Description
本发明属于烟草技术领域,具体涉及一种售烟设备及其取烟系统。
在现有的客运站、火车站等公共场所中,吸烟时是在特定的吸烟室内吸烟。尤其是在飞机场、禁烟工厂等禁烟场所中严禁带烟和打火机,使得吸烟人员长时间吸不到烟,去外面商店买一盒烟,抽不完又太浪费,这就需要在吸烟室内设置售烟设备。然而,由于吸烟室内烟雾弥漫,空气质量很不好,且现有的售烟设备只具有售烟的功能,使得吸烟人员和管理人员受到二手烟的危害较大。

在本发明提供的一实施例中,所述驱动机构包括第一电机24、第一皮带轮22、第二皮带轮25,所述第一皮带轮的直径大于所述第二皮带轮的直径,所述第一皮带轮固套在所述第一取烟辊右端的转轴上;所述第二皮带轮固套在所述第二取烟辊右端的转轴上,所述第一皮带轮与所述第二皮带轮之间通过同步皮带23相连;所述第一电机的输出轴与所述第二取烟辊右端的转轴35同轴连接;所述第一电机24与所述控制器电连接。采用此方案,通过第一电机实现了对第一取烟辊和第二取烟辊的驱动。可以理解的是,第一取烟辊27右端可以设有落烟槽挡板34,以避免烟支滑出,第一取烟辊27上设有落烟槽挡板34的一端的转轴上可以固定安装第一皮带轮。
可以优选,第一皮带轮22和第二皮带轮25的转速比为1:2,也即第一皮带轮的直径是第二皮带轮的两倍,这样当第二取烟辊30转动一周时,第一取烟辊27转动半圈,使得第二取烟辊30取出一支烟时,第一取烟辊27可以取出两支烟,从而提高了取烟的成功率,避免了因烟支卡顿而出现 不能出取出支的现象,而如果没有卡顿现象,第一取烟辊27每次都能成功的取出烟,则烟支一直保存在落烟槽29内,在推烟筒192内转动,落烟槽29到达储烟滑道193上端时,如果储烟滑道193内烟支满了,烟支一直留在推烟筒192内转动,因储烟滑道193的宽度为只能放置一根烟支,所以第二取烟辊30在取烟时,在储烟滑道193内不会出现卡烟的现象。
如图11至图13所示,在本发明提供的另一实施例中,所述烟支排出装置的个数至少为两个,各所述烟支排出装置的所述放烟支箱19中分别放置不同规格的烟支,所述放烟支箱19通过支撑架与底盘架26相连,所述底盘架的一端与所述取烟箱的内壁相连,所述出烟滑道10设置在所述底盘架26上。采用此方案,可以在各烟支排出装置的放烟支箱中放置不同规格的烟支,从而使得用户可以根据自己的喜好选择不同类型的烟支,为用户提供了更为人性化的取烟体验。可以优选,烟支排出装置的个数为三个,三个烟支排出装置为一组且对应一个出烟滑道10;此时,三个烟支排出装置的放烟支箱内可以分别放置常规卷烟、中支卷烟、细支卷烟,在取烟框处设置有烟牌标签牌时,用户根据喜好可以选择同一牌子的常规、中、细不同类型的烟,使得用户得到了人性化的取烟体验。可以理解的是,底盘架26的底部两侧可以分别通过底盘架加强杆44与取烟箱1的内壁相连,以提高底盘架26与取烟箱1之间的连接可靠性。
在烟支排出装置的个数至少为两个时,所述驱动机构包括第二电机51、第三皮带轮、第四皮带轮52,各所述烟支排出装置的所述第一取烟辊均固套在第一旋转轴上,所述烟支排出装置的所述第二取烟辊均空套在第二旋转轴45上;所述第三皮带轮固套在所述第一旋转轴的右端,所述第四皮带轮固套在所述第二旋转轴的右端,所述第三皮带轮与所述第四皮带轮之间通过同步带相连,所述第三皮带轮的直径大于所述第四皮带轮的直径;所述第二电机的输出轴与所述第二旋转轴同轴相连,所述第二电机51与所述控制器电连接;所述第二取烟辊右端的端面上设置有多个离合凸台46,所述第二旋转轴上固套有离合盘40,所述离合盘位于相邻的两所述第二取烟辊之间,所述离合盘40上设置有多个用于与所述离合凸台相配合的离合圆孔;所述第二取烟辊的左端设置有拉板47,所述拉板47凸出所述第二 取烟辊的外圆周面;所述底盘架上设置有与所述第二取烟辊相平行的气缸42,所述气缸的伸缩杆与拉杆41的一端垂直相连,所述气缸与所述控制器电连接;所述拉杆41的另一端设置有用于容纳所述拉板的U型限位槽。