有益效果
本申请实施例提供的防护栏和联屏防护栏,与现有技术相比,通过在护栏架上设置透明LED显示面板,达到了安全防护与屏动态播放一体的效果,并且是通过采用透明LED显示面板作为主要显示部件,使得防护栏的整体结构更加紧凑轻巧,并且由于主要显示部件为透明基材,使得防护栏更加美观。

本申请的实施方式
为了使本申请所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
如图2和图6所示,本申请实施例提供的防护栏,包括透明LED显示面板1、控制驱动模组2和护栏架3;
控制驱动模组2与透明LED显示面板1电性连接,用于控制透明LED显示面板1的显示;
透明LED显示面板1设于护栏架3上。
本申请实施例提及的上下、左右、前后方向为透明LED显示面板1正常安装后的方向,以透明LED显示面板1的显示面为前,背面为后。
本申请实施例提供的防护栏,与现有技术相比,通过在护栏架3上设置透明LED显示面板1,达到了安全防护与屏动态播放一体的效果,并且是通过采用透明LED显示面板1作为主要显示部件,使得防护栏的整体结构更加紧凑轻巧,并且由于主要显示部件为透明基材,使得防护栏更加美观。
在一实施例中,如图3-6所示,透明LED显示面板1包括透明基板11、LED灯珠12、透明盖板13;控制驱动模组2包括电源21和信号处理模块22;
电源21用于给LED灯珠12和信号处理模块22供电;
LED灯珠12设于透明基板11和透明盖板13之间;
透明基板11上布设有印制电路层5,LED灯珠12的引脚121电性连接于印 制电路层5上;
信号处理模块22与印制电路层5电性连接,并用于控制LED灯珠的显示。通过采用此种透明LED显示面板1作为门头屏的主要显示部件,可以将门头屏的整体结构做得更加轻巧美观。
其中,如图3-5所示,透明LED显示面板1可以采用公开号为CN209859971U的一种透明LED显示屏,包括透明基板11及LED灯珠12;所述LED灯珠12上设有若干引脚121,所述引脚121包括电极引脚和信号引脚;
所述透明基板11上布设有印制电路层5;所述印制电路层5包括电源焊盘51、信号焊盘52及成阵列布置的安装LED灯珠12的灯珠焊区53;信号处理模块22与所述信号焊盘52电性连接;用于控制LED灯珠12的显示。
每个所述灯珠焊区53上设有与LED灯珠12的引脚121相对应的引脚焊盘;所述引脚焊盘包括信号引脚焊盘和电极引脚焊盘;
所述信号焊盘52与灯珠焊区53内信号引脚焊盘之间、及各灯珠焊区53的信号引脚焊盘之间设置有用于信号传输的信号线54,使得控制各LED灯珠显示的控制信号可以经各LED灯珠12依次传输;具体的,比如,在所述信号焊盘52与灯珠焊区53内信号引脚焊盘之间、及同行或者同列的相邻灯珠焊区53内的信号引脚焊盘之间设置有用于信号传输的信号线54;但是并不限定一定是相邻LED灯珠12之间通过信号线54电性连接,比如同一列的尾部的LED灯珠12通过信号线54引到其相邻列的头部的LED灯珠进行连接等等,都是可以的。
所述透明基板11内埋设有电源线6,电源线6将所述灯珠焊区53上的同极性的电极引脚焊盘及电源焊盘51电连接,其中,该电源线6可以通过形成在透明基板11上的电路图层构成或者该电源线6为焊接在透明基板11上的金属丝、金属片等。比如,本例中,在透明基板11上直接形成电源线。电源焊盘51用来与电源21相连接,其包括极性相反的第一电源焊盘和第二电源焊盘,并通过电源线6将直流电源通过该电源焊盘51连接到各LED灯珠12。
例如,如图7和图8所示,可以通过联接座8和联接器9的连接实现将信 号和电流传输至透明LED显示面板1,具体地,将联接器9与电源21和信号处理模块22连接,并在透明基板11上设置联接座8,联接座8与所述信号焊盘52和所述电源焊盘51连接;通过将联接器9插设于联接座8后即可实现信号处理模块22与信号焊盘52的连接以及电源21与电源焊盘51的连接。
其中电源21和信号处理模块22可以采用现有常用的结构,故其原理和具体结构在此不作赘述。例如,电源可以采用常用的5v开关电源,将开关电源外接交流电,然后通过开关电源变压成5v的直流电压进行供电。
较优地,透明LED显示面板1采用防水等级为IP67的防水结构。
在一实施例中,如图2和图6所示,防护栏还包括固定底座4,固定底座4设于护栏架3的一侧;固定底座4设有内腔41和固定件42;其中,电源21和信号处理模块22安装于内腔41;或者,仅电源21安装于内腔41,或者,仅信号处理模块22安装于内腔41;当仅电源21安装于内腔41时,信号处理模块22可以安装在护栏架3上,当仅信号处理模块22安装于内腔41时,电源21可以安装在护栏架3上;
固定件42用于将固定底座4与地面固定连接,或固定件42用于将固定底座4固定连接于护栏架3上;
透明LED显示面板1的上端与护栏架3的上端固定连接,透明LED显示面板1的下端与固定底座4固定连接。通过将控制驱动模组2安装于内腔41内,能对控制驱动模组2起到一定的防护作用,并且使得防护栏的整体结构更加紧凑;通过采用透明LED显示面板1作为显示主体,并且将透明LED显示面板1的上端与护栏架3的上端固定连接,将透明LED显示面板1的下端与固定底座4固定连接,可以方便地实现护栏架3与透明LED显示面板1之间的连接固定,使得防护栏的整体结构紧凑轻巧,便于安装,并且通过采用固定透明LED显示面板1的上端和下端的方式,能便于多个防护栏进行左右联屏,并且使得联屏后结构也更加紧凑。
