Description
本发明涉及传染病疫情预警领域,更具体地说,涉及一种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法及系统。
传染性疾病是人类面临的一大挑战,历史上曾有多次传染病的大爆发,给人类造成巨大灾难。传染病有着传染性强的特点,因此最好的预警方式就是避免接触患病者。但传染性疾病通常也存在潜伏期,潜伏期内通常没有症状且在潜伏期内也具有传染性,所以也应与患病者的密切接触者保持一定距离。在现代无线通信技术发展之前,想要同时检测大量的人群是不可能实现的,但随着无线通信技术、定位技术和智能终端的广泛普及,使得对大范围内群体的传染病疫情预警成为可能。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法及系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,用于传染性疾病的预警,根据用户的染病程度将其随身携带的移动终端分为确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端,所述方法包括下述步骤:
S1、云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息;
S2、所述云端服务器接收所述确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端实时上报的位置信息,所述位置信息由对应移动终端的定位模块获取;
S3、所述云端服务器根据所述位置信息判断是否有移动终端位于所述确诊终端或所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端对应的危险范围内;
S4、若是,则下发对应提醒信息至位于危险范围内的移动终端,所述移动终端通过所述提醒信息提醒用户。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,所述步骤S1中所述疑似感染者信息包括所述疑似终端的第一预设隔离时间和第一隔离范围,其中所述第一隔离范围为电子围栏;
若所述疑似终端在所述第一预设隔离时间内离开所述第一隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;
若经过所述第一预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则将所述疑似终端变更为安全终端;若在所述第一预设隔离时间内所述云端服务器接收到所述疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则将所述疑似终端变更为确诊终端。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,所述步骤S1中所述密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间;
若经过所述第二预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则将所述密切接触终端变更为安全终端;若在所述第二预设隔离时间内所述云端服务器接收到所述密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则将所述密切接触终端变更为确诊终端。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,所述步骤S1中所述密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间和第二隔离范围,其中所述第二隔离范围为电子围栏;
若所述密切接触终端在所述第二预设隔离时间内离开所述第二隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,在所述步骤S1之后若所述云端服务器接收到所述确诊终端对应患者的治愈信息,则将所述确诊终端变更为治愈终端,同时设置第三预设隔离时间和第三隔离范围,其中所述第三隔离范围为电子围栏;
若所述治愈终端在所述第三预设隔离时间内离开所述第三隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;若经过所述第三预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述治愈终端的再次复发信息,则解除所述治愈终端的隔离,并将所述治愈终端变更为安全终端。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,若所述安全终端来源于所述云端服务器中保存的疫情危险地区,则设置所述安全终端的第四预设隔离时间和第四隔离范围,其中所述疫情危险地区由所述管理终端上传至所述云端服务器,所述第四隔离范围为电子围栏;
若所述安全终端在所述第四预设隔离时间内离开所述第四隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;若经过所述第四预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述安全终端的确诊信息,则解除所述安全终端的隔离。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,设置所述安全终端的第四预设隔离时间包括:根据所述用户来源地所属疫情危险地区的风险等级设置对应的所述第四预设隔离时间,风险等级越高则对应的所述第四预设隔离时间越长。
进一步,在本发明所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,所述步骤S1包括:S11、所述云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的疫情危险地区,所述疫情危险地区包括建筑物、工业区、商业区、乡村、小区、乡镇、县市、省、国家;
所述步骤S3包括:S31、所述云端服务器根据所述位置信息判断是否有移动终端靠近或位于所述疫情危险地区内。

