背景技术
LED显示屏的吊装通常需要将LED显示屏锁止到箱体上,传统的锁具都是通过卡块卡入锁槽实现锁紧,但是LED显示屏在吊装时安装难度较大,例如,由于角度等因素的影响,卡块难以顺利卡入锁槽中,传统的锁具在被用于锁紧LED显示屏时操作并不方便。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种操作方便的LED显示屏锁。
一种LED显示屏锁,包括手柄;锁座,其包括基座、通孔和可滑动地设于所述基座上的卡销;以及可转动设于所述手柄上的锁芯,所述锁芯位于所述通孔内,所述锁芯上设有锁止孔。所述卡销插设于所述锁止孔内。所述手柄的周向上设有解锁部。所述解锁部与所述卡销相抵持,以驱动所述卡销退出锁止孔。
进一步的,所述卡销包括相连接的销钉杆和销钉帽。所述解锁部与所述销钉杆的端面相抵持,所述销钉帽插设于所述锁止孔内。
进一步的,所述销钉杆的端面上设有保护垫,所述解锁部与所述保护垫相抵持。
进一步的,所述解锁部包括相连接的豁口和解锁面。
进一步的,所述解锁面设置在所述豁口中,并且所述解锁面平滑过渡至所述手柄。

请参照图1至图6,一种LED显示屏锁,包括手柄1、锁座以及可转动地设于所述手柄1上的锁芯3。所述锁座2包括基座21、通孔22和可滑动地设于所述基座21上的卡销23。所述锁芯3可安装在所述通孔22内。所述锁芯3上设有锁止孔4。所述卡销23可插 设于所述锁止孔4内。所述手柄1的周向上设有解锁部5。所述解锁部5可与所述卡销23相抵持,以驱动所述卡销23退出锁止孔4。
根据本申请的各种实施例,卡销锁定在锁止孔内的状态为LED显示屏锁的锁紧状态,周向地设于手柄上的解锁部可与卡销相抵持,从而手柄的转动可驱使卡销从锁止孔内退出,以实现解锁。

请参照图1至图6,根据本申请的实施例一的一种LED显示屏锁包括手柄1、锁座2以及可转动设于所述手柄1上的锁芯3。所述锁座2包括基座21、通孔22和可滑动地设于所述基座21上的卡销23。所述锁芯3可安装在所述通孔22内。所述锁芯3上设有锁止孔4。所述卡销23可插设于所述锁止孔4内。所述手柄1的周向上设有解锁部5。所述解锁部5可与所述卡销23相抵持,以驱动所述卡销23退出锁止孔4。
请参照图4,所述卡销23包括相连接的销钉杆24和销钉帽25。当LED显示屏锁在锁止状态下时,所述解锁部5与所述销钉杆24的端面相抵持,并且所述销钉帽25插设于所述锁止孔4内。详细的,所述销钉杆24的端面上设有保护垫6,所述解锁部5与所述保护垫6相抵持。根据本申请的一个示例,所述保护垫6由尼龙制成。
在本实施例中,所述解锁部5包括相连接的豁口51和设置在豁口中的解锁面52。所述解锁面52可平滑过渡至手柄1,例如,手柄1的与锁芯3的连接部分(诸如圆柱形凸起),这可有利于保持LED显示屏锁解锁时的稳定。例如,所述解锁面52可以为斜面或弧形面。根据本申请的一个示例,所述解锁面52为弧形面。
请参照图2,所述基座21上设有容置腔8。卡销23可设置在所述容置腔8内。即,所述卡销23设置于所述容置腔8的侧壁上。详细的,所述容置腔8与所述通孔22相连通。所述LED显示屏锁还包括端盖9,用以封堵所述容置腔8的开口。在本实施例中,所述端盖9通过螺纹连接设置在所述基座21上。
可选的,LED显示屏锁还包括第一弹性件7。第一弹性件7可设置在所述容置腔8内。所述卡销23可通过所述第一弹性件7设于所述基座21上。
LED显示屏锁还包括沿所述锁芯3的轴向设置的滑槽10。所述滑槽10可设置在所述锁芯3的表面上,并可呈细长孔的形状。所述锁止孔4可设置所述滑槽10内。所述卡销23在所述滑槽10内可滑动。具体的,所述锁止孔4可设置为靠近所述滑槽10的端部。在LED显示屏锁解锁时,所述卡销23从锁止孔4内退出,然后在滑槽10内沿锁芯3的轴向方向远离所述锁止孔4滑动,如图6中所示,从而在增加稳定的同时可以防止LED显示屏锁意外锁紧。根据本申请的一个示例,所述滑槽10的远离所述锁止孔4的一端平滑过渡至所述锁芯3,从而可在从锁座2取下手柄1和锁芯3时,方便卡销从所述滑槽10内退出。
具体的,LED显示屏锁还包括套设在所述锁芯3上的第二弹性件11。所述第二弹性件11的一端与所述锁座2相接触,所述第二弹性件11的另一端与所述手柄1相接触。在本实施例中,所述第一弹性件7和第二弹性件11均为弹簧。然而,本申请不限于此,第一弹性件7和第二弹性件11也可以为弹性片等。
