本申请的有益效果是:本申请提出一种具有AIoT声效的电视机,包括分别位于电视机的第一侧面、天侧和第二侧面的多个中高音频扬声器和位于地侧的音箱,并控制具体某个或某几个中高音频扬声器发声,使得电视机的发声位置不再是固定位置,能够灵活的根据实际情况进行多个中高音频扬声器发声的组合,从而实现电视机音效的立体环绕声,给用户带来很好的视听效果。

如图1、图2和图3所示,提供一种具有AIoT声效的电视机,便于描述,以下简称“电视机”。在本实施例中,电视机可为全面屏电视机,在其他实施例中,电视机可为带边框的电视机。电视机包括正面、侧面和背面:电视机的正面设置液晶面板104;电视机的背面集成光学组件105、背板模组106、主板107和整机背板108等元件。
如图1所示,电视机还包括四个侧面,分别为:靠近地面的地侧100、第一侧面101、第二侧面103和位于顶面的天侧102。其中第一侧面101是相对于电视机使用者的左侧,第二侧面103是相对于电视机使用者的右侧。
本申请中电视机的发声系统包括音箱4和预设数量个独立设置的中高音频扬声器2。音箱4为电视机的主要发声源,中高音频扬声器2为辅助发声设备,例如,音箱4为发声系统的主音响,中高音频扬声器2为小功率喇叭。
本申请中电视机的发声系统通过音箱4和预设数量个独立设置的中高音频扬声器2叠加的发声组合,使声音出现层次感,增加立体声效果。音箱4及预设数量个中高音频扬声器2均通过导电线连接到主板107,以实现对电视机整个发声系统的音量及开关的控制。
可选地,音箱4沿电视机的竖直方向的中心轴对称分布,即左右对称分布在电视机地侧100,音箱4的数量为一个或多个,当仅设置一个时,音箱4位于电视机地侧的中心线上。优选的,音箱4的数量为偶数个,对称分布在电视机左右两侧。在本实施例中,音箱4的数量为两个,在其他实施例中,音箱的数量可以为四个。
可选地,在本实施例中,预设数量个中高音频扬声器2共有三组,每组中高音频扬声器2分别位于电视机的第一侧面101、天侧102和第二侧面103,每组至少包括一个中高音频扬声器2,即电视机的第一侧面101、天侧102和第二侧面103上均至少设置一个中高音频扬声器2,即除了地侧100外,电视机的另外三个侧面均分布有至少一个中高音频扬声器2,电视机的四个侧面均布局有用于发声的装置。
可选地,在本实施例中,位于天侧102的中高音频扬声器2可沿天侧长度方向均匀分布。或者,在其他实施例中,位于天侧102的中高音频扬声器2可沿电视机的竖直方向的中心轴对称分布。
可选地,在本实施例中,位于天侧102的中高音频扬声器2沿天侧长度方向均匀分布,均匀分布即中高音频扬声器2两两之间的距离相等,且该距离等于天侧102最左端的中高音频扬声器2与左边缘的距离,或该距离等于天侧102最右端的中高音频扬声器2与右边缘的距离。或者中高音频扬声器2,在其他实施例中,位于天侧102的中高音频扬声器2沿电视机的竖直方向的中心轴对称分布。
可选地,主板107可包括多个控制单元,每个控制单元通过线材分别连接一个中高音频扬声器2,即每个中高音频扬声器2由一个控制单元分别控制,互不干扰。使用时,主板107可以根据需求选择不同位置的中高音频扬声器2的状态为开启或关闭。通过主板107控制四个侧面的发声装置是否开启,根据实时的用户需求,可以形成环绕的立体声。
如图3、图4和图5所示,中高音频扬声器2设置在电视机中框5上,中框5可以为金属材质,也可以为塑胶或其他材料。进一步的,本申请中的电视机为全面屏液晶电视,电视机没有前框,电视机的最前端为液晶面板104,液晶面板104固定在中框5前端表面。安装时,直接将液晶面板104粘贴到电视机中框5上,从而实现全面屏效果。全面屏的设置使得用户正对着电视机正面的观看体验更好,没有前框或面壳遮挡视线。
可选地,电视机中框5后端连接整机背板108,光学组件105、背板模组106和主板107依次位于液晶面板104和整机背板108之间,其中光学组件105将电信号转化为图像信号,进行光学成像,并将成像投射在液晶面板104上,背板模组106配置成固定光学组件105,主机107配置成处理信号和智能控制,包括电路板和多个控制单元。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2隐藏设置在电视机中框5的内部,从电视机的正面观察时,无法看到设置在电视机侧面的中高音频扬声器2,从而使得电视机的外观更加简洁和大气。同时中框5的结构半包围中高音频扬声器2,也对中高音频扬声器2形成了结构上的保护,在运输和安装时,避免中高音频扬声器2的碰撞和损坏。
