技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材技术领域,特别涉及一种涡卷旋转复位机构及划船器。
背景技术
随着人们对自身健康越来越重视,除了合理饮食、睡眠充足之外,适当的运动健身也是必不可少的。为了让运动健身形成长期且有效的日常行为,尽可能避免受天气情况等因素的影响,多数人会利用健身器械来锻炼身体,使得人们足不出户进行身体锻炼。
多数的健身器材主要是通过设置不同阻力来达到力量强化的锻炼效果。例如划船器是一种提高综合能力的有氧运动器械,其运动类似于皮划艇,锻炼时,短时间内利用水的阻力和转轮转速的变化,使得腿部、腰部、上肢和背部的肌肉得到锻炼。
现有的划船器的回拉机构主要是通过采用弹力绳来产生旋转复位力,如公开号为CN209828073U,公开日为2019年12月24日,名称为《一种带回弹力可调的水阻划船器》的专利文件公开了一种带回弹力可调的水阻划船器,包括主转轴、牵引主转轴进行正转的拉带、牵引主转轴进行反转复位的弹力绳和调节弹力绳松紧度的调节装置,调节装置通过调节弹力绳的拉伸长度以调节弹力绳对主转轴的旋转复位力,进而调节水阻划船器的阻力,所述的调节装置包括若干限位槽和至少一个调节滑轮,调节滑轮拉伸弹力绳,将调节滑轮的中心轴卡在不同的限位槽处能切换调节装置对弹力绳的拉绳长度。
该技术方案通过弹力绳来进行回收,但是弹力绳需要在设备上绕行设置,使弹力绳具有较大的长度,减少弹力绳因变形过大而过快老化,因此在结构上较为复杂,不易安装,而且易产生磨损需频繁重新更换。
技术问题
现有的划船器的回拉机构主要是通过弹力绳来产生回弹力存在结构复杂、不易安装和易老化。
技术解决方案
本发明提供一种涡卷旋转复位机构,其中,包括转轮和主轴,所述主轴穿设于所述转轮上;
所述转轮上沿轴向分布有转盘部和回弹部,所述转盘部通过单向轴承与主轴连接,以使所述转轮带动所述主轴单向转动;
所述回弹部上设有涡卷弹簧,所述涡卷弹簧的内端固定于所述回弹部上,外端固定于涡卷盘上,所述转轮与所述涡卷盘可相对转动,以使涡卷弹簧收紧产生用于转轮旋转复位的回弹力。
在上述结构的基础上,进一步地,所述涡卷弹簧的两端分别与所述涡卷盘和所述回弹部上的挂孔扣接。
在上述结构的基础上,进一步地,所述转轮的材质为塑胶或铝合金。
在上述结构的基础上,进一步地,所述主轴的一端设置有用于阻碍所述转轮旋转的阻力机构。

有益效果
本发明提供的一种涡卷旋转复位机构,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、通过转盘部和回弹部在转轮上沿轴向分布,方便涡卷弹簧或者转盘部上的牵引部件的更换;
2、通过涡卷弹簧的两端分别与回弹部和涡卷盘固定,转轮与涡卷盘可相对转动,以使涡卷弹簧收紧产生回弹力,以及转盘部通过单向轴承与主轴连接,以使转轮在旋转复位的同时又不会带动主轴的转动;
3、在主轴上可设置用于阻碍转轮正向转动的阻力机构,该阻力机构仅用于增加转轮正向转动时的阻力,而不会阻碍转轮的旋转复位,因此该涡卷旋转复位机构可用于一些需具备回拉功能的健身器材等,同时该涡卷旋转复位机构结构简单,安装方便,兼容性强。
本发明提供的一种划船器,通过采用如上任意所述的涡卷旋转复位机构来实现旋转复位的功能,相较于现有的用弹力绳来产生回弹力的方式,采用该涡卷旋 转复位机构在划船器上的结构更加简单,便于安装,而且该涡卷旋转复位机构可模组化加工,用于多种不同机型,减少制作成本;同时涡卷弹簧与弹力绳相比具有不易老化和磨损的优点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
具体实施时,如图1、图2和图3所示,一种涡卷旋转复位机构,其中,包括转轮100和主轴200,主轴200穿设于转轮100上的轴孔内;转轮100上沿轴向分布有转盘部110和回弹部120,转盘部110通过单向轴承111与主轴200连接,以使转轮100带动所述主轴200单向转动,即转轮100正向转动时,可带动主轴200转动,转轮100反向转动时,不能带动主轴200转动。
回弹部120上设有涡卷弹簧121,涡卷弹簧121的内端固定于回弹部120 上,外端固定于涡卷盘122上,通过将涡卷盘122固定不动,施加外力以使转轮100相对涡卷盘122发生正向转动,当转轮100相对涡卷盘122正向转动时,涡卷弹簧121进行收紧产生回弹力,当外力较小或撤去时,转轮100在回弹力的作用下反向旋转复位。
转盘部110和回弹部120在转轮100上沿轴向分布,可以使转盘部110上和回弹部120互不干涉,方便涡卷弹簧121或者转盘部110上的牵引部件的更换。
需要说明的是,施加外力使转轮100相对涡卷盘122发生正向转动的方式可为手动直接旋转、或者借助拉带410的等工具牵引转轮100正向转动、又或者将转轮100置于平地上使其滚动等。
由于,转轮100正向转动时,可带动主轴200转动,转轮100反向转动时,不能带动主轴200转动,因此转轮100在回弹力的作用下旋转复位并不会带动主轴200转动。
在主轴200上设置用于阻碍转轮100正向转动的阻力机构时,该阻力机构仅用于增加转轮100正向转动时的阻力,而不会阻碍转轮100的旋转复位,因此该涡卷旋转复位机构可用于一些需具备回拉功能的健身器材中,如拉力器、划船器、健腹轮等。

