Since the adjusting member 351 of the spacing adjusting member 350 is connected to the first and second adjusting plates 353 and 355 in a threaded manner, respectively, when the adjusting member 351 is rotated, the wiring member 200 is Since it is inserted into the mounting part W1 provided on the wall W, only the body part 310 can be rotated.
In this case, the support beams 321 disposed on both sides of the body 310 may not contact the wall W. As shown in FIG.
Therefore, by connecting the plurality of body parts 310 and the wiring member 200 with the spacing adjusting member 350, respectively, and connecting the plurality of body parts 310 with the link member 340 as shown in FIG. Even if the adjusting member 351 is rotated, it is possible to prevent the plurality of body parts 310 from rotating. Accordingly, the support beam 321 may be in contact with the wall W stably.
The configuration of the present invention is as described above, and hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7 , the operation state of installing the temporary wiring device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention to the wall W will be described. do.
First, referring to FIG. 4 , adjustment is made between the first regulating plate 353 formed on the cover part 210 of the wiring member 200 and the second regulating plate 355 formed on the body part 310 of the temporary member 300 . A state connected to the sphere 351 can be checked. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2 , the body portion 310 is connected to each other by a link member 340 as a pair, and is connected to the adjusting member 351 of the spacing adjusting member 350 , respectively. have.
The worker needs to use electricity by installing a wiring device such as an outlet at a specific location of the temporarily installed wall W, and forms the mounting portion W1 at a specific location of the wall W. Then, the wiring member 200 and the temporary member 300 are inserted into the mounting part W1.
Referring to FIG. 5 , the support beam 321 of the wing part 320 is folded according to the size of the mounting part W1 . The support beam 321 is connected to the body portion 310 by a shaft 323 , so that the body portion 310 passes through the mounting portion W1 while rotating. At this time, since the coil spring 331 is connected to the support beam 321 by a fixing block 333 , the coil spring 331 is elongated.
Referring to FIG. 6 , after the body part 310 completely passes through the mounting part W1 , the coil spring 331 exerts a restoring force due to elasticity and pulls the fixing block 333 . Accordingly, the support beam 321 on which the fixing block 333 is mounted is expanded while rotating in the opposite direction again.
Referring to FIG. 7 , after the body part 310 passes through the mounting part W1 , the operator rotates the adjusting member 351 . As the adjustment member 351 rotates, the body portion 310 moves in the wall W direction due to the movement according to the screw thread fastening with the second adjustment plate 355 and approaches the wiring member 200 .
At this time, the operator rotates the adjusting member 351 until the support beam 321 that is disposed on both sides of the body portion 310 and is spread out comes into contact with the wall (W). When the support beam 321 is in complete contact, the rotation of the control member 351 is stopped, and the wiring member 200 is finally installed on the wall W. As shown in FIG.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the wiring device can be easily installed on the wall (W) in a simple manner as described above. Since it is a method of fixing the wiring device to the wall (W) with the support beam 321 rather than the conventional piece fastening method, the wiring for stably supplying electricity while preventing damage to the temporary wall (W) made of a weak material such as plaster The device can be installed.

The guide block 450 is disposed on the cover portion 210 of the wiring member 200 , a through hole through which the wire 430 passes is formed, and the wire 430 is disposed between the movement of the wire 430 . It functions to guide the movement position of
According to the structure of the reel member 400, it has the following operation method.
When the operator winds the wire 430 on the reel groove 427 to fold the support beam 321, push the flange portion 425 into the flange groove 219 to the reel adjustment pin 423. and the fixing protrusion 413 are positioned to engage.
Thereafter, when the operator rotates the second reel body 420 by one rotation to rotate the reel central shaft 421 in one direction, the reel control pin 423 moves beyond the plurality of fixing protrusions 413 and Each time it is fixed, the wire 430 is wound around the reel groove 427 and the wound state is maintained.
Conversely, when an operator unwinds the wire 430 from the reel groove 427 to spread the support beam 321 , the reel control pin 423 is pulled out of the flange portion 425 by pulling the flange portion 425 out of the flange groove 219 . ) and the fixing protrusion 413 are positioned so that they do not engage. Thereafter, when the operator rotates the second reel body 420 in the opposite direction to rotate the reel central shaft 421 in the opposite direction, the wire 430 is released from the reel groove 427 .
