Abstract

一种尾气后处理封装,其包括外壳体(1)、位于外壳体(1)内且间隔布置的第一挡板(21)与第二挡板(22)、第三后处理载体组件(53)以及混合管组件(6)。第三后处理载体组件(53)包括第三壳体(531)以及封装在第三壳体(531)内的第三催化剂载体(532)。第三壳体(531)设有与第二挡板(22)进行固定的若干凸起部(5311)以及位于相邻两个凸起部之间的气流通道(5312),气流通道(5312)贯穿第二挡板以与第三后处理载体组件(53)相连通。通过在第三壳体(531)上设置若干凸起部(5311),易于将第三壳体(531)固定到第二挡板上(22);另外,通过设计气流通道(5312),并使气流通道(5312)贯穿第二挡板(22)以与第三后处理载体组件(53)相连通,省略了额外的导流元件,降低了尾气后处理封装的成本。

Description

尾气后处理封装
本申请要求了申请日为2020年04月21日、申请号为202010315418.7、发明名称为“尾气后处理封装”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尾气后处理封装,属于发动机尾气后处理技术领域。
背景技术
随着排放法规的不断升级,现有的尾气后处理封装通常都包括柴油氧化催化剂、柴油颗粒捕集器、选择性催化还原剂以及安装在所述柴油颗粒捕集器与所述选择性催化还原剂之间的混合管组件。当气流从混合组件中流出,在进入选择性催化还原剂之前,通常需要设计导流结构。这种设计,一方面增加了零件的数量,另一方面提高选择性催化还原组件在安装到挡板上时的同轴度要求,导致成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本较低的尾气后处理封装。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种尾气后处理封装,其包括外壳体、位于所述外壳体内且间隔布置的第一挡板与第二挡板、位于所述外壳体内的第二后处理载体组件、位于所述第二后处理载体组件的下游的第三后处理载体组件以及连通在所述第二后处理载体组件与所述第三后处理载体组件之间的混合管组件;所述第一挡板设有面向所述第二挡板的第一侧面以及与所述第一侧面相对的第二侧面,所述第二挡板设有面向所述第一挡板的第三侧面以及与所述第三侧面相对的第四侧面;所述第三后处理载体组件包括第三壳体以及封装在所述第三壳体内的第三催化剂载体,所述尾气后处理封装包括位于 所述第二挡板的第四侧面的第一连接腔体以及位于所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板之间的第二连接腔体,所述第三壳体设有与所述第二挡板进行固定的若干凸起部以及位于相邻两个凸起部之间的气流通道,所述气流通道贯穿所述第二挡板,所述第一连接腔体与所述第二后处理载体组件相连通,所述第二连接腔体通过所述气流通道与所述第三后处理载体组件相连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一挡板设有定位所述第三壳体的定位开孔,所述第二挡板设有开口部,所述若干凸起部焊接固定到所述第三侧面,所述气流通道与所述开口部相连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一挡板设有冲压成型且凸出所述第四侧面的第二凸包,所述第二凸包形成了所述开口部,所述第二凸包设有与所述第三后处理载体组件的入口相连通的第三连接腔体。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述混合管组件包括延伸入所述第二连接腔体内的末端,其中所述混合管组件与所述第二挡板相固定,所述末端与所述第一挡板之间具有间隙。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述混合管组件包括混合管以及套接在所述混合管上的扩展筒,所述混合管设有与所述第一连接腔体相连通的若干旋流片,所述第二挡板设有开口,所述旋流片悬空设置在所开口中,所述混合管穿过所述开口;其中所述旋流片凸出所述第二挡板的第四侧面以延伸入所述第一连接腔体内,所述旋流片凸出所述第二挡板的第三侧面以延伸入所述扩展筒内;所述扩展筒固定在所述第二挡板的第三侧面且密封在所述开口的外围。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述扩展筒设有扩展腔体以及端壁,所述扩展腔体与所述开口相连通;所述端壁设有让所述混合管穿过的穿孔,且所述混合管固定在所述端壁上,所述末端位于所述混合管上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一挡板设有对应于所述末端的弧形凹陷部,所述弧形凹陷部自所述第一侧面向所述第二侧面凹陷。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述尾气后处理封装包括安装在所述混合管上的安装盖以及固定在所述安装盖上的尿素喷嘴安装座,其中所述安装 盖与所述末端分别位于所述混合管的两端;所述安装盖设有第一隆起部以及位于所述第一隆起部的外围的若干定位槽,所述第一隆起部设有安装孔;所述尿素喷嘴安装座设有卡持在所述若干定位槽中的若干定位脚以及向所述第一隆起部凸出的第二隆起部,所述第二隆起部插入所述安装孔中且与所述安装盖焊接固定,所述第二隆起部设有用以安装尿素喷嘴的喷嘴孔。