实施例1
如图1至图8所示为本发明一种便携式消毒盒的第一实施例,包括盒底4、设置于盒底4上的盒身2、设置于盒身2上的盒盖1,盒身2与盒底4之间设有便于收纳的可折叠结构3;盒盖1上设有紫外消毒装置5。
紫外消毒装置5用于对放置在消毒盒内的物品进行紫外消毒。盒身2与盒底4之间设置的可折叠结构3,使得当不使用消毒盒时,通过可折叠结构3进行折叠,能够减小消毒盒的体积,便于使用者携带与收纳;当需要使用消毒盒时,通过可折叠结构3进行展开,盒身2与盒底4之间的体积变大,使其具有足够容纳日常用品的体积,提高消毒盒的利用率。
另外,紫外消毒装置5包括控制装置52、若干紫外线灯珠51,若干紫外线灯珠51均与控制装置52通信连接。紫外线灯珠51用于发射紫外线,使消毒盒能够通过紫外线对盒内放置的物品进行消毒。
其中,控制装置52包括主控电路板521和集成于主控电路板521上的电源开关522、LED驱动芯片、用于检测盒盖1是否完全闭合的检测开关523、用于启动紫外消毒装置5的触发开关524。检测开关523用于检测盒盖1是否完全闭合,使消毒盒能够在盒盖1完全闭合的情况下进行紫外线消毒,提高消毒盒的使用安全性。主控电路板521上还集成有用于指示工作状态的指示灯组件525。本实施例中主控电路板521为PCB电路板;LED驱动芯片为QX7136电路,具有定时控制、开关控制、以及门检测保护开关电路等。
还有,盒盖1包括盖面板11和与盖面板11连接的盖底板12;盖底板12上设有若干用于供紫外线灯珠51伸出的第二通孔121,盖面板11上设有若干用于供指示灯组件525伸出的第一通孔111。盖面板11和盖底板12的设置,使盒盖1内具有能够容纳紫外消毒装置5的空间;第二通孔121的设置使紫外线灯珠51能够直接作用于盒内的待消毒物品;第一通孔111的设置使指示灯组件525能够外露,便于使用者实时查看消毒盒的工作状态。
如图1至图8所示,本实施例中设置有六个紫外线灯珠51,也设置有六个 与紫外线灯珠51相匹配的第二通孔121。本实施例中的指示灯组件525包括有四个指示灯,也设置有四个与指示灯相匹配的第一通孔111。需要说明的是,紫外线灯珠51、指示灯组件525中指示灯的数量可根据实际应用中进行选择。
如图1至图6所示,盒身2的角部、盒底4的角部、盖面板11的边缘处均采用弧形结构,能够防止使用者在携带消毒盒的过程中被消毒盒划伤。盒底4底面还设置有四个EVA脚垫41。
其中,电源开关522从盖底板12伸出;触发开关524从盖面板11伸出;检测开关523位于盒盖1上。电源开关522从盖底板12伸出的设置,使得消毒盒在不使用或移动携带时能够与电源断开,防止误操作;触发开关524从盖面板11伸出的设置,使得使用者能够在盒盖1紧闭后再启动紫外消毒装置5,防止紫外线对人体带来不必要的伤害;检测开关523位于盒盖1上的设置,能够用于检测盒盖1是否完全紧闭,当使用者在消毒盒工作过程中误开盒盖1时,紫外消毒装置5能够立即停止工作,防止紫外线伤人。
如图3至图5所示,盖面板11与盒身2通过转轴转动连接,检测开关523位于盖面板11上靠近盖底板12的一面,且位于远离该转轴的一侧;由于盖底板12的板面面积小于盖面板11的板面面积,因此在关闭盒盖1时检测开关523能够与盒身2接触而得到触发,在打开盒盖1时检测开关523则得不到触发,紫外消毒装置5也因此停止工作。为了使检测开关523能够得到更好的触发,在盒身2上设置有一小凸块,用于与检测开关523相对应。
还有,盒盖1内设有用于放置电池的电池仓122,电池仓122与控制装置52连接。电池仓122的设置,使消毒盒能够通过装入电池来进行工作。
如图1至图5所示,盖面板11位于盖底板12的上方,盖面板11与盖底板12之间通过螺栓连接;盖底板12的两端设有凸起,使盖面板11与盖底板12之间存在空隙形成能够容纳521、电池仓122的空间。电池仓122位于盖底板12的中部位置,电池仓122内设有导电弹簧123,导电弹簧123的弹力方向与电池仓122同轴,使放入的电池能够为消毒盒提供所需电源。在盖底板12的下表面还滑动连接有电池仓盖124,使用者能够通过滑动打开或关闭电池仓盖124进行电池的安装与更换。
另外,可折叠结构3包括对称设置的折叠板组件31和对称设置的侧板32,折叠板组件31的一侧与盒身2活动连接,另一侧与盒底4活动连接;侧板32与 盒身2活动连接。
其中,折叠板组件31包括第一连接板311和与第一连接板311转动连接的第二连接板312,第一连接板311、第二连接板312上均设有用于防止过度转动的限位件;侧板32的边缘处与盒身2转动连接。