采用此方案,通过第二电机51实现了对各第一取烟辊、第二取烟辊的驱动;同时,拉杆41通过U型限位槽对拉板47的一侧进行限位,拉板47可在拉杆41的U型限位槽内滑动,通过气缸42的伸缩,可以带动拉杆41横向移动,通过U型限位槽带动拉板47随之横向移动,以带动第二取烟辊30在取烟筒194内滑动,从而控制第二取烟辊30与离合盘40的离合,使得离合凸台与离合圆孔配合或分离;当某个气缸42的伸缩杆缩回时,让相应的第二取烟辊30滑动进入取烟筒194内,并且让离合凸台46插入到离合盘40上的圆孔内,进而让第二取烟辊30与第二旋转轴45实现固定连接,让第二旋转轴45带着第二取烟辊30转动,使得第二取烟辊30在取烟筒194内转动实现取烟。可以理解的是,第二取烟辊可以在取烟筒内转动和滑动;第二取烟辊30的长度大于取烟筒194长度,该大于的长度的数值与离合盘40和取烟筒194之间的间距相同;气缸42可以固定安装在气缸支架43上,气缸支架43的底部固定在底盘架26上。此时,第三皮带轮和第四皮带轮25的转速比也可以为1:2,也即第三皮带轮的直径是第四皮带轮的两倍,这样当第二取烟辊30转动一周时,第一取烟辊27转动半圈,使得第二取烟辊30取出一支烟时,第一取烟辊27可以取出两支烟,从而能够有效地提高取烟的成功率,避免因烟支卡顿而出现不能出现烟支的现象。
如图1和图3所示,所述控制柜的前端面还上设置有点烟器6、水龙头48,所述点烟器、所述水龙头分别位于所述身份证识别卡板的下方;所述控制柜内设置有清水箱,所述水龙头的进水口与所述清水箱的底部相连;所述控制柜内还设置有烟头垃圾箱7,所述烟头垃圾箱7上设置有烟头垃圾投入部8,所述烟头垃圾投入部8的上端设置有与所述水龙头相对的落水开口,所述烟头垃圾投入部内设置有向下倾斜的垃圾通道,所述落水开口通过所述垃圾通道与所述烟头垃圾箱内相连通。采用此技术方案,可以利用点烟器对烟支进行点燃;可以打开水龙头对烟支进行熄灭,并将熄灭 后的烟支头通过垃圾通道滑落到烟头垃圾箱中。可以理解的是,清水箱的位置高于水龙头48,便于将水流入到水龙头48内;点烟器6可采用车载点烟器;烟头垃圾箱7内可放置可更换的一次性垃圾袋,可以通过水龙头使垃圾袋内保持有一定的水,烟头丢进去立刻熄灭,防止火灾,同时不需要抽烟者自己灭烟头,同时还方便及时清洗烟头垃圾箱7,清洗后只需要管理人员及时取走垃圾袋即可。
具体地,所述清新空气排放口处均匀分布有多个排气格栅,各所述排气格栅均向下倾斜设置;所述排气通道内设置有香囊,从而能够提高吸烟室内的空气质量。可以理解的是,吸烟风机36和排气风机38可以与控制柜上设置的外界电源相连的插电口5电性连接,因烟气容易向上飘,烟气吸入口14设置在吸烟净化装置12的上端,便于将吸烟室内上方的空气吸入,清新空气排放口13设置在吸烟净化装置12的前端,且吹气方向为倾斜向下,以将过滤后的清新空气向下吹出,让吸烟室内的空气形成一个循环,有助于空气净化;同时,清新空气排放口13和排气风机38之间放置有香囊39,烟气净化器37可采用活性炭净化吸附,再结合香囊39,可以的中和吸烟室内的烟味,提高吸烟室内的空气质量。
本发明能够通过吸烟净化装置12对吸烟室的上层的烟气吸入,过滤后向下吹出,形成空气循环,便于快速过滤,再通过香囊提供香气,中和吸烟室的烟味;同时,将抽完的烟扔到垃圾箱内,保持吸烟室的清洁;点烟器可以在飞机场等不能带打火机的特殊场合提供点烟。
