步骤S200、当感应到垃圾投入至智能垃圾箱内,执行以下操作:
步骤S410、通过拍摄装置40拍摄投入至智能垃圾箱内的垃圾的图像;
步骤S420、利用图像识别技术处理图像,识别出垃圾的种类;
步骤S300、通过称重器33对垃圾称重,得到垃圾的重量;
步骤S500、根据垃圾的种类和垃圾的重量计算出积分数;
步骤S600、将积分数纳入有效信息所对应的账号。
在该实施例中,在步骤S100中,有效信息为账号名称和账号密码。用户需先在该智能垃圾箱的控制后台进行用户注册,得到有效的账号名称和账号密码,账号名称和账号密码是用户的标识。在一个智 能垃圾箱输入有效信息,实现登录,即能打开该智能垃圾箱的箱盖21。需要说明的是,所有智能垃圾箱通过联网芯片82实现与控制后台通讯连接。
具体地,在该实施例中,可以通过以下方式输入有效信息:通过智能垃圾箱的射频卡感应器感应射频卡来输入有效信息,每个射频卡只能录入一个账号名称和与该账号名称对应的账号密码;或者通过智能垃圾箱的扫码设备感应二维码来输入有效信息,每个二维码只对应一个账号名称和与该账号名称对应的账号密码。当然也可以通过其他方式输入有效信息,例如通过智能垃圾箱的键盘输入或者通过人脸识别输入等。
在步骤S200中,用户将一件垃圾从智能垃圾箱的垃圾投入口20投入。需要说明的是,垃圾投入口20的大小应适合,以使只能投入一件垃圾,以便于通过图像识别技术进行分类识别。通过在投入口设置的第一传感模块感应垃圾投入至智能垃圾箱的箱体10内,第一传感模块采用多个红外传感器,多个红外传感器发射的光形成红外光幕。当垃圾投进穿过红外光幕,即实现感应,向智能控制箱的控制器81反馈。需要说明的是,当第一传感模块感应到投进一件垃圾后,控制器81会使舵机22运动,以驱动箱盖21关闭垃圾投入口20直到该件垃圾处理完。当一件垃圾处理完成,才能再次打开箱盖21投进另一件垃圾。
对于步骤S410,在箱体10内设置有拍摄装置40,通过拍摄装置 40拍摄投入至智能垃圾箱内的垃圾的图像。需要说明的是,箱体10的底部被分隔出多个容纳腔70。箱体10内还设有垃圾归类器60,垃圾归类器60位于容纳腔70的上方且位于垃圾投入口20的下方。垃圾归类器60包括承托板62和推臂61,承托板62设有多个通孔63,每个通孔63与一个容纳腔70连通。垃圾从垃圾投入口20掉落至承托板62上,拍摄装置40的镜头方向朝向承托板62。另外,由于箱体10内光线较暗,拍摄装置40还可以设有亮度传感器和补光灯,以提高垃圾的图像的质量,有利于后续的图像处理。
对于步骤S420,通过联网芯片82将垃圾的图像发送至控制后台,控制后台利用图像识别技术处理图像,识别出垃圾的种类;由于拍摄的图像中只有一件垃圾,能大大提高分类的准确性。图像识别技术为现有技术,可以采用例如随机森林、AdBoost、SVM等算法,在此不再详述。控制后台将通过图像识别技术得到的垃圾的种类回传至智能垃圾箱的控制器81。
对于步骤S300,通过称重器33对垃圾称重,得到垃圾的重量。在该实施例中,称重器33设置在承托板62内。称重器33采用电阻应变式重量传感器。需要说明的是,垃圾掉落至承托板62,由于冲击力会使电阻应变式重量传感器的初始数值不稳定,应当待冲击力的影响消失,电阻应变式重量传感器的数值稳定后,取稳定的数值作为最终的垃圾的重量。另外,步骤S300和S410可以同时进行。
对于步骤S500,根据垃圾的种类和垃圾的重量计算出积分数。 在该实施例中,垃圾的种类根据规定分为可回收物、湿垃圾、有害垃圾和干垃圾。积分数的计算公式如下:垃圾的种类对应的单位重量的积分数*垃圾的重量。例如,投入的垃圾为可回收物,可回收物对应的单位重量的积分数为3,单位重量取g,投入的垃圾的重量为10,则积分数=3*10=30。
对于步骤S600,将积分数纳入有效信息所对应的账号,即将投入的垃圾对应的积分数和账号的原积分数相加得到新积分数。