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述尾气后处理封装包括固定在所述第二挡板的第四侧面的第一凸包,所述第一连接腔体形成在所述第一凸包内。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第二后处理载体组件包括第二壳体以及封装在所述第二壳体内的柴油颗粒捕集器;所述尾气后处理封装包括套接在所述第二壳体的外围的筒体部,所述第二后处理载体组件可拆卸地安装在所述筒体部内。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过在第三壳体上设置与第二挡板进行固定的若干凸起部,易于将第三壳体固定到第二挡板上;另外,通过设置位于相邻两个凸起部之间的气流通道,并使所述气流通道贯穿第二挡板以与第三后处理载体组件相连通,省略了额外的导流元件,降低了尾气后处理封装的成本。

请参图1至图18所示,本发明揭示了一种尾气后处理封装100,其包括外壳体1、位于所述外壳体1内且间隔布置的第一挡板21与第二挡板22、用以供尾气进入的进气管31、用以供尾气流出的出气管32、第一后处理载体组件51、第二后处理载体组件52、第三后处理载体组件53、混合管组件6以及安装在所述外壳体1上的支架组件7。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述第一后处理载体组件51包括第一壳体511以及封装在所述第一壳体511内的柴油氧化催化剂(DOC)512;所述第二后处理载体组件52包括第二壳体521以及封装在所述第二壳体521内的柴油颗粒捕集器(DPF)522;所述第三后处理载体组件53包括第三壳体531以及封 装在所述第三壳体531内的第三催化剂载体532,所述第三催化剂载体532可以为选择性催化还原剂(SCR)。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第三后处理载体组件53为并排布置的两组。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第二后处理载体组件52位于所述第一后处理载体组件51的下游,所述第三后处理载体组件53位于所述第二后处理载体组件52的下游。所述混合管组件6连通在所述第二后处理载体组件52与所述第三后处理载体组件53之间。
请参照图5及图6所示,所述第一挡板21设有面向所述第二挡板22的第一侧面211以及与所述第一侧面211相对的第二侧面212。所述第二挡板22设有面向所述第一挡板21的第三侧面221以及与所述第三侧面221相对的第四侧面222。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述尾气后处理封装100包括焊接固定在所述第一挡板21的第二侧面212的进气凸包43、焊接固定在所述第一挡板21的第二侧面212的出气凸包44、以及焊接固定在所述第二挡板22的第四侧面222的第一凸包41。所述进气凸包43设有进气腔体431,其中所述进气腔体431的一端(例如图8中的上端)与所述进气管31相连通,所述进气腔体431的另一端(例如图8中的下端)与所述第一后处理载体组件51的入口相连通。所述出气凸包44设有与所述第三后处理载体组件53的出口相连通的出气腔体441,所述出气管32与所述出气腔体441相连通。
所述第一凸包41设有第一连接腔体411。所述尾气后处理封装100包括位于所述第一挡板21与所述第二挡板22之间的第二连接腔体412。所述第一连接腔体411与所述第二后处理载体组件52相连通,所述第二连接腔体412与所述第三后处理载体组件53相连通。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述进气管31大致位于所述第二连接腔体412内,且贯穿所述第一挡板21。所述第一挡板21还包括用以定位所述第三壳体531的定位开孔213。此外,请参照图8及图16所示,所述第一挡板21还设有对应于所述混合管组件6的弧形凹陷部214,所述弧形凹陷部214自所述第一侧面211向所述第二侧面212凹陷。所述弧形凹陷部214用以对气流进行 反向,以提高气流的均匀性。
所述第二挡板22设有与所述混合管组件6相配合的开口223以及冲压成型且凸出所述第四侧面222的第二凸包42。在形成所述第二凸包42的过程中,在所述第二挡板22上还形成了开口部224。所述第二凸包42设有与所述第三后处理载体组件53的入口相连通的第三连接腔体421。
