本发明涉及计算机领域,特别涉及一种计算机数据采集装置。
计算机处理的对象是数字量,而外部世界的大部分信息是连续变化的物理量,例如温度、压力、位移、速度,要将这些信息送入计算机进行处理,就必须先把这些连续的物理量离散化,即进行量化编码,变成数字量才能实现工序间的物流周转,计算机数据采集就是将被测对象的各种参量通过传感器做适当转换后,由非电量变换成电量,再经过信号调理、采样、量化、编码和传输等步骤,输入计算机进行处理或储存记录的过程;现有的数据采集装置占地面积大,移动不方便,携带不方便,其次,数据采集装置放置的时候容易积灰,很有可能造成按键的失灵,为此,我们提出一种计算机数据采集装置。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种计算机数据采集装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种计算机数据采集装置,包括装置主体,所述装置主体的前端外表面设置有显示屏,所述装置主体的前端外表面设置有装置按键,所述装置主体的侧面设置有滑动槽,所述装置主体的外表面设置有按键保护盖板,所述按键保护盖板的内表面设置有滑动块,所述装置主体的后端外表面设置有挂扣卡块,所述装置主体的后端外表面设置有挂扣连接板,所述挂扣连接板的后端外表面设置有挂扣钢片。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该计算机数据采集装置,通过设置有挂扣钢片、挂扣卡块与挂扣卡槽,工作时,先把挂扣钢片挂在腰间,当需要放置装置主体时,通过把挂扣卡块插入挂扣卡槽内,在重力的作用下,装置主体会挂在腰间,有利于数据采集装置的携带,通过设置有按键保护盖板、滑动块与滑动槽,当不用数据采集装置时,把按键保护盖板往上一推,滑动块在滑动槽内向上移动,使按键保护盖板覆盖装置按键,在不用装置的时候保护装置按键,在使用数据采集装置时,向下推动按键保护盖板使装置按键裸露出来即可,整个一种计算机数据采集装置结构简单,操作方便。

如图1-4所示,一种计算机数据采集装置,包括装置主体1,装置主体1的前端外表面设置有显示屏2,装置主体1的前端外表面设置有装置按键3,装置主体1的侧面设置有滑动槽4,装置主体1的外表面设置有按键保护盖板5,按键保护盖板5的内表面设置有滑动块6,装置主体1的后端外表面设置有挂扣卡块7,装置主体1的后端外表面设置有挂扣连接板8,挂扣连接板8的后端外表面设置有挂扣钢片9。
装置主体1与显示屏2之间为固定连接,确保显示屏2的位置固定,装置主体1与装置按键3之间为活动连接,装置按键3设置在显示屏2的下端,装置按键3的数量为若干组,装置按键3呈阵列排布。
滑动槽4镶嵌于装置主体1的外表面,滑动槽4的数量为两组,滑动槽4呈对称排布,滑动块6的数量为两组,滑动块6呈对称排布,滑动块6与按键保护盖板5之间为固定连接,确保滑动块6的位置固定,滑动块6可以在滑动槽4的表面上下滑动,滑动块6带动按键保护盖板5进行上下滑动,滑动块6的高度略大于第一排装置按键3到装置主体1底面的距离,可以有效保护装置按键3并且不会浪费材料。
挂扣卡块7与装置主体1之间为固定连接,确保挂扣卡块7的位置固定,挂扣连接板8与挂扣钢片9之间为固定连接,确保挂扣钢片9的位置固定,挂扣连接板8的上端外表面设置有挂扣卡槽10,挂扣卡槽10镶嵌于挂扣连接板8的外表面,挂扣卡块7可以在挂扣卡槽10的表面移动,装置主体1能通过挂扣卡块7与挂扣连接板8之间固定连接,挂扣钢片9能轻微的掰动,有利于通过挂扣钢片9把装置主体1挂在腰间。
装置主体1的后端外表面设置有扫描指示器11,扫描指示器11与装置主体1之间为固定连接,确保扫描指示器11的位置固定,装置主体1的其中一个侧面设置有USB接口12,有利于跟计算机传输数据,装置主体1与USB接口12之间为固定连接,确保USB接口12的位置固定。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种计算机数据采集装置,在使用时,使用者先把挂扣钢片9挂在腰间,当需要放置装置主体1时,使用者通过把挂扣卡块7插入挂扣卡槽10内,在重力的作用下,装置主体1会挂在腰间并固定,有利于数据采集装置的携带,当不用数据采集装置时,使用者把按键保护盖板5往上一推,滑动块6在滑动槽4内向上移动,使按键保护盖板5覆盖装置按键3,在不用装置的时候保护装置按键3,在使用数据采集装置时,使用者向下推动按键保护盖板5使装置按键3裸露出来即可,较为实用。
