技术领域
本发明涉及智能穿戴设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能眼镜、眼镜盒及眼镜组件。
背景技术
随着科技的飞速发展,近年来出现了越来越多的新科技产品,特别是智能眼镜的出现,得到了广大消费者的青睐。
目前,智能眼镜上集成的功能越来越多,导致智能眼镜的功耗较大,且由于智能眼镜的体积较小,导致智能眼镜上设置的电池体积较小,致使电池的容量较小,从而造成智能眼镜的续航能力不足。因此,为了使智能眼镜具有较长时间的续航能力,现有的智能眼镜一般需要配备眼镜盒,眼镜盒中设置有电池,使得该眼镜盒可以为智能眼镜充电。眼镜盒为智能眼镜充电一般通过有线的方式,此种充电方式需要在智能眼镜上预留金属触点,预留的金属触点会破坏智能眼镜的整体一致性,致使智能眼镜的外观不够美观。
发明内容
本发明公开一种智能眼镜、眼镜盒及眼镜组件,以解决智能眼镜的外观一致性较差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例公开一种智能眼镜,包括眼镜主体和镜腿,所 述眼镜主体和所述镜腿转动连接,所述眼镜主体和所述镜腿中的至少一者设置有第一电连接件,所述智能眼镜具有折叠状态和展开状态;
在所述智能眼镜处于所述折叠状态的情况下,所述第一电连接件显露于所述智能眼镜;
在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述第一电连接件被所述眼镜主体和所述镜腿中的至少一者覆盖。
第二方面,本发明实施例公开一种智能眼镜用眼镜盒,所述眼镜盒可容纳上述的智能眼镜,所述眼镜盒包括:
盒体;
盒盖,所述盒盖与所述盒体转动连接,在所述盒盖覆盖所述盒体的情况下,所述盒盖与所述盒体形成容纳空间,所述盒体和所述盒盖中的至少一者设置有电池模块;
第二电连接件,所述第二电连接件设置于所述盒盖或所述盒体,且所述第二电连接件与所述电池模块电连接;
在所述智能眼镜位于所述容纳空间内的情况下,所述第二电连接件与所述第一电连接件电连接。
第三方面,本发明实施例公开一种眼镜组件,包括上述的智能眼镜和上述的眼镜盒。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的智能眼镜中,在智能眼镜处于折叠状态的情况下,第一电连接件显露于智能眼镜,用户可以通过第一电连接件为智能眼镜进行充电,在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第一电连接件被眼镜主体和镜腿中的至少一者覆盖,以使在用户正常使用时,第一电连接件被隐藏,防止用户在智能眼镜的外部观察到第一电连接件,从而使得用户在使用智能眼镜时,智能眼镜的一致性较高,从而使得智能眼镜的外观较为美观,进而使得智能眼镜的外观一致性较好,最终提升用户体验。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1至图13,本发明实施例公开一种智能眼镜,所公开的智能眼镜包括眼镜主体100和镜腿200。
其中,眼镜主体100和镜腿200转动连接,眼镜主体100和镜腿200中的至少一者设置有第一电连接件300,该第一电连接件300与智能眼镜的电池模组电连接,智能眼镜能够通过第一电连接件300进行充电。具体地,智能眼镜的电池模组可以设置在眼镜主体100中,此种情况下,第一电连接件300设置于眼镜主体100;电池模组也可以设置在镜腿200中,此种情况下,第一电连接件300设置于镜腿200;当然,眼镜主体100和镜腿200均可以设有电池模组,此种情况下,眼镜主体100和镜腿200均可以设置有第一电连接件300,本发明实施例中对此不做限制。
在本发明实施例中,智能眼镜具有折叠状态和展开状态,在智能眼镜处于折叠状态的情况下,第一电连接件300显露于智能眼镜。用户在不佩戴智能眼镜时,智能眼镜一般处于折叠状态,此时第一电连接件300显露于智能 眼镜,智能眼镜能够通过第一电连接件300在眼镜盒内进行充电。
在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第一电连接件300被眼镜主体100和镜腿200中的至少一者覆盖。用户在佩戴智能眼镜时,智能眼镜一般处于展开状态,此时一般不为智能眼镜充电,所以此时没有使用第一电连接件300,将第一电连接件300覆盖,以使第一电连接件300被隐藏,用户在智能眼镜的外部无法观察到第一电连接件300的存在,从而使得智能眼镜的整体一致性较高,以使智能眼镜的外观较为美观。
