DIFUSOR MANOS LIBRES PARA DUCHA CON SELECTOR DE MODALIDADES
DESCRIPCIÓN
Objeto de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a un difusor manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades. Antecedentes de la invención
En la actualidad se conocen difusores de ducha fijos de pared, o de mano, comprendiendo estos últimos un cuerpo hueco con orificios para salida de agua y un racor de conexión de un conducto flexible para suministro de agua. También suelen disponer de un soporte de pared, en el cual se puede utilizar el difusor como si fuera un difusor fijo de pared.
El cuerpo hueco adopta forma alargada, de mango, para poder asir y dirigir ei chorro de agua saliente a la zona deseada del cuerpo, lo que permite por ejemplo darse una dicha sin mojarse la cabeza, o darse una ducha de cuerpo entero disponiendo ei difusor en su soporte de pared. No obstante, estos difusores obligan a tener una mano ocupada cuando se utilizan para darse una ducha sin mojarse la cabeza, y cuando se utilizan colocados en ei soporte de pared, el cono de salida de agua es muy pequeño, lo cual viene obligado para que el difusor sea utilizable con la mano, por So que muchas duchas tienen un difusor fijable a la pared, de gran tamaño, y otro de mano de tamaño limitado por lo que se ha dicho.
Para solucionar estos inconvenientes, el solicitante presentó solicitud de modelo de utilidad 202030142 referente a un difusor manos libres para ducha, donde el cuerpo hueco es rígido comprende forma de herradura con dos ramas laterales, dímensionalmente adecuada esta forma de herradura para colgarse en el cuello. Esto consigue las siguientes ventajas: * Permite colocarse el difusor colgado del cuello para poder darse una ducha sin manos y sin mojame la cabeza,
* No precisa ser abrochado ni sujeto de ninguna otra forma. Simplemente la forma y configuración rígida de! cuerpo, !o mantienen perfectamente colocado, ya que mantiene la posición. Además, este documento contemplaba la posibilidad de que el difusor comprendiese un inyector de jabón incorporado en el cuerpo, que el cuerpo pudiese comprender unos resaltes inferiores de apoyo clavicular y que el cuerpo comprendiese una mitad superior portante y una tapa inferior en la cual se encuentran dispuestos los orificios para salida del agua.
Aunque se presentaban diferentes configuraciones para ios orificios de salida, para conseguir efectos adicionales en la salida del agua, estos eran limitados. Este inconveniente se soluciona con el difusor de la Invención, que presenta mejoras en este sentido.
Descripción de la invención
El difusor manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades de la invención es del tipo que comprenden un cuerpo hueco con orificios para salida de agua, y que comprende un racor de conexión de un conducto flexible para suministro de agua, donde el cuerpo es rígido y comprende forma de herradura con dos ramas laterales, dimensionalmente adecuada para colgarse en el cuello, y donde el cuerpo comprende una mitad superior portante y una tapa inferior en ia cual se encuentran dispuestos ios orificios para saiida del agua: donde de acuerdo con la invención;
-la tapa inferior comprende orificios de configuraciones funcionales diferentes, agrupados en zonas sensiblemente paralelas consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo,
-cada zona sensiblemente paralela consecutivamente al contomo del cuerpo se encuentra en comunicación exclusivamente con un canal dispuesto por el Interior del cuerpo, encontrándose configurados tantos canales como zonas sensiblemente paraieias consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo con orificios de configuraciones funcionales diferentes; y -comprendiendo a continuación del racor un selector de paso individual del flujo a los canales.
De esta forma se tiene una configuración sencilla y adaptada a la forma del difusor que permite disponer de diferentes modalidades de saiida del agua, siendo escaiabíe el número de modalidades, simplemente cambiando el número de canales en cada versión del difusor. Descripción de la Forma de Realización Preferida
El difusor (1) manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades de la invención es del tipo que comprenden un cuerpo (2) hueco con orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) para salida de agua y que comprende un racor (4) de conexión de un conducto flexible para suministro de agua, donde el cuerpo (2) es rígido y comprende forma de herradura con dos ramas laterales (28, 29), dimensionalmente adecuada para colgarse en el cuello, y donde el cuerpo (2) comprende una mitad superior (21) portante y una tapa inferior (22) en la cuai se encuentran dispuestos los orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) para salida del agua; donde de acuerdo con la invención: -la tapa inferior (22) comprende orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionales diferentes, agrupados en zonas sensiblemente paralelas (Sa, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente ai contorno del cuerpo (2) (ver fíg 2),
-cada zona sensiblemente paralela (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo (2) se encuentra en comunicación exciusívamente con un canal (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) dispuesto por el interior del cuerpo (2), encontrándose configurados tantos canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) como zonas sensiblemente paraleias (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente a! contomo del cuerpo (2) con orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionales diferentes,
-comprendiendo a continuación del racor (4) un selector (7) de paso individual del flujo a ios canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d).
