背景技术
目前,由于手机号之类的个人信息容易泄露,大多数人都被诈骗短信以及无用的商家优惠信息困扰,这种无用信息占据了短信内容的90%以上。另外,各大应用经常推送无用的更新信息或者应用提醒,让用户能使用这些应用。但是这些信息对用户来说往往是无用的,却会在手机中以未读的形式存在。由于数量较多,用户需要花费较多的时间和精力去清理这些未读消息。
另外,电子设备上的许多应用程序都有设计未读标识(例如显示在应用程序图标一角的红点,或显示在状态栏的应用程序图标,等等)作为未读消息的提醒,例如短信应用的未读消息,这种设计非常便捷有效,可以让用户直观地看到应用程序内有新的未读消息,且不遮挡该应用程序的应用图标,但是如果未读消息不及时清理,未读标识就失去了提醒用户有新的消息未读的功能,也不能针对有用的消息起未读提醒作用。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种消息处理方法及电子设备,以解决现有电子设备接收到的无用消息过多导致用户清理未读消息所需的时间和精力成本较大,但如果不清理又会导致电子设备部分未读消息提醒功能起不到应有的作用的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:

接收第一输入;

具体来说,可以自动对所述电子设备上的应用程序进行分类,也可以由用户通过第四输入手动设置所述电子设备上的应用程序的分类,还可以自动对所述电子设备上的应用程序进行分类后,用户手动对自动分类结果进行调整。
如果是由一个应用程序来实现所述消息处理方法且需要所述电子设备自动对其上的应用程序进行分类,那么在执行所述消息处理方法之前,首先需要在所述电子设备设置界面增加以下配置项:在该应用程序中对所述电子设备上的其他应用程序根据其性质自动进行分类。
用户手动设置所述电子设备上的应用程序的分类时,可以新增分类。新增分类的步骤可以在接收用户的第四输入之前,也可以包括在接收用户的第四输入,响应于所述第四输入,设置所述电子设备上的应用程序的分类这一步骤中。所述新增分类的步骤具体可以是:接收用户的第五输入,响应于所述第五输入,增加新的分类。所述第五输入可以是第四输入之前接收到,也可以包括在所述第四输入中。
举例来说,请参阅图3,用户手动设置所述电子设备上的应用程序的分类 时,可以逐个设置各个应用程序的分类。具体的,可以从下拉选项列表中选择应用程序对应的分类。下拉选项列表中以列表形式显示有所有可选的分类。
当然,如果需要授权的话,那么只能对已授权的应用程序进行分类或设置分类。
本发明实施例中,既可以自动对所述电子设备上的应用程序进行分类,从而减少用户的工作量,也可以由用户手动设置所述电子设备上的应用程序或者针对自动分类结果进行手动调整,从而用户可以根据自己的喜好或需要设置所述电子设备上的应用程序的分类。
在另一种可选的具体实施方式中,所述第一输入包括输入用于筛选出所述第一目标未读消息的关键词,所述关键词为目标级别的名称;所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息。
其中,所述目标级别具体可以是白名单、重要、一般、黑名单等。
本发明实施例中,在用户不想对指定应用程序中的全部未读消息进行一次性清理时,可以选择分层清理指定应用程序中的未读消息。具体来说,用户可以分级别清理指定应用程序中的未读消息。请参阅图4,在用户需要清理指定应用程序中与目标级别(例如黑名单)对应的未读消息时,可以输入该目标级别的名称(例如“黑名单”)来筛选出存在属于所述目标级别的未读消息的全部应用程序,例如应用程序B、F、H和M。然后用户可以从筛选出的应用程序中选择想要清理的指定应用程序。
可选的,在从所述电子设备上存在未读消息的多个应用程序中筛选出存在所述目标级别的未读消息的全部应用程序之后,可以在目标界面显示筛选出的应用程序的列表,请参阅图4,具体可以是该筛选出的应用程序的应用图标6的列表。