如图1、图4至图6所示,第一连接板311与盒身2之间通过转轴连接,第一连接板311与第二连接板312之间通过转轴连接,第二连接板312与盒底4之间通过转轴连接;侧板32的上端边缘处与盒身2通过转轴连接。如图6所示,将可折叠结构3展开后,第一连接板311、第二连接板312形成消毒盒的两侧壁,侧板32形成消毒盒的另外两侧壁,再加上盒底4与盒身2,构成用于放置物品的腔体。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例中限位件为凸条313,第一连接板311上的凸条313位于靠近第二连接板312的一侧,第二连接板312上的凸条313位于靠近第一连接板311的一侧,凸条313均位于靠近腔体的一面;第一连接板311、第二连接板312上与侧板32接触的两端均设有外翻边314。盒身2的下表面边缘处设有第一挡条21,盒底4的上表面边缘处设有第二挡条42。第一挡条21、第二挡条42、凸条313、外翻边314的设置能够防止第一连接板311、第二连接板312、侧板32的过度转动,同时能够防止紫外线外露。可折叠结构3在折叠时能够朝向腔体内部折叠,消毒盒在完全折叠状态时,两块侧板32位于第一连接板311的上方,第二连接板312位于第二连接板312的上方,如图3所示。
使用时,如图2和图3所示,将处于折叠状态的消毒盒取出;然后手握盒身2向上提起,此时第一连接板311、第二连接板312从折叠状态开始展开,如图4所示;继续展开直至第一连接板311、第二连接板312无法继续转动,然后将侧板32旋转直至其与第二挡条42、外翻边314相接触,即完成可折叠结构3的展开,整个消毒盒呈长方体状,如图5所示。接着向腔体中放入待消毒物品,然后打开电池仓盖124,将电池放入电池仓122中,合上电池仓盖124,打开电源开关522,使放入的电池与主控电路板521接通;再合上盒盖1,按下触发开关524,使紫外线灯珠51开始工作,最后通过指示灯组件525的亮暗观察是否已完成消毒。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1类似,所不同之处在于,本实施例中盒身2上设有用于 连接电源的接口6,接口6与控制装置52通信连接。接口6的设置使消毒盒能够通过外接电源进行工作。如图6和图8所示,接口6包括DC电路板61、DC片62和固定支架63,DC电路板61与主控电路板521通信连接,DC片62与DC电路板61连接;固定支架63与盒身2连接,固定支架63的上端承托DC电路板61与DC片62,固定支架63的下端位于侧板32处的转轴的上方。
使用时,可通过在接口6处外接充电宝、电源适配器等进行供电。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式消毒盒,包括盒底(4)、设置于盒底(4)上的盒身(2)、设置于盒身(2)上的盒盖(1),其特征在于,所述盒身(2)与盒底(4)之间设有便于收纳的可折叠结构(3);所述盒盖(1)上设有紫外消毒装置(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述紫外消毒装置(5)包括控制装置(52)、若干紫外线灯珠(51),紫外线灯珠(51)与控制装置(52)通信连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述控制装置(52)包括主控电路板(521)和集成于主控电路板(521)上的电源开关(522)、LED驱动芯片、用于检测盒盖(1)是否完全闭合的检测开关(523)、用于启动紫外消毒装置(5)的触发开关(524)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述主控电路板(521)上还集成有用于指示工作状态的指示灯组件(525)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(1)包括盖面板(11)和与盖面板(11)连接的盖底板(12);所述盖底板(12)上设有若干用于供紫外线灯珠(51)伸出的第二通孔(121),所述盖面板(11)上设有若干用于供指示灯组件(525)伸出的第一通孔(111)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述电源开关(522)从所述盖底板(12)伸出;所述触发开关(524)从所述盖面板(11)伸出;所述检测开关(523)位于所述盒盖(1)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述可折叠结构(3)包括对称设置的折叠板组件(31)和对称设置的侧板(32),所述折叠板组件(31)的一侧与盒身(2)活动连接,另一侧与盒底(4)活动连接;所述侧板(32)与盒身(2)活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述折叠板组件(31)包括第一连接板(311)和与第一连接板(311)转动连接的第二连接板(312),所述第一连接板(311)、第二连接板(312)上均设有用于防止过度转动的限位件;所述侧板(32)的边缘处与盒身(2)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(1)内设有用于放置电池的电池仓(122),所述电池仓(122)与控制装置(52)连 接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式消毒盒,其特征在于,所述盒身(2)上设有用于连接电源的接口(6),所述接口(6)与控制装置(52)通信连接。
