Container locking device comprises a floor frame, two sets of conductance mechanisms arranged at both sides of the base frame and a driving shaft; wherein, the central connection form of the driving shaft, the starting ends of the two sets of conductance mechanisms and the clamps for fixing a device body are arranged as fixed at the back ends of a set of two conductance mechanisms; the main frame has a rectangular frame structure formed by a square steel weld and the driving shaft is placed in the center of the rectangular frame structure. In the container locking device, the driving shaft is used for sliding four sets of crank connecting rod mechanisms and a clamp head is placed on the rear end of each set of crank connecting rod mechanisms and a container placement block and a sub-placement block are placed in, thus containers are locked fast and tight.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The object of the invention is providing a safe locking of the container door through a simple mechanism.
The invention relates to a door lock comprising a threaded claw shaft having a first locking arm; a main body having a second locking arm corresponding to the first locking arm, an adjusting plug provided on a distal end of threaded claw shaft and placed on the threaded claw shaft in a rotating way as adjacent to the main body in a manner to adjust the axial distance of the first locking arm and the second locking arm in order to realize the said objectives. The door lock comprises a radially extending lock cylinder locking the adjusting plug of the main body and threaded claw shaft and a housing formed on the main body in a manner to at least partially surround the lock cylinder. The housing makes it impossible to access the door lock blocking the movement of the claws from outside and prevents the lock to be cut by a simple apparatus, for example a cutter, for opening the same without a key.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a movement transmitting fish joint positioned within a second aperture formed on the adjusting plug of the lock cylinder. Therefore the movement transmitting fish joint and the second aperture fully interlock during locking and provide a more durable structure.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a main body bearing between the main body and the adjusting plug. The adjusting plug is fixed to the main body bearing and likewise the main body bearing is fixed to the main body. Therefore a more durable structure is achieved after installation.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a first aperture drilled on the main body bearing corresponding to the second aperture on the adjusting plug. As the second aperture and the first aperture face opposite to each other, the movement transmitting fish joint passes through two apertures and a more durable locking system is obtained.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a pin formed on the main body bearing.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a locking thread enabling fixing between the main body and the main body bearing.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a key which enables locking the lock cylinder. The movement transmitting fish joint is provided to proceed through the first and the second aperture thanks to the key passing through an aperture drilled on the lock cylinder. In an alternative embodiment, a manually rotatable protrusion may be formed instead of a key.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a communication module providing opening-closing the lock cylinder and a mobile terminal to which the communication module
is connected. Thus locking and unlocking of a lock cylinder can be remotely controlled by utilizing an electronic device such as a phone or a tablet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter of the invention has been illustrated by way of non-exhaustive examples that only serve to better explain the subject.
A schematic illustration of an inventive door lock is shown in Figure 1. The door lock includes a threaded claw shaft (10). The threaded claw shaft (10) is formed by steel alloy in a cylindrical shape. A first locking arm (12) formed in L shape is present on the lateral side of a body (16) of the threaded claw shaft (10). The door lock comprises a main body (20) including a second locking arm (24) corresponding to the first locking arm (12). The interior side of the main body (20) has a hollow design, therefore the threaded claw shaft (10) is provided to fully pass through the main body (20). A rear part (28) of the main body (20) is provided to be fixed as it perfectly contacts the body (16) of the threaded claw shaft (10) through the complete interlocking of the threaded claw shaft (10) and the main body (20). The second locking arm (24) formed in L shape is present on the lateral side of the body (20). The door lock includes an adjusting plug (50) placed on a distal end (14) of the threaded claw shaft (10) in a manner to adjust the axial distance between the second locking arm (24) and the first locking arm (12). Following the provision of the necessary distance between the first and the second locking arms (12, 24), the main body (20) is locked using a lock cylinder (30) arranged in a manner to pass through the center of the main body. The main body (20) includes a housing (22) formed in a cylindrical shape outward in a manner to surround the lock cylinder (30). The housing (22) is designed in a hollow shape through which the lock cylinder (30) can pass. The lock cylinder (30) includes a movement transmitting fish joint (32) and a barrel fixing screw (34). The door lock comprises a main body bearing (40) in a manner to completely couple to a front part (26) of the main body (20). A first aperture (44) which is drilled to allow complete passing of movement transmitting fish joint (32) on the main body bearing (40). A second aperture corresponding to the first aperture (44) is located on the main body bearing (40) on the adjusting plug (50). The adjusting plug (50) is provided to be locked in a manner to completely pass on the first and second apertures (44, 52) of the movement transmitting fish joint (32) of the lock cylinder
(30). The barrel fixing screw (34) of the lock cylinder (30) passes through a driving gear (60) and stops the operation of the driving gear (60) at the moment of locking. A steel pin (42) formed in an outward cylindrical shape is located on the main body bearing (40). Fixation between the main body (20) and the main body bearing (40) is provided by a locking thread (70). The locking thread (70) has a cylindrical and hollow shape. A retaining spring (80) is placed in the aperture provided in the interior side of the locking thread (70) in order to have a more resistant structure. The main body bearing (40) is designed in a cylindrical hollow shape and an adjusting plug (50) is placed in its interior part. The adjusting plug (50) adjusts the axial distance between the first and the second locking arms (12, 24) by rotating on the distal end (14) of the threaded claw shaft (10). The lock cylinder is fixed by advancing the movement transmitting fish joint (32) through the first and the second apertures (44, 52) using a key (90) positioned in an aperture (36) drilled on the top part of the lock cylinder (30) upon adjusting the necessary distance and the barrel fixing screw (34) advances through the interior part of the driving gear (60) and provides locking by stopping the operation.
