- biogas contains carbon dioxide, which has a greenhouse effect, in itself and in the exhaust fuel gas generated during combustion, it is required to suppress this release into the atmosphere.
- Patent Document 1 an energy system capable of improving energy efficiency and suppressing carbon dioxide emissions by combining a water electrolysis device and a metanation device with a cogeneration system is provided. Proposed.

- the operation pattern of the biogas utilization metanation system 100 includes the first operation pattern P1 to the fourth operation pattern P4.
- the first operation pattern P1 is an operation pattern corresponding to an operation condition in which the supply amount Qs of the gas to be processed is large and the electric power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 is large with respect to the supply amount Qs of the gas to be processed G. be. That is, in the first operation pattern P1, the processed gas G is subjected to a neutral operating condition (for example, when the supply amount Qs of the processed gas G and the electric power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 are annual average values). Is selected when the supply amount Qs of the renewable energy power generation device 146 increases and the power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 increases. Under such operating conditions, for example, as the amount of beer produced in a beer factory increases, the amount of gas G to be processed increases, and as the sunshine hours increase, renewable energy such as solar energy increases in "summer". Corresponds to "daytime".
- the control unit 122c controls the solid oxide fuel cell 114 so as to correspond to the fluctuation amount of the electric power Pa, and also controls so as to increase the operating load of the metanation device 118.
- the solid oxide fuel cell 114 can generate electricity so as to meet a relatively large demand for electric power and absorb fluctuations in the electric power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146.
- carbon dioxide contained in the gas to be processed whose supply amount increases and carbon dioxide stored in the storage device 120 are meta-nated to increase the production of methane.
- the carbon dioxide in the storage device 120 is meta-nated and supplied to the outside as methane, and the carbon dioxide generated even when the electric power Pa is reduced can be temporarily stored in the storage device 120 and discharged to the outside. There is nothing.

That is, in the second operation pattern P2, the processed gas G is subjected to a neutral operating condition (for example, when the supply amount Qs of the processed gas G and the electric power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 are annual average values). It is selected when the supply amount Qs increases and the power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 decreases. Under such operating conditions, for example, the amount of gas G to be processed increases due to the increase in beer production in the beer factory, but the renewable energy such as solar energy decreases due to the shortened sunshine hours. It is less than the amount required to process all the carbon. Therefore, by temporarily storing excess carbon dioxide (that is, carbon dioxide that cannot be meta-nated) in the storage device 120 in the system, emission to the outside is prevented.
- the solid oxide fuel cell 114 reduces the amount of exhaust fuel gas containing carbon dioxide by generating the minimum necessary amount of power within the range that meets the power demand, and suppresses the amount of carbon dioxide that becomes excessive in the system. do.

It is possible to generate the hydrogen required for metanation from the carbon dioxide. Even in such a situation where the amount of power generated by the renewable energy device is small, carbon dioxide can be processed by the surplus power, so that the capacity of carbon dioxide stored in the storage device 120 does not become excessive. That is, since the carbon dioxide storage capacity required for the storage device 120 can be suppressed, the storage device 120 can be made compact.

It is selected when the supply amount Qs decreases and the power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 increases. Under such operating conditions, for example, the amount of beer produced in a beer factory decreases, so that the amount of gas G to be processed decreases, and the sunshine duration increases, so that renewable energy such as solar energy increases. Corresponds to "daytime in spring and autumn".
- the control unit 122c controls so that the operating load of the solid oxide fuel cell 114 and the methanation device 118 is reduced.

Therefore, the total amount of carbon dioxide contained in the gas to be treated G and the total amount of carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust fuel gas from the solid oxide fuel cell 114 operated with a small operating load is treated by the metanation device 118. It can be done and carbon dioxide is not emitted to the outside.
- the fourth operation pattern P4 is an operation pattern corresponding to an operating condition in which the supply amount Qs of the gas to be processed G is small and the power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 is small. That is, in the fourth operation pattern P4, the processed gas G is subjected to a neutral operating condition (for example, when the supply amount Qs of the processed gas G and the electric power Pa of the renewable energy power generation device 146 are annual average values). Under such operating conditions, for example, the amount of beer produced in a beer factory is reduced, so that the amount of gas G to be processed is reduced, and the sunshine duration is shortened, so that renewable energy such as solar energy is reduced. Corresponds to "night in spring and autumn".

Description

CO2+4H2→CH4+2H2O-39.4kcal/mol
CO2+H2→CO+H2O+9.8kcal/mol
CO+3H2→CH4+H2O-49.3kcal/mol
CO2+4H2→CH4+2H2O-39.4kcal/mol
CO2+H2→CO+H2O+9.8kcal/mol
CO+3H2→CH4+H2O-49.3kcal/mol
システム制御部122は、例えば、CPU(Central ProcessingUnit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、及びコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体等から構成されている。
