需要说明的是,下列多种实施例中,所需安装或挂载的设备可以是任何能够与本申请安装支架实现固定连接的设备,不仅限于通讯设备。具体而言,可以是RRU基站设备、小型通信机柜等电子或通信设备,也可以是机械类设备。安装装置的应用场景可以是任何能够与本申请安 装件实现固定的安装场景,不仅限于抱杆、墙面等。下列仅以通信设备为所需安装设备,抱杆和墙面为应用场景进行说明。
下文的公开提供了许多不同的实施方式或例子用来实现本申请的不同方案。
参照图1所示,为本申请第一实施例的安装装置。
安装装置包括安装件100,安装支座200以及安装支架300。安装件100设置在安装支座200的第一侧;安装支架300设置在安装支座的第二侧。安装支座200的第一侧和第二侧分别位于安装支座200不同的两侧。安装支座200与安装件100滑动卡接。安装支架300与安装支座200滑动卡接。
在一实施例中,安装件100与安装支座200通过相互配合的滑槽结构从而实现滑动卡接且可拆卸。安装支架300与安装支座200通过相互配合的滑槽结构从而实现滑动卡接及其可拆卸。
参照图6、7所示,安装件100与安装支座200卡接的一侧设置有上卡板130和下卡板140;相应的,安装支座200与安装件100卡接的一侧设置有分别与上卡板130对应的上滑槽240,与下卡板140对应的下滑槽250。安装件100可沿着上滑槽240和下滑槽250横向滑动,以调整安装件100在安装支座200上的。实际安装时,可根据需要调整位置,以确保安装位置合理。卡板和卡槽的高度与大小均可根据需求进行设置。
参照图27-29所示,实际安装时,安装件100未与安装支座200连接的一侧即远离安装支座200的一侧朝向安装场景(如抱杆、墙面等)设置;安装支架300未与安装支座200连接的一侧即远离安装支座200的一侧,朝向所需安装设备(如通信、机械设备等)设置。由于安装支架300可拆卸,安装时可先将轻便的安装支架300与所需安装设备固定连接。避免将体积大且沉重的通信设备托举至所需安装的位置,再盲目定位固定的安装过程。简化安装过程,便于安装人员操作。
参照图15所示,在一实施例中,安装支座200可以和多个安装支架300滑动卡接且可拆卸连接。可设置安装支架300的数量取决于安装支座200的长度,安装支座200横向长度越长,可设置在安装支座200上的安装支架300越多。
本实施例中的安装装置可以在一个安装支座200上设置多个通信设备,提高安装空间的利用率。同时,由于安装支架300可相对安装支座200滑动,便于通信设备的位置调整,合理使用有限的安装空间。
参照图31所示,在一实施例中,安装支座200可以和多个安装件100滑动卡接且可拆装连接。当安装支架300上设置有多个通信设备时,为了使安装装置能够更好地承载设备,设置多个安装件100与安装支座200卡接,提高其承载力。
本实施例中的安装装置,可以在一个安装支座200上设置多个安装件100,从而提高安装装置的承载力,进一步提升通信设备的安装数量以及装置安全性。
参照图2所示,在一实施例中,安装件100包括安装面110,安装面110具有粗糙表面111。实际安装时,安装面110朝向所需安装场景(如抱杆、墙面等)设置,用于贴合所需安装的场景上。
本实施例中的安装件100具有粗糙表面,可使安装件100更加牢固的安装在墙面上不易掉 落,从而进一步提高安装装置的承载力,也使其更加牢固可靠。
在一实施例中,安装面110可以为平面,以便尽可能贴合平整墙面使用,提高其稳固性。
在一实施例中,安装面110可以设置有一内凹结构,如V形结构或燕尾槽结构;粗糙表面111设置在内凹结构的表面。通过设置粗糙表面111使得安装面110在固定安装时能够产生一定的摩擦力,使得安装件不易掉落。
本实施例中的安装件100具有一内凹结构。实际安装时,可将内凹结构朝向抱杆或旗杆等圆柱状安装场景设置,增大安装件100与抱杆或旗杆的接触面,从而进一步提高安装装置的承载力和稳固性。
在一实施例中,粗糙表面111可以为锯齿形表面结构,也可以是不平滑的表面结构,更进一步提高安装装置的承载力和稳固性。粗糙表面111具体的结构不局限于上述两种表面结构,通过改变表面结构使得能够产生防滑效应的结构均是本申请实施例所囊括的范围。
参照图3和图27所示,在一实施例中,安装件100还包括第一固定孔120,通过长杆等连接件贯通第一固定孔120与另一安装件100进行连接.第一固定孔120的形状结构和数量不局限于如图3所示,可根据需求进行相应改变,例如可设置两个或四个等第一固定孔120实现与另一安装件100固定连接。多个安装件100可以通过螺杆和螺母配合安装实用。以两个安装件100为例,安装时,两个安装件100分别设置在抱杆或旗杆两侧且内凹结构均朝向抱杆或旗杆表面设置。由于抱杆或旗杆为圆柱形且直径较小,常见设置在抱杆或旗杆上的安装装置承载力较低、稳固性较差,也有部分安装装置为了提高安装装置的承载力采用额外的复杂部件或将施加巨大外力将部件嵌入在抱杆或旗杆中。而采用本实施例的安装装置,可通过两个安装件100相互配合使用,实现安装装置在抱杆或旗杆的应用场景中,安装简便且承载力和稳固性都较佳,且可以进一步提高安装装置可安装设备的数量。
