Abstract

La présente invention concerne une charnière de couplage de lunettes. La charnière pour relier une monture de lunettes et une paire de branches de lunettes comprend : une pièce d'extrémité couplée à chaque extrémité de la monture de lunettes et ayant un premier trou traversant formé dans une direction verticale et une première pièce de verrouillage formée à l'arrière de celle-ci ; une unité de couplage dont le corps est couplé à l'avant de chaque branche de lunettes, le corps ayant un second trou traversant formé dans la direction verticale, un trou d'insertion formé de manière à ce que la pièce d'extrémité soit couplée de manière rotative à l'avant du corps, un guide qui est formé sur le côté extérieur du corps, a une élasticité et une flexion, guide la première pièce de verrouillage en fonction de la rotation de la pièce d'extrémité et commande un angle de rotation ; et une partie de fixation insérée d'un seul tenant dans les premier et second trous traversants. Avec cette configuration, un excellent effet de durabilité peut être obtenu, par la formation de la première pièce de verrouillage à l'arrière de la pièce d'extrémité et la formation d'une pièce de fixation ayant une élasticité et une flexion sur un côté de la charnière pour permettre à l'angle de rotation de la première pièce de verrouillage d'être commandé par l'élasticité et la flexion, ce qui permet de commander les angles de rotation des branches de lunettes sans utiliser de vis ni de soudage.