作为选择,在疫情期间管理部门可要求所有确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端必须开启定位模块,按要求实时上传位置信息。若云端服务器未接收到某个移动终端上传的位置信息,或者某个移动终端中断上传位置信息的时间超过预设中断时间,则云端服务器发送提醒信息至该移动终端,提醒其开启定位模块,按照防疫要求实时上传位置信息;还可同时发送提醒信息至管理终端,提醒管理人员通知该移动终端的用户开启定位模块,按照防疫要求实时上传位置信息。
本实施例的云端服务器用于接收管理终端上传的确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息等患者管理信息,云端服务器还用于接收确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端实时上报的位置信息,以及通过预设传染病疫情预警算法处理患者管理信息和位置信息,做出提醒信息,避免用户接触传染病患者及其相关人员,从而避免用户感染,还可利用大数据对疫情传播进行研究。
实施例2
参考图2,在实施例1的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警系统的基础上,本实施例的种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法用于传染性疾病的预警,根据用户的染病程度将其随身携带的移动终端分为确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端,其中确诊终端对应确诊患者,疑似终端对应疑似患者,密切接触终端对应密切接触患者,安全终端对应没有与确诊患者、疑似患者和密切接触者接触过的用户。作为选择,移动终端可为智能手机或智能手表或医用监控终端等。该传染病疫情预警方法包括下述步骤:
S1、云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息。其中确诊信息对应确诊终端,疑似感染者信息对应疑似终端,密切接触者信息对应密切接触终端。为保证信息的准确,本实施例中的传染性疾病管理机构为国家权威部门,例如政府机构、医院、海关等,传染性疾病管理机构通过管理终端登陆服务器,管理终端可以为台式电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、智能手机等智能终端。为保证患者信息的唯一性,确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息可使用用户身份证号、手机号等进行标记,例如使用手机号,每个用户的手机号可作为在云端服务器的账号。
S2、云端服务器接收确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端实时上报的位置信息,位置信息由对应移动终端的定位模块获取。每台移动终端都通过软件登陆到云端服务器,并将实时获取的位置信息上传至云端服务器;可以理解的,上传的位置信息中包含该移动终端的标记信息,例如手机号或身份证号等。作为选择,用户可在账号注册阶段填写手机号、身份证号等个人信息。当管理终端接收到确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息后,对应的移动终端就是确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端。
作为选择,若移动终端中断上传位置信息,例如用户进入建筑物内时会暂时无法获取准确的位置信息,则将中断时的位置信息或重新上传时的位置信息作为中断期间的位置信息。

S3、云端服务器根据位置信息判断是否有移动终端位于确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围内。云端服务器使用预设算法处理两个移动终端的位置信息得到两个移动终端之间的距离,预设算法可参考现有技术。得到两个移动终端之间的距离后,可判断是否有移动终端位于确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围内,危险范围为管理终端通过云端服务器设定,或者允许用户在预设危险选择范围内选择与自己相适应的危险范围,其中确诊终端的危险范围大于疑似终端的危险范围,疑似终端的危险范围大于密切接触终端的危险范围;作为选择,危险范围是以移动终端的位置为圆心的圆形范围。可以理解,不同传染性疾病的危险范围是不同的,对于不同的传染性疾病和某种传染性疾病的不同程度感染者,云端服务器接收危险范围调整信息,根据传染性疾病的种类设置对应的危险范围。
S4、若有移动终端位于确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围内,则下发对应提醒信息至位于危险范围内的移动终端,移动终端通过提醒信息提醒用户。
具体的,对于不同程度的感染者,发布的提醒信息是不同的,以是用户了解到周围存在哪个程度的感染者。若移动终端位于确诊终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有确诊患者的提醒信息;若移动终端位于疑似终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有疑似病例的提醒信息;若移动终端位于密切接触终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有密切接触者的提醒信息。若同时位于确诊终端、疑似终端和密切接触终端的两者和三者的危险范围内时,下发对应的提示信息即可。
进一步,本实施例可选用多种提醒方式来提醒用户,移动终端可使用声音提醒、震动提醒、灯光提醒、显示屏显示提醒信息中的一种或几种来提醒用户;另外还可通过声音大小反映不同危险等级,还可使用不同声音反映不危险等级,可以使用不同震动频率反映不同危险等级,还可使用不同颜色灯光反映不同危险等级等,各种提醒方式可结合使用,以达到更好的提醒效果。作为选择,显示屏使用不同颜色显示不同提醒信息,例如安全时使用绿色显示提醒信息进行显示提醒,确诊终端的提醒信息使用红色显示提醒信息进行提醒。