本发明实施例中,用户可对其选择的一个或多个第二目标应用程序的所有未读消息进行一次性清理,全部变成已读状态。甚至,用户可以将通过第一输入筛选出来的全部应用程序均选择为所述第二目标应用程序,从而可将某一类别(目标分类)应用程序的未读消息变成已读消息。
可选的,在所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息的情况下,所述筛选出所述第二目标未读消息包括:

举例来说,请参阅图7,若用户通过第一输入输入的关键词是应用程序A的名称“A”,那么筛选出的应用程序即为应用程序A(第一目标应用程序),所述目标界面显示应用程序A中所有未读消息对应的全部级别的级别名称8,具体来说,显示的全部级别名称8有“白名单”、“重要”、“一般”和“黑名单”。另外,所述目标界面还显示有与所述全部级别一一对应的第三操作控件4。然后,用户可以通过第一子输入勾选该列表中的一个或多个级别,从而选中该一个或多个级别对应的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息。其中,所述第一子输入具体可以是针对该一个或多个级别对应的第三操作控件4的输入。当然,所述目标界面还可以显示有用于选择所述全部级别的全选操作控件3,若所述第一子输入是针对该全选操作控件3的输入,则将应用程序A中与所述全部级别对应的未读消息,也即应用程序A的全部未读消息,作为所述第二目标未读消息。

从所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个级别的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息。
举例来说,请参阅图7,用户在通过第一输入筛选出应用程序A之后,可以在目标界面勾选显示的全部级别中的一个级别或者多个级别,从而将该一个级别或多个级别对应的未读消息选中为所述第二目标未读消息。具体来说,若用户勾选“一般”和“黑名单”这两个级别,那么就将应用程序A中与“一般”和“黑名单”这两个级别对应的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息。接收用户的第二子输入,并响应于所述第二子输入,将应用程序A中的与“一般”和“黑名单”这两个级别对应的未读消息切换为已读状态,消除对应的未读标识,并更新所述目标界面的显示(请参阅图8)。
以上实施例指出,如果用户不想对某一应用程序中的全部未读消息进行一次性清理,可以通过第一输入筛选出至少一个应用程序(包括该应用程序)中属于某一级别的未读消息,然后通过第一子输入选中该应用程序中与该级 别对应的未读消息;或者,通过第一输入筛选该应用程序,然后通过第一子输入选中该应用程序需要清理的未读消息,例如选中该应用程序中与目标级别对应的未读消息,最后通过第二子输入将选中的未读消息切换成已读状态。从而,可以实现未读消息的分层清理,帮助用户筛除无用信息、甄选有用信息,提高用户效率,这对于有重要信息或者谨慎的用户很友好。
可选的,所述显示第一目标未读消息的关联信息之后,还包括:
接收对所述关联信息中的第一操作控件的第三输入;
响应于所述第三输入,显示至少部分所述第一目标未读消息的内容。

本发明实施例中,用户在通过第一输入从所述电子设备上存在未读消息的多个应用程序中筛选出属于至少一个应用程序的第一目标未读消息之后, 可自主选择是否对该第一目标未读消息进行消息预览,以判断选择哪些未读消息作为需要清理的第二目标未读消息。也就是说,用户在选择第二目标未读消息时,可以对至少部分第一目标未读消息进行预览,以准确判断哪些是可以进行清理的。
可选的,所述第二子输入为对所述关联信息中的第二操作控件的输入;或者,

