In this case, the rod 9, together with the check valve 7, is lowered and opens the central hole 4 in the partition 3 for the release of a portion of a carbonated drink, as seen in phase (Fig. 12). Further, the consumer stops pressing on the plate 8, and the check valve 7 is closed due to the alignment of the plate 8 and under the pressure of the gas inside the bottle, as seen in the phase (Fig. 12, 13). And finally, the consumer returns the pivot element 19 (pushes it into the opening 14) into contact with the wall of the upper part of the body at 1, putting the bottle into the phase (Fig. 9) "keeping the remainder of the beverage".

Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de dispositifs de fermeture pour boucher des bouteilles plastiques, en verre ou métalliques immédiatement sur des chaînes de flux existantes de mise en bouteille de boissons gazeuses. Ce dispositif de fermeture de bouteilles comprenant des boissons gazeuses comprend: un corps; un moyen de fixation sur le goulot de la bouteille; une cloison avec une ouverture centrale séparant une partie supérieure de la cavité du corps de la partie inférieure, et un clapet anti-retour afin d'obturer ladite ouverture centrale sous l'action du gaz dans la bouteille fermée et son ouverture forcée; une plaque de pression recouvrant hermétiquement ledit corps depuis le haut et faite d'un seul tenant avec une tige verticale comportant une protubérance d'appui; la cloison avec l'ouverture centrale est intégrée sous forme d'un insert cylindrique capable de se fixer étroitement dans le passage du corps dans sa partie inférieure; le clapet anti-retour se présente sous forme d'un élément de fermeture conique avec une base cylindrique de support et est fermement comprimé avec la tige verticale; et un bec verseur. Cette structure simplifiée du dispositif de fermeture permet son installation sur le goulot de bouteilles immédiatement sur des chaînes de flux existantes de mise en bouteille de boissons gazeuses et exclut toute perte annexe de gaz et distribution accidentelle de boisson.
