本实用新型涉及一种玻璃放置架。
背景技术:
现有的玻璃放置架多为拼接式结构,玻璃放置架在闲置时,各部件都是单独存放,在部件丢失时,容易造成玻璃放置架功能缺失,使得整个玻璃放置架报废,使用效果不好。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种玻璃放置架。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种玻璃放置架,包括侧板、固定板和缓冲橡胶,所述侧板的横截面为具有水平边和竖直边的直角形结构,在侧板的竖直边的内侧面上设有第一滑槽,在水平边的上端面上设有第二滑槽,在固定板的底端设有与所述第二滑槽相适配的滑台,若干个固定板相隔一定间隙布置,且每个固定板的滑台滑动置于第二滑槽内,在每个固定板的内侧面上固定一个滑块,所述滑块滑动连接在第一滑槽内,在固定板上螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉,锁紧螺钉穿过所述滑块并螺纹连接在侧板上,在侧板竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板的内侧面上均插接有缓冲橡胶,侧板上的缓冲橡胶与固定板上的缓冲橡胶之间形成有玻璃固定间隙。
进一步地,所述第一滑槽为T形槽结构,滑块为T形滑块结构。
进一步地,所述第一滑槽内均布有若干个螺栓孔,在滑块设有贯穿于固定板的通孔。
进一步地,所述侧板竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板的内侧面上均设有用于插接缓冲橡胶的插接槽。
进一步地,所述侧板的水平边上设有若干个竖直布置的固定螺栓。

本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,在放置玻璃时,将玻璃置于玻璃固定间隙内即可。 在闲置时,固定板始终滑动置于侧板内,不会造成零部件丢失,避免产品由于部件丢失而导致的功能缺失,导致产品报废。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3,本实用新型一种玻璃放置架,包括侧板1、固定板2和缓冲橡胶3,侧板1的横截面为具有水平边和竖直边的直角形结构,在侧板1的竖直边的内侧面上设有第一滑槽11,在水平边的上端面上设有第二滑槽12,在固定板2的底端设有与第二滑槽12相适配的滑台22,若干个固定板2相隔一定间隙布置,且每个固定板2的滑台22滑动置于第二滑槽12内,在每个固定板2的内侧面上固定一个滑块21,滑块21滑动连接在第一滑槽11内。
为便于将固定板2与侧板1固定连接,在固定板2上螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉4,锁紧螺钉4穿过滑块21并螺纹连接在侧板1上。
在侧板1竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板2的内侧面上均插接有缓冲橡胶3,侧板1上的缓冲橡胶3与固定板2上的缓冲橡胶3之间形成有玻璃固定间隙10。
第一滑槽11为T形槽结构,与之相对应地,滑块21为T形滑块结构。T形槽和T形滑块相配合,保证定位,避免固定板2滑离侧板1。
在第一滑槽11内均布有若干个螺栓孔,一个螺栓孔对应固定一个固定板2。在滑块21设有贯穿于固定板2的通孔。
在侧板1和固定板2固定时,将固定板2上的通孔对准第一滑槽11内的螺栓孔,然后穿接螺栓即可。
为便于插接安装缓冲橡胶3,在侧板1竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板2的内侧面上均设有用于插接缓冲橡胶3的插接槽。
为方便本实用新型玻璃放置架安装在其他载体上,在侧板1的水平边上设有若干个竖直布置的固定螺栓8。
本实用新型结构简单,在放置玻璃时,将玻璃置于玻璃固定间隙10内即可。在闲置时,固定板2始终滑动置于侧板1内,不会造成零部件丢失,避免产品由于部件丢失而导致的功能缺失,导致产品报废。

  1. 一种玻璃放置架,其特征在于:包括侧板(1)、固定板(2)和缓冲橡胶(3),所述侧板(1)的横截面为具有水平边和竖直边的直角形结构,在侧板(1)的竖直边的内侧面上设有第一滑槽(11),在水平边的上端面上设有第二滑槽(12),在固定板(2)的底端设有与所述第二滑槽(12)相适配的滑台(22),若干个固定板(2)相隔一定间隙布置,且每个固定板(2)的滑台(22)滑动置于第二滑槽(12)内,在每个固定板(2)的内侧面上固定一个滑块(21),所述滑块(21)滑动连接在第一滑槽(11)内,在固定板(2)上螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉(4),锁紧螺钉(4)穿过所述滑块(21)并螺纹连接在侧板(1)上,在侧板(1)竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板(2)的内侧面上均插接有缓冲橡胶(3),侧板(1)上的缓冲橡胶(3)与固定板(2)上的缓冲橡胶(3)之间形成有玻璃固定间隙(10)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃放置架,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽(11)为T形槽结构,滑块(21)为T形滑块结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的玻璃放置架,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽(11)内均布有若干个螺栓孔,在滑块(21)设有贯穿于固定板(2)的通孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃放置架,其特征在于:所述侧板(1)竖直边的内侧面上以及固定板(2)的内侧面上均设有用于插接缓冲橡胶(3)的插接槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃放置架,其特征在于:所述侧板(1)的水平边上设有若干个竖直布置的固定螺栓(8)。