所述混合管组件6包括混合管61以及套接在所述混合管61上的扩展筒62。所述混合管61设有与所述第一连接腔体411相连通的若干旋流片611。请参照图9及图17所示,所述旋流片611悬空设置在所开口223中。所述混合管61穿过所述开口223。具体地,所述旋流片611凸出所述第二挡板22的第四侧面222以延伸入所述第一连接腔体411内,所述旋流片611凸出所述第二挡板22的第三侧面221以延伸入所述扩展筒62内。所述扩展筒62固定在所述第二挡板22的第三侧面221且密封在所述开口223的外围。所述扩展筒62设有扩展腔体621以及端壁622,所述扩展腔体621与所述开口223相连通;所述端壁622设有让所述混合管61穿过的穿孔6221,且所述混合管61固定在所述端壁622上。所述混合管61包括延伸入所述第二连接腔体412内的末端612,其中所述末端612与所述第一挡板21之间具有间隙613。如此设置,所述混合管组件6只需要一端焊接即可,避免了两端焊接时对同轴度的过高要求,提高了组装的便利性,降低了成本。换言之,当所述混合管组件6与所述第二挡板22焊接固定后,即使所述混合管61在所述第二连接腔体412内是倾斜的,也不会造成严重的影响。
请参照图11至图13所示,所述尾气后处理封装100还包括安装在所述混合管61上的安装盖63以及固定在所述安装盖63上的尿素喷嘴安装座64,其中所述安装盖63与所述末端612分别位于所述混合管61的两端。所述安装盖63设有位于中心的第一隆起部631以及位于所述第一隆起部631的外围的若干定位槽632,所述第一隆起部631设有安装孔6311。所述尿素喷嘴安装座64设有卡持在所述若干定位槽632中的若干定位脚642以及向所述第一隆起部631凸出的第二隆起部641。组装时,所述第二隆起部641插入所述安装孔6311 中且与所述安装盖63焊接固定。所述第二隆起部641设有用以安装尿素喷嘴的喷嘴孔6411。此外,在本发明图示的实施方式中,对所述尿素喷嘴安装座64的外周进行了优化设计,使其具有焊接让位部643,从而便于焊枪伸入以将所述安装盖63焊接固定到所述混合管61上。
请参照图14及图15所示,所述尾气后处理封装100包括贯穿所述第一挡板21与所述第二挡板22的筒体部23。所述筒体部23与所述第一挡板21以及所述第二挡板22焊接固定。所述第一壳体511与所述第二壳体521均收容在所述筒体部23内。所述筒体部23设有沿径向向外凸出的第一凸起部231(例如扩口或者翻边)。所述第二壳体521设有沿径向向外凸出的第二凸起部520。所述尾气后处理封装100还包括夹持在所述第一凸起部231与所述第二凸起部520之间的密封件523。在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述密封件523为套接在所述第二壳体521上的密封垫片。
所述尾气后处理封装100还包括与所述第二壳体521相固定的连接件524。请参照图4所示,在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述连接件524为位于所述第二壳体521的端面的端板525,所述端板525设有若干抵压面5251。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述抵压面5251为三个且沿周向平均分布。
所述外壳体1设有用以拆卸所述第二后处理载体组件52的开口111。所述尾气后处理封装100包括用以与所述开口111相配合的端盖组件112以及用以拆卸所述端盖组件112的卡箍115。具体地,所述外壳体1设有位于所述开口111处的第一法兰1111。所述端盖组件112包括端盖1121、形成在所述端盖1121上的第二法兰1122、以及安装在所述端盖1121上的施力部件。所述尾气后处理封装100还包括夹持在所述第一法兰1111与所述第二法兰1122之间的第一密封垫片114,以实现更好的密封。所述施力部件穿过所述端盖1121,能够推动所述连接件524进而使所述第二壳体521紧密贴靠在所述密封件523上,以实现较好的密封。
所述施力部件为螺栓组件113。请参照图3所示,在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述螺栓组件113为三组,每一组均包括一个螺栓1131以及与所述螺栓 1131相配合的内螺纹。当旋转螺栓1131时,能够调节螺栓1131凸出所述端盖1121的长度;当螺栓1131凸出所述端盖1121的长度增加时,螺栓1131能够推动所述第二后处理载体组件52的第二壳体521发生移动,以实现更好的密封。在本发明图示的实施方式中,每一组螺栓组件113包括两个螺母,所述内螺纹形成在这两个螺母的内表面。其中一个螺母焊接固定在所述端盖1121上,另一个螺母靠近该螺母。所述螺栓1131穿过这两个螺母。通过设置两个螺母,能够防止螺栓1131发生松动,从而提高了其顶抵所述第二壳体521时的可靠性。
请参照图5、图8以及图10所示,所述第三壳体531设有与所述第二挡板22进行固定的若干凸起部5311以及位于相邻两个凸起部5311之间的气流通道5312。所述气流通道5312贯穿所述第二挡板22。具体地,所述第二连接腔体412与所述气流通道5312相连通,所述气流通道5312与开口部224相连通,开口部224与第三连接腔体421相连通,第三连接腔体421与所述第三后处理载体组件53的入口相连通。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述若干凸起部5311焊接固定到所述第三侧面221。如此设置,避免了因第三壳体531穿过两个挡板而需要的同轴度要求,通过凸起部5311与第二挡板22进行焊接,降低了焊接要求,便于组装。另外,通过巧妙的设计气流通道5312,避免了增加零件数量,节省了成本。