例如图2所示,固定底座4固定于地面上,其中,如图6所示,固定件42 可以设于固定底座4的两端,以使固定底座4固定得更加牢固。
在一实施例中,如图15所示,控制驱动模组2设于护栏架3上。具体地,控制驱动模组2包括电源21和信号处理模块22;护栏架3包括栏杆31、固定架32和基架33;基架33固定于地面上;栏杆31设于固定架32上;基架33设有用于安装控制驱动模组2的腔体331,电源21和信号处理模块22均安装于所述腔体331内;或者,仅电源21安装于所述腔体331内,或者,仅信号处理模块22安装于所述腔体331内;当仅电源21安装于所述腔体331时,信号处理模块22可以安装在基架33的外侧壁上,当仅信号处理模块22安装于所述腔体331时,电源21可以安装在基架33的外侧壁上。可以根据具体需要选择驱动模组2的安装位置,以使得防护栏的整体结构更加美观、紧凑。
在一实施例中,如图6和图7所示,固定底座4上设有第一卡槽43;透明LED显示面板1的下端卡接于第一卡槽43。通过卡接的方式可以方便地将透明LED显示面板1与固定底座4进行连接,并且能最大程度的保证透明LED显示面板1的美观,无需为了固定透明LED显示面板1而将透明LED显示面板1进行过大的结构改变。
在一实施例中,如图7和图8所示,为了便于透明LED显示面板1与控制驱动模组2之间的连接,可以将联接座8设于透明LED显示面板1的下端(即卡接于第一卡槽43的部分),在固定底座4上开设有用于安装联接器9的通孔(未示出),通孔位于第一卡槽43的槽壁上将第一卡槽43与内腔41连通,以供联接器9与控制驱动模组2连接,通过此种结构使得在将透明LED显示面板1的下端卡接于第一卡槽43内时,能同时实现联接座8和联接器9之间的连接,从而实现控制驱动模组2与透明LED显示面板1之间的连接。
在一实施例中,如图9和图10所示,护栏架3包括栏杆31、固定架32和基架33;基架33用于固定于地面上;栏杆31设于固定架32上;
固定架32可上下滑动地设于基架33上,固定架32与基架33之间设有紧固件(未示出),通过紧固件解锁或锁紧固定架32与基架33的相对滑动;
固定架32上设有固定部321,固定部321上设有第二卡槽3211,透明LED显示面板1的上端与第二卡槽3211卡接。通过将固定架32做成可相对基架33上下滑动的结构,并且将透明LED显示面板1的上端与固定架32做成卡接结构,可以方便实现透明LED显示面板1的固定。
安装透明LED显示面板1时,可以将透明LED显示面板1的下端卡接于第一卡槽43,实现透明LED显示面板1下端的固定以及联接座8和联接器9之间的连接,松开紧固件解锁固定架32与基架33的相对滑动,将固定架32先沿基架33往上滑动,使得固定部321位于透明LED显示面板1上端的上方,再将固定架32沿基架33往下滑动,使得第二卡槽3211与透明LED显示面板1的上端卡接,并拧紧紧固件以锁紧固定架32与基架33的相对滑动,通过透明LED显示面板1的上端与第二卡槽3211卡接以及透明LED显示面板1的下端与第一卡槽43卡接,实现对透明LED显示面板1的固定。
较优地,固定架32的固定部321固定在透明LED显示面板1上端的边角部分,能提高透明LED显示面板1的固定稳定性。
较优地,如图11所示,固定架32做成分体结构,包括第一支撑件322和第二支撑件323;
固定部321设于第一支撑件322上;
栏杆31设于第二支撑件323上。具体地,第一支撑件322与基架33之间和第二支撑件323与基架33之间设有紧固件(未示出),通过紧固件解锁或锁紧第一支撑件322与基架33以及第二支撑件323与基架33的相对滑动。
通过将固定架32做成分体结构,将用于固定透明LED显示面板1的固定部321设于第一支撑件322上,将栏杆31设于第二支撑件323上,可以实现透明LED显示面板1与栏杆31的单独装拆,例如,如果仅仅需要将透明LED显示面板1进行拆卸后维修,可以仅拆卸第一支撑件322而无需将第二支撑件323也一并拆卸(即无需拆卸栏杆31)。
其中,栏杆31的形状可以根据具体需求进行设计,本申请在此不作限制。
在一实施例中,如图6和图7所示,防护栏还包括盖板7;
固定底座4上的用于供控制驱动模组2装入内腔41的开口44位于固定底座4的前后方向的一侧;
盖板7与固定底座4连接并用于封闭开口44。通过固定底座4上的开口44方便将控制驱动模组2安装在内腔41中,通过设置盖板7封闭开口44,可以对控制驱动模组2起到一定的防护作用。
较优地,盖板7设置在固定底座4的背面(以透明LED显示面板1的显示面为正面进行参考)。可以使得防护栏的正面显得更加美观。
较优地,盖板7与固定底座4之间设有密封件(未示出),以增加盖板7与固定底座4之间的密封性。
