实施2,请参见图2-图4所示,本发明一种卫生洁具,包括拖把(图中仅体 现拖把的拖把头8)、桶体6,还包括本发明实施例1所述的一种安全防水隐形开关,所述第一部件为脱水转动轴7,该脱水转动轴7可绕其轴线转动地设置于桶体6,并由设置于桶体6的电机(图中未体现)驱动,所述按钮开关1电连接于电机所在的电回路上,以控制电机启动与否。所述第二部件(即开关盖82)设置于拖把的拖把头8,并且开关盖82与拖把头8一体成型。
本实施例中,所述拖把头8包括:底端开口的开关盖82、固定盘81和安装柄83;开关盖82、固定盘81和安装柄83同轴设置;开关盖82的内腔为阶梯状,其内腔底端内径与脱水转动轴7前端部相适配,其内腔上部固设有第二磁铁3;开关盖82的外壁中部周向延伸一固定盘81,开关盖82的外壁轴向上方设有安装柄83。
本实施例中,所述脱水转动轴7为顶部封闭的空芯轴,所述第一磁铁2嵌设在按钮11上端,置于脱水转动轴7轴腔内,按钮11可在转动轴7轴腔内上下移动;所述脱水转动轴7顶部还套设一保护罩9。
本实施例中,所述电机位于所述桶体6设置的一型腔中,且该电机的输出轴通过一传动组件与所述脱水转动轴7传动连接。所述传动组件可以是齿轮传动组件或皮带轮传动组件等。
本实施例中,所述第一磁铁2上表面的磁极与第二磁铁3下表面的磁极为同名磁极。
工作时,将拖把的拖把头8架在脱水转动轴7上,与此同时,拖把头8中的第二磁铁3靠近位于脱水转动轴7中的第一磁铁2,由于第一磁铁2与第二磁铁3同名磁极相对,使得第一磁铁2与第二磁铁3之间产生斥力,该斥力促使位于脱水转动轴7中的按钮开关1的按钮向下运动,从而接通电机所在的电回路,使电机启动,并驱使脱水转动轴7带动拖把或其拖把头8转动,实现离心脱水。完成脱水后,拖把被提起,使第二磁铁3远离第一磁铁2,第一磁铁2与第二磁铁3之间的斥力消失,按钮开关1的按钮自动复位,从而断开电机所在的电回路,使 电机停止工作。
本实施例一种卫生洁具,请参见图2-图6所示,所述保护罩9下端面为环形面91,与沥水蓝92固定联接;保护罩9上端面开有通孔93。
所述桶体6设有动力型腔61,其型腔61包括装配套筒65;所述传动组件为皮带轮传动组件62,电机64的输出轴63与皮带轮传动组件62连动,皮带轮传动组件62、电机64均设置在型腔61内。
所述脱水转动轴7中部延伸有一定位凸缘71,定位凸缘71的下端面凹设有一密封槽72,安装有密封圈73;脱水转动轴7的下端由装配套筒65插入型腔61内,定位凸缘71密接在装配套筒65上方;沥水蓝92通过保护罩9可拆卸套装在脱水转动轴7上,其顶部通孔93卡接在脱水转动轴7上端面边缘,工作时沥水蓝92随脱水转动轴7同步转动。因而,本实施例的结构,对设置在脱水转动轴7内开关按钮11具有良好的密封效果,清洗时沥水蓝92也不会引起按钮误操作。同时,保护罩9顶部通孔设计减少了第二磁铁3对第一磁铁2作用时的隔离层,排斥力即:推动按钮移动效果更好。
本实施例中,所述开关1为自复位按钮开关,其按钮11及复位弹簧12置于脱水转动轴7内.
本实施例中,按钮开关1隐藏于脱水转动轴7中,且需同通过设置在拖把头中的第二磁铁3才可以开启,因此,避免被儿童等意外触及产生危险而达到安全效果,也使按钮开关1处于相对封闭的空间中,不会接触到水,达到防水效果。同时,按钮开关1不外露,使产品更加简洁美观。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种安全防水隐形开关及卫生洁具,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种安全防水隐形开关及卫生洁具,其按钮开关设于第一部件中,并 依靠第一磁铁与第二磁铁的磁性斥力进行控制,可以避免被儿童等意外触及而产生危险,并且按钮开关处于相对封闭的空间中,不会接触到水,达到防水效果。本发明适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:包括按钮开关、第一部件、第二部件、第一磁铁、第二磁铁;第一磁铁设置于按钮开关的按钮,第二磁铁设置于第二部件;第一部件具有中空内腔,设置有第一磁铁的按钮开关位于第一部件中;随着第二磁铁靠近或接触第一部件,且第二磁铁与第一磁铁同名磁极相对时,按钮开关的按钮受斥力作用沿按下的方向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述第一磁铁位于所述按钮上端,所述设置有第一磁铁的按钮开关的按钮位于所述第一部件的内腔顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述按钮开关侧面与所述第一部件的内侧面之间具有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述第二部件为可盖在所述第一部件上的开关盖,所述第二磁铁固定于该开关盖中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述开关盖的径向尺寸从上到下渐大,或者,所述开关盖的底端开口呈扩口状,所述第二磁铁固定于开关盖的内腔顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述第一部件为底端开口的开关罩。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述按钮开关为自复位按钮开关。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的安全防水隐形开关,其特征在于:所述第一部件为底端开口的开关罩,设置有第一磁铁的按钮开关位于开关罩内;第二部件为可盖在所述开关罩上的开关盖;随着开关盖靠近或接触开关罩,且第二磁铁与第一磁铁同名磁极相对时,按钮开关的按钮受斥力作用在开关罩内沿按下的方向运 动;
    开关盖离开关罩时,按钮自动复位,在开关罩的内腔中沿向上的方向运动。
  9. 一种卫生洁具,包括拖把、桶体,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的安全防水隐形开关,所述第一部件为脱水转动轴,该脱水转动轴可绕其轴线转动地设置于桶体,并由设置于桶体的电机驱动;所述按钮开关为自复位按钮开关,电连接于电机所在的电回路上,以控制电机启动与否;所述第二部件设置于拖把的拖把头。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卫生洁具,其特征在于:所述第二部件与拖把头一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的卫生洁具,其特征在于:所述拖把头包括:底端开口的开关盖、固定盘和安装柄,开关盖、固定盘和安装柄同轴设置;开关盖的内腔为阶梯状,其内腔底端内径与脱水转动轴前端部相适配,其内腔上部固设有第二磁铁;开关盖的外壁中部周向延伸一固定盘,开关盖的外壁轴向上方设有安装柄。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的卫生洁具,其特征在于:所述脱水转动轴为前端封闭的空心轴,设置有第一磁铁的按钮开关的按钮位于轴腔内;所述脱水转动轴顶部套设一保护罩;所述电机位于所述桶体设置的一型腔中,且该电机的输出轴通过一传动组件与所述脱水转动轴传动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的卫生洁具,其特征在于:所述保护罩下端面为环形面,联接有一沥水蓝;保护罩上端面开有通孔。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的卫生洁具,其特征在于:所述桶体型腔包括装配套筒;所述脱水转动轴中部延伸有一定位凸缘,定位凸缘7的下端面凹设有一密封槽,安装有密封圈;脱水转动轴的下端由装配套筒插入型腔内,定位凸缘密接在装配套筒上方;沥水蓝通过保护罩可拆卸套装在脱水转动轴上,其顶部通孔卡接在脱水转动轴上端面边缘,工作时沥水蓝随脱水转动轴同步转动。