可选地,在中框5的侧面设计有配置成隐藏中高音频扬声器2的结构,如容腔或卡槽511等。在一种可实现的方式中,在中框5侧面设置若干卡槽511,卡槽511用以卡接中高音频扬声器2。安装时,首先将中高音频扬声器2与主板107和整机背板108等元件的电路连接,然后将中框5盖合在中高音频扬声器2上,中框5将中高音频扬声器2固定在电视机靠近侧面的内部。
同时,卡槽511表面均匀分布出声孔512,出声孔512是预留的发声通道,将中高音频扬声器2固定安装在电视机中框5和电视机主板107等元件之间,此时,中高音频扬声器2可以通过出声孔512将声音传递到外部。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2固定在出声孔512下方,中高音频扬声器2的发声面与出声孔512刚好对齐,一一对应。中高音频扬声器2采用电致发声扬声器(又称为动圈式扬声器),利用通电导体在磁场中受力振动产生声音,将电能转换成声音。中高音频扬声器2的形状可以是锥形、球顶形或其他结构。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2通过连接件513,固定在卡槽511内。中高音频扬声器2与中框5的连接方式可以是粘接、焊接或机械连接。其中粘接方式包括粘合剂粘结或溶剂粘结,机械连接方式包括铆接、螺栓连接、键销连接、弹性卡扣连接等。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2可以采用双面胶、胶水、卡扣、螺钉等方式固定在中框5上,例如用双面胶把中高音频扬声器2粘贴在中框5内侧面(如图3)。
在一种可实现方式中,连接件513可为螺钉。中高音频扬声器2两侧设置双耳固定座21,双耳固定座21是左右对称的侧翼,呈“耳朵”型或圆弧型,双耳固定座21与中高音频扬声器2本体一体成型或固定连接。双耳固定座21设有对称的螺孔,通过螺钉将双耳固定座21固定在中框5内侧面。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2对应安装在中框5的出声孔512的下方,使中高音频扬声器2的声音能够无遮挡的发出,由于声音在传播的过程中如果遇到了障碍物会被反射回来,声音的反射会形成回声,使得用户的听觉效果中掺杂回声。因此出声孔512的面积与中高 音频扬声器2的发声位置的面积一致,且位于扬声器发声位置的正上方。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2的厚度和宽度的最大尺寸均不超过4mm。电视机中框5为超薄窄边框,中框5的外边缘到液晶面板104的距离为5~8mm。由于中高音频扬声器2不能放进液晶面板104的显示区域(对画面会造成干扰),因此中高音频扬声器2的厚度的最大尺寸不超过4mm。
同时,由于电视机的尺寸对中高音频扬声器2的限制,决定了中高音频扬声器2的宽度。电视机厚度10mm左右,减去液晶面板104的厚度和整机背板的厚度,中高音频扬声器2的宽度的最大尺寸不超过4mm。因此,中高音频扬声器2的尺寸范围为长20mm~150mm*宽4mm*厚4mm。
可选地,电视机正前方有若干摄像头3,其中,至少一个摄像头3配置成获取电视机周边区域人员位置。摄像头3配置成捕捉用户收听电视时所处的位置,并将采集到的信息发送至主板107处理,主板可以根据用户收听电视时所处的位置打开靠近听众的某个或某几个中高音频扬声器2,并根据距离的远近控制音量的大小。
