Description

UV杀菌面板灯 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具领域,更具体的涉及一种UV杀菌面板灯。
背景技术
LED平板灯是一款室内照明灯具,其外框由铝经过阳极氧化而成,经过高透光率的导光板后经LED发光,形成一种均匀的平面发光效果。其照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适而不失明亮,可有效缓解眼疲劳。LED平板灯还能防辐射,不会刺激孕妇、老人、儿童的皮肤。LED平板灯材料环保,功耗小,发光效率高,照明亮度和均匀度很高,得到广泛应用。
目前市场上的LED平板灯主要作为照明产品进行应用,虽然可以实现开/关、照明亮度和颜色可调节、有些高级功能可以对灯具的发光模式以及颜色变换频率进行调节,但还是仅限于照明功能的应用和开发,并不具有杀菌功能,略显功能单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种UV杀菌面板灯,将UV灯管与面板灯结合在一起,既能满足照明功能,又能起到杀菌效果,而且结构简单、精巧。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:包括灯框、左面板灯组件、右面板灯组件和UV灯管组件;
所述灯框具有左安装框、右安装框和位于左安装框和右安装框之间并且开口向下的安装槽;
所述左面板灯组件和右面板灯组件分别设置于左安装框和右安装框内,所述UV灯管组件安装于安装槽内。
优选的,所述灯框包括横向铝型材、竖向铝型材和遮挡罩;
所述横向铝型材具有两条并且相互平行设置;
所述竖向铝型材具有四条并且设置于两条横向型材之间,并且由此形成左安装框和右安装框;
所述遮挡罩设置于中间的两条竖向铝型材上,并且由此形成安装槽。
优选的,所述横向铝型材和竖向铝型材均具有中空管和成型于中空管侧壁上的支撑板。
优选的,所述支撑板的上表面具有支撑肋条。
优选的,所述中空管的顶壁朝向中空管内部凹陷形成装配槽。
本发明的优点为:
1、通过UV灯管组件能进行杀菌功能,通过面板灯组件能起到照明功能;
2、左面板灯组件、右面板灯组件和UV灯管组件在灯框上的布置合理,相互之间不存在干涉,保证了有效的发光和杀菌功能;
3、结构简单,安装方便。

具体实施方式
结合图1至图4对本发明UV杀菌面板灯作进一步的说明。
一种UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:包括灯框、左面板灯组件2、 右面板灯组件3和UV灯管组件4。左面板灯组件2和右面板灯组件均包括LED灯带、扩散板、导光板、LED驱动器等;UV灯管组件包括灯罩42、UV管灯41和驱动器。所述灯框具有左安装框11、右安装框12和位于左安装框11和右安装框12之间并且开口向下的安装槽13。所述左面板灯组件2和右面板灯组件3分别设置于左安装框11和右安装框12内,所述UV灯管组件4安装于安装槽13内。
上述结构下,UV灯管41结合面板灯,既能实现照明效果,又能实现杀菌消毒的功能。左面板灯组件2、右面板灯组件3和UV灯管组件4三者之间能够各自照明或是杀菌,互不干涉;安装槽13的设置,能够为UV灯管41提供安装空间,使得UV灯管41与面板灯位于同一平面上,避免相互之间出光的干涉。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述灯框包括横向铝型材14、竖向铝型材16和遮挡罩15。所述横向铝型材14具有两条并且相互平行设置。所述竖向铝型材16具有四条并且设置于两条横向型材之间,并且由此形成左安装框11和右安装框12。所述遮挡罩15设置于中间的两条竖向铝型材上,并且由此形成安装槽13。上述结构中,横向铝型材14和竖向铝型材16之间通过焊接装配,遮挡罩15通过螺栓固定在铝型材上。该装配结构下便于工作人员的安装操作;另一方面,铝型材能够起到有效的吸热、散热的效果。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述横向铝型材14和竖向铝型材16均具有中空管161和成型于中空管161侧壁上的支撑板162。该支撑板162对应位于左安装框11或右安装框12的下开口上,对导光板112起到支撑的作用;同时LED灯带111固定在中空管161对应支撑板162的侧壁上,以及中空管161的中空结构,能够提高对LED灯带111的散热效果,使得中空管161对LED灯带111吸热后,热量在中空管161内的流通、散热。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述支撑板162的上表面具有支撑肋条1621。该支撑条能够减少导光板与支撑板162之间的接触面积,使得导光板与支撑板162之间产生空隙,便于热气的流通,以及达到更佳的缓冲减震效果;另一方面,该支撑肋条1621能够进一步提升支撑板162的结构强度。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述中空管161的顶壁朝向中空管161内部凹陷形成装配槽1611。该装配槽1611能够便于背板5通过螺栓与灯框固定时,螺栓能够旋入到该装配槽1611内,提升背板在灯框上固定的强度;另一方面,该装配槽的形成,也能够进一步提升中空管161整体的结构强度。

  1. 一种UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:包括灯框、左面板灯组件、右面板灯组件和UV灯管组件;
    所述灯框具有左安装框、右安装框和位于左安装框和右安装框之间并且开口向下的安装槽;
    所述左面板灯组件和右面板灯组件分别设置于左安装框和右安装框内,所述UV灯管组件安装于安装槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:所述灯框包括横向铝型材、竖向铝型材和遮挡罩;
    所述横向铝型材具有两条并且相互平行设置;
    所述竖向铝型材具有四条并且设置于两条横向型材之间,并且由此形成左安装框和右安装框;
    所述遮挡罩设置于中间的两条竖向铝型材上,并且由此形成安装槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:所述横向铝型材和竖向铝型材均具有中空管和成型于中空管侧壁上的支撑板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:所述支撑板的上表面具有支撑肋条。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的UV杀菌面板灯,其特征是:所述中空管的顶壁朝向中空管内部凹陷形成装配槽。
