 <概略>
<Summary>
The dosage calculation system for animal patients (hereinafter referred to as “system”) according to the embodiment of the present invention is particularly operated by a portable terminal that can be operated by a veterinarian or other veterinary medical worker or other worker in a veterinary hospital. Is configured to accept and execute the veterinary dosage calculation program.
The system is mainly for calculating the appropriate dosage at the time of dosing and prescribing performed in a veterinary hospital. In the case of animals, the amount that may be administered per 1 kg of body weight is determined. At this time, the dose to be administered may end depending on the species, body weight, and individual differences, and conventionally, the dose was calculated manually. In particular, in the case of a mixed drug such as an intravenous drip, the amount of each drug in the breakdown also changes, so if the dose is mistaken due to complicated manual calculation, the animal patient may die.
The system according to the embodiment of the present invention knows the appropriate amount of the drug to be administered, especially even when the body weight changes.

Details of drug database>
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the drug database contains information on animal species, drugs, standard amounts, and corporate standard units. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when drug A is selected for dogs, the reference amount to be administered per 1 kg of body weight as a single dose is displayed as either 2 mg or 4 mg can be selected. Will be done. In this case, for example, the veterinarian can select any amount in consideration of circumstances such as the intensity of seizures of the animal patient. Returning to FIG. 5, assuming that the target animal patient weighs 10 kg, the single dose is 10 mg, and the number of prescriptions is 21 times (3 times in the morning, noon and night x 7 days), and the total dose. Is 420 mg. When this is converted into the standard unit amount, it is calculated as 1.68 tablets. Therefore, it can be calculated that 1.68 Ekepla tablets should be made into powders or the like and 21 packets should be prepared.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the animal species information and the body weight information are acquired from the animal patient information of the medical record and the name of the drug is selected, the standard amount per 1 kg of body weight is reduced to 1 per animal. It is also possible to calculate and display the circulation (see FIG. 7), and further to display the standard unit amount by referring to the standard unit information.
Further, in FIG. 4, drip B is a drug that can be prepared by blending 6 mg of drug a, 20 ml of drug b, 5 mg of drug c, and 200 ml of drug d. A standard unit is associated with each of the drugs a to d. As shown in FIG. 6, for example, when infusion B is administered to a dog of 10 kg as body weight information, the dose is calculated from the reference amount and the body weight, and the administration unit is calculated based on the standard unit. That is, even in the case of a drug obtained by mixing a plurality of drugs (material drugs), the dose can be calculated and displayed for each of the plurality of drugs. An IV drip is made based on this information. At this time, as shown in the upper figure of FIG. 6, the administration unit of the drug a is a fraction such as 1.2. In this case, for example, if two bottles are opened and 1.2 bottles are mixed, 0.8 bottles will be discarded. Therefore, the above-mentioned editing operation unit edits 1.2 of the administration units of the drug a to 1.0. Then, as shown in the lower figure of FIG. 6, the numerical value of the reference amount is changed from the changed administration unit and standard unit information, and 5 ml is displayed. Here, the veterinarian or the like may confirm this recalculated reference amount and determine that it is within the permissible range.
In this way, even if a fraction occurs in the dose, the reference dose should be recalculated after eliminating the fraction and editing the number to be convenient for handling, and the result should be evaluated. Eliminates waste of medicine. Further, especially in the case of tablets, it is possible to formulate more accurately than measuring the amount of 1.2 tablets.
<Screen display example>
A screen display example as a user interface for inputting and outputting to the above-mentioned calculation module will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10. The design and configuration layout of the screen display example can be changed as appropriate.
As shown in FIG. 7, the name of the drug to be administered (tablet A) is displayed in the area A of the medical record screen of the animal patient to be calculated. Further, if there is room for selecting the shape of the drug in the region B, any of them can be selected (tablet, powder, syrup). Since tablets are selected in the illustrated example, oral administration (PO) is selected as the route of administration associated with the dosage form. In addition, it is possible to input the timing of administration, the daily dose (number of administrations per day), the prescribed period (number of days), and the like. The drug name (Ekepla) is displayed in the area C, and 2 mg or 4 mg can be selectively displayed as a single dose per 1 kg of body weight. Here, as described with reference to FIG. 5 described above, when 2 mg is selected, 10 mg is displayed as a single dose for one animal weighing 10 kg, and it is displayed that it is 0.5 tablets. NS.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, in the region D, the name of the procedure of subcutaneous injection, the name of the drug to be mixed, and the mixed amount are displayed. In addition, as shown in E, the same drug may be called (read out) from the past administration history. At that time, the amount to be mixed with the current body weight may be recalculated. As a result, the same drug as in the past administration can be recalculated and displayed in an appropriate amount commensurate with the current body weight.
As shown in FIG. 9, for example, even in the case of powdered medicine, it may be displayed in g units as a breakdown of the medicines to be mixed as in region F. Further, the portion displayed in g units may be displayed in a standard unit amount (lock or the like).
Note that, with reference to FIG. 10, the concept of the unit and calculation method of the drug according to the present invention and the information displayed on the screen will be supplemented.

Here, the definitions of the items displayed in FIG. 10 are as follows. In the figure, the reference arrow icon and the explanation are superimposed on the window F. In the figure, the two arrows shown in opposite directions mean the conversion of the unit amount. The number in parentheses (ver) is the unit of the displayed numerical value (the same applies hereinafter).
・ One dose per unit ・ One dose per animal (content unit ver)
・ One dose per animal (formation amount unit ver)
・ One dose per animal (unit of basic amount of formulation ver)
・ Total amount (formulation amount unit ver)
・ Total amount (unit of basic amount of formulation ver)
In addition, the calculation of the drug is performed by the following formula using the above-mentioned alphabet and Greek letters.
[Equation 1]
xxw = 1 dose per head (content unit ver)
[Equation 2]
1 dose per head (content unit ver) / α = 1 dose per head (formulation unit ver)
[Equation 3]
One dose per animal (formulation unit ver) x β = one dose per animal (basic formulation unit ver)
[Equation 4]
One dose per animal (formation amount unit ver) x y = total amount (formulation amount unit ver)
[Equation 5]
One dose per animal (unit of basic amount of preparation ver) x y = total amount (unit of basic amount of preparation ver)
Here, the unit of the single dose per unit (indicated by 2 and 4 in the figure) is the same value as the unit of the content per drug. Further, assuming that the body weight (w) is input (acquired), even if the one-time amount (x) per unit is not input, it is automatically performed if any of the following input values A and C is input. It is calculated.
Input value A: 1 dose per head (unit of content per drug ver)
Input value B: 1 dose per head (drug unit ver)
Input value C: 1 dose per animal (basic unit per drug ver).
In addition, for the above input values A to C, only the items that hold the unit on the drug master are automatically calculated, and if the unit of content is not held, the amount is once per unit. Is hidden so as not to be input, and one dose (drug unit ver) may be input per animal. The unit of the amount of the pharmaceutical product is a parameter possessed by all drugs.
By providing a system that includes the above user interface, the person in charge such as a doctor at a veterinary hospital will be able to automate the dosage calculation that has been performed manually. In addition, by recalculating the dose once calculated, it becomes possible to place a more flexible prescription order. In particular, in the case of medical treatment using animals as patients, unlike human medical treatment, the medications and prescriptions that can be applied differ fundamentally depending on the animal species and individual differences, and therefore it is possible to provide a system that reflects these. This makes it possible to provide a system that is simpler and more accurate and can solve problems peculiar to the field of veterinary medicine.
