Abstract

本申请公开了一种冰箱,包括储藏室、门体、保鲜盒、抽真空组件及磁敏开关,保鲜盒内形成有储物腔,保鲜盒与门体连接,抽真空组件包括真空泵、抽真空管路以及抽真空接头组件,抽真空管路将真空泵和抽真空接头组件连通,当抽真空接头组件与保鲜盒连接时,抽真空组件可对储物腔抽真空。抽真空接头组件设于门体上,门体上设有按键开关,按键开关控制真空泵的启停。通过按键开关控制真空泵的启停,便于操作。

技术领域
本申请涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有真空保鲜装置的冰箱。
背景技术
近年来,人们的健康意识逐渐提高,对食材保鲜的需求也随之提高,冰箱作为食材存储最常用的家用电器,食材保鲜存储成为冰箱领域亟待解决的技术需求。
目前,针对食材保鲜存储问题,各个厂家推出了不同的保鲜技术。例如,真空保鲜技术,真空状态下,食物变质的条件发生了改变。首先,真空环境,微生物、各种促进酶很难生存,需要长时间才能达到微生物滋生的要求;其次,真空状态下,容器内的氧气大大减少,各种化学反应无法完成,食物不会被氧化,也使得食物可以长期保鲜。
发明内容
本申请一些实施例中公开了一种冰箱,包括储藏室、门体、保鲜盒、抽真空组件及磁敏开关,保鲜盒内形成有储物腔,保鲜盒与门体连接,抽真空组件包括真空泵、抽真空管路以及抽真空接头组件,抽真空管路将真空泵和抽真空接头组件连通,当抽真空接头组件与保鲜盒连接时,抽真空组件可对储物腔抽真空。抽 真空接头组件设于门体上,门体上设有按键开关,按键开关可控制真空泵的启停。

图1是本申请一些实施例提供的冰箱的结构图,冰箱为近似长方体形状。其外观由限定存储空间的储藏室100和设置在储藏室100中的多个门体200限定,其中,门体200包括位于储藏室100外侧的门体外壳210、位于储藏室100内侧的门体内胆220、上端盖230、下端盖240以及位于门体外壳210、门体内胆220、上端盖230、下端盖240之间的发泡层。
储藏室100具有开口的箱体300,储藏室100被竖直分隔成下方的冷冻室110以及上方的冷藏室120。所隔开的空间中的每一个可具有独立的存储空间。详细地,冷冻室110位于在储藏室100的下侧处并且可通过抽屉式冷冻室门选择性地覆盖。冷冻室110上方的空间被隔成左侧和右侧以分别形成冷藏室120,冷藏室120可通过可枢转地安装在冷藏室120上的冷藏室门体选择性地打开或关闭。
图2为根据本申请一些实施例的保鲜盒、抽真空接头组件以及安装底座的装配结构示意图;图3为图2所示的抽真空接头组件向上翻转后的结构示意图(省略保鲜盒)。参照图1至图3,本申请中的冰箱还包括保鲜盒400和抽真空组件500。
保鲜盒400内形成有储物腔410,保鲜盒400与门体200(具体为门体内胆220)可拆卸连接,便于保鲜盒400从门体200上取下,提高保鲜盒400的使用便利性。
保鲜盒400包括盒体和盖体,盖体上设有抽真空接口部420,抽真空接口部420用于与抽真空组件500配合,以便于抽真空组件500与储物腔410连通、对储物腔410抽真空。
抽真空组件500可使保鲜盒400内达到真空状态,此处的真空状态并非绝对的真空状态,实则为低压状态,以提高保鲜盒400内存储物品的保鲜。示例性的,保鲜盒400内的真空度为0.6-0.9mpa。
抽真空组件500包括真空泵530、抽真空管路520以及抽真空接头组件510,抽真空管路520将真空泵530和抽真空接头组件510连通,抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接口部420可拆卸连接,真空泵530为整个抽真空组件500提供抽真空动力。
当需要对储物腔410抽真空时,将抽真空接头组件510与储物腔410连通,也即将抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接口部420连接,此时启动真空泵530,储物腔410内的气体即可经抽真空接头组件510、抽真空管路520至真空泵530排出,实现储物腔410内的负压。
本申请一些实施例中,真空泵530可安装在门体的上端盖230上,从抽真空接头组件510引出的抽真空管路520可经过门体200的发泡层延伸至上端盖230处、与真空泵530连通。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图1,门体内胆220上设有搁架260,保鲜盒400直接放置于搁架260内,实现保鲜盒400与门体内胆220之间的可拆卸连接。需要从冰箱内取出保鲜盒400时,直接将保鲜盒400从搁架260上取出即可。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图1,抽真空接头组件510设于靠近门体200与冰箱的箱体300铰接侧,这样在开关门体200时,抽真空接头组件510承受的力矩较小,有利于提高抽真空接头组件510的稳固性。
在其他实施例中,抽真空接头组件510也可设于远离门体200与箱体300铰接侧,这样抽真空接头组件510更加靠近用户侧,便于用户对抽真空接头组件510进行相关操作。
抽真空组件500的启停通过按键开关900控制。
