Description
本发明属农业机械领域,特别涉及一种并列式联合调幅翻转犁。
农业耕地机具能够对土地进行耕翻,将肥力低的上层土壤翻到下层,将下层较好的土壤翻到上层并将残茬杂草以及肥料、害虫等翻埋土中,还可以使土质疏松,从而使土壤能够保持适当的空气和水分,以利于作物生长。而随着科技的进步,农业耕地机具朝着机械化方向发展,由牵引车驱动犁地的液压翻转犁使用越来越普遍。
发明提供了一种并列式联合调幅翻转犁,两侧的犁体能够左右摆动,使其具有更宽的翻耕工作面,同时也解决了目前采用传统翻转犁翻耕后在地头产生的三角区的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种并列式联合调幅翻转犁,包括牵引三角块、偏心调整丝杠、左右摆动块、牵引大梁、可调主拉力梁、侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件、侧边可旋转犁总成、侧边犁调幅总成和主犁总成;所述牵引三角块的两个底角处连接有两个偏心调整丝杠,所述偏心调整丝杠连接在左右摆动块的前方,所述左右摆动块通过左右摆动油缸控制牵引大梁的左右平移;所述牵引大梁与后方与可调主拉力梁连接,可调主拉力梁的中部安装有主犁翻转双伸缩油缸,通过主犁翻转双伸缩油缸控制主犁总成的翻转;所述可调主拉力梁的两侧安装有侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件,所述侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件通过侧边犁调幅总成与后方的侧边犁调幅总成连接。
进一步,所述牵引大梁上安装有上下调整总成,牵引大梁的两侧、主犁总成和侧边可旋转犁总成上均安装有万向行走轮。
进一步,所述万向行走轮上安装有万向行走轮调整油缸,用于调整牵引大梁、主犁总成和侧边可旋转犁总成与地面之间的高度。

本发明产生的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过两侧的侧边可旋转犁总成,对主犁总成进行辅助翻耕,进而缩短整犁长度,减少三角区漏耕长度,又能左侧或右侧交替工作,大幅增减总耕宽度。
2、由于并列式联合翻转犁具有较宽的工作面,在运输时极为不便,为此本发明将两侧的犁体设计为可旋转组件,以便在运输时将两侧的犁体向前收起,有效的降低了整体宽度。
3、本身新型的前后两端均采用了通用连接件,能够在前后两端分别加装还田机、振压滚轮或圆盘耙组,减少了重复劳动,显著提高了工作效率。

如图1和图2所示,本发明是一种并列式联合调幅翻转犁,包括牵引三角块1、偏心调整丝杠3、左右摆动块4、牵引大梁6、可调主拉力梁8、侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件10、侧边可旋转犁总成12、侧边犁调幅总成11和主犁总成14。在牵引三角块1的两个底角处连接有两个偏心调整丝杠3,偏心调整丝杠3连接在左右摆动块4的前方,左右摆动块4通过一侧的左右摆动油缸5控制牵引大梁6的左右平移,并通过非平行结构的偏心调整丝杠3微调牵引大梁6的摆动幅度。牵引大梁6上安装有上下调整总成17,用于调整可调主拉力梁8相对于地面的高度。牵引大梁6的两侧安装有万向行走轮7,万向行走轮7上安装有万向行走轮调整油缸16,用于调整牵引大梁6相对于地面的高度。牵引大梁6与后方与可调主拉力梁8连接,可调主拉力梁8的中部安装有主犁翻转双伸缩油缸9,通过主犁翻转双伸缩油缸9控制主犁总成14的翻转,可调主拉力梁8的两侧安装有侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件10,侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件10通过侧边犁调幅总成11与后方的侧边可旋转犁总成12连接,调整左侧或右侧的耕幅宽度。侧边可旋转犁总成12上安装有万向行走轮7,主犁总成14上也安装有带有调整油缸的主犁万向行走轮总成13,起到与万向行走轮调整油缸16相同的,调节主犁总成14离地高度的作用。侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件10上安装有侧边犁牵引举升油缸18和侧边犁牵引中间拉杆19,用于协同控制侧边可旋转犁总成12的抬升,其目的是,当主犁总成14需要进行翻转时,侧边犁调幅总成11向两侧摆动,配合侧边可旋转犁总成12向上抬起,为主犁总成14让出翻转空间。
如图3和图4所示,由于本身新型的工作面过宽,在公路运输中会产生不便,因此通过与可调主拉力梁8连接的侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件10将侧边可旋转犁总成12进行180度水平旋转,使侧边可旋转犁总成12并至偏心调整丝杠3的两侧并扭转90度使犁体朝上,从而减少并列式联合调幅翻转犁的总体宽度,同时使万向行走轮7和主犁万向行走轮总成13同时抬升,主犁总成14经主犁翻转双伸缩油缸9将主犁方向朝上,便于机动车牵引运输。
如图5和图6所示,本发明能够通过牵引三角块1上的牵引孔2和牵引销轴15与还田机22相连,后方的主犁总成14上能够安装有尾部挂杆20,用于连接尾部振压滚轮总成21或圆盘耙组。本发明中的尾部挂杆20的末端呈垂直于地面的W形结构,能够在主犁总成14翻转后依然挂在尾部振压滚轮总成21上。
本发明具有工业实用性。

- 一种并列式联合调幅翻转犁,其特征在于:包括牵引三角块、偏心调整丝杠、左右摆动块、牵引大梁、可调主拉力梁、侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件、侧边可旋转犁总成、侧边犁调幅总成和主犁总成;所述牵引三角块的两个底角处连接有两个偏心调整丝杠,所述偏心调整丝杠连接在左右摆动块的前方,所述左右摆动块通过左右摆动油缸控制牵引大梁的左右平移;所述牵引大梁与后方与可调主拉力梁连接,可调主拉力梁的中部安装有主犁翻转双伸缩油缸,通过主犁翻转双伸缩油缸控制主犁总成的翻转;所述可调主拉力梁的两侧安装有侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件,所述侧边可旋转犁头牵引组件通过侧边犁调幅总成与后方的侧边犁调幅总成连接。
