Description

一种新型电缆固定线夹装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆固定技术领域,具体涉及到了一种新型电缆固定线夹装置。
背景技术
电缆固定线夹装置是一种电缆敷设、安装后用来固定电缆,使电缆占有正确的位置,防止因外力或自重导致电缆产生移动的装置。通过电缆固定线夹装置的固定,确保敷设后的电缆排列整齐,不出现交叉排列现象,而且能够防止涡流损耗产生。是一种新型、美观实用的电缆固定佳品。电缆固定线夹装置已经广泛应用于楼宇分支电缆、阻燃电缆、耐火电缆、隧道电缆、矿用电缆、风能电缆、输配电高压电缆及布线等的固定。部分情况下,可以完全替代电缆桥架使用。现有的线夹固定结构设计不合理,在线缆固定后,工作人员在检修会拉扯线缆,线缆会受到外力拉扯,会使得产生部分线缆上下窜动,线槽以及垫线套会随着线缆的拉扯方向移动,长时间极易使得线槽以及垫线套脱落变形,影响整体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是一种通过将垫线套组件间呈镜像平行设置,能够将垫线套单元变成分体式结构并连接成一个整体,在顺着拉扯方向移动时,使得垫线套单元移动范围较小,或通过将垫线套组件上下交错设置,能够将垫线套上下错开,增加线槽的硬性,在卡夹线缆时增加线槽强度,在外力拉扯线缆时,线槽不会顺着拉扯方向移动,不会导致线槽以及垫线套脱落变形,能够有效延长整体的使用寿命的新型电缆固定线夹装置。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型电缆固定线夹装置,包括线夹装置本体,所述线夹装置本体包括卡接件和线夹组件,所述卡接件固定设置于线夹组件内,所述卡接件上设有线槽,所述线槽设置为U型结构或W型结构,所述线槽固定套装于卡接件内围,所述线槽内排布有垫线套单元,所述垫 线套单元由至少两组垫线套组件组成,所述垫线套组件间呈镜像平行设置或上下交错设置,垫线套设置为弯弧式结构,所述垫线套为弹性伸缩变径式结构。
作为优选地,所述垫线套组件间设有平行设置的间隔块,所述间隔块固定设于垫线套组件侧端。
作为优选地,所述线夹组件一端开设有让位卡槽。
作为优选地,所述所述线夹组件一端设有至少两个限位卡杆。
作为优选地,所述线槽设有至少一个。
作为优选地,所述垫线套直径范围为15-40mm。
作为优选地,所述垫线套由聚氨酯弹性体或橡胶或弹性改性塑料注塑为一体成型结构。
作为优选地,所述卡接件由橡胶或者塑胶注塑为一体成型结构。
采用上述结构,其有益效果在于:
本实用新型所述线槽内排布有垫线套单元,所述垫线套单元由至少两组垫线套组件组成,垫线套组件间呈镜像平行设置或上下交错设置,通过将垫线套组件间呈镜像平行设置,能够将垫线套单元变成分体式结构并连接成一个整体,在顺着拉扯方向移动时,使得垫线套单元移动范围较小,不会导致线槽以及垫线套脱落变形;通过将垫线套组件上下交错设置,能够将垫线套上下错开,增加线槽的硬性,在卡夹线缆时增加线槽强度,在外力拉扯线缆时,线槽不会顺着拉扯方向移动,不会导致线槽以及垫线套脱落变形,能够有效延长整体的使用寿命;所述垫线套设置为弯弧式结构,通过多次有效的试验及设计,上述结构的设计能够进一步提升垫线套整体的线槽强度。
本实用新型垫线套为弹性伸缩变径式结构,垫线套由聚氨酯弹性体或橡胶或弹性改性塑料注塑为一体成型结构,使得垫线套弹性伸缩性极佳,通过电缆挤压垫线套变形即可实现夹持和固定多种规格、多条电缆,能够进一步保证线槽以及垫线套不会脱落变形。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的解释说明。
实施例一:一种新型电缆固定线夹装置,包括线夹装置本体1,所述线夹装置本体1包括卡接件2和线夹组件3,所述卡接件2固定设置于线夹组件3内,所述卡接件2上设有线槽4,所述线槽4设置为U型结构,所述线槽4固定套装于卡接件2内围,所述线槽4内排布有垫线套单元5,所述垫线套单元5由至少两组垫线套组件6组成,所述垫线套组件6间呈镜像平行设置,所述垫线套组件6间设有平行设置的间隔块9,所述间隔块9固定设于垫线套组件6侧端,垫线套设置为弯弧式结构,所述垫线套为弹性伸缩变径式结构,所述线夹组件3一端开设有让位卡槽7,所述所述线夹组件3一端设有至少两个限位卡杆8,所述线槽4设有至少一个,所述垫线套直径范围为15-40mm,所述垫线套由聚氨酯弹性体或橡胶或弹性改性塑料注塑为一体成型结构,所述卡接件2由橡胶或者塑胶注塑为一体成型结构。
实施例二:所述线槽4设置为W型结构,其余技术方案与实施例一相同。
实施例三:所述垫线套组件6间呈上下交错设置,其余技术方案与实施 例一相同。
将不同直径的电缆安装于线槽4内,并通过垫线套单元5固定,将螺栓穿过电缆固定线夹装置上开设的让位卡槽7并拧紧固定,再将螺母固定于螺栓与让位卡槽7的接口处,通过将垫线套组件6间呈镜像平行设置,能够将垫线套单元5变成分体式结构并连接成一个整体,在顺着拉扯方向移动时,使得垫线套单元移动范围较小,不会导致线槽以及垫线套脱落变形,或者通过将垫线套组件上下交错设置,能够将垫线套上下错开,增加线槽的硬性,在卡夹线缆时增加线槽强度,在外力拉扯线缆时,线槽不会顺着拉扯方向移动,使线槽以及垫线套不会脱落变形。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型电缆固定线夹装置,其特征在于:所述垫线套组件(6)间设有平行设置的间隔块(9),所述间隔块(9)固定设于垫线套组件(6)侧端。
