2. 通过台阶面式下壳结构与旋转托盘上的环状壁形成导水空腔,同时于旋转托盘下端面增加有导水骨,一方面避免了流入导水槽的水或清洁液旋转时甩出导水槽,另一方面通过导水骨导引自导水孔流出的液体,有效实现了清洁盘(拖布)与液体的干湿分离,解决了既有的自动清洁设备中,将水直接喷到拖布上,使得拖布过于湿润致使清洁效果不佳问题。
3.水箱的宽度大小适宜且安装于旋转托盘的上方,直接通过导水槽进行水路联通,节约空间,储水均匀;旋转驱动组件采用靠近喷嘴口一侧的安装方向,钝角方式对称安装,使得重心靠后,保证拖地机的配重稳定。

实施例 1
如图 1~3 所示,本实用新型提供了一种带有喷水装置的旋转托盘,包括水箱 1、机身上盖 2、齿轮箱 3、机身下盖组件 4、旋转喷水组件 5 及清洁盘 6,所述水箱 1 位于机身上盖 2 上方,机身上盖 2 与机身下盖组件 4 配合安装,且二者之间的空腔内安装有齿轮箱 3,所述齿轮箱 3 的输出轴 31 与旋转喷水组件 5 固定安装,使得齿轮箱 3 驱动旋转喷水组件 5 旋转,进而带动固定安装于旋转喷水组件 5 上的清洁盘 6 旋转,实现旋转喷水功能及清洁盘 6 清洁工序。
具体实施例如下:
如图 3~7 所示,旋转喷水组件 5 包括喷水喷头 51 及旋转托盘 52,所述旋转托盘 52 中心处为安装孔524,且其上端面由圆心向外分别有第一环状壁 521、第二环状壁 522 及第三环状壁 523,所述第一环状壁521 中心空腔为输出轴轴孔 524,所述第二环状壁 522 及第三环状壁 523 之间为导水槽 526,且导水槽 526内周向均布有若干导水孔 527,喷水喷头 51 其喷水口 512 位于导水槽 526 上方;旋转托盘 52 下端面与第三环状壁 523 对应处为导水骨 528,且所述导水骨 528 向外侧为清洁部安装面 529,且环状清洁盘 6 固定安装于所述清洁部安装面 529 处。
实际使用时,水或清洁液自喷水喷头 51 其喷水口 512 中流出,进入旋转状态的旋转托盘 52 上的导水槽 526,并受离心力作用,均匀地自导水孔 527 处流出,同时受导水骨 528 作用,水或清洁液直接洒落至地面,避免直接浸湿环状清洁盘 6,使得设备清洁效果不佳。
如图 3~7 所示,齿轮箱 3 的输出轴 31 配合安装于输出轴轴孔 524,且其末端面中心处为输出轴安装孔32,所述输出轴安装孔 32 及安装孔 525 经固定螺栓 7 固定连接,使得齿轮箱 3 的输出轴 31 与旋转托盘 52及固定安装于旋转托盘下端面的环状清洁盘 6 同步旋转;进一步,由于清洁过程中齿轮箱 3 需进行高速旋转以同步完成清洁盘 6 的旋转清洁及水或清洁液的洒扫工序,故旋转托盘 52 的第一环状壁 521 与第二环状壁 522 之间、第二环状壁 522 与第三环状壁 523 之间及第三环状壁 523 向外周向均布有辐条状结构,以增强所述旋转托盘 52 在高速旋转工况下的稳定性及使用寿命。
如图 2~3 所示,每个齿轮箱 3 与旋转喷水组件 5 及清洁盘 6 形成一组清洁组件,所述带有喷水装置的旋转托盘内部包括有若干组清洁组件,且每组清洁组件的清洁盘 6 外边缘相互交错紧贴,实现装置洒扫范围的全面积覆盖化,避免每组情结组件的清洁盘 6 之间形成清洁死角,影响清洁效率,本实施例中,清洁组件的数目为两个。
如图 3~5 所示,齿轮箱 3 安装于机身上盖 2 与机身下盖组件 4 之间形成的安装空腔中,所述机身下盖组件 4 的上端面为齿轮箱安装面 41,齿轮箱 3 经减震垫 42 固定安装于齿轮箱安装面 41 上,且其输出轴31 端自机身下盖组件 4 上的通孔 43 处伸出与位于机身下盖组件 4 下方的旋转托盘 52 安装连接;机身下盖组件 4 下端面为外低内高的环状二级台阶面 44,通孔 43 位于环状二级台阶面 44 中心处,且其自内向外分别为第一台阶面 441 及第二台阶面 442,所述第一台阶面 441 上为喷头安装孔 45,喷水喷头 51 固定安装于喷头安装孔 45 处,且所述喷水喷头 51 的注水口 511 位于安装空腔内,并连接至水箱 1;为了避免喷水喷头 51 注入导水槽 526 中的水或清洁液于高速旋转过程中流入其它部位,影响洒扫效率,旋转托盘 52 与输出轴 31 固定安装时,第三环状壁 523 高于第二台阶面 442,第二环状壁 522 高于第一台阶面 441,且所述第一台阶面 441 与第二环状壁 522、第三环状壁 523 及二者之间的导水槽 526 形成导水空腔,避免了导水槽 526 中的水或清洁液于导水孔 527 以外的部位外流。
实际工作时,水箱 1 安装于机身上盖 2 上方,且其经机身上盖 2 与固定安装于机身下盖组件 4 上的喷水喷头 51 的注水口 511 连接;齿轮箱 3 驱动其输出轴 31 旋转,并经由输出轴 31 带动旋转托盘 52 和固定安装于旋转托盘 52 上的清洁盘 6 同步高速旋转;清洁过程中,水或清洁液自喷水口 512 处喷出至导水槽526,并由导水槽 526 上的导水孔 527 处受离心力作用均匀流出,在避免浸湿清洁盘 6 的情况下完成洒扫工序,避免了浸湿清洁盘 6 所需要的较大量的水或清洁液,同时也避免了拖扫与吸尘同步进行的情况下, 过于湿润的地面影响吸尘的清洁效果。