参照图2,进一步,智能垃圾箱的控制方法,还包括以下步骤:步骤S700、通过垃圾归类器60根据垃圾的种类将垃圾放置到智能垃圾箱的相应的容纳腔70中。对于步骤S700,控制器81接收到控制后台反馈的垃圾的种类,控制垃圾归类器60的推臂61根据垃圾的种类将垃圾推向相应的通孔63,通孔63处设有闸门64,此时闸门64开启,垃圾通过通孔63掉落至容纳腔70中。推臂61具体为折叠伸缩臂,推臂61位于承托板62的上表面,推臂61的一端与承托板62铰接。当接收到控制信号,推臂61转动,末端朝向对应的通孔63的方向,然后伸出,将垃圾推向对应的通孔63。当垃圾掉落至容纳腔70,承托板62上没有垃圾后,箱盖21才可再次被打开。
当然在某些实施例中,可以在输入有效信息进行账号登录后,可以通过触发箱盖21开关打开智能垃圾箱的箱盖21,而无需再次输入有效信息才能打开箱盖21。参照图2,对于步骤S100包括步骤S110、输入有效信息登录账户和步骤S120、触发箱盖21开关打开智能垃圾 箱的箱盖21。当执行完步骤S700,垃圾被放置到容纳腔70后,可返回步骤S120,触发箱盖21开关即可打开箱盖21。
进一步,智能垃圾箱的控制方法,还包括以下步骤:感应到一个容纳腔70满载,发出满载处理通知。在每个容纳腔70的顶端均安装有一个第二感应模块32,第二感应模块32具体为红外传感器。当容纳腔70内的垃圾持续将第二感应模块32遮挡,则判断为容纳腔70满载,向控制后台发送满载处理通知。满载处理通知包括智能垃圾箱的编号以及智能垃圾箱的满载的容纳腔70的编号,使处理人员得到具体的满载的容纳腔70的信息,便于处理。
通过该智能垃圾箱,实现了垃圾的自动分类,无需用户手动分类垃圾;同时通过积分奖励鼓励人们向该智能垃圾箱投递垃圾,提高了垃圾投递率,提高了用户的环保意识和垃圾分类意识。
本发明的某些实施例,提供了设有控制器81和联网芯片82的智能垃圾箱,包括:
箱体10,箱体10设有用于打开关闭垃圾投入口20的箱盖21,箱盖21由舵机22驱动;
登录模块50,登录模块50设置在箱体10的外表面,登录模块50用于输入有效信息;
第一感应模块31,第一感应模块31用于感应垃圾投入至箱体10内;具体地,第一感应模块31为红外传感器
拍摄装置40,拍摄装置40用于拍摄投入至箱体10内的垃圾的 图像;
分类模块,分类模块利用图像识别技术处理图像,识别出垃圾的种类,在该实施例中,分类模块设置在控制后台中,通过算法实现;
称重器33,称重器33设置在箱体10内,称重器33用于对垃圾称重并得到垃圾的重量;具体地,称重器33为电阻应变式重量传感器;
积分计算模块,积分计算模块用于根据垃圾的种类和垃圾的重量计算出积分数,积分计算模块还用于将积分数纳入有效信息所对应的账号,在该实施例中,积分计算模块设置在控制器81中,通过算法实现。
进一步,智能垃圾箱,还包括:
多个容纳腔70,每个容纳腔70用于容纳一个种类的垃圾;
垃圾归类器60,垃圾归类器60包括承托板62和推臂61,承托板62设有多个通孔63,称重器33设置在承托板62中,每个通孔63与一个容纳腔70连通,推臂61根据垃圾的种类将垃圾推向相应的通孔63;通孔63设有闸门64,闸门64能打开关闭通孔63。
进一步,智能垃圾箱,还包括:多个第二感应模块32,一个第二感应模块32安装于一个容纳腔70的顶端,第二感应模块32用于感应容纳腔70是否满载;具体地,第二感应模块3232为红外传感器。
进一步,登录模块50是射频卡感应器或扫码设备,有效信息包括账号名称和账号密码。
另外,用户可以通过移动终端上的app软件或网站输入有效信息连接控制后台,获取控制后台发送的积分数据。
需要说明的是,联网芯片82用于使控制器81和控制后台通讯连接实现数据的传输交互。具体地,控制器81采用STM32F103RCT6芯片。控制器81用于按照上述的控制方法控制该智能垃圾箱的各个部件配合以执行各步骤,具体步骤如控制方法实施例中,也具有相同的有益效果,在此不再详述。