En este ejemplo no limitativo de la invención, el difusor comprende cuatro canaies (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) y cuatro tipos de orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionaíes diferentes, que podrían ser:
-lluvia vertical, -pulverización vertical,
-lluvia orientada hacia el cuerpo, y -pulverización orientada hacia el cuerpo. donde los efectos se consiguen con la forma y orientación de las boquillas, de formas ya conocidas en el estado de la técnica.
Preferentemente, los canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) se encuentran configurados mediante tabiques (8) (ver fig 3} sensiblemente paralelos consecutivamente a! contorno del cuerpo (2) ímplementados en la mitad superior (21) y/o tapa inferior (22), donde mejor se considere a la hora de moldear esas piezas. En la figura 3 están moldeados en ia mitad superior (21).
Por su parte, el selector (7) comprende (ver fig 4) en este ejemplo de ia invención, por su sencillez técnica, una váivuia esférica con un mando de giro (70), y donde la esfera interior (71) de dicha válvula tiene un conducto pasante (72) en forma de embudo con su boca menor (73) adyacente a las entradas (9) de los canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 8d) y sección semejante a la de cualquiera de dichas entradas (9) para despiezarse de una a la otra mediante el giro de la esfera a través del mando de giro (70) para conducir el agua hacia uno u otro canal (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d), y boca mayor (74) es sobredimensionada sobre el diámetro interior del racor (4), ai menos, en la misma medida que ia amplitud de giro de la esfera para permitir el flujo de agua por el interior del conducto pasante (72) en cualquier conexión de la boca menor (73) con cualquiera de las entradas (9) de los canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d).
Además de lo anterior, el difusor puede incorporar características adicionales, tales como:
-el cuerpo (2) puede comprender unos resaltes inferiores (20) de apoyo clavicular (ver figs 2 y 3),
-puede comprender un elemento generador, no representado, de un flujo pulsante dispuesto en el interior del cuerpo (2).
-el cuerpo (2) puede comprender forma de herradura asimétrica, con una primera rama (28) sensiblemente recta donde se encuentra dispuesto el racor (4), y una segunda rama (29) curva para enganche en el cuello.
-el cuerpo (2) puede comprender un soporte de pared, no representado, que comprende unas formas de encaje de dicho cuerpo para mantener el mismo en posición horizontal o cercana a la horizontalidad. No obstante lo anterior, y puesto que la descripción realizada corresponde únicamente a un ejemplo de realización preferida de la invención, se comprenderá que dentro de su esenciaiidad podrán introducirse múltiples variaciones de detalle, asimismo protegidas, que podrán afectar a la forma, el tamaño o los materiales de fabricación del conjunto o de sus partes, sin que ello suponga alteración alguna de la invención en su conjunto, delimitada únicamente por las reivindicaciones que se proporcionan en lo que sigue.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. -Difusor (1) manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades, del tipo que comprenden un cuerpo (2) hueco con orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) para salida de agua y que comprende un racor (4) de conexión de un conducto flexible para suministro de agua, donde el cuerpo (2) es rígido y comprende forma de herradura con dos ramas laterales (28, 29), dimensionalmente adecuada para colgarse en el cuello, y donde el cuerpo (2) comprende una mitad superior (21) portante y una tapa inferior (22) en la cual se encuentran dispuestos los orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) para salida def agua; caracterizado por que; -la tapa inferior (22) comprende orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionales diferentes, agrupados en zonas sensiblemente paralelas (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo (2),
-cada zona sensiblemente paralela (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo (2) se encuentra en comunicación exclusivamente con un canal (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) dispuesto por el interior del cuerpo (2), encontrándose configurados tantos canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) como zonas sensiblemente paralelas (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo (2) con orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionales diferentes;
-comprendiendo, a continuación del racor (4), un selector (7) de paso Individual del flujo a ios canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d).
2. -Difusor (1) manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades según reivindicación 1, que comprende cuatro canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) y cuatro tipos de orificios (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de configuraciones funcionales diferentes,
3,-Difusor (1) manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades según reivindicación 2, donde las cuatro configuraciones funcionales son:
-lluvia vertical,
-pulverización vertical,
-lluvia orientada hacia el cuerpo, y -pulverización orientada hacia el cuerpo.
4. -Difusor (1) manos libres para ducha con selector de modalidades según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, donde los canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) se encuentran configurados mediante tabiques (8) sensiblemente paralelos consecutivamente al contorno del cuerpo (2) implementados en la mitad superior (21) o tapa inferior (22).
5. -Difusor (1) manos iibres para ducha con selector de modalidades según cualquiera de ias reivindicaciones anteriores, donde el selector (7) comprende una válvula esférica con un mando de giro (70), y donde la esfera interior (71) de dicha válvula tiene un conducto pasante (72) en forma de embudo con su boca menor (73) adyacente a las entradas (9) de los canales (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) y sección semejante a la de cualquiera de dichas entradas (9), y boca mayor (74) sobredimensionada sobre el diámetro interior del racor (4), al menos, en la misma medida que la amplitud de giro de la esfera.