可选地,每个中高音频扬声器2通过一根线束与电视机的主板107相连,多根线束可以捆绑在一起,也可以单独与电视机的主板107相连,主板107对每个中高音频扬声器2实现单独控制,即可以选择开启任意某个或多个中高音频扬声器2进行音频播放。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2的具体数量按实际需求来确定。在一种可实现的方式中,电视机的第一侧面101可设置三个中高音频扬声器2,电视机的第二侧面103可设置左右对称的另外三个中高音频扬声器2,电视机的天侧102,沿长度方向均匀可分布有四个中高音频扬声器2。使用时,通过主板107控制不同位置的中高音频扬声器2发声,实现立体声播放效果。
在另一种可实现的方式中,电视机的第一侧面101可设置四个中高音频扬声器2,电视机的第二侧面103可设置左右对称的另外四个中高音频扬声器2,电视机的天侧102,沿长度方向可均匀分布有四个中高音频扬声器2。使用时,通过主板107控制不同位置的中高音频扬声器2发声,实现立体声播放效果。
可选地,中高音频扬声器2,是将电信号转换为声音的电声器件。根据扬声器输出的频率,可以分为高频(2.5-25kHz)、中频(500-7500Hz)、低频(15-5000Hz),本申请中的中高音频扬声器2可以输出中频和高频。根据扬声器的功率,可以分为大功率、小功率扬声器,本申请中的中高音频扬声器2是小功率扬声器中的一种,输出的最大音量为60分贝。小功率扬声器耗电更低,多个小功率扬声器进行组合,可以达到声音叠加增强的音效,同时多个小功率扬声器设置在不同位置上,进行空间立体布局,使得音效更加立体。
可选地,音箱4至少包括高频模块和低频模块。为了提高放音质量,扩展频率范围, 可以将至少两个不同的频率的扬声器进行组合,放入同一个音箱4,使得音箱4在整个音频范围内的频率响应曲线得到显著改善。
在本实施例中,地侧100的每个音箱4内设置2个扬声器,其中一个是高频模块,另一个是低频模块。
在其他实施例中,音箱4还包括重低音模块,即音箱4内设置3个扬声器,其中一个是高频模块,另一个是低频模块,还有一个是重低音模块,此时音质效果更好。
可选地,音箱4可以输出全频段频率,即输出高、中、低全音频的音质。音箱4的功率大于中高音频扬声器2,可以达到的最大音量也大于中高音频扬声器2,音箱4输出的最大音量为100分贝。
如图6所示,本实施详细描述了使用该电视机进行多种音效的呈现的一种可实现的方式,当打开电视机的画面播放时,电视机的主板107可以单独控制分别位于电视机的第一侧面101、天侧102和第二侧面103的每组中高音频扬声器2是否发声。通过不同的发声组合带给用户不同的视听体验,具体方法如下:
第一步,打开电视机画面播放;
第二步,调整不同位置的中高音频扬声器2是否开启。
在一些实施例中,将电视机的液晶面板104分为四行五列,分别为A、B、C、D、E列和1、2、3、4行。即将液晶面板104划分为A1、A2、A3、A4、B1、B2、B3、B4、C1、C2、C3、C4、D1、D2、D3、D4、E1、E1、E1、E1一共20个分区。在其他实施方式中,也可以将电视机的液晶面板104分为六行八列或四行七列等。
当电视画面中声音的发出位置位于某一点或区域时,则与该区域最邻近的中高音频扬声器2开启,例如,当声音的发出位置位于A1区域时,A1区域相邻的中高音频扬声器2开启,即开启左侧最上方的一个中高音频扬声器2和天侧最左边的一个中高音频扬声器2,使得用户能够清晰的感受到声音的发出位置,实现音画合一。
与此同时,地侧的一对音箱4一直保持开启状态,位于左上方的两个中高音频扬声器2和地侧的一对音箱4的音效进行叠加,使声音出现层次感,增加立体声效果。
可选地,本实施详细描述了使用该电视机进行多种音效的呈现的另一种可实现的方式:
第一步,打开电视机画面播放;
第二步,根据音量调整中高音频扬声器2或音箱4是否开启。
在一些实施例中,电视主板107把音量分成100个音阶,根据用户对音量的需求,控制每个发声单元(中高音频扬声器2或音箱4)单独发声。当系统音量小于预设值时(如音量<50),音箱4不发声或发出低音;电视机侧面设置的预设数量个中高音频扬声器2为主要发声来源,音箱4不发声或发出低音。即当电视机需要的音量很小时,可以关闭音箱 4,由于音箱4属于大功率,相比于中高音频扬声器2更加耗电,因此,当音量较低时,通过小功率的中高音频扬声器2进行发声,可以降低电视机功耗,节能省电。当音量大于或等于预设值时(如音量≥50),音箱4发出中高音。中高音频扬声器2发出低音,与音箱4发出的中高音形成混音。