本发明实施例公开的智能眼镜中,在智能眼镜处于折叠状态的情况下,第一电连接件300显露于智能眼镜,用户可以通过第一电连接件300为智能眼镜进行充电,在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第一电连接件300被眼镜主体100和镜腿200中的至少一者覆盖,以使在用户正常使用时,第一电连接件300被隐藏,防止用户在智能眼镜的外部观察到第一电连接件300,从而使得用户在使用智能眼镜时,智能眼镜的一致性较高,从而使得智能眼镜的外观较为美观,进而使得智能眼镜的外观一致性较好,最终提升用户体验。
如上文所述,第一电连接件300能够被眼镜主体100和镜腿200中的至少一者所覆盖,具体地,眼镜主体100可以包括支架110,支架110与镜腿200转动连接,以使智能眼镜通过转动的方式在展开状态和折叠状态之间切换,支架110与镜腿200相连的连接端可以具有第一配合面111,镜腿200与支架110相连的一端可以具有第二配合面210;在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第二配合面210与第一配合面111相对设置,且第二配合面210覆盖第一配合面111,其中,第一配合面111和第二配合面210中的至少一者设置有第一电连接件300。本实施例中,利用智能眼镜在展开状态和折叠状态之间转动切换的方式,使得用户在切换智能眼镜的状态时便完成对第一电连接件300的隐藏或显露效果,减少用户操作,从而提高智能眼镜的使用便捷性。
可选地,连接端可以设有第一延伸部112,第一配合面111位于第一延伸部112,镜腿200上与支架110相连的一端可以设有第二延伸部220,第二配合面210位于第二延伸部220,第二延伸部220可相对第一延伸部112转动。第一延伸部112能够为第一配合面111提供设置位置,第二延伸部220能够为第二配合面210提供设置位置,避免支架110和镜腿200上没有足够的位置设置第一配合面111和第二配合面210,同时避免影响到智能眼镜上其他部件的布局,从而能够较为方便地设置第一配合面111和第二配合面210,进而能简化智能眼镜的布局结构,也能够降低设计人员的设计难度。
一般情况下,第一延伸部112具有多个表面,且任意一个表面上可以设置第一配合面111,例如,在用户佩戴智能眼镜的情况下,第一延伸部112远离用户的一侧表面可以设置第一配合面111,本发明实施例中对此不做限制。可选地,第一延伸部112可以包括第一表面、第二表面和连接第一表面与第二表面的第三表面,第三表面可以包括第一配合面111,且第一表面和第二表面相背分布;在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第二延伸部220覆盖第一配合面111,且第二延伸部220朝向第一配合面111的表面为第二配合面210。
在本发明实施例中,第一表面和第二表面在智能眼镜的高度方向上相背设置,智能眼镜还可以包括设置于支架110上的第一光学模组和第二光学模组,具体地,第一光学模块和第二光学模块可以为普通的眼镜片,也可以是显示屏,第一光学模组和第二光学模组沿第一方向依次设置,第三表面为第一延伸部112朝向第一方向的端面。请再次参考图1,第一方向为图1中的x轴所在的方向,智能眼镜的高度方向为图1中z轴所在的方向。
本方案中具体了第一配合面111和第二配合面210的位置,在镜腿200相对眼镜主体100转动时,第三表面能够被较好地被覆盖,从而能够使得第一配合面111被较好地覆盖,以使设置在第一配合面111上的第一电连接件300能够被较好地覆盖,提高第一电连接件300的隐藏性。同时,此种方式 简单可靠,方便设置。
在一种可选的实施例中,镜腿200可以包括镜腿主体和自镜腿主体向第二方向弯折延伸的挂耳部,第二表面朝向第二方向,且第二表面包括第一定位面113,第一定位面113可与眼镜盒中的第二定位面710定位配合。在智能眼镜收纳于眼镜盒中时,第一定位面113与第二定位面710定位配合,防止智能眼镜至眼镜盒中晃动,避免智能眼镜因磕碰而损坏。同时,第一定位面113与第二定位面710定位配合还能使得智能眼镜较为稳定地与位于眼镜盒中的第二电连接件600电连接,从而提高智能眼镜在充电时的稳定性。需要说明的是,请再次参考图1,第二方向为图1中z轴所在的方向。
