鉴于此,在滚刷体2上还凸设了顺毛筋20,以增大异物在滚刷体2上的最大缠绕长度,即增大了头发等异物在滚刷体2上的缠绕半径。具体的,顺毛筋20和滚刷体毛条3间隔设置,并和滚刷体毛条3具有相同的弯折段30及缠绕方向。其中,顺毛筋20在滚刷体2外周面上的露出高度小于等于滚刷体毛条3在滚刷体2外周面上的露出高度,从而使得滚刷的体积不增大。
具体地,顺毛筋20包括与滚刷体2连接的接合部201和设置在接合部201上的凸筋202;为了能够更加有效地增大异物在滚刷体2上的缠绕半径,凸筋202的朝向基本沿滚刷体2的径向设置。
为了不产生额外的制造成本,顺毛筋20和滚刷体2采用相同的制作材质。顺毛筋20可以和滚刷体2一体成型设置,也可以通过植筋、粘合等常规方式固定在滚刷体2上。
在滚刷的清扫过程中,端盖7上缠绕到异物后,难以直接过渡到滚刷体上;由此,本申请中在端盖7和滚刷体2的安装间隙中设置了间隔物9,其外缘部91高于顺毛筋20的外缘部201,且高于滚刷体2与间隔物9的连接端部21,以使得位于间隔物9上的异物能够顺滑过渡到滚刷体2上。进一步地,间隔物9从端盖7的端面平滑过渡到顺毛筋20上,以使得位于端盖7上的头发能够在滚刷体2高速旋转时通过间隔物9过渡到滚刷体2上。
为了使位于端盖7上的异物能够过渡到间隔物9上,间隔物9的安装面低于端盖7的内表面不少于1mm且部分间隔物9外露于端盖7在滚刷体2上的投影区。
在具体的应用场景下,间隔物9可以为软绒、植筋、植毛中的至少一种。当间隔物9为软绒时,其可以固定在滚刷体2上,并跟随滚刷体2相对端盖7 旋转运动;其中,软绒的固定方式可以选择粘连、一体成型或者植绒等常规手段。当间隔物9为植筋或植毛时,其根部可以固定在滚刷体2的圆周面上,也可以设置在随滚刷体2同步滚动的从动件8上;另外,植毛的延伸方向可以沿滚刷体2的轴向延伸,从而使得植毛的顶部正对异物,以使滚刷具有较好的防异物的效果。
考虑到缠绕在滚刷上的异物不容易全部被有效地清理出,本申请在壳体1的腔体内设置了壳体毛条4,其与滚刷体毛条3间具有交叠区,用于对缠绕在滚刷体2上的头发进行梳理。进一步地,壳体毛条4的端部朝向滚刷体2设置;壳体毛条4为硬毛条。
为了使滚刷体2上的头发能够得到有效梳理,壳体毛条4呈直线型设置,且其与滚刷体毛条3的交叠量大于滚刷体毛条3露出滚刷体2外长度的50%。由此,当滚刷体2带动滚刷体毛条3朝向壳体1上成型的抽风口10转动时,滚刷体毛条3和壳体毛条4间能够充分交叠的发生相对运动;进而使缠绕在滚刷体2上的头发能够被壳体毛条4挤推至滚刷体毛条3的弯折段30,从而便于地刷结构从抽风口10将头发吸出。
具体地,当滚刷体毛条3具有一个弯折段30时,抽风口10可以设置成一个并正对于该弯折段30,以达到较好的吸出异物的效果;当滚刷体毛条3具有多个弯折段30时,抽风口10可以设置成多个,以和多个弯折段30相对应。
考虑到当缠绕在滚刷体2上的头发过长或缠绕密集时,有可能不容易被壳体毛条4梳理,腔体中设置有若干梳齿5,其与滚刷体毛条3间具有交叠区,用于对缠绕在滚刷体2上的头发进行拉扯,使头发被拉断。
进一步地,若干梳齿5呈直线型设置,其齿尖朝向于滚刷体2。
梳齿5的齿尖与滚刷体毛条3的交叠量大于滚刷体毛条3露出滚刷体2外长度的50%;这样以来,能够使梳齿5和滚刷体毛条3充分交叠,在滚刷体2转动作业时,梳齿5可以稳定地对缠绕在滚刷体2上的头发进行梳理。
考虑到具有弯折段30的滚刷体毛条3会导致头发斜着缠绕在滚刷体2上,且头发和滚刷体毛条3会发生钩挂,若干梳齿5呈两种分布密度设置:位于中间位置的梳齿5的分布密度大于位于两端部位置的梳齿5的分布密度。
通过上述方式,两端较疏的梳齿5能够将头发拨开,使头发活动起来;同时,中间较密的梳齿5除了能将头发拨开外,还能够把打结的头发拉断,以使得抽风口10较容易地将头发吸走。
作为本申请一实施例,腔体中固定有一安装座6,壳体毛条4和梳齿5均安装在安装座6上;具体的,壳体毛条4可拆卸地设置在安装座6上,梳齿5和安装座6一体成型设置。
本申请提供的地刷结构可以应用到扫地机上,用于对地面进行清洁。
综上所述,本申请中通过将间隔物9与滚刷体2接触的一端端面的高度设置成大于滚刷体2的高度,并包覆住顺毛筋20的端部,使得缠绕于端盖上的头发会被过渡到滚刷体上;并通过在滚刷体2上设置的顺毛筋20在没有改变滚刷直径且没有增加滚刷体积的前提下,增大了头发在滚刷体2上的缠绕半径,使得头发更不容易被缠绕在滚刷上;由于在壳体1的腔体中设置了壳体毛条4和若干梳齿5,其能够配合具有弯折段30的滚刷体毛条3对头发进行稳定地聚中梳理,并由抽风口10将碎发直接吸出;其中,壳体毛条4用于将头发挤推至滚刷体2的中间部位,梳齿5用于将头发拨开,并用于将头发拉断,以便于吸出头发。