可选地,本实施详细描述了使用该电视机进行多种音效的呈现的又一种可实现的方式:
当关闭电视画面播放,仅打开电视机音频播放时,通过设置在电视机上的摄像头3采集电视机周边区域人员位置,根据人员所处的位置实时动态调整不同位置的中高音频扬声器2是否开启。
当周边区域人员位于电视机正前方,所有中高音频扬声器2和所有音箱4均开启,即来自电视机四个侧面的发声装置均开启,使得位于正前方的用户听觉上产生立体环绕声效果。
当周边区域人员位于电视机两侧,开启同侧的中高音频扬声器2及天侧102的中高音频扬声器2,使得周边区域人员即使位于角落,依然能够在听觉上产生立体环绕声效果和良好的视听体验。
当无法检测到周边区域人员位置时,电视机关闭。电视机自动关闭,能够节约电源,同时智能化的满足用户的使用需求。
此外,电视机的主板107可以根据摄像头3采集的周边区域人员与电视机的距离远近调节电视机发出的音量的大小。
本申请提出一种具有AIoT声效的电视机及发声控制方法,包括分别位于电视机的第一侧面、天侧和第二侧面的多个中高音频扬声器2和位于地侧的音箱4,并控制具体某个或某几个中高音频扬声器2发声,使得电视机的发声位置不再是固定位置,能够灵活的根据实际情况进行多个中高音频扬声器2发声的组合,从而实现电视机音效的立体环绕声。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有AIoT声效的电视机,其特征在于,所述电视机的地侧设有音箱;
    所述电视机的第一侧面、天侧和第二侧面分别设有预设数量个中高音频扬声器,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面的中高音频扬声器均沿所述电视机竖直方向的中心轴对称分布;
    所述预设数量个中高音频扬声器均隐藏设置在电视机中框内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中框侧面设置若干卡槽,所述卡槽用以卡接所述中高音频扬声器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述卡槽表面均匀分布有出声孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中高音频扬声器通过连接件固定在所述出声孔下方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中高音频扬声器的发声面与所述出声孔对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中高音频扬声器包括双耳固定座,所述连接件配置成固定所述双耳固定座,以使所述中高音频扬声器固定在所述中框内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述连接件为螺钉,所述双耳固定座设有对称的螺孔,通过所述螺钉将所述双耳固定座固定在所述中框内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述天侧的中高音频扬声器均匀分布或者沿所述电视机竖直方向的中心轴对称分布。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述第一侧面或所述第二侧面的中高音频扬声器均等间隔分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述音箱沿所述电视机竖直方向的中心轴对称分布。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中高音频扬声器输出的最大音量为60分贝,所述音箱输出的最大音量为100分贝。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述音箱至少包括高频模块和低频模块。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一所述的电视机,其特征在于,所述中高音频扬声器为低功率喇叭,所述低功率喇叭的厚度和宽度的尺寸均不超过4mm。