为了方便智能眼镜与第二定位面710定位配合,在一种可选的实施例中,第一定位面113与第一配合面111相交的位置可以设有弹性部114,弹性部114可与第二定位面定位配合。在智能眼镜与第二定位面710进行配合的过程中,用户可以按压智能眼镜,以使弹性部114发生变形,进而实现第一定位面113与第二定位面710定位配合,在用户需要使用智能眼镜时,用户仅需施加较小的力便能够使得弹性部114的变形,进而解除第一定位面113与第二定位面710之间定位配合,以使用户较为方便地从眼镜盒中取出智能眼镜进行使用,进而提升用户体验。
为了进一步方便用户从眼镜盒中取出智能眼镜进行使用,可选地,第一配合面111可以为第一斜面,镜腿200可以包括镜腿主体和自镜腿主体向第二方向弯折延伸的挂耳部,在第二方向上,第一斜面向着第一延伸部112的延伸方向倾斜延伸,第二配合面210可以为与第一斜面相适配的第二斜面。在第一定位面113需要第二定位面710定位配合时,第一斜面能够对智能眼镜起到导向的作用,以使智能眼镜能够较为平稳地运动至所需要的位置,从而能够使得第一定位面113较为容易地与第二定位面710定位,方便用户将智能眼镜收纳于眼镜盒,同时也方便用户将智能眼镜从眼镜盒中取出。
如上文所述,第一延伸部112具有多个表面,且任意一个表面上可以设 置第一配合面111,可选地,第一延伸部112可以包括第一表面和第二表面,第一表面与第二表面相背分布,具体地,第一表面与第二表面在智能眼镜的高度方向上相背分布。第一表面和第二表面中的一者可以包括第一配合面111;在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,第二延伸部220覆盖第一配合面111,且第二延伸部220朝向第一配合面111的表面为第二配合面210。本方案中提供了另一种第一配合面111和第二配合面210的具体位置,相似地,在镜腿200相对眼镜主体100转动时,第三表面能够被较好地被覆盖,从而能够使得第一配合面111被较好地覆盖,以使设置在第一配合面111上的第一电连接件300能够被较好地覆盖,提高第一电连接件300的隐藏性。同时,此种方式简单可靠,方便设置。
当然,第一表面和第二表面均可以包括第一配合面111,以使第一电连接件300的数量为两个,两个第一电连接件300能够提高充电速度。
在使用智能眼镜的过程中,位于第一配合面111上的第一电连接件300需要被第二配合面210覆盖,在第二配合面210覆盖第一电连接件300的过程中,第二配合面210可能会碰到第一电连接件300,多次使用智能眼镜意味着第二配合面210会多次碰到第一电连接件300,第一电连接件300可能由于被多次碰撞而失效。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,第一电连接件300可以位于第一配合面111,第二配合面210可以设置有弹性覆盖部230,在智能眼镜处于展开状态的情况下,弹性覆盖部230覆盖第一电连接件300。弹性覆盖部230在第二配合面210碰到第一电连接件300能够起到缓冲作用,降低第二配合面210对第一电连接件300的磨损程度,从而防止第一电连接件300由于被多次碰撞而容易失效,进而延长第一电连接件300的使用寿命,提高智能眼镜的可靠性。
具体地,弹性覆盖部230可以为硅胶垫,硅胶垫具有良好的柔软性,能够在第二配合面210碰到第一电连接件300起到较好的缓冲作用,同时,弹性覆盖部230可以通过自身的变形实现对第一电连接件300的密封防护。第 一电连接件300可以为金属片,金属片结构简单,成本低,且方便设置在智能眼镜上。
基于本发明实施例公开的智能眼镜,本发明实施例还公开一种智能眼镜用眼镜盒,所公开的眼镜盒可容纳上文任意实施例所述的智能眼镜,所公开的眼镜盒包括盒体400、盒盖500和第二电连接件600:
其中,盒盖500与盒体400转动连接,具体地,转动连接可以为铰接。在盒盖500覆盖盒体400的情况下,盒盖500与盒体400形成容纳空间,盒体400和盒盖500中的至少一者设置有电池模块;第二电连接件600设置于盒盖500或盒体400,且第二电连接件600与电池模块电连接;在智能眼镜位于容纳空间内的情况下,第二电连接件600与第一电连接件300电连接,从而为智能眼镜进行充电。
为了提高智能眼镜在眼镜盒中充电时的稳定性,在一种可选的实施例中,眼镜盒还可以包括定位部700,定位部700可以设置于盒盖500或盒体400;在智能眼镜位于容纳空间内的情况下,定位部700与智能眼镜定位配合,第一电连接件300与第二电连接件600电连接。在智能眼镜收纳于眼镜盒中时,定位部700能够限制智能眼镜位移,防止智能眼镜至眼镜盒中晃动,避免智能眼镜因磕碰而损坏,同时,定位部700不但能够限制智能眼镜位移,还能使得智能眼镜较为稳定地与位于眼镜盒中的第二电连接件600电连接,从而提高智能眼镜在充电时的稳定性。