具体实施时,如图1、图2和图3所示,一种涡卷旋转复位机构,其中,包括转轮100和主轴200,主轴200穿设于转轮100上的轴孔内;转轮100上沿轴向分布有转盘部110和回弹部120,转盘部110通过单向轴承111与主轴200连接,以使转轮100带动所述主轴200单向转动,即转轮100正向转动时,可带动主轴200转动,转轮100反向转动时,不能带动主轴200转动。
回弹部120上设有涡卷弹簧121,涡卷弹簧121的内端固定于回弹部120上,外端固定于涡卷盘122上,通过将涡卷盘122固定不动,施加外力以使转轮100相对涡卷盘122发生正向转动,当转轮100相对涡卷盘122正向转动时,涡卷弹簧121进行收紧产生回弹力,当外力较小或撤去时,转轮100在回弹力的作用下反向旋转复位。
转盘部110和回弹部120在转轮100上沿轴向分布,可以使转盘部110上和回弹部120互不干涉,方便涡卷弹簧121或者转盘部110上的牵引部件的更换。

优选地,所述涡卷弹簧121的两端分别与所述涡卷盘122和所述回弹部120上的挂孔123扣接。
具体实施时,如图3和图4所示,涡卷盘122和回弹部120上均设有挂孔123,涡卷弹簧121的两端均弯曲形成挂钩,分别挂入涡卷盘122和回弹部120上的挂孔123中实现扣接,便于拆装。
优选地,所述转轮100的材质为塑胶或铝合金。
具体实施时,转轮100的材质为塑胶或铝合金,采用塑胶的优点是成本低,易于加工;采用铝合金的优点是外形美观,而且铝合金的导热性能好,易于散热。
本发明还提供一种采用如上任意所述的涡卷旋转复位机构的划船器,其中,所述主轴200的一端设置有用于阻碍所述转轮100旋转的阻力机构;所述转盘部110上设置有用于牵引所述转轮100转动的手持机构。
具体实施时,如图5和图6所示,一种采用如上任意所述的涡卷旋转复位机构的划船器,其中,涡卷盘122固定在划船器的本体上,主轴200的一端设置有用于阻碍转轮100正向旋转的阻力机构,该阻力机构可为水阻器或磁阻器,用于增加转轮100正向旋转时的阻力;转盘部110上设置有用于牵引所述转轮100正向转动的手持机构,用户通过拉动该手持机构驱使转轮100正向转动,同时涡卷弹簧121收紧;由于转轮100反向转动时不会带动主轴200及主轴200上的阻力机构转动;因此,当用户撤去拉力时,在涡卷弹簧121的回弹力作用下转轮100可轻易旋转复位,同时带动手持机构复位,用户可以循环往复地运动。

