Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'ensemble hayon (1) de véhicule à moteur (2). L'ensemble hayon (1) selon l'invention comprend un hayon (3) et un ensemble d'entraînement (4) destiné à régler le hayon (3) sur une plage de réglage de hayon (3), au moyen d'un moteur. L'ensemble d'entraînement (4) comporte au moins un entraînement (5) pourvu d'un moteur électrique (7), ledit entraînement (5) étant couplé au hayon (3) de sorte à lui transmettre un mouvement et étant conçu pour être réversible, et l'ensemble d'entraînement (4) exerce sur le hayon (3) un effet de freinage par frottement. Des valeurs de déplacement du hayon (3) et/ou de l'ensemble d'entraînement (4) sont déterminées au moyen d'un ensemble capteur de mouvement de l'ensemble hayon (1), et l'ensemble d'entraînement (4) comprend un contrôleur d'entraînement (10) au moyen duquel le moteur d'entraînement (7) est commandé dans un programme de freinage, de sorte que l'ensemble d'entraînement (4) exerce sur le hayon (3) un effet de freinage motorisé. Selon l'invention, les valeurs de mouvement du programme de freinage sont surveillées par le contrôleur d'entraînement (10) afin de déterminer le moment où un état de maintien prédéfini du hayon (3) est atteint. Lorsque l'état de maintien du hayon (3) est atteint, le contrôleur d'entraînement (10) effectue une routine de maintien dans laquelle la commande du moteur d'entraînement (7) est poursuivie afin d'obtenir l'effet de freinage motorisé au moyen des valeurs de mouvement.