在本实施例中,LED显示屏锁的工作原理可简述如下:当锁紧时,操作人员手持手柄1并将锁芯3插入通孔22内,并使得卡销23的销钉帽25进入锁止孔4内,如图5中所示;当需要解锁时,由于卡销23锁定在所述锁止孔4内,并且手柄1上的解锁面52与所述销钉杆24上的保护垫6相抵持,因此可缓慢转动手柄1,使得抵持在保护垫6上的解锁部5的厚度逐渐增加,从而驱使所述卡销23从锁止孔4内退出,直至销钉帽25的顶端与滑槽10相抵持,如图6中所示,从而LED显示屏锁完成解锁。而后可以直接将手柄1和锁芯3从锁座2上取下。可选的,所述手柄1转动的角度在50°至180°的范围内。
综上所述,在根据本申请提供的LED显示屏锁中,操作人员可手持手柄并将锁芯插入通孔内,并使得卡销的销钉帽进入锁止孔内即可实现锁紧,通过转动手柄使解锁面持续向外推动保护垫从而推动销钉帽离开锁止孔,从而使卡销从锁止孔内退出,以实现解锁。在根据本申请的实施例中,保护垫可减少解锁面与销钉帽之间的摩擦损耗,延长LED显示屏锁的使用寿命。第二弹性件可以使销钉帽退出锁止孔的瞬间将手柄和锁座弹开,从而防止销钉帽意外地重新落入锁止孔内形成锁紧。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种LED显示屏锁,包括
    手柄;
    锁座,其包括基座、通孔和可滑动地设于所述基座上的卡销;以及
    锁芯,其可转动地设于所述手柄上,所述锁芯位于所述通孔内,所述锁芯上设有锁止孔,
    其中,所述卡销插设于所述锁止孔内,所述手柄的周向上设有解锁部,所述解锁部与所述卡销相抵持,以驱动所述卡销退出锁止孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述卡销包括相连接的销钉杆和销钉帽,所述解锁部与所述销钉杆的端面相抵持,所述销钉帽插设于所述锁止孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述销钉杆的端面上设有保护垫,所述解锁部与所述保护垫相抵持。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述解锁部包括相连接的豁口和解锁面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述解锁面设置在所述豁口中,并且所述解锁面平滑过渡至所述手柄。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述解锁面为斜面或弧形面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述LED显示屏锁还包括第一弹性件,所述卡销通过所述第一弹性件设于所述基座上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述基座上设有容置腔,所述第一弹性件和所述卡销设置在所述容置腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述LED显示屏锁还包括用于封堵所述容置腔的开口的端盖。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述容置腔与所述通孔相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述LED显示屏锁还包括沿所述锁芯的轴向设置的滑槽,所述锁止孔设置在所述滑槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述卡销在所述滑槽内可滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述锁止孔设置为靠近所述滑槽的端部。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述滑槽的远离所述锁止孔 的一端平滑过渡至所述锁芯。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的LED显示屏锁,其特征在于,所述LED显示屏锁还包括套设在所述锁芯上的第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述锁座相接触,所述第二弹性件的另一端与所述手柄相接触。