图16为图16为根据一些实施例的安装有按键开关的安装盖板的结构示意图;图17为图16所示安装盖板的剖视图;图18为图16所示安装盖板的爆炸图。参照图16至图18,抽真空接头组件510设于门体内胆220上,门体200上设有按键开关900,按键开关900与真空泵530通信、控制真空泵530的启停。
抽真空组件500在进行抽真空过程中,若按动按键开关900,则真空泵530将立即停止,提高系统抽真空的安全性。
图4为根据一些实施例的抽真空接头组件的剖视图;图5为图4所示抽真空接头组件中下盖体的结构示意图;图6为图4所示抽真空接头组件中上盖体 的结构示意图;图7为根据一些实施例的另一种抽真空接头组件的剖视图;参照图4至图7,抽真空接头组件510包括上盖体511和下盖体512,上盖体511为平板状结构,下盖体512包括底板5125和周侧板5126。上盖体511与下盖体512扣合连接后,二者之间形成有气流通道。抽真空管路520与上盖体511或下盖体512连接、并与气流通道连通。
当抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接口部420连接时,具体为下盖体512与抽真空接口部420连接,气流通道与储物腔410连通,此时启动真空泵530,储物腔410内的气体即可经气流通道、抽真空管路520至真空泵530而排出。
抽真空管路520自上盖体511或下盖体512引出后延伸至安装底座600,经安装底座600后再引向真空泵530。抽真空管路520隐藏于上盖体511和下盖体512之间、隐藏于安装底座600内,可避免抽真空管路520外露。
示例性的,本申请给出两种抽真空接头组件510的实施例,第一种为抽真空管路520与下盖体512连接,第二种为抽真空管路520与上盖体511连接,下文将详述。
第一种,抽真空管路520与下盖体512连接,参照图4至图6。
上盖体511上设有圆环状的上盖体凸出部5111,上盖体凸出部5111朝向下盖体512延伸。
下盖体512上对应设有圆环状的下盖体凸出部(标记为下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121),下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121朝向上盖体511延伸。下盖体512上在下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121所围区域内设有下盖体进气口5127,下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121上设有第一管接头5251,抽真空管路520与第一管接头5251连接。
将上盖体511与下盖体512扣合后,上盖体凸出部5111插设于下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121的内周,下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121的顶端与上盖体511抵靠。由上盖体凸出部5111和下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121围成一个空腔,下盖体进气口5127和第一管接头5251均与该空腔连通,形成气流通道。抽真空时,储物腔410内的气体依次流经下盖体进气口5127、上盖体凸出部5111与下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121所围空腔、第一管接头5251至抽真空管路520。
本申请一些实施例中,在下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121的顶端面与上盖体511之间设有密封圈513,实现气流通道的密封,提高抽真空效果。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121所围区域内还设有圆环状的下盖体凸出部Ⅱ5122,下盖体凸出部Ⅱ5122对气流起到一定的聚拢导向作用。下盖体凸出部Ⅱ5122上可设置通气孔51221,便于气体流通。
本申请一些实施例中,第二磁铁5112通过胶粘等方式固定设于上盖体凸出部5111所围区域内,实现第二磁铁5112在抽真空接头组件510内的固定安装。此时,一但第二磁铁5112的安装结构失效,下盖体凸出部Ⅱ5122对第二磁铁5112也起到一定的防护作用,避免第二磁铁5112掉落将下盖体进气口5127覆盖而影响抽真空的进行。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体的底板5125上设有多个螺钉安装柱51251,多个螺钉安装柱51251围绕下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121的外周对称布置;上盖体511上对应设有多个螺钉安装沉孔5114;在螺钉安装柱51251与螺钉安装沉孔5114之间穿设螺钉514,实现上盖体511与下盖体512的固定安装。