本实施例基于无线通信技术和定位技术对疫情期间人们的活动进行监测,及时发出提醒信息,以避免用户接触传染病患者及其相关人员,从而避免用户感染,还可利用大数据对疫情传播进行研究。
实施例3
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中步骤S1中疑似感染者信息包括疑似终端的第一预设隔离时间和第一隔离范围,其中第一隔离范围为电子围栏。若疑似终端在第一预设隔离时间内离开第一隔离范围,则云端服务器发送提醒信息至管理终端,提醒管理人员对疑似患者进行管理和控制。若经过第一预设隔离时间后云端服务器未接收到疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则说明该疑似终端对应的患者已过潜伏期,为健康人员,将疑似终端变更为安全终端;若在第一预设隔离时间内云端服务器接收到疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则说明该疑似终端对应的患者已确诊,将疑似终端变更为确诊终端。
本实施例对疑似终端对应的疑似患者进行远程定点隔离,实现远程监控,可同时监控大量疑似患者,成本低效果好。

在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中,步骤S1中密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间;若经过第二预设隔离时间后云端服务器未接收到密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则说明该密切接触者未被感染,是健康人员,将密切接触终端变更为安全终端;若在第二预设隔离时间内云端服务器接收到密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则说明该密切接触者已被感染,将密切接触终端变更为确诊终端。
进一步,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中步骤S1中密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间和第二隔离范围,其中第二隔离范围为电子围栏。若密切接触终端在第二预设隔离时间内离开第二隔离范围,则云端服务器发送提醒信息至管理终端,提醒管理人员对该密切基础者进行管理和控制。
本实施例对密切接触终端对应的密切接触患者进行远程定点隔离,实现远程监控,可同时监控大量疑似患者,成本低效果好。

在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中在步骤S1之后若云端服务器接收到确诊终端对应患者的治愈信息,则将确诊终端变更为治愈终端,因可能存在复发,所以还需要进行一段时间的隔离,同时设置第三预设隔离时间和第三隔离范围,其中第三隔离范围为电子围栏。若治愈终端在第三预设隔离时间内离开第三隔离范围,则云端服务器发送提醒信息至管理终端,提醒管理人员对康复人员进行管理和控制;若经过第三预设隔离时间后云端服务器未接收到治愈终端的再次复发信息,则解除治愈终端的隔离,并将治愈终端变更为安全终端。
本实施例对确诊终端对应的确诊患者出院后进行远程定点隔离,实现远程监控,可同时监控大量疑似患者,成本低效果好。
实施例6
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中若安全终端来源于云端服务器中保存的疫情危险地区,则设置安全终端的第四预设隔离时间和第四隔离范围,其中疫情危险地区由管理终端上传至云端服务器,疫情危险地区包括建筑物、工业区、商业区、乡村、小区、乡镇、县市、省、国家;第四隔离范围为电子围栏。若安全终端在第四预设隔离时间内离开第四隔离范围,则云端服务器发送提醒信息至管理终端;若经过第四预设隔离时间后云端服务器未接收到安全终端的确诊信息,则解除安全终端的隔离。
作为选择,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中设置安全终端的第四预设隔离时间包括:根据用户来源地所属疫情危险地区的风险等级设置对应的第四预设隔离时间,风险等级越高则对应的第四预设隔离时间越长。
本实施例对来自疫情危险地区的安全终端进行远程定点隔离,实现远程监控,可同时监控大量疑似患者,成本低效果好。
实施例7
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中步骤S1包括:S11、云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的疫情危险地区,疫情危险地区包括建筑物、工业区、商业区、乡村、小区、乡镇、县市、省、国家,疫情危险地区可根据实际发生地进行灵活设置。
步骤S3包括:S31、云端服务器根据位置信息判断是否有移动终端靠近或位于疫情危险地区内。
步骤S4中移动终端通过提醒信息提醒用户包括:移动终端在地图上显示移动终端的当前位置以及移动终端靠近或位于的确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围;移动终端在地图上显示移动终端的当前位置以及移动终端靠近或位于的疫情危险地区。使用电子地图显示,方便用户直观的查看到自己附近存在疫情,以尽快远离。
作为选择,在本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中在地图上使用不同颜色表示移动终端距离确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端或疫情危险地区的危险类型和危险等级。例如以移动终端为中心建立圆形提醒范围或区块提醒范围,不同危险类型使用不同颜色表示,可使用红色表示确诊终端,黄色表示疑似终端,粉色表示密切接触终端,绿色表示安全终端。又例如,以移动终端为中心建立圆形提醒范围或区块提醒范围,不同危险等级使用不同颜色表示,例如0-50米的圆形区域使用红色表示,50-100米的环形区域使用黄色表示,100-200米的环形区域使用粉色表示。用户通过颜色即可快速辨别出距离疫情的距离,方便用户尽快离开。
作为选择,云端服务器还可根据移动终端的位置轨迹得到该移动终端的移动方向,根据移动方向提前预判出该移动终端正在靠近或远离疫情危险地区,以尽早提醒用户。