或者,在本实施例提供的消息处理方法由一个应用程序(例如未读消息吸附工具)来实现的情况下,用户在输入第一子输入从所述第一目标未读消息中筛选出所述第二目标未读消息之后,用户可长按返回键进入桌面缩略图,然后将实现本发明实施例提供的消息处理方法的应用程序对应的第一目标图标移动至所述第二目标图标上然后移动至所述第三目标图标上。其中,所述第三目标图标可以是垃圾箱对应的应用图标。也就是说,接收用户的第二子输入之前,还包括:接收用户的第七输入,响应于所述第七输入,进入桌面缩略图。
相关技术中,许多应用程序都有设计红点作为未读消息的提醒,例如短信应用的未读消息,红点设计非常便捷有效,可以让用户直观地看到应用程序内有新的未读消息,且不遮挡该应用程序的应用图标,但是如果未读消息不及时清理,红点就失去了提醒用户有新的消息未读的功能。本发明实施例提供的消息处理方法,相当于使用“吸附”手段对红点进行清理,具体的,请参阅图9,用户可以长按实现本发明实施例提供的消息处理方法的应用程序 的应用图标——第一目标图标,然后移动至所述第二目标未读消息对应的应用程序的应用图标——第二目标图标上,即可将红点吸附于该应用程序上,吸附完红点后,如果用户想要清理红点,则可将所述第一目标图标移动至用户界面(User Interface,UI)的垃圾箱对应的应用图标(即第三目标图标)上,以将吸附的红点置入垃圾箱。如果用户不想清理红点,可以将该应用程序的应用图标——第一目标图标松开,红点自动返回到所述第二目标未读消息对应的应用程序上方。
本发明实施例中,用户与所述电子设备的交互简单易懂。
另外,在响应于所述第二子输入,将所述第二目标未读消息切换为已读状态,取消所述第二目标未读消息的未读标识时,还可以显示动画,该动画可以指示所述电子设备正在将用户选定的第二目标未读消息切换为已读状态,或者说所述电子设备正在消除用户选定的第二目标未读消息的未读标识。该动画可以由用户自定义,以实现未读消息清理交互的个性化配置。还可以将优秀的动画置于主题商店中供其他用户使用,加强未读消息清理的正向激励。

应理解的是,本发明实施例中,射频单元1101可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,具体的,将来自基站的下行数据接收后,给处理器1110处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频单元1101包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频单元1101还可以通过无线通信系统与网络和其他设备通信。