下盖体的后端周侧板5126上设有卡槽51261,上盖体511的后端对应设有 卡勾5115,卡槽51261与卡勾5115卡接,进一步提高上盖体511与下盖体512之间的连接可靠性。
本申请一些实施例中,上盖体511的表面设有装饰板5116,比如亚克力板,装饰板5116将螺钉安装沉孔5114和螺钉514覆盖,提高抽真空接头组件510的美观性。
本申请一些实施例中,上盖体511上还设有多个第三磁铁5113,多个第三磁铁5113对称设于第二磁铁5112的外周,也即,多个第三磁铁5113围绕上盖体凸出部5111的外周对称布置。多个第三磁铁5113与第二磁铁5112之间产生吸附作用,对第二磁铁5112进一步起到定位作用,进一步提高第二磁铁5112的稳固性。对应的,下盖体的底板5125上设有立柱51252,立柱51252与第三磁铁5113抵靠,提高第三磁铁5113的安装可靠性,避免第三磁铁5113掉落。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体512上设有下盖体插接部5123,下盖体插接部5123上设有软胶部5124,软胶部5124用于与抽真空接口部420密封连接。
参照图4,抽真空接口部420包括设于保鲜盒400上的凹槽部421,凹槽部421所围区域内设有通气口422,通气口422处设有泄压阀423。
当抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接口部420连接进行抽真空时,软胶部5124密封卡设于凹槽部421内,储物腔410内的气体经通气口422流向下盖体进气口5127,再经气流通道流向抽真空管路520。抽真空完成后,将抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接口部420分离,泄压阀423将通气口422封堵,保持储物腔410内的负压。
本申请中,软胶部5124具有一定高度,当抽真空接头组件510与抽真空接 口部420连接时,下盖体512与泄压阀423之间具有一定距离,该距离为泄压阀423的上下位移提供了空间,同时也形成了气体缓冲腔515,对气体的流动起到缓冲作用,便于气体流通。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体512上在下盖体插接部5123所围区域内形成有凹部5128,凹部5128朝向靠近上盖体511的方向内凹,下盖体进气口5127设于凹部5128处。凹部5128对气体起到聚拢导向作用,便于气体流通。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体插接部5123与下盖体512的外周面之间形成有弧形过渡部5129,具体为下盖体插接部5123与下盖体的周侧板5126之间设形成有弧形过渡部5129。弧形过渡部5129使得下盖体512不至于过于靠近保鲜盒400的上端面,为用户对抽真空接头组件510进行位移操作提供了操作空间。
本申请一些实施例中,下盖体后端的周侧板5126上设有通孔51263,从第一管接头5251引出的抽真空管路520经通孔51263进入到安装底座600的内部。该通孔51263沿竖直方向延伸,抽真空接头组件510在进行位移时,为抽真空管路520提供了较大的活动空间。
第二种,抽真空管路520与上盖体511连接,参照图7。图7所示的抽真空接头组件510与图4所示的抽真空接头组件510的大部分结构都相同,下文仅对二者之间的不同之处进行描述。
上盖体511上设有圆环状的上盖体凸出部5111,上盖体凸出部5111朝向下盖体512延伸,上盖体凸出部5111上设有第一管接头5251,抽真空管路520与第一管接头5251连接。下盖体512上设有圆环状的下盖体凸出部(标记为下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121),下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121朝向上盖体511延伸,下盖体512上 在下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121所围区域内设有下盖体进气口5127。上盖体凸出部5111插设于下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121的外周、并与下盖体512抵靠。
上盖体凸出部5111的下端与下盖体512之间设有密封圈513,提高气流通道的密封性。
图7所示的抽真空接头组件510中,第二磁铁5112设于上盖体凸出部5111所围区域内,此时,下盖体凸出部Ⅰ5121对第二磁铁5112起到防护作用,避免第二磁铁5112的安装结构失效而掉落、将下盖体进气口5127覆盖,影响抽真空的进行。
本申请一些实施例中,继续参照图1至图3,门体200上设有安装底座600,抽真空接头组件510设于安装底座600上。