本发明实施例还提供了一种取烟系统,其包括用于进行身份识别的身份验证模块、中控模块、选烟操作模块、支付收款模块和大数据收集模块,所述中控模块与所述身份验证模块、所述选烟操作模块、所述支付收款模块以及所述大数据收集模块分别通讯连接,所述选烟操作模块用于供取烟人进行选烟操作,所述支付收款模块用于供取烟人进行支付;所述大数据收集模块用于收集设备的放置点、取烟人的年龄和各品牌烟的取烟量。采用此方案,身份验证模块分为刷身份证验证或输入身份证号结合刷脸验证,刷身份证验证可以通过在身份证刷卡板4上刷自己的身份证,如果是成年人可以进行下一步操作,如果是未成年就不能再进行操作,严禁未成年购 烟,同时,也可以通过大数据收集模块,收集成年人中各年龄段的人的吸烟量和喜欢的烟的牌子;如果没有带身份证,通过在触摸显示屏3内输入身份证号,并通过摄像头16进行刷脸,确认是本人,可以进行下一步操作;身份验证模块连接于中控模块,便于将身份信息传输到中控模块中,中控模块内包括智能控制柜2内的控制器,该控制器为单片机芯片或ARM芯片,中控模块还连接选烟操作模块、支付收款模块和大数据收集模块,选烟操作模块和支付收款模块可以采用触摸显示屏3实现,支付收款模块可以采用二维码支付,大数据收集模块收集设备放置点、取烟人年龄和各牌烟的取烟量,可以统计出各个地点、各年龄段的吸烟人的数量,以及喜欢抽的牌子,能够了解到大众的各牌子的售卖量以及总的吸烟量,给烟草厂家提供重要的数据,中控模块的控制器电性连接第一电机24或第二电机,便于控制第一电机24或第二电机的启停和转动量。

Claims (10)
- 一种售烟设备,其特征在于,其包括售烟装置、吸烟净化装置,所述吸烟净化装置设置在所述售烟装置的顶部,所述吸烟净化装置包括壳体、吸烟风机、用于对烟气进行净化的烟气净化器、排气风机,所述壳体的上端面设置有用于将吸烟室内上方的空气吸入的烟气吸入口,所述壳体的前端面设置有清新空气排放口;所述吸烟风机、所述排气风机、所述烟气净化器分别设置在所述壳体内;所述吸烟风机的吸气口与所述烟气吸入口相连通,所述排气风机的排气口通过排气通道与所述清新空气排放口相连通;所述烟气净化器的两端分别与所述吸烟风机的排气口、所述排气风机的吸气口相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述售烟装置包括取烟箱、设置在所述取烟箱一侧的控制柜,所述控制柜的前端面设置有触摸显示屏、位于所述触摸显示屏上方的摄像头、位于所述触摸显示屏下方的身份证刷卡板;所述控制柜内设置有与所述触摸显示屏、所述摄像头、所述身份证刷卡板分别电连接的控制器;所述取烟箱的前端面设置有出烟口,所述出烟口处设置有取烟框,所述取烟框的一侧设置有与所述出烟口相连通的开口,所述取烟框的上端设置有取烟口;所述取烟箱内设置有出烟滑道,所述出烟滑道的底板向下倾斜设置;所述出烟滑道通过所述出烟口延伸至所述取烟框内;所述取烟箱内设置有用于排出烟支的烟支排出装置,所述烟支排出装置与所述控制器电连接,所述烟支排出装置的落烟支口位于所述出烟滑道的正上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述烟支排出装置包括放烟支箱、第一取烟辊、第二取烟辊,所述放烟支箱垂直设置在所述取烟箱的内侧壁上;所述放烟支箱包括由上至下依次相连通的收纳烟支盒、推烟筒、储烟滑道、取烟筒;所述收纳烟支盒的顶部设置有放烟支口;所述取烟筒的底部设置有所述落烟支口;所述第一取烟辊的直径大于所述第二取烟辊的直径;所述第一取烟辊设置在所述推烟筒内,所述第一取烟辊的外圆周面上均匀分布有四个落烟槽,所述落烟槽用于容纳一根烟支,各 