At this time, since the coil spring 331 of the elastic member 330 pulls the support beam 321 by applying an elastic force, the wire 430 is automatically unwound.
The configuration of the present invention is as described above. Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 14 , the operating state of installing the temporary wiring device 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention to the wall W will be described. do.
First, since the operating state shown in Figs. 9 to 12 is the same as the operating state shown in Figs. 4 to 7, reference will be made to the description of Figs. 4 to 7 described above in the first embodiment of the present invention.
That is, when the wiring member 200 and the temporary member 300 are installed on the wall W, the reel member 400 does not function separately. As shown in FIGS. 9 to 12 , there is only a difference in that the wire 430 is pulled or stretched as the support beam 321 is folded or unfolded.
The reel member 400 functions when the temporary member 300 is removed from the wall (W).
Hereinafter, referring to FIGS. 13 to 14 , the operating state of the reel member 400 will be described.
First, referring to FIG. 13 , in order for an operator to separate the wiring member 200 from the wall W, the body portion 310 to which the second adjustment plate 355 is attached is rotated by rotating the adjustment tool 351 . away from the wiring member 200 . Accordingly, the support beams 321 disposed on both sides of the body portion 310 are also moved away from the wall (W).
At this time, since the length of the wire 430 is fixed, as the body portion 310 moves away, it will be gradually pulled. That is, in FIG. 12 , the wire 430 is in a stretched state, but in FIG. 13 , as the body part 310 moves away, the wire 430 is in a pulled state.
Referring to FIG. 14 , in order for an operator to remove the temporary member 300 from the mounting portion W1 of the wall W, it is necessary to fold the support beam 321 . In order to fold the support beam 321 , the wire 430 must be wound around the reel groove 427 , so that the wire 430 can be folded by pulling the support beam 321 .
To this end, the operator pushes the flange portion 425 into the flange groove 219 to position the reel control pin 423 and the fixing protrusion 413 to be engaged. The structure of the reel member 400 will be referred to with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9 .
The operator folds the support beam 321 by turning the second reel body 420 until the body part 310 can pass through the mounting part W1 of the wall W. And when the support beam 321 is completely folded, the wiring member 200 is separated by pulling and holding the wiring member 200 to remove the temporary member 300 from the mounting part W1 of the wall W. finish
In the embodiment of the present invention, the wiring device can be easily installed and separated from the wall W in the simple manner as described above. Since it is a method of fixing the wiring device to the wall (W) with the support beam 321 rather than the conventional piece fastening method, the wiring for stably supplying electricity while preventing damage to the temporary wall (W) made of a weak material such as plaster The device can be installed, and the wiring device can be easily separated from the wall W by a simple operation of winding or unwinding the wire 430 .
Third embodiment]
15 to 20 are views related to the temporary wiring device 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the male spline 525 has a hexagonal column shape, but other shapes corresponding to the female spline 523 capable of transmitting rotational force are also possible.
Since the male spline 525 is movable in the longitudinal direction along the inner circumferential groove 522, even if the distance between the temporary member 300 and the wiring member 200 is adjusted by the spacing adjusting member 350, , since the male spline 525 moves into the inner circumferential groove 522 by an interval corresponding thereto, there is no interference.
A handle 526 is disposed at the end of the second spline body 524, and when the operator holds and rotates the handle 526, the rotational force applied to the second spline body 524 is applied to the female spline 523 and It is transmitted to the first spline body 521 by engagement between the male splines 525 .
The pinion gear 517 is connected to the end of the first spline body 521, so that the pinion gear 517 rotates with the transmitted rotational force. At this time, the pinion gear 517 is supported by the rotation shaft by the gear support groove 310a and the gear support hole 310b formed in the body part 310 . Of course, the pinion gear 517 and the first spline body 521 are connected through the gear support hole 310b.
16 and 17 , the pinion gear 517 connected to the end of the first spline body 521 is disposed in the inner center of the body part 310 .
