Description
本发明属于筋膜枪按摩技术领域,具体涉及一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构。
筋膜枪,也称深层肌筋膜冲击仪,按摩枪。是一台用于肌筋膜深层放松的设备,适用于运动健身后的物理按摩,它可以减轻肌肉的僵硬和酸痛,缓解肌肉疲劳,加速血液循环,以达到改善身体软组织健康的目的。但现有技术的筋膜枪一般都是手柄和锤击机体固定连接,无法转动角度,使用者使用时需要转换手柄的方位来达到锤击枪头对准需要放松的部位,多有不便;存储携带时,也因为其固定的结构形状,多有不便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中筋膜枪的手柄和锤击机体相互之间无法转动角度自由使用的弊端,提供一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,可以使手柄和机体之间相互转动,使用户使用更加方便。
本发明的发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,包括手柄和机壳,所述手柄上端固定设有两个互相平行的机壳支撑部,机壳支撑部上设有通孔,两个机壳支撑部上的通孔对齐,所述机壳两侧分别固定设有与两个通孔配合的连接圆环,连接圆环只能自转的套设在对应的通孔内,其中一个连接圆环内设有同轴心分布的圆环形结构的锁盘,锁盘固定设置在机壳上,锁盘内侧围绕中心线均匀设有若干卡接槽,设有锁盘的连接圆环内套设有只能沿着连接圆环中心线方向来回滑动的锁扣,所述锁扣包括第一底座,第一底座的中心位置固定连接有套接在所述锁盘内的且能在锁盘内转动的第一中心柱,第一中心柱端部固定连接有相对于第一中心柱侧面向外凸出的第一固定块,所述第一固定块、第一底座分别位于锁盘的两侧,所述第一中心柱外侧面均匀固定分布有至少两个与所述卡接槽配合的卡接块,卡接块与第一底座之间留有间隔;所述锁扣与机壳之间设有能驱动锁扣复位以及使卡接块嵌入卡接槽内的弹簧。
上述方案中,机壳与手柄之间通过设置的连接圆环与机壳支撑部实现转动连接,锁扣上的卡接块与锁盘的卡接槽相配合起到限位作用,当卡接块嵌在卡接槽 内时,机壳无法转动,当锁扣的第一底座上施加了朝向机壳的外力时,锁扣向机壳内侧移动,卡接块脱离卡接槽,同时安装在第一底座和机壳之间的弹簧压缩,此时机壳与手柄之间能够相对转动。当转到一定的位置时,只需要释放掉施加在第一底座上的外力,弹簧的弹力会使锁扣自动回复到当初的位置,卡接块重新嵌入卡接槽,此时锁盘被卡接块卡住,无法转动,进而固定机壳无法转动。第一固定块的设置,可以保证锁扣被弹簧回弹时位移不会超出锁扣的初始位置。机壳转动后固定的最小角度为相邻卡接槽之间的角度。
作为优选,所述连接圆环与锁盘之间留有间隔,所述弹簧一端嵌入该间隔内,另一端抵靠在第一底座上。

作为优选,所述第一中心柱为圆环形结构,第一中心柱外端设有贯穿第一中心柱两侧的凹槽,所述第一固定块为两个,两个第一固定块分别设置在凹槽两侧。第一中心柱上的凹槽可以使第一固定块受力带动第一中心柱产生一定的变形,方便第一中心柱安装进锁盘。

使用时,机壳2与手柄1之间通过通过设置的连接圆环4与机壳支撑部12实现转动连接。锁扣7上的卡接块74与锁盘5的卡接槽51相配合起到限位作用,当卡接块74嵌在卡接槽51内时,机壳2无法转动,当锁扣7的第一底座71上施加了朝向机壳2的外力时,锁扣7向机壳2内侧移动,卡接块74脱离卡接槽51,同时安装在第一底座71和机壳2之间的弹簧压缩,此时机壳2与手柄1之间能够相对转动。当转到一定的位置时,只需要释放掉施加在第一底座71上的外力,弹簧的弹力会使锁扣7自动回复到当初的位置,卡接块74重新嵌入卡接槽51,此时锁盘5被卡接块74卡住,无法转动,进而固定机壳2无法转动。第 一固定块73的设置,可以保证锁扣7被弹簧回弹时位移不会超出锁扣7的初始位置。机壳2转动后固定的最小角度为相邻卡接槽51之间的角度。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,其特征在于,未设置所述锁盘(5)的连接圆环(4)内设有卡扣(8),所述卡扣(8)包括第二底座(81),第二底座(81)的中心位置固定连接有套接在所述对应的连接圆环(4)内的第二中心柱(82),第二中心柱(82)上设有限位槽(84),所述第二中心柱(82)外端固定连接有相对于第二中心柱(82)外侧面向外凸出的第二固定块(83),第二底座(81)和第二固定块(83)分别位于连接圆环(4)两侧,所述第二底座(81)贴合设置在所述机壳支撑部(12)上,所述第二固定块(83)贴合设置在连接圆环(4)内侧面;所述连接圆环(4)内侧面固定设有与所述限位槽(84)配合的限位块(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,其特征在于,所述机壳(2)包括上机壳(21)和下机壳(22),上机壳(21)与下机壳(22)之间通过螺丝固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,其特征在于,所述第一中心柱(72)为圆环形结构,第一中心柱(72)外端设有贯穿第一中心柱(72)两侧的凹槽(75),所述第一固定块(73)为两个,两个第一固定块(73)分别设置在凹槽(75)两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,其特征在于,所述第二中心柱(82)为圆环形结构,所述第二固定块(83)为两个,两个第二固定块(83)分别设置在限位槽(84)两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种筋膜枪双支撑旋转结构,其特征在于,两个所述机壳支撑部(12)对称设置在手柄(1)上端。