具体地,盒体400中可以设有凸起部410,第二电连接件600设置于凸起部410,凸起部410背离盒体400底部的一端可以设有定位部700,且定位部700可以为卡扣,卡扣可以具有第二定位面710;在智能眼镜位于容纳空间内的情况下,卡扣与智能眼镜卡接,且第二定位面710与智能眼镜至少部分相对,可以是与第一定位面113相对,以使智能眼镜被定位在眼镜盒中,卡扣定位的结构简单,且在眼镜盒中方案设置。同时,在用户使用的过程中,卡扣定位的方式能够方便用户从眼镜盒中取出或放回智能眼镜。
进一步地,凸起部410上可以具有第三配合面411,第三配合面411连接第二定位面710以及盒体400底部,第二电连接件600设置于第三配合面411,且第三配合面411的法线与盒体400底面之间的夹角可以为锐角,以使第三配合面411倾斜设置,从而使得第三配合面411能够与第一斜面相适配。倾斜设置的第三配合面411在一定程度上能够较好地起到承载智能眼镜的作用,在智能眼镜重力的作用下,能够使第一电连接件300较为紧密地与第二电连接件600接触,从而提高第一电连接件300与第二电连接件600电连接的可靠性。
具体地,第二电连接件600可以为金属片,可选地,第二电连接件600可以为弹性电连接件,例如,弹片和pogo pin电连接件等。弹性电连接件能够适配第一电连接件300与第二电连接件600之间的距离,以使第一电连接件300与第二电连接件600能够较为紧密地接触。
当然,定位部700可以设置于盒盖500,在智能眼镜位于眼镜盒中时,定位部700可以与智能眼镜的鼻托定位配合,第二电连接件600可以设置于盒体400,定位部700通过鼻托将智能眼镜压靠在盒体400,以使第一电连接件300较为紧密地与第二电连接件600接触,提高电连接的可靠性。
基于本发明实施例公开的智能眼镜以及眼镜盒,本发明实施例还公开一种眼镜组件,所公开的眼镜组件包括上文任意实施例所述智能眼镜和上文任意实施例所述的眼镜盒。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

  1. 一种智能眼镜,其中,包括眼镜主体(100)和镜腿(200),所述眼镜主体(100)和所述镜腿(200)转动连接,所述眼镜主体(100)和所述镜腿(200)中的至少一者设置有第一电连接件(300),所述智能眼镜具有折叠状态和展开状态;
    在所述智能眼镜处于所述折叠状态的情况下,所述第一电连接件(300)显露于所述智能眼镜;
    在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述第一电连接件(300)被所述眼镜主体(100)和所述镜腿(200)中的至少一者覆盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述眼镜主体(100)包括支架(110),所述支架(110)与所述镜腿(200)转动连接,所述支架(110)与所述镜腿(200)相连的连接端具有第一配合面(111),所述镜腿(200)与支架(110)相连的一端具有第二配合面(210);
    在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述第二配合面(210)与所述第一配合面(111)相对设置,且所述第二配合面(210)覆盖所述第一配合面(111);
    其中,所述第一配合面(111)和所述第二配合面(210)中的至少一者设置有所述第一电连接件(300)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述连接端设有第一延伸部(112),所述第一配合面(111)位于所述第一延伸部(112),所述镜腿(200)上与所述支架(110)相连的一端设有第二延伸部(220),所述第二配合面(210)位于所述第二延伸部(220),所述第二延伸部(220)可相对所述第一延伸部(112)转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述第一延伸部(112)包括第一表面、第二表面和连接所述第一表面与所述第二表面的第三表面,所述第三表面包括所述第一配合面(111),且所述第一表面和所述第二表面相 背分布;