所述落烟槽沿所述第一取烟辊的轴向延伸;所述第一取烟辊与所述推烟筒的内圆周面转动配合,所述第一取烟辊的右端与驱动机构相连,所述驱动机构用于驱动所述第一取烟辊转动;所述第二取烟辊设置在所述取烟筒内,所述第二取烟辊的外圆周面上设置有取烟槽,所述取烟槽沿所述第二取烟辊的轴向延伸,所述第二取烟辊与所述取烟筒的内圆周面转动配合;所述驱动机构驱动所述第二取烟辊旋转,所述驱动机构与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述第一取烟辊的外圆周面上均布有四个与所述落烟槽相平行的伸缩槽,所述伸缩槽靠近所述落烟槽设置;所述落烟槽内设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与所述落烟槽的槽底相连,所述弹簧的另一端与推烟弹簧凸块的底部相连;所述推烟弹簧凸块上远离所述落烟槽的一侧为斜面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括第一电机、第一皮带轮、第二皮带轮,所述第一皮带轮的直径大于所述第二皮带轮的直径,所述第一皮带轮固套在所述第一取烟辊右端的转轴上;所述第二皮带轮固套在所述第二取烟辊右端的转轴上,所述第一皮带轮与所述第二皮带轮之间通过同步皮带相连;所述第一电机的输出轴与所述第二取烟辊右端的转轴同轴连接;所述第一电机与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述烟支排出装置的个数至少为两个,各所述烟支排出装置的所述放烟支箱中分别放置不同规格的烟支,所述放烟支箱通过支撑架与底盘架相连,所述底盘架的一端与所述取烟箱的内壁相连,所述出烟滑道设置在所述底盘架上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括第二电机、第三皮带轮、第四皮带轮,各所述烟支排出装置的所述第一取烟辊均固套在第一旋转轴上,所述烟支排出装置的所述第二取烟辊均空套在第二旋转轴上;所述第三皮带轮固套在所述第一旋转轴的右端,所述第四皮带轮固套在所述第二旋转轴的右端,所述第三皮带轮与所述第四皮带轮之间通过同步带相连,所述第三皮带轮的直径大于所述第四皮带轮的直径;所述第二电机的输出轴与所述第二旋转轴同轴相连,所述第二电机与所述控制器电连接;所述第二取烟辊右端的端面上设置有多个离合凸台, 所述第二旋转轴上固套有离合盘,所述离合盘位于相邻的两所述第二取烟辊之间,所述离合盘上设置有多个用于与所述离合凸台相配合的离合圆孔;所述第二取烟辊的左端设置有拉板,所述拉板凸出所述第二取烟辊的外圆周面;所述底盘架上设置有与所述第二取烟辊相平行的气缸,所述气缸的伸缩杆与拉杆的一端垂直相连,所述气缸与所述控制器电连接;所述拉杆的另一端设置有用于容纳所述拉板的U型限位槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述控制柜的前端面还上设置有点烟器、水龙头,所述点烟器、所述水龙头分别位于所述身份证识别卡板的下方;所述控制柜内设置有清水箱,所述水龙头的进水口与所述清水箱的底部相连;所述控制柜内还设置有烟头垃圾箱,所述烟头垃圾箱上设置有烟头垃圾投入部,所述烟头垃圾投入部的上端设置有与所述水龙头相对的落水开口,所述烟头垃圾投入部内设置有向下倾斜的垃圾通道,所述落水开口通过所述垃圾通道与所述烟头垃圾箱内相连通。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的售烟设备,其特征在于,所述清新空气排放口处均匀分布有多个排气格栅,各所述排气格栅均向下倾斜设置;所述排气通道内设置有香囊。
- 一种取烟系统,其特征在于,其包括用于进行身份识别的身份验证模块、中控模块、选烟操作模块、支付收款模块和大数据收集模块,所述中控模块与所述身份验证模块、所述选烟操作模块、所述支付收款模块以及所述大数据收集模块分别通讯连接,所述选烟操作模块用于供取烟人进行选烟操作,所述支付收款模块用于供取烟人进行支付;所述大数据收集模块用于收集设备的放置点、取烟人的年龄和各品牌烟的取烟量。