作为选择,为方便用户尽快远离确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端或疫情危险地区,可由移动终端的当前位置信息、确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端或疫情危险地区的位置、以及周围的道路信息生成远离路线,在地图上显示该远离路线,用户按照该远离路线的指引即可远离疫情。
本实施例中当移动终端靠近疫情危险地区时发出提醒信息,以避免用户进入疫情危险地区,有效防止感染。
实施例8
在上述实施例的基础上,在本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中步骤S3包括:云端服务器根据位置信息判断是否有移动终端位于确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围内且接近绝对安全距离,绝对安全距离是指与感染者接触而不被感染的最小距离;例如某种传染性疾病的不被传染的最小距离是1米,则该传染性疾病的绝对安全距离大于1米。
步骤S4包括:若有移动终端位于确诊终端或疑似终端或密切接触终端对应的危险范围内且接近绝对安全距离,则下发提醒信息至位于危险范围内且接近绝对安全距离的移动终端,移动终端通过提醒信息提醒用户。
本实施例基于无线通信技术和定位技术对疫情期间人们的活动进行监测,及时发出提醒信息,以避免用户接触传染病患者及其相关人员,从而避免用户感染,还可利用大数据对疫情传播进行研究。
实施例9
在上述实施例的基础上,云端服务器接收并存储各个移动终端上传的位置信息,本实施例的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法中在步骤S2之后还包括:S5、若云端服务器接收到疑似终端或密切接触终端或安全终端对应用户的确诊信息,则根据密切接触者的判断条件筛选出确诊用户对应的移动终端在潜伏期内活动轨迹覆盖到的移动终端,将筛选得到的移动终端变更为密切接触终端,并发送至管理终端,管理终端可使用大数据快速找到这些密切接触者,不会因用户遗忘或故意瞒报而出现遗漏,确保不会进一步扩散。另外还可进行后期感染研究,找出传染性疾病的传播规律。
本实施例基于无线通信技术和定位技术对疫情期间人们的活动进行监测,及时发出提醒信息,以避免用户接触传染病患者及其相关人员,从而避免用户感染,还可利用大数据对疫情传播进行研究。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
专业人员还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

Claims (20)
- 一种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,用于传染性疾病的预警,其特征在于,根据用户的染病程度将其随身携带的移动终端分为确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端,其中所述确诊终端对应确诊患者,所述疑似终端对应疑似患者,所述密切接触终端对应密切接触患者,所述安全终端对应没有与确诊患者、疑似患者和密切接触者接触过的用户,所述方法包括下述步骤:S1、云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的确诊者信息、疑似感染者信息和密切接触者信息;S2、所述云端服务器接收所述确诊终端、疑似终端、密切接触终端和安全终端实时上报的位置信息,所述位置信息由对应移动终端的定位模块获取;S3、所述云端服务器根据所述位置信息判断是否有移动终端位于所述确诊终端或所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端对应的危险范围内;S4、若是,则下发对应提醒信息至位于危险范围内的移动终端,所述移动终端通过所述提醒信息提醒用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中所述疑似感染者信息包括所述疑似终端的第一预设隔离时间和第一隔离范围,其中所述第一隔离范围为电子围栏;若所述疑似终端在所述第一预设隔离时间内离开所述第一隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;若经过所述第一预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则将所述疑似终端变更为安全终端;若在所述第一预设隔离时间内所述云端服务器接收到所述疑似终端对应疑似患者的确诊信息,则将所述疑似终端变更为确诊终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中所述密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间;若经过所述第二预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则将所述密切接触终端变更为安全终端;若在所述第二预设隔离时间内所述云端服务器接收到所述密切接触终端对应密切接触者的确诊信息,则将所述密切接触终端变更为确诊终端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中所述密切接触者信息包括第二预设隔离时间和第二隔离范围,其中所述第二隔离范围为电子围栏;若所述密切接触终端在所述第二预设隔离时间内离开所述第二隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S1之后若所述云端服务器接收到所述确诊终端对应患者的治愈信息,则将所述确诊终端变更为治愈终端,同时设置第三预设隔离时间和第三隔离范围,其中所述第三隔离范围为电子围栏;若所述治愈终端在所述第三预设隔离时间内离开所述第三隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;若经过所述第三预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述治愈终端的再次复发信息,则解除所述治愈终端的隔离,并将所述治愈终端变更为安全终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,若所述安全终端来源于所述云端服务器中保存的疫情危险地区,则设置所述安全终端的第四预设隔离时间和第四隔离范围,其中所述疫情危险地区由所述管理终端上传至所述云端服务器,所述第四隔离范围为电子围栏;若所述安全终端在所述第四预设隔离时间内离开所述第四隔离范围,则所述云端服务器发送提醒信息至所述管理终端;若经过所述第四预设隔离时间后所述云端服务器未接收到所述安全终端的确诊信息,则解除所述安全终端的隔离。