    在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述第二延伸部(220)覆盖所述第一配合面(111),且所述第二延伸部(220)朝向所述第一配合面(111)的表面为所述第二配合面(210)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述镜腿(200)包括镜腿主体和自所述镜腿主体向第二方向弯折延伸的挂耳部,所述第二表面朝向所述第二方向,且所述第二表面包括第一定位面(113),所述第一定位面(113)可与眼镜盒中的第二定位面(710)定位配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述第一定位面(113)与所述第一配合面(111)相交的位置设有弹性部(114),所述弹性部(114)可与所述第二定位面定位配合。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述第一配合面(111)为第一斜面,所述镜腿(200)包括镜腿主体和自所述镜腿主体向第二方向弯折延伸的挂耳部,在所述第二方向上,所述第一斜面向着所述第一延伸部(112)的延伸方向倾斜延伸,所述第二配合面(210)为与所述第一斜面相适配的第二斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述第一延伸部(112)包括第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面与所述第二表面相背分布,所述第一表面和所述第二表面中的一者包括所述第一配合面(111);
    在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述第二延伸部(220)覆盖所述第一配合面(111),且所述第二延伸部(220)朝向所述第一配合面(111)的表面为所述第二配合面(210)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述第一电连接件(300)位于所述第一配合面(111),所述第二配合面(210)设置有弹性覆盖部(230),在所述智能眼镜处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述弹性覆盖部(230)覆盖所述第一电连接件(300)。
  10. 一种智能眼镜用眼镜盒,其中,所述眼镜盒可容纳权利要求1至9中任一项所述的智能眼镜,所述眼镜盒包括:
    盒体(400);
    盒盖(500),所述盒盖(500)与所述盒体(400)转动连接,在所述盒盖(500)覆盖所述盒体(400)的情况下,所述盒盖(500)与所述盒体(400)形成容纳空间,所述盒体(400)和所述盒盖(500)中的至少一者设置有电池模块;
    第二电连接件(600),所述第二电连接件(600)设置于所述盒盖(500)或所述盒体(400),且所述第二电连接件(600)与所述电池模块电连接;
    在所述智能眼镜位于所述容纳空间内的情况下,所述第二电连接件(600)与所述第一电连接件(300)电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的眼镜盒,其中,所述眼镜盒还包括定位部(700),所述定位部(700)设置于所述盒盖(500)或所述盒体(400);
    在所述智能眼镜位于所述容纳空间内的情况下,所述定位部(700)与所述智能眼镜定位配合,所述第一电连接件(300)与所述第二电连接件(600)电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的眼镜盒,其中,所述盒体(400)中设有凸起部(410),所述第二电连接件(600)设置于所述凸起部(410),所述凸起部(410)背离所述盒体(400)底部的一端设有所述定位部(700),且所述定位部(700)为卡扣,所述卡扣具有第二定位面(710);
    在所述智能眼镜位于所述容纳空间内的情况下,所述卡扣与所述智能眼镜卡接,且所述第二定位面(710)与所述智能眼镜至少部分相对。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的眼镜盒,其中,所述凸起部(410)上具有第三配合面(411),所述第三配合面(411)连接所述第二定位面(710)以及所述盒体(400)底部,所述第二电连接件(600)设置于所述第三配合面(411),且所述第三配合面(411)的法线与所述盒体(400)底面之间的夹 角为锐角。
  14. 一种眼镜组件,其中,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的智能眼镜和权利要求10至13中任一项所述的眼镜盒。