尽管本申请的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本申请的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本申请并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种地刷,其特征在于,包括:
    旋转设置的滚刷体;
    至少两根滚刷体毛条,大致沿所述滚刷体的轴向绕设于所述滚刷体的外周面上,且具有至少一个弯折段;以及
    凸设于所述滚刷体外周面上的顺毛筋,其与所述滚刷体毛条缠绕方向一致,并与所述滚刷体毛条间隔设置,用于增大所述滚刷体的最大缠绕长度,以降低异物缠绕在所述滚刷体外周面上的概率。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷体毛条包括至少一个硬毛条和至少一个软毛条;所述硬毛条和所述软毛条相间隔的设置在所述滚刷体上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述顺毛筋包括
    与所述滚刷体连接的接合部和设置在所述接合部上的凸筋,所述凸筋通过所述接合部固设于所述滚刷体上,且所述凸筋的朝向基本沿所述滚刷体的径向设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述顺毛筋在所述滚刷体外周面上的露出高度小于等于所述滚刷体毛条在所述滚刷体外周面上的露出高度。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述硬毛条包括
    衬底;
    间隔设置在所述衬底上的第一子毛条和第二子毛条,所述第一子毛条的硬度大于所述第二子毛条的硬度;
    其中,所述第一子毛条用于清扫异物,所述第二子毛条用于支撑所述异物,以使所述异物浮在所述第一子毛条的顶端而不陷入。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述第二子毛条数量至少为两个;
    相邻所述第二子毛条之间配置有至少一个所述第一子毛条。
  7. 一种扫地机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的地刷,还包括一内部形成有腔体的壳体;
    其中,所述腔体中配置有用于安装所述地刷的端盖,所述端盖和所述滚刷体的安装间隙中设置有能够阻止异物进入的间隔物;部分所述间隔物外露于所述端盖在所述滚刷体上的投影区,以使位于所述端盖外周面上的所述异物在滚刷体转动过程中能够从通过所述间隔物过渡到所述滚刷体的外周面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的扫地机,其特征在于,所述间隔物的外缘部高于所述顺毛筋的外缘部,且高于所述滚刷体与所述间隔物的连接端部;以使所述间隔物从所述端盖的端面平滑过渡到所述顺毛筋上。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的扫地机,其特征在于,所述间隔物为植毛,所述滚刷体上设置有从动件;所述植毛的根部固定在所述滚刷体的圆周面上或所述从动件上;
    其中,所述植毛的延伸方向与滚刷体的轴向大致平行。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的扫地机,其特征在于,所述腔体中限定有壳体毛条,所述壳体毛条与所述滚刷体毛条间具有交叠区,以在所述滚刷体滚动时,将缠绕于所述滚刷体毛条上的异物聚集至所述弯折段。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的扫地机,其特征在于,所述壳体毛条呈直线型设置,且其与所述滚刷体毛条的交叠量大于所述滚刷体毛条露出所述滚刷体外长度的50%。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的扫地机,其特征在于,所述滚刷体毛条的弯折段位于所述滚刷体的中间位置;其中,所述壳体上成型有抽风口,所述抽风口与所述弯折段对应设置。