- 根据权利要求6所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,设置所述安全终端的第四预设隔离时间包括:根据所述用户来源地所属疫情危险地区的风险等级设置对应的所述第四预设隔离时间,风险等级越高则对应的所述第四预设隔离时间越长。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括:S11、所述云端服务器接收传染性疾病管理机构所属管理终端上传的疫情危险地区,所述疫情危险地区包括建筑物、工业区、商业区、乡村、小区、乡镇、县市、省、国家;所述步骤S3包括:S31、所述云端服务器根据所述位置信息判断是否有移动终端靠近或位于所述疫情危险地区内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中移动终端通过所述提醒信息提醒用户包括:所述移动终端在地图上显示所述移动终端的当前位置以及所述移动终端靠近或位于的所述确诊终端或所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端对应的危险范围;所述移动终端在地图上显示所述移动终端的当前位置以及所述移动终端靠近或位于的所述疫情危险地区。
- 根据权利要求9所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,在地图上使用不同颜色表示所述移动终端距离所述确诊终端或所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端或所述疫情危险地区的危险类型和危险等级。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中所述确诊终端的危险范围大于所述疑似终端的危险范围,所述疑似终端的危险范围大于所述密切接触终端的危险范围;其中所述危险范围是以移动终端的位置为圆心的圆形范围。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3包括:所述云端服务器根据所述位置信息判断是否有移动终端位于所述确诊终端或所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端对应的危险范围内且接近绝对安全距离,所述绝对安全距离是指与感染者接触而不被感染的最小距离;所述步骤S4包括:若是,则下发提醒信息至位于危险范围内且接近绝对安全距离的移动终端,所述移动终端通过提醒信息提醒用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中下发对应提醒信息至位于危险范围内的移动终端包括:若所述移动终端位于所述确诊终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有确诊患者的提醒信息;若所述移动终端位于所述疑似终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有疑似病例的提醒信息;若所述移动终端位于所述密切接触终端的危险范围内,则下发附近有密切接触者的提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求13所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中所述移动终端通过所述提醒信息提醒用户包括:所述移动终端使用声音提醒、震动提醒、灯光提醒、显示屏显示提醒信息中的一种或几种来提醒用户;所述显示屏使用不同颜色显示不同提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述云端服务器接收危险范围调整信息,根据传染性疾病的种类设置对应的危险范围。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2之后还包括:S5、若所述云端服务器接收到所述疑似终端或所述密切接触终端或所述安全终端对应用户的确诊信息,则根据密切接触者的判断条件筛选出确诊用户对应的移动终端在潜伏期内活动轨迹覆盖到的移动终端,将筛选得到的移动终端变更为密切接触终端,并发送至管理终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,若所述移动终端中断上传所述位置信息,则将中断时的位置信息或重新上传时的位置信息作为中断期间的位置信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端为智能手机或智能手表或可穿戴设备或医用监控终端;所述定位模块为卫星定位模块、基站定位模块、WIFI定位模块、蓝牙定位模块、传感器定位模块中的一种或几种;所述传染性疾病为呼吸道传染性疾病。
- 根据权利要求18所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法,其特征在于,所述呼吸道传染性疾病为COVID-19。
- 一种基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警系统,用于传染性疾病的预警,其特征在于,包括云端服务器、管理终端和多个移动终端,所述云端服务器分别连接所述管理终端和每个所述移动终端;所述移动终端包括用于获取位置信息的定位模块,所述移动终端将获取的位置信息实时传输至所述云端服务器;所述云端服务器用于执行如权利要求1至19任一项所述的基于定位技术的传染病疫情预警方法。