优选地,所述阻力机构包括水箱310和设置在所述水箱310内的桨叶320,所述桨叶320固定于主轴200上。
具体实施时,如图5和图6所示,阻力机构采用水阻器,具体包括水箱310和设置在水箱310内的桨叶320,桨叶320固定于主轴200上,将转轮100正向转动时,带动主轴200和桨叶320转动,桨叶320在水中转动时可产生阻力,用户可以根据锻炼强度需要来调节水箱310内的水量,实现不同运动强度的快速调节;同时采用水阻器的优点是,用户在锻炼时可以听到流水声,模拟大自然的流水声,具有室外健身运动的体验;此外,搬运时可将水箱310内的水放空,减轻重量。
优选地,所述手持机构包括拉把手420和拉带410,所述拉带410一端固定有拉把手420上,另一端固定在所述转盘部110上。
具体实施时,如图5和图6所示,手持机构包括拉把手420和拉带410,拉带410一端固定有拉把手420上,另一端固定在转盘部110上,用户收握拉把手420拉动拉带410牵引转轮100正向转动。
较佳地,拉带410为尼龙编织袋。
具体实施时,拉带410采用尼龙编织袋具有价格低廉,不易磨损,使用寿命长的优点。
优选地,还包括用于安装所述涡卷旋转复位机构、阻力机构和手持机构的主架500,所述主架包括自下而上设置的底横梁510、中横梁520和顶横梁530,所述水箱310位于底横梁510和中横梁520之间,所述转轮100位于中横梁520和顶横梁530之间,所述涡卷盘122固定于所述中横梁520上。
具体实施时,如图5和图6所示,还包括用于安装涡卷旋转复位机构、阻力机构和手持机构的主架500,主架包括自下而上设置的底横梁510、中横梁520和顶横梁530,水箱310安装于底横梁510和中横梁520之间,转轮100安装于中横梁520和顶横梁530之间,涡卷盘122通过螺栓固定于中横梁520上;
如图6所示,主轴200竖向设置,主轴200穿过中横梁520,主轴200位于 中横梁520下方的一端位于水箱310内,位于中横梁520上方的一端通过单向轴承111与转轮100的转盘部110连接;
转轮100的左侧设有导正轮432,拉带410经导正轮432由竖向设置变为水平设置,再经由主架右上角的一端设置的导向轮431,改变拉带410的走向。拉带410的一端连接转盘部110并依次经过导正轮432和导向轮431后与拉把手420连接,用户通过克服阻力拉动拉把手420带动转轮100转动,达到锻炼的目的。
需要说明的是,本实施例的划船器还包括坐垫、脚踏板和显示屏等市场上的本类型产品普遍所具备的元件,其结构和使用原理在此不再赘述。
此外,本领域技术人员可根据上述描述,将本发明提供的涡卷旋转复位机构与其他健身器材的阻力机构和手持机构进行结合,做出能够实现相应旋转复位的设计,特别是一些需具备回拉功能健身器材,如拉力器和健腹轮等;通过采用该涡卷旋转复位机构,具有结构简单,安装方便,同时相较于用弹力绳来产生回弹力的方式,具有不易老化和磨损的优点,降低器材的维护成本。

  1. 一种涡卷旋转复位机构,其特征在于,包括转轮(100)和主轴(200),所述主轴(200)穿设于所述转轮(100)上;
    所述转轮(100)上沿轴向分布有转盘部(110)和回弹部(120),所述转盘部(110)通过单向轴承(111)与主轴(200)连接,以使所述转轮(100)带动所述主轴(200)单向转动;
    所述回弹部(120)上设有涡卷弹簧(121),所述涡卷弹簧(121)的内端固定于所述回弹部(120)上,外端固定于涡卷盘(122)上,所述转轮(100)与所述涡卷盘(122)可相对转动,以使涡卷弹簧(121)收紧产生用于转轮(100)旋转复位的回弹力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的涡卷旋转复位机构,其特征在于:所述涡卷弹簧(121)的两端分别与所述涡卷盘(122)和所述回弹部(120)上的挂孔(123)扣接。

  10. 一种划船器,其特征在于:包括转轮(100)和主轴(200),所述主轴(200)穿设于所述转轮(100)上;
    所述转轮(100)上沿轴向分布有转盘部(110)和回弹部(120),所述转盘部(110)通过单向轴承(111)与主轴(200)连接,以使所述转轮(100)带动所述主轴(200)单向转动;
    所述回弹部(120)上设有涡卷弹簧(121),所述涡卷弹簧(121)的内端固定于所述回弹部(120)上,外端固定于涡卷盘(122)上,所述转轮(100)与所述涡卷盘(122)可相对转动,以使涡卷弹簧(121)收紧产生用于转轮(100)旋转复位的回弹力;
    所述主轴(200)的一端设置有用于阻碍所述转轮(100)旋转的阻力机构;所述转盘部(110)上设置有用于牵引所述转轮(100)转动的手持机构。

  15. 根据权利要求10所述的划船器,其特征在于:所述手持机构包括拉把手(420)和拉带(410),所述拉带(410)一端固定有拉把手(420)上,另一端固定在所述转盘部(110)上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的划船器,其特征在于:所述拉带(410)为尼龙编织袋。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的划船器,其特征在于:还包括用于安装所述涡卷旋转复位机构、阻力机构和手持机构的主架(500),所述主架包括自下而上设置的底横梁(510)、中横梁(520)和顶横梁(530),所述水箱(310)位于底横梁(510)和中横梁(520)之间,所述转轮(100)位于中横梁(520)和顶横梁(530)之间,所述涡卷盘(122)固定于所述中横梁(520)上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的划船器,其特征在于:所述主架上还设有用于改变拉带(432)走向的导正轮(432)和导向轮(431)。