所述支架组件7包括平行布置的第一支架71与第二支架72、连接所述第一支架71与所述第二支架72的第一连接部73与第二连接部74、以及连接在所述第一支架71与所述第二支架72上的两组绳索组件75。所述绳索组件75捆扎在所述外壳体1上。
使用时,首先,发动机的尾气自进气管31流入到尾气后处理封装100中;然后,尾气进入进气腔体431并流向第一后处理载体组件51的入口;然后,尾气穿过第一后处理载体组件51以及第二后处理载体组件52,进入到第一连接腔体411中;然后,尾气自旋流片611旋转进入到混合管61中;当满足喷射条件时,尿素喷嘴向所述混合管61中喷射雾化的尿素液滴,尿素液滴在尾气热量的作用下发生热解、水解产生氨气,并与尾气发生化学反应,以降低有害物质 的浓度;气流自混合管61的末端612进入到第二连接腔体412中;然后,气流穿过气流通道5312进入到第三连接腔体421,并穿过两组第三后处理载体组件53;然后,气流进入到出气腔体441中,并最终从出气管32离开。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种尾气后处理封装,其包括外壳体、位于所述外壳体内且间隔布置的第一挡板与第二挡板、位于所述外壳体内的第二后处理载体组件、位于所述第二后处理载体组件的下游的第三后处理载体组件以及连通在所述第二后处理载体组件与所述第三后处理载体组件之间的混合管组件;所述第一挡板设有面向所述第二挡板的第一侧面以及与所述第一侧面相对的第二侧面,所述第二挡板设有面向所述第一挡板的第三侧面以及与所述第三侧面相对的第四侧面;所述第三后处理载体组件包括第三壳体以及封装在所述第三壳体内的第三催化剂载体,其特征在于:所述尾气后处理封装包括位于所述第二挡板的第四侧面的第一连接腔体以及位于所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板之间的第二连接腔体,所述第三壳体设有与所述第二挡板进行固定的若干凸起部以及位于相邻两个凸起部之间的气流通道,所述气流通道贯穿所述第二挡板,所述第一连接腔体与所述第二后处理载体组件相连通,所述第二连接腔体通过所述气流通道与所述第三后处理载体组件相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述第一挡板设有定位所述第三壳体的定位开孔,所述第二挡板设有开口部,所述若干凸起部焊接固定到所述第三侧面,所述气流通道与所述开口部相连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述第一挡板设有冲压成型且凸出所述第四侧面的第二凸包,所述第二凸包形成了所述开口部,所述第二凸包设有与所述第三后处理载体组件的入口相连通的第三连接腔体。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述混合管组件包括延伸入所述第二连接腔体内的末端,其中所述混合管组件与所述第二挡板相固定,所述末端与所述第一挡板之间具有间隙。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述混合管组件包括混合管以及套接在所述混合管上的扩展筒,所述混合管设有与所述第一连接 腔体相连通的若干旋流片,所述第二挡板设有开口,所述旋流片悬空设置在所开口中,所述混合管穿过所述开口;其中所述旋流片凸出所述第二挡板的第四侧面以延伸入所述第一连接腔体内,所述旋流片凸出所述第二挡板的第三侧面以延伸入所述扩展筒内;所述扩展筒固定在所述第二挡板的第三侧面且密封在所述开口的外围。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述扩展筒设有扩展腔体以及端壁,所述扩展腔体与所述开口相连通;所述端壁设有让所述混合管穿过的穿孔,且所述混合管固定在所述端壁上,所述末端位于所述混合管上。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述第一挡板设有对应于所述末端的弧形凹陷部,所述弧形凹陷部自所述第一侧面向所述第二侧面凹陷。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述尾气后处理封装包括安装在所述混合管上的安装盖以及固定在所述安装盖上的尿素喷嘴安装座,其中所述安装盖与所述末端分别位于所述混合管的两端;所述安装盖设有第一隆起部以及位于所述第一隆起部的外围的若干定位槽,所述第一隆起部设有安装孔;所述尿素喷嘴安装座设有卡持在所述若干定位槽中的若干定位脚以及向所述第一隆起部凸出的第二隆起部,所述第二隆起部插入所述安装孔中且与所述安装盖焊接固定,所述第二隆起部设有用以安装尿素喷嘴的喷嘴孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述尾气后处理封装包括固定在所述第二挡板的第四侧面的第一凸包,所述第一连接腔体形成在所述第一凸包内。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的尾气后处理封装,其特征在于:所述第二后处理载体组件包括第二壳体以及封装在所述第二壳体内的柴油颗粒捕集器;所述尾气后处理封装包括套接在所述第二壳体的外围的筒体部,所述第二后处理载体组件可拆卸地安装在所述筒体部内。