The first support beam 511 may be disposed on one side of the body portion 310 and a first ring gear portion 512 engaged with the pinion gear 517 may be formed. A first stopper 513 may be disposed at an end of the first ring gear unit 512 to limit a movement range of the first support beam 511 .
The second support beam 514 may be disposed on the other side of the body portion 310 and a second ring gear portion 515 engaged with the pinion gear 517 may be formed. A support block 518 for supporting the second ring gear part 515 may be disposed inside the body part 310 . Here, the second adjustment plate 355 may be disposed below the support block 518 , but other positions are also possible.
According to the structure described above, when the pinion gear 517 rotates, the first and second ring gear parts 512 and 515 move in both directions on the outside or the inside of the body part 310 .
In general, when the operator holds the handle 526 and rotates the second spline body 524 , the first spline body 521 rotates, and this rotational force is transmitted to the pinion gear 517 . Accordingly, as the first and second ring gear parts 512 and 515 move in engagement with the pinion gear 517 , the first and second support beams 511 and 514 move in the outer or inner direction of the body part 310 and expand and contract. to form a structure that
The configuration of the present invention is as described above. Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 19 and 20 , the operating state of installing the temporary wiring device 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention to the wall W will be described. do.
First of all, referring to FIG. 19 , when the operator turns the second spline body 524 while holding the handle 526 to install the wiring member 200 on the mounting portion W1 of the wall W, the second As the first spline body 521 connected to the spline body 524 rotates, the pinion gear 517 is rotated. In this case, the rotation direction of the pinion gear 517 is the same as the direction shown in FIG. 18 , and in this case, the first and second support beams 511 and 514 move into the body portion 310 .
That is, as shown in FIG. 19 , the first and second support beams 511 and 514 are moved to the inside of the body part 310 and are positioned so that they can pass through the mounting part W1 of the wall W.
Referring to FIG. 20 , the operator now pushes the body portion 310 into the mounting portion W1 of the wall W. Thereafter, when the operator holds the handle 526 and rotates it in the opposite direction, the first and second spline bodies 521 and 524 are rotated. In this case, the rotation direction of the pinion gear 517 is the same as the direction indicated in FIG. 18 .
That is, the first and second support beams 511 and 514 extend in both directions of the body 310 .
Thereafter, the operator operates the gap adjusting member 350 to bring the temporary member 300 and the wiring member 200 closer to each other so that the first and second support beams 511 and 514 are in contact with the wall W. .
As described above, when the operator turns the adjusting member 351 , the body portion 310 on which the second adjusting plate 355 screwed with the adjusting member 351 is disposed moves toward the cover portion 210 . will move
Finally, when the control member 351 is turned until the first and second support beams 511 and 514 contact the wall W, the wiring member 200 is stable in the mounting portion W1 of the wall W. will be installed as
Conversely, when the operator wants to separate the wiring member 200 from the mounting part W1 of the wall W, the spacing adjusting member 350 does not need to be adjusted, and only the expansion and contraction part 500 is adjusted. have.
That is, when the operator holds the handle 526 and turns it in the opposite direction, the pinion gear 517 rotates in the same direction as in FIG. 18 and the first and second support beams 511 and 514 move into the body 310. will do
After that, when the operator grabs and pulls the wiring member 200, the wiring member 200 is simply separated from the mounting portion W1 of the wall W.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the wiring device can be easily installed and separated from the wall W in the simple manner as described above. Since it is a method of fixing the wiring device to the wall (W) with the first and second support beams (511 and 514) that are stretched and contracted rather than the conventional piece fastening method, it is stable while preventing damage to the temporary wall (W) made of a weak material such as plaster. As a result, a wiring device for supplying electricity can be installed, and the wiring device can be easily separated from the wall W only by holding the handle 526 and rotating the spline and pinion gear 517 .
The above is merely showing a specific embodiment of the temporary wiring device. That is, the wiring device of the present invention may encompass all devices of electrical equipment used for electrical wiring, such as outlets, communication wiring devices, and wired connection terminals. Therefore, within the limits that do not depart from the spirit of the present invention as set forth in the following claims, the present invention can be substituted and modified in various forms, so that those of ordinary skill in the art can easily grasp the point. do.