本发明的某些实施例,提供了存储介质,存储有可执行指令,可执行指令能被计算机执行,使计算机执行如上所述的控制方法来控制智能垃圾箱运行。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 智能垃圾箱的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收有效信息,打开所述智能垃圾箱的箱盖;
    当感应到垃圾投入至所述智能垃圾箱内,执行以下操作:
    拍摄投入至所述智能垃圾箱内的垃圾的图像;
    利用图像识别技术处理所述图像,识别出垃圾的种类;
    对垃圾称重,得到垃圾的重量;
    根据所述垃圾的种类和所述垃圾的重量计算出积分数;
    将所述积分数纳入所述有效信息所对应的账号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括以下步骤:根据所述垃圾的种类将垃圾放置到所述智能垃圾箱的相应的容纳腔中;其中所述容纳腔具有多个,每个所述容纳腔用于容纳一个种类的垃圾。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能垃圾箱的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:感应到一个所述容纳腔满载,发出满载处理通知。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱的控制方法,其特征在于,通过所述智能垃圾箱的射频卡感应器感应射频卡来输入所述有效信息;其中,所述有效信息包括账号名称和账号密码,每个所述射频卡只能录入一个所述账号名称和与该所述账号名称对应的所述账号密码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱的控制方法,其特征在于,通 过所述智能垃圾箱的扫码设备感应二维码来输入所述有效信息;
    其中,所述有效信息包括账号名称和账号密码,每个所述二维码只对应一个所述账号名称和与该所述账号名称对应的所述账号密码。
  6. 智能垃圾箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体设有用于打开关闭垃圾投入口的箱盖;
    登录模块,所述登录模块设置在所述箱体的外表面,所述登录模块用于输入有效信息;
    第一感应模块,所述第一感应模块设置在垃圾投入口,所述第一感应模块用于感应垃圾投入至所述箱体内;
    拍摄装置,所述拍摄装置用于拍摄投入至所述箱体内的垃圾的图像;
    分类模块,所述分类模块利用图像识别技术处理所述图像,识别出垃圾的种类;
    称重器,所述称重器设置在所述箱体内,所述称重器用于对垃圾称重并得到垃圾的重量;
    积分计算模块,所述积分计算模块用于根据所述垃圾的种类和所述垃圾的重量计算出积分数,所述积分计算模块还用于将所述积分数纳入所述有效信息所对应的账号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能垃圾箱,其特征在于,还包括:
    多个容纳腔,每个所述容纳腔用于容纳一个种类的垃圾;
    垃圾归类器,所述垃圾归类器包括承托板和推臂,所述承托板设有多个通孔,每个所述通孔与一个所述容纳腔连通,所述推臂根据所述垃圾的种类将垃圾推向相应的所述通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能垃圾箱,其特征在于,还包括:
    多个第二感应模块,一个所述第二感应模块安装于一个所述容纳腔的顶端,所述第二感应模块用于感应所述容纳腔是否满载。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的智能垃圾箱,其特征在于,所述登录模块是射频卡感应器或扫码设备,所述有效信息包括账号名称和账号密码。
  10. 存储介质,其特征在于,存储有可执行指令,可执行指令能被计算机执行,使计算机执行如权利要求1至5任一项所述的控制方法来控制智能垃圾箱运行。