参照图4和图5所示,在一实施例中,安装支座200包括第一连接部210,第一连接部210上设置有第一凸起211;安装支座200还包括第一凹槽220;第一凸起211和第一凹槽220设置在相对的两侧。参照图8-9所示安装支架300包括第二连接部310,第二连接部310下方设置有第二凹槽311;安装支架300还包括第二凸起320;第二凹槽311和第二凸起320设置在相对的两侧。参照图10所示,第一凸起211可设置第二凹槽311中,从而实现安装支架300和安装支座200的滑动卡接;第二凸起320可设置在第一凹槽220中,从而实现安装支架300和安装支座200的滑动卡接。
本实施例中,安装支座200和安装支架300通过凹槽和凸起结构实现滑动卡接,从而可以快速便捷调整安装设备的位置。同时,在一个安装支座200上可以设置多个安装支架300,从而可以增加安装装置上的安装设备的数量。
在一实施例中,安装支座200还设置有若干个第二固定孔260,第二固定孔260的数量与位置设置可根据安装需求进行设置,不局限于图5所示的数量与位置设置。当安装件100滑动卡接在安装支座200上时,可以通过该第二固定孔260使得安装件100能够固定在安装支座200上,保证了安装件100在安装支座200上的稳固性,不随意晃动。
在一实施例中,安装支架300还设置有若干个第三固定孔330。参照图22所示,通过使用 若干个螺钉贯通第三固定孔330后将所需安装设备挂载在安装支架300的一侧上。在实际使用中,安装支架300挂载安装设备的方式不局限于如图22所示的安装方式,也可以如图23所示在安装设备的另外一边上安装若干个安装支架300进行挂载,根据挂载方式不同,从而使安装设备通过本实施例的安装装置能够适应多种不同的安装场景,包括但不限于抱杆、墙体和角钢塔;另一方面,如图22所示的安装方式,可以在单个安装支座200上挂载多个安装设备。不仅仅局限于安装设备的数量和类型,例如不同大小、宽度和类型的安装设备均可以通过安装支架300进行挂载安装,再将其挂载至安装支座200上完成安装,从而满足多种安装场景。
参照图15所示,在一实施例中,安装装置还包括锁扣400。在确定安装设备的安装位置后,通过锁扣400可以将安装支座200和安装支架300紧固,避免安装支座200和安装支架300相对滑动。
在一实施例中,参考图15,安装支座200还包括限位部件230;限位部件230设置在安装支座200第一凸起211两端。通过限位部件230可以避免安装支架300锁扣400从安装支座200中滑动脱落。限位部件230可以为限位螺钉。
参照图11-12所示,锁扣400包括第三凹槽410和紧固件420。参照图13、16所示,安装支座200的第一连接部210可设置在第三凹槽410中,从而实现锁扣400和安装支座200的滑动卡接。参照图14、15所示,安装支座200上可设置多个锁扣400,用于紧固多个安装支架300。
在本实施例中,锁扣400和安装支座200可滑动卡接,便于安装设备的位置调整和紧固。同是,安装支座200上可设置多个锁扣400,进一步提升安装装置的上可设置安装设备的数量。
参照图17和图30所示,当所述安装支座200和所述安装支架300通过所述锁扣400固定连接时,安装支架300的第二连接部310中的第二凸起320设置在安装支座200的第一连接部210中的第一凹槽220中,且第一连接部210和第二连接部310部分设置在锁扣400的第三凹槽410中。
在一实施例中,参考图17所示,安装支架300上端表面,即远离第二凹槽320的一侧设置有第四凹槽312;紧固件420贯穿锁扣400上部且部分深入第四凹槽312中,从而实现安装支座200和安装支架300的紧固。
参照图19所示,安装支架300的第二连接部310上表面,即远离第二凹槽320的一侧设置有第二卡接部313;锁扣400的第三凹槽410内表面,即朝向第二连接部的一面上设置有第一卡接部411。第二卡接部313和第二卡接部411可嵌合设置,从而紧固锁扣400、安装支架300和安装支座200。
在一实施例中,参照图19,第一卡接部411可以设置为凹槽,第二卡接部313被设置为可以和第一卡接部411嵌合的凸起。反之,参考图20,亦可将第一卡接部411设置为凸起,第二卡接部313被设置为和第一卡接部411嵌合的凹槽。
在一实施例中,参考图21,第一卡接部411被设置为上部宽、中间窄、下部宽的开口,第二卡接部313被设置为下部宽、中间窄、上部宽的凸部,第一卡接部411和第二卡接部313被设置为滑槽式锁扣。
在实际应用中,参照图24、图25和图26所示,当安装设备挂载在安装支架300上时,通 过将安装支座200、锁扣400滑动卡接在一块后,再将挂载了安装设备的安装支架300放置并滑动卡接在安装支座200上,之后推动锁扣400使其能够扣合安装支架300与安装支座200,完成安装支座200、安装支架300与锁扣400的安装过程。