在一实施例中,如图6和图7所示,固定底座4上还设有左右贯通的用于布线的通槽45。通过设置通槽45可以方便外接线的布线。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种联屏防护栏,如图12-14所示,包括如上的防护栏,其中,防护栏设为多个,多个防护栏沿左右方向依次排列联屏。具体地,将各个护栏架3沿左右方向依次排列,相邻的透明LED显示面板1的上端边角处通过一个固定部321连接在一起。
较优地,如图12-14所示,多个护栏架3中的独立栏杆31可以替换成一根多个护栏架3共用的长栏杆,并且将联屏防护栏中的相邻的透明LED显示面板1的上端边角处通过一个固定部321连接在一起,使得联屏后的防护栏更加紧密,外形也更加美观。
其中,每个固定底座4的左右两端均设有用于接线的接线口(未示出),以便于将各透明LED显示面板1串联起来,实现信号和电流的传输。
较优地,信号线和电源线采用标准的防水接头。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种防护栏,其中,包括透明LED显示面板、控制驱动模组和护栏架;
    所述控制驱动模组与所述透明LED显示面板电性连接,用于控制所述透明LED显示面板的显示;
    所述透明LED显示面板设于所述护栏架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护栏,其中,所述透明LED显示面板包括透明基板、LED灯珠、透明盖板;所述控制驱动模组包括电源和信号处理模块;
    所述电源用于给所述LED灯珠和所述信号处理模块供电;
    所述LED灯珠设于所述透明基板和所述透明盖板之间;
    所述透明基板上布设有印制电路层,所述LED灯珠的引脚电性连接于所述印制电路层上;
    所述信号处理模块与所述印制电路层电性连接,并用于控制所述LED灯珠的显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防护栏,其中,所述控制驱动模组设于所述护栏架上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防护栏,其中,还包括固定底座,所述固定底座设于所述护栏架的一侧;所述固定底座设有内腔和固定件;所述电源和/或所述信号处理模块安装于所述内腔;所述固定件将所述固定底座与地面固定连接,或所述固定件将所述固定底座固定连接于所述护栏架上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防护栏,其中,所述固定件设于所述固定底座的两端。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的防护栏,其中,所述透明LED显示面板的上端与所述护栏架的上端固定连接,所述透明LED显示面板的下端与所述固定底座固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防护栏,其中,所述固定底座上设有第一卡槽;
    所述透明LED显示面板的下端卡接于所述第一卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防护栏,其中,所述护栏架包括栏杆、固定架和基架;所述基架用于固定于地面上;所述栏杆设于所述固定架上;
    所述固定架可上下滑动地设于所述基架上,所述固定架与所述基架之间设有紧固件,通过所述紧固件解锁或锁紧所述固定架与所述基架的相对滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防护栏,其中,所述固定架上设有固定部,所述固定部上设有第二卡槽,所述透明LED显示面板的上端与所述第二卡槽卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防护栏,其中,所述固定架为分体结构,包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件;
    所述固定部设于所述第一支撑件上;
    所述栏杆设于所述第二支撑件上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防护栏,其中,还包括盖板;
    所述固定底座上的用于供所述控制驱动模组装入所述内腔的开口位于所述固定底座的前后方向的一侧;
    所述盖板与所述固定底座连接并用于封闭所述开口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防护栏,其中,所述盖板与所述固定底座之间设有密封件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的防护栏,其中,所述固定底座上还设有左右贯通的用于布线的通槽。
  14. 一种联屏防护栏,其中,包括如权利要求1-13任一项所述的防护栏,所述防护栏设为多个,多个所述防护栏沿左右方向依次排列联屏。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的联屏防护栏,其中,所述防护栏的固定底座的左右两端均设有用于接线的接线口。