通过安装底座600实现抽真空接头组件510的安装,一方面便于门体200的加工,门体200无需作过多的结构变化,门体只需根据安装底座600的结构作出相应的适应性结构调整即可;另一方面,根据抽真空接头组件510的安装方式,只需调整安装底座600的局部结构即可。从以上两方面考虑,通过安装底座600来安装抽真空接头组件510可大大降低产品制作成本以及研发成本。
此外,安装底座600为抽真空管路520的走线、用于控制抽真空组件500启停的相关电气件的安装提供了一定的安装空间。
安装底座600的结构示意图参照图8至图15,再结合图2和3,安装底座600设于门体200上,安装底座600至少有部分外露于门体200的内侧(也即门体内胆220)、另一部分设于门体200的发泡层内。
抽真空接头组件510与安装底座600外露于门体内胆220的部分连接,抽 真空接头组件510相当于外接方式,便于拆装。
安装底座600的一部分设于门体200的发泡层内,一方面可提高安装底座600的安装可靠性,另一方面,为抽真空管路520、抽真空组件500相关电气件的走线提高安装空间。
本申请一些实施例中,安装底座600包括安装基板610和安装盖板620,安装基板610设于门体200的发泡层内,安装基板610内形成有空腔613,该空腔613为抽真空管路520、抽真空组件500相关电气件的走线提供安装空间。空腔613朝向门体内胆220侧为敞口614,安装盖板620设于敞口614处,安装盖板620外露,抽真空接头组件510与安装盖板620连接。
本申请一些实施例中,安装基板610与安装盖板620为分体式结构,如图8至图11所示,空腔613的内壁上设有多个卡勾部618,安装盖板620上对应设有多个卡扣部623,通过多个卡勾部618与多个卡扣部623的一一对应卡接,实现安装基板610与安装盖板620的装配。
采用分体式结构时,当需要对位于空腔613内的抽真空管路520或电气件进行维修检查时,可将安装盖板620拆卸下来,便于维修。
在另一些实施例中,安装基板610与安装盖板620一体成型,如图12和图13所示,一体式结构便于加工。
本申请一些实施例中,安装盖板620上设有开口部621,开口部621与空腔613连通,开口部621的外周设有延伸部622,延伸部622朝向冷藏室侧延伸,抽真空接头组件510与延伸部622连接,具体为下盖体512与延伸部622连接。
本申请中,延伸部622围设在开口部621的左侧、右侧以及下侧,下盖体 512的左右两侧周壁5126分别与位于左侧和右侧的延伸部622转动连接,开口部621正对空腔613,具体为下腔体6132。位于下侧的延伸部622对抽真空接头组件510的向下翻转范围起到限位作用。
图8为本申请一些实施例提供的安装底座的结构示意图(分体式)。参照图5和图8,下盖体512的左右两周侧壁5126上分别设有环状凸台51262,延伸部622上对应设有圆孔6221,环状凸台51262转动设于圆孔6221内,实现下盖体512与延伸部622之间的转动连接,进而实现抽真空接头组件510的翻转设置。
空腔613的侧壁上设有第二管接头5252,从抽真空接头组件510(也即第一管接头5251)引出的抽真空管路520经开口部621、空腔613以及第二管接头5252引出至真空泵530。
本申请一些实施例中,第二管接头5252设于空腔613的侧部,如图9所示。
在另一些实施例中,第二管接头5252设于空腔613的底部,如图13所示。
本申请一些实施例中,安装基板610包括一体成型的第一安装基板611和第二安装基板612,第一安装基板611上形成有空腔613,安装盖板620与第一安装基板611连接,第二安装基板612朝向门体的侧边框250延伸、并与门体的侧边框250连接。生产加工时,先将第二安装基板612与门体的侧边框250连接,实现安装基板610的预定位,而后再对门体200进行发泡成型,避免安装基板610在门体200发泡过程中发生位移。
图14为本申请一些实施例提供的安装底座与门体侧边框的装配结构示意图;图15为本申请一些实施例提供的门体侧边框的局部结构示意图。,参照图14和图15,门体的侧边框250朝向发泡层侧设有限位部251,限位部251为一板状 结构,限位部251上设有卡槽部2511;第二安装基板612上对应设有第一凸起部6121,第一凸起部6121卡设于卡槽部2511内,实现安装基板610与门体侧边框250之间的连接。
本申请中,限位部251上设有多个沿水平方向延伸的加强筋2513,以提高限位部251的强度,其中部分加强筋2513之间形成所述卡槽部2511,通过卡槽部2511与第一凸起部6121之间的卡接,可限制安装基板610的位移。
本申请一些实施例中,限位部251上还设有止挡筋2512,第二安装基板612上对应设有第二凸起部6122,沿水平方向,止挡筋2512与第二凸起部6122抵靠,进一步提高安装基板610的限位可靠性。
图9为图8所示的安装底座从背侧观察到的结构示意图。,参照图9,安装基板610上设有多个支撑柱616,支撑柱616朝向门体200的外侧壁(也即门体的外壳210)延伸、并与门体200的外侧壁抵靠,进一步提高安装基板610在发泡层内的安装稳固性。
图10为图8所示安装底座中安装基板的结构示意图。参照图10,空腔613内设有分隔板615,分隔板615将空腔613分隔成上下布置的两个空间,分别为上腔体6131和下腔体6132。
