
参阅图1至图15,安装座8与外壳61之间形成安装腔,安装腔内设有控制主板67、电源65、负压装置66、泄气阀68和气囊3;气囊33为U形槽且上端开口;气囊3的上端设有开口且开口向外翻折有一圈横截面为U形的椭圆形卡槽31,气囊3开口的椭圆形卡槽31卡接在负压接口52的开口上端沿;安装座8的下表面设有压框71且压框71的周围设有沟槽72,压框71密封地插接在气囊3的开口内且气囊3的上端密封地插接在沟槽72内;泄气阀68的气管和负压装置66的气管均穿过压框71与气囊3内部相接通;电源65、负压装置66和泄气阀68与控制主板67均相连,控制主板67上设有位于外壳61上表面的操作按键组件62。其中,控制主板67与现有的电动式的吸奶器控制主板67相同,这里不再具体赘述。
泄气阀68和负压装置66均通过气管与气囊3相连通,所述气囊3位于负压接口52内且将负压接口52的开口密封。
所述气囊3内侧壁上设有加强筋。
参阅图13,在上述方案的基础上,所述操作按键组件62包括但不限于启动开关键、增强键和减弱键,可以根据实际需求进行相应的设置。
其中,电源65可以为干电池组、锂电池等,作为其中一种优选的方案,所述电池为锂电池,锂电池通过充电线连接有用于充电的充电接口63,电源65接口设置在主机6的外壳61上。
其中,负压装置66不局限于一种,只要能实现将气囊3内的气体抽离的现有装置皆在本公开的保护范围之内,其本身采用现有装置即可,本身无改进点,这里不再具体赘述;当气囊3处于负压状态需要复原时,内泄气阀68用于向气囊3内充入气体。
下面结合工作原理对本公开做进一步说明:
参阅图1至图15,使用者将吸嘴2对准乳房,开启启动开关按键,然后负压装置66开始对气囊3抽真空,通过增强键和减弱键可以调整抽真空的程度,从而调整吸嘴2对乳房吸力的大小;吸取的母乳经过吸奶接口51进入到流奶接口,由于负压作用下,鸭嘴阀4处于紧密闭合状态,然后气囊3通过泄气阀68进入气体后,负压消失,母乳顺着鸭嘴阀4流进储奶腔11内;重复上述步骤,待母乳汲取完毕后,将吸嘴2从奶碗上取下,出奶口被打开,将母乳倒出,并对奶碗的吸嘴2和碗体进行清洗;由于储奶腔11的整个前端面为出奶口,出奶口较大,便于储奶腔11的清洗。
本公开不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本公开的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本公开权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:包括碗体,碗体内设有储奶腔和三通,储奶腔的前端设有出奶口,三通位于储奶腔内;三通的三个接口分别为吸奶接口、流奶接口和负压接口,三通的负压接口与碗体一体设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:还包括吸嘴,吸嘴为前大后小的喇叭形,吸嘴的后端口与三通的吸奶接口密封连接并相通;吸嘴的前端与碗体的前端可拆卸连接且吸嘴密封地封堵住储奶腔的出奶口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:所述碗体由上部的上面板、下部的弧形板和后部的后端板构成;碗体的前端为半圆形的出奶口;出奶口向上延伸有半圆形安装板;半圆形安装板的边沿与弧形板前边沿共同构成一个环形边;吸嘴的前端与碗体的环形边可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:所述三通位于上面板与后端板的连接处;吸奶接口的开口朝前设置;流奶接口的开口倾斜向下设置、水平朝前设置或竖直向下设置;负压接口的开口朝上并穿透上面板,负压接口的开口边沿与上面板一体设置,负压接口的后端面与后端板一体设置,所述吸奶接口和流奶接口悬置在储奶腔内;负压接口的内部为气囊槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:环形边向外翻折形成环形凸沿,吸嘴前端的边沿向外翻折成横截面为U形的环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽密封地卡接在环形凸沿上;所述半圆形安装板的前表面与碗体上面板的内表面均设有与吸嘴外侧壁相匹配的让位槽;
    所述吸嘴的材质为具有弹性的橡胶;吸嘴与碗体的内壁之间留有间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:所述三通的流奶接口处设有单向膜片阀门。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸奶器用奶碗,其特征在于:所述三通的流奶接口上设有橡胶材质的鸭嘴阀。
  8. 一种吸奶器,其特征在于:包括权利要求3至6任一所述的吸奶器用奶碗和主机;主机包括外壳;主机设置在半圆形安装板的后侧与碗体的上面板的上侧形成的空间内,且主机的外壳与碗体共同构成一个半球形面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种吸奶器,其特征在于:主机还包括由前面板和底面板构成的L形的安装座,安装座的前面板与碗体的半圆形安装板贴合,安装座的底面与碗体的上面板的上侧相贴合;
    安装座与外壳之间形成安装腔,安装腔内设有控制主板、电源、负压装置、泄气阀和气囊;气囊的上端设有开口且开口向外翻折有一圈横截面为U形的椭圆形卡槽,气囊开口的椭圆形卡槽卡接在负压接口的开口上端沿;安装座的下表面设有压框且压框的周围设有沟槽,压框密封地插接在气囊的开口内且气囊的上端密封地插接在沟槽内;泄气阀的气管和负压装置的气管均穿过压框与气囊内部相接通;
    电源、负压装置和泄气阀与控制主板均相连,控制主板上设有位于外壳上表面的操作按键组件;
    泄气阀和负压装置均通过气管与气囊相连通,所述气囊位于负压接口内且将负压接口的开口密封;
    所述气囊内侧壁上设有加强筋。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种吸奶器,其特征在于:所述操作按键组件包括启动开关键、增强键和减弱键;所述电源为锂电池,锂电池上连接有电源接口。