电子设备1100还包括至少一种传感器1105,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中, 环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板11061的亮度,接近传感器可在电子设备1100移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板11061和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别电子设备姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器1105还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元1106用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元1106可包括显示面板11061,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板11061。
用户输入单元1107可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与电子设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元1107包括触控面板11071以及其他输入设备11072。触控面板11071,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板11071上或在触控面板11071附近的操作)。触控面板11071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器1110,接收处理器1110发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板11071。除了触控面板11071,用户输入单元1107还可以包括其他输入设备11072。具体地,其他输入设备11072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板11071可覆盖在显示面板11061上,当触控面板11071检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1110以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1110根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板11061上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图11中,触控面板11071与显示面板11061是作为两个独立 的部件来实现电子设备的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板11071与显示面板11061集成而实现电子设备的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元1108为外部装置与电子设备1100连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元1108可以用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收到的输入传输到电子设备1100内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在电子设备1100和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器1109可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器1109可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1109可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器1110是电子设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1109内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1109内的数据,执行电子设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对电子设备进行整体监控。处理器1110可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器1110可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1110中。
电子设备1100还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源1111(比如电池),优选的,电源1111可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1110逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
另外,电子设备1100包括一些未示出的功能模块,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括处理器1110,存储器1109,存 储在存储器1109上并可在所述处理器1110上运行的计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器1110执行时实现上述消息处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述消息处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台电子设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种消息处理方法,应用于电子设备,包括:
    接收第一输入;
    响应于所述第一输入,显示第一目标未读消息的关联信息;其中,所述第一目标未读消息是基于所述第一输入,从所述电子设备上多个应用程序的未读消息中筛选得到;
    接收对所述关联信息的第二输入;
    响应于所述第二输入,取消第二目标未读消息的未读标识,所述第二目标未读消息包括至少部分所述第一目标未读消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一输入包括输入用于筛选出所述第一目标未读消息的关键词,所述关键词为目标分类的名称、目标级别的名称或者第一目标应用程序的名称;
    在所述关键词为所述目标分类的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息所属的应用程序为属于所述目标分类的应用程序;
    在所述关键词为所述目标级别的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息;
    在所述关键词为所述第一目标应用程序的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息或者为属于所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息的情况下,所述接收第一输入之前,还包括:
    对所述电子设备上的应用程序的消息来源对象设置级别。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述第二输入包括第一子输入和第二子输入;所述响应于所述第二输入,取消第二目标未读消息的未读标识包括:
    响应于所述第一子输入,筛选出所述第二目标未读消息;
    响应于所述第二子输入,取消所述第二目标未读消息的未读标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    在所述第一目标未读消息所属的应用程序为属于所述目标分类的应用程序的情况下,所述筛选出所述第二目标未读消息包括:
    从所述第一目标未读消息所属的至少一个应用程序中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个第二目标应用程序,并将所述第二目标应用程序的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息;
    在所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息的情况下,所述筛选出所述第二目标未读消息包括:
    从所述第一目标未读消息所属的至少一个应用程序中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个第三目标应用程序,并将所述第三目标应用程序中,属于所述目标级别的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息;
    在第一目标未读消息为属于所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息的情况下,所述筛选出所述第二目标未读消息包括:
    从所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个级别的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述显示第一目标未读消息的关联信息之后,还包括:
    接收对所述关联信息中的第一操作控件的第三输入;
    响应于所述第三输入,显示至少部分所述第一目标未读消息的内容。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第二子输入为对所述关联信息中的第二操作控件的输入;或者,
    所述第二子输入为将第一目标图标依次移动至第二目标图标及第三目标图标上的输入,所述第二目标图标为所述第二目标未读消息对应的应用程序的应用图标。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一输入;
    显示模块,用于响应于所述第一输入,显示第一目标未读消息的关联信息;其中,所述第一目标未读消息是基于所述第一输入,从所述电子设备上多个应用程序的未读消息中筛选得到;
    第二接收模块,用于接收对所述关联信息的第二输入;
    取消模块,用于响应于所述第二输入,取消第二目标未读消息的未读标识,所述第二目标未读消息包括至少部分所述第一目标未读消息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一输入包括输入用于筛选出所述第一目标未读消息的关键词,所述关键词为目标分类的名称、目标级别的名称或者第一目标应用程序的名称;
    在所述关键词为所述目标分类的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息所属的应用程序为属于所述目标分类的应用程序;
    在所述关键词为所述目标级别的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息;
    在所述关键词为所述第一目标应用程序的名称的情况下,所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,还包括:
    级别设置模块,用于对所述电子设备上的应用程序的消息来源对象设置级别。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二输入包括第一子输入和第二子输入;所述取消模块包括:
    筛选单元,用于响应于所述第一子输入,筛选出所述第二目标未读消息;
    取消显示单元,用于响应于所述第二子输入,取消所述第二目标未读消息的未读标识。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其中,所述筛选单元,用于在所述第一目标未读消息所属的应用程序为属于所述目标分类的应用程序的情况下,从所述第一目标未读消息所属的至少一个应用程序中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个第二目标应用程序,并将所述第二目标应用程序的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息;或者,
    所述筛选单元,用于在所述第一目标未读消息为属于所述目标级别的未读消息的情况下,从所述第一目标未读消息所属的至少一个应用程序中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个第三目标应用程序,并将所述第三目标应用程序中,属于所述目标级别的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息;或者,
    所述筛选单元,用于在第一目标未读消息为属于所述第一目标应用程序 的未读消息的情况下,从所述第一目标应用程序的未读消息中,筛选出用户选择的一个或多个级别的未读消息作为所述第二目标未读消息。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收对所述关联信息中的第一操作控件的第三输入;
    预览模块,用于响应于所述第三输入,显示至少部分所述第一目标未读消息的内容。
  14. 一种电子设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息处理方法中的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的消息处理方法中的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机软件产品,所述计算机软件产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的消息处理方法。
  17. 一种电子设备,用于执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的消息处理方法。