在实际应用中,参照图29所示,本申请实施例中的安装装置可以挂载在墙体上,将安装件固定在墙体上,配合安装支座200、若干个锁扣400和若干个安装支架300挂载多个安装设备;参照图18、图27和图28所示,本申请实施例的安装装置也可以挂载在抱杆上,通过采用两根长螺杆连接两个安装件100以夹紧抱杆,配合安装支座200、若干个锁扣400和若干个安装支架300来挂载多个安装设备,使得多个安装设备能够同时安装在抱杆,且不易掉落,也不受安装设备种类和数量的限制,并且适应多种安装场景;另一方面安装件100也能同样通过安装支座200、安装支架300和锁扣400实现挂载其他安装设备,增加了安装空间和保证了稳固性,使得安装设备的安装数量提高与安装设备安装后的稳固性。
采用本申请的安装装置,使得所需安装的设备安装过程方便快捷,以使安装人员更加便捷高效地对设备进行安装。在本申请的一个实施例中,所述安装装置还包括:锁扣;所述锁扣用于紧固所述安装支座和所述安装支架。
本申请第二实施例提供了一种通信装置。该通信装置包括通信设备和本申请第一实施例的安装装置。
根据本申请实施例提供的安装装置,该装置至少包括安装件、安装支座和安装支架三部分;其中安装件的一侧与安装支座滑动卡接,安装件的另一侧与设备所需安装的墙面、抱杆等应用场景固定;安装支架的一侧与安装支座滑动卡接,安装支架的另一侧与所需挂载的设备固定;安装件和安装支架分别设置在安装支座不同的两侧。通过安装件、安装支座和安装支架的结构配合,使得安装件、安装支座与安装支架能够滑动卡接在一起。通过该安装装置使所需安装的设备安装过程方便快捷且能够更合理的利用安装空间,从而实现安装人员更加便捷高效地对设备进行安装,同时也提供安装空间的利用率。
以上是对本申请的较佳实施进行了说明,但本申请并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本申请实质的前提下还可作出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种安装装置,包括:
    安装件;
    安装支座,与所述安装件滑动卡接;以及
    安装支架,与所述安装支座滑动卡接;
    其中,所述安装件与所述安装支架分别设置在所述安装支座的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述安装件还包括:安装面;所述安装面设置在远离安装支座的一侧;所述安装面具有粗糙表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述安装支座被设置为至少以下之一:
    与至少一个安装件滑动卡接;
    与至少一个安装支架滑动卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述安装支座包括第一凸起,所述安装支架包括第二凹槽;所述安装支座和所述安装支架通过第一凸起和第二凹槽配合实现滑动卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4任一项所述的装置,其中,所述安装支座还包括第一凹槽,所述安装支架还包括第二凸起;所述安装支座和所述安装支架还通过第一凹槽和第二凸起配合实现滑动卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:锁扣;所述安装支座和所述安装支架通过所述锁扣固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述锁扣包括第三凹槽,所述安装支座还包括第一连接部,所述锁扣和所述安装支座通过所述第三凹槽和所述第一连接部配合实现滑动卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述安装支架还包括第二连接部;当所述安装支座和所述安装支架通过所述锁扣固定连接时,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部至少部分被配置在所述第三凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述锁扣还包括紧固件;所述安装支架还设置有第四凹槽;当所述安装支座和所述安装支架(300)通过所述紧固件和所述第四凹槽配合实现固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9任一项所述的装置,其中,所述第三凹槽设置有第一卡接部;所述第二连接部设置有第二卡接部;当所述安装支座和所述安装支架通过所述锁扣固定连接时,所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部嵌合。
  11. 一种通信装置,包括如权利要求1-10任一项所述的安装装置。
