多按摩头的筋膜枪 技术领域
本发明属于按摩器领域,涉及筋膜枪,尤其涉及多按摩头的筋膜枪。
背景技术
筋膜枪是一种按摩器材,如手枪的结构,包括横向的壳体和纵向的手柄,在壳体的前端设有按摩头。按摩头可以往复震动,将按摩头压在肌肉处震动肌肉,达到舒筋活血的效果。
现有的筋膜枪结构如专利公开号CN110179646A、CN110882147A所示,它仅采用了一个按摩头的结构,因此敲击的范围很小,振动手臂时需要上下来回的运动。
其次,现有的筋膜枪不能自己反手控制按摩后背。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的上述问题,提供一种筋膜枪的触接水平传动结构及筋膜枪。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:多按摩头的筋膜枪,它包括壳体,壳体内设有电机、电路板元器件和电源,壳体内设有与电机联动的传动件,其特征在于,壳体上至少设有两个平行的孔洞,两个孔洞中设有活塞,活塞与传动件连接,活塞沿着孔洞的延伸方向往复运动,活塞与按摩头连接,按摩头位于壳体外,各按摩头错位的往复运动。
进一步的,所述传动件包括曲轴和摇杆。
进一步的,所述的传动件包括与电机连接的曲轴,以及至少两根摇杆,所述摇杆一端转动联接在曲轴上,摇杆的另外一端转动联接在活塞上,所述曲轴上至少设有两段偏心于曲轴旋转中心的偏心轴。
进一步的,所述电机的电机轴与曲轴直接连接,或者电机的电机轴与曲轴通过联轴器连接。
进一步的,其中一组按摩头处于伸展最长位置时,至少有一组按摩头处于收 缩最短位置。
进一步的,所述电机轴心线与所有活塞的运动方向垂直。
进一步的,所述曲轴的旋转中心线与活塞的运动方向垂直。
进一步的,所述壳体上设有握把,壳体的延伸方向与握把的延伸方向平行,所述按摩头运动方向与壳体的延伸方向垂直,所述电池位于握把中。
进一步的,所述壳体上设有握把,握把的延伸方向与壳体的延伸方向呈夹角,该夹角为钝角,所述按摩头运动方向与壳体的延伸方向垂直,电池位于握把中。
进一步的,所述握把与壳体之间能拆卸,电池能与握把共同从壳体上拆卸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的多按摩头可以增加按摩的区域,尤其是在主机不移动的时候可以加长按摩的区域范围。多按摩头可以错位的来回往复运动,加快了按摩的频率。本发明可以采用壳体和握把横向延伸的结构,可以自主的反手按摩背部。

实施例1
图1所示,本发明的主体部分包括壳体6和握把1,壳体6的延伸方向与握把1的延伸方向平行,具体的,它形成了“一”字的结构,按摩头15不设于壳体6的顶端,而是设于壳体6的侧面,这种设置方法有力于直握,例如需要敲背时,可以自主的反手将按摩头15对着背部敲击。
本发明设有多个按摩头15,可以大范围的进行敲击。
具体的说,本发明具有独特的传动结构。壳体6内的电机3与曲轴14连接,优选的采用联轴器连接。曲轴14的旋转中心与电机3的轴心平行。
图2所示,曲轴14包括两根端部轴5,端部轴5轴心即是旋转中心。端部轴5分别连接电机3和壳体6的顶端。两端部轴5中间设有偏心于曲轴14旋转中心的第一偏心轴7和第二偏心轴8,第一偏心轴7和第二偏心轴8不在同一直线上,第一偏心轴7和第二偏心轴8均与摇杆13连接。每根摇杆13包括第一连接端和第二连接端,其中第一连接端铰接在偏心轴上,第二连接端与活塞12铰接。
壳体6侧边上设有多个平行的且贯穿壳体6侧壁的孔洞11,活塞12限制在孔洞11中,摇杆13每转动一次即推动活塞12往复运动一次。所有活塞12的运动方向与曲轴14的旋转中心垂直。电机轴4心线与所有活塞12的运动方向垂直。
优选的。活塞12上设有插口,按摩头15包括胶棉部10和连接部9,连接部9插在活塞12的插口内。方便更换不同按摩头15,不同按摩头15具有不同形状的胶棉部10。
工作原理:通过曲轴14的转动带动摇杆13摆动,摇杆13带动活塞12和按摩头15做往复运动,各按摩头15有节奏的错位来回运动。此处的错位来回运动包括当一个按摩头15处于伸展最长位置时,另一个按摩头15处于收缩最短位置。以此形成一个旋转周期内两次按摩。
其余部分如现有的筋膜枪一样,壳体6内设有电路板元器件和电源,电 源即为电池2,壳体6外设有充电口和开关按钮,以及设有显示屏。
电池2位于握把1中,握把1与壳体6采用卡扣连接,握把1可以方便拆卸,同时电池2在握把1中也能一起被拆卸。
实施例2
与实施例1不同之处在于壳体6与握把1的形状不同,具体的说,图3所示主体部分包括壳体6和握把1,握把1的延伸方向与壳体6的延伸方向呈夹角,该夹角为钝角,按摩头15不设于壳体6的顶端,而是设于壳体6的侧面。

Claims (10)

  1. 多按摩头的筋膜枪,它包括壳体,壳体内设有电机、电路板元器件和电源,壳体内设有与电机联动的传动件,其特征在于,壳体上至少设有两个平行的孔洞,两个孔洞中设有活塞,活塞与传动件连接,活塞沿着孔洞的延伸方向往复运动,活塞与按摩头连接,按摩头位于壳体外,各按摩头错位的往复运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述传动件包括曲轴和摇杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述的传动件包括与电机连接的曲轴,以及至少两根摇杆,所述摇杆一端转动联接在曲轴上,摇杆的另外一端转动联接在活塞上,所述曲轴上至少设有两段偏心于曲轴旋转中心的偏心轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述电机的电机轴与曲轴直接连接,或者电机的电机轴与曲轴通过联轴器连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,其中一组按摩头处于伸展最长位置时,至少有一组按摩头处于收缩最短位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述电机轴心线与所有活塞的运动方向垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多按摩头的筋膜枪,其特征在于,所述曲轴的旋转中心线与活塞的运动方向垂直。