本申请中,第二管接头5252设于下腔体6132的侧壁上,从第一管接头5252引出的抽真空管路520经下腔体6132与第二管接头5252连接。上腔体6131用于抽真空组件500的电气件走线用,上腔体6131的侧壁上设有用于走线的出线孔6133。
通过分隔板615,使上腔体6131用于走线,下腔体6132用于走管,线管分 离,一方面使内部结构更加规整,另一方面也便于维修检查。
图12为本申请一些实施例提供的安装底座的结构示意图(一体式);图13为图12所示安装底座从背侧观察到的结构示意图。对于一体式的安装底座600而言,参照图12和图13,分隔板615与安装基板610也为一体成型结构,通过成型加工工艺自动使空腔613内部形成上下布置的上腔体6131和下腔体6132即可。
本申请一些实施例中,按键开关900包括开关触发板910和按键920。安装盖板620朝向空腔613的一侧设有开关触发板安装部625,开关触发板910设于开关触发板安装部625内。开关触发板安装部具有多个卡爪结构,开关触发板910被限位于多个卡爪结构所围区域内。安装盖板620上正对开关触发板910的位置处设有安装孔624,按键920活动设于安装孔624内。按键920可沿安装孔624运动、以与开关触发板910接触或分离,以触发按键开关900响应。
开关触发板910位于上腔体613内,上腔体613的侧壁上设有出线孔6133,与开关触发板910电连接的线路经出线孔6133引出。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括:
    储藏室;
    门体,用于打开或关闭所述储藏室;
    保鲜盒,其内形成有储物腔,所述保鲜盒与所述门体连接;
    抽真空组件,用于对所述储物腔抽真空,所述抽真空组件包括真空泵、抽真空管路以及抽真空接头组件,所述抽真空管路将所述真空泵和所述抽真空接头组件连通,当所述抽真空接头组件与所述保鲜盒连接时,所述抽真空组件可对所述储物腔抽真空;
    其中,所述抽真空接头组件设于所述门体上,所述门体上设有按键开关,所述按键开关可控制所述真空泵的启停。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述抽真空组件在进行抽真空过程中,若按动所述按键开关,所述真空泵立即停止。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述门体上设有安装底座,所述安装底座包括安装基板和安装盖板,所述安装基板设于所述门体的发泡层内,所述安装基板内形成有空腔,所述空腔朝向所述门体的内侧为敞口,所述安装盖板设于所述敞口处,所述抽真空接头组件设于所述安装盖板上,从所述抽真空接头组件引出的所述抽真空管路经所述敞口、所述空腔至所述真空泵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述按键开关包括开关触发板和按键;
    所述安装盖板朝向所述空腔的一侧设有按键开关安装部,所述开关触发板设于所述按键开关安装部内,所述安装盖板上正对所述开关触发板的位置处设有安装孔,所述按键活动设于所述安装孔内,所述按键可沿所述安装孔运动、以与所述开关触发板接触或分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述空腔内设有分隔板,所述分隔板将所述空腔分隔成上下布置的上腔体和下腔体;
    所述开关触发板位于所述上腔体内,所述上腔体的侧壁上设有出线孔,与所述开关触发板电连接的线路经所述出线孔引出;
    所述下腔体的侧壁上设有第二管接头,从所述抽真空接头组件引出的所述抽真空管路经所述下腔体至所述第二管接头,再与所述真空泵连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述安装盖板上设有开口部,所述开口部处设有延伸部,所述延伸部围设在所述开口部的左侧、右侧以及下侧,所述抽真空接头组件的左右两侧分别与位于左侧和右侧的所述延伸部转动连接,所述开口部正对所述下腔体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述保鲜盒上设有所述储物腔连通的抽真空接口部;
    所述抽真空接头组件包括上盖体和下盖体,所述上盖体和所述下盖体之间 形成有气流通道,所述抽真空管路与所述上盖体或所述下盖体连接、并与所述气流通道连通,所述下盖体可与所述抽真空接口部连接、以使所述气流通道与所述储物腔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述上盖体上设有圆环状的上盖体凸出部,所述上盖体凸出部朝向所述下盖体延伸;
    所述下盖体上设有圆环状的下盖体凸出部,所述下盖体凸出部朝向所述上盖体延伸,所述下盖体上在所述下盖体凸出部所围区域内设有下盖体进气口,所述下盖体凸出部上设有第一管接头,所述抽真空管路与所述第一管接头连接;
    所述上盖体凸出部插设于所述下盖体凸出部的内周,所述下盖体凸出部的顶端与所述上盖体抵靠。