继续参见图,所述拖地机还包括地拖吸嘴 8,水箱 1 安装于机身上盖 2 上方,若干组清洁组件和地拖吸嘴安装于机身下盖组件,所述水箱宽度不大于两个所述导水槽 526 的最大间距,或者,水箱 1 宽度不小于两个所述导水槽 526 的最小间距。水箱的宽度大小适宜且安装于旋转托盘的上方,直接通过导水槽进行水路联通,节约空间,储水均匀。旋转驱动组件对称的安装于远离地拖吸嘴的一侧,且两个旋转驱动组件的安装夹角为钝角。旋转驱动组件采用靠近喷嘴口一侧的安装方向,钝角方式对称安装,使得重心靠后, 保证拖地机的配重稳定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,包括:水箱(1),机身上盖(2),机身下盖组件(4),所述机身上盖(2)与所述机身下盖组件(4)配合并形成适于安装所述清洁组件的安装空腔,其特征在于,所述清洁组件包括旋转驱动组件、旋转喷水组件(5)及清洁盘(6),所述旋转驱动组件安装于所述安装空腔内部,且其输出端与位于所述安装空腔外部的旋转托盘(52)固定安装,所述旋转喷水组件(5)包括旋转托盘(52),所述旋转托盘(52)上端面有导水槽(526),所述导水槽(526)上设有导水孔(527),所述水箱(1)中的水经所述导水槽(526)输送至所述清洁盘(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述旋转托盘(52)包括以圆心向外依次排布的第二环状壁(522)及第三环状壁(523),所述第二环状壁(522)及第三环状壁(523)之间为导水槽(526)。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述旋转托盘(52)下端面设有导水骨(528),所述旋转托盘(52)下端面沿所述导水骨(528)向外范围为清洁部安装面(529),所述清洁盘(6)安装于所述清洁部安装面(529)。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,还包括喷水喷头(51),所述喷水喷头(51)的上端为注水口(511),下端为喷水口(512),所述注水口(511)连接至水箱(1),所述喷水口(512)位于所述导水槽(526)上方。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述机身下壳(4)下端面为外低内高的环状二级台阶面(44),所述环状二级台阶面(44)由内至外分别为第一台阶面(441)及第二台阶面(442),所述第一台阶面(441)位于所述导水槽(526)上方,且其上有适于安装喷水喷头(51)的喷头安装孔(45)。
  6. 根据权利要求 1  所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述旋转驱动组件为齿轮箱(3),所述齿轮箱(3)固定安装于机身下盖组件(4)上且其输出端为输出轴(31),所述机身下壳组件(4)上端面为齿轮箱安装面(41),所述齿轮箱安装面(41)上有通孔(43),所述齿轮箱(3)经减震垫(42)固定安装于齿轮箱安装面(41),输出轴(31)经通孔(43)处伸出。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述旋转托盘(52)安装于输出轴(31)时,所述第二环状壁(522)高度高于第一台阶面(441),第三环状壁(523)高度低于所述第一台阶面(441)但高于所述第二台阶面(442),所述第二环状壁(522)及第三环状壁(523)与所述第一台阶面(441)及导水槽(526)共同形成导水空腔。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的一种带有喷水装置的托盘结构,其特征在于,所述旋转托盘(52)上端面还设有第一环状壁(521),所述第一环状壁(521)中心为输出轴轴孔(524),所述输出轴(31)安装于所述输出轴轴孔(524)内,所述输出轴(31)底端中心处为输出轴安装孔(32),所述输出轴(31)经由固定螺栓(7)将输出轴安装孔(32)与所述旋转托盘(52)上的安装孔(525)固定连接;所述旋转托盘(52) 下端面与第三环状壁(523)对应处导水骨(528);所述旋转托盘(52)下端面沿所述导水骨(528)向外范围为清洁部安装面(529)。
  9. 一种拖地机,其特征在于,所述拖地机装配有如权利要求 1 至 8 任一项所述的托盘结构,所述水箱(1) 安装于机身上盖(2)上方,若干组清洁组件安装于所述机身下盖组件(4),所述水箱(1)宽度不大于两个所述导水槽(526)的最大间距,或者,所述水箱(1)宽度不小于两个所述导水槽(526)的最小间距。
  10. 根据权利要求 10 所述的一种拖地机,其特征在于,还包括地拖吸嘴(8),所述旋转驱动组件对称的安装于远离所述地拖吸嘴的一侧,且两个所述旋转驱动组件的安装夹角为钝角。
