Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其包括:输水通道,所述输水通道包括进水口和出水口;雾化片,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。采用上述设计,使得本实用新型通过雾化片的高频谐振将液态水雾化,后又对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45-60度,安全时效,且本实用新型可大大减小蒸脸仪的体积,便于携带,其功耗小,节能环保。

Description

一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及蒸脸仪,特别是涉及一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置。
背景技术
目前市面上的蒸脸仪采用的是PTC加热,把水烧开超过水的沸点,进而让水从液态进入气态,改变水的物理结构。由于高温,距离把控不好容易形成烫伤。而且这种蒸脸仪体积大,不便于携带,必须置于桌面等才能使用。
因此,现在亟需设计一种能解决上述一个或者多个问题的雾化装置。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的一个或者多个问题,本实用新型提供了一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置。
本实用新型为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置,所述雾化装置包括:
输水通道,所述输水通道包括进水口和出水口;
雾化片,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及
加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。
在一些实施例中,所述出水口上设有凹槽,所述雾化片设置在所述凹槽处,所述雾化片与所述出水口同轴设置。
在一些实施例中,所述雾化片为超声波雾化片。
在一些实施例中,所述加热机构包括隔热通道、加热管及发热源,所述隔热通道一端与所述出水口连接,并将所述雾化片固定在所述出水口处,另一端 与喷口连接,所述加热管设置在所述隔热通道内并与所述出水口同轴设置,所述发热源环绕在所述加热管外壁上。
在一些实施例中,所述隔热通道与所述出水口连接的一端设有凸环,所述凸环与所述凹槽相配合,将所述雾化片固定,所述凸环与所述出水口同轴设置。
在一些实施例中,所述加热管为金属材质,所述加热管长度为20-30mm。
在一些实施例中,所述发热源为发热膜或发热丝。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相较于现有技术,本实用新型包括输水通道,所述输水通道包括进水口和出水口;雾化片,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。采用上述设计,使得本实用新型通过雾化片的高频谐振将液态水雾化,后又对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45-60度,安全时效,且本实用新型可大大减小蒸脸仪的体积,便于携带,其功耗小,节能环保。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加浅显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1-图5所示,本实用新型提供了一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置,所述雾化装置包括:
输水通道1,所述输水通道1包括进水口11和出水口12;
雾化片3,所述雾化片3设置在所述出水口12处,用于使水雾化;以及
加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口12连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。
在一些实施例里,所述出水口12上设有凹槽121,所述雾化片3设置在所述凹槽121处,所述雾化片3与所述出水口12同轴设置。
在一些实施例里,所述雾化片3为超声波雾化片3。
在一些实施例中,所述加热机构包括隔热通道2、加热管4及发热源5,所述隔热通道2一端与所述出水口12连接,并将所述雾化片3固定在所述出水口12处,另一端与喷口连接,所述加热管4设置在所述隔热通道2内并与所述出水口12同轴设置,所述发热源5环绕在所述加热管4外壁上。
在一些实施例里,所述隔热通道2与所述出水口12连接的一端设有凸环21,所述凸环21与所述凹槽121相配合,将所述雾化片3固定,所述凸环21与所述出水口12同轴设置。
在一些实施例里,所述加热管4为金属材质,所述加热管4长度为20-30mm。
在一些实施例里,所述发热源5为发热膜或发热丝。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相较于现有技术,本实用新型包括输水通道,所述输水通道包括进水口和出水口;雾化片,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。采用上述设计,使得本实用新型通过雾化片的高频谐振将液态水雾化,后又对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45-60度,安全时效,且本实用新型可大大减小蒸脸仪的体积,便于携带,其功耗小,节能环保。
具体的,水从进水口11进入,经过出水口12的雾化片3作用,将液态水分子结构打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾。本实施例采用的是超声波雾化片3,所谓超声波雾化片3,即利用电子高频震荡(振荡频率为1.7MHz或2.4MHz,超过人的听觉范围,该电子振荡对人体及动物绝无伤害),通过陶瓷雾化片3的高频谐振,将液态水分子结构打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾。
发热源5对加热管4加热,使加热管4的温度控制在45-60度之间,当水雾进入到加热管4内,加热管4即可对水雾进行加热,且在加热时,将水雾的温度控制在45-60度之间,处于人体皮肤可以接受的温度范围,不会被烫伤。
在本实施例里,发热源5可以是发热膜、发热丝或MCH等发热材料,这样的发热源5节能环保低碳,因为市面上的蒸脸仪使用功率在200-300W,功耗大,而采用本实施例的蒸脸仪,功耗在20W以下,节能90%。
加热管4采用可以导热的金属件,可以是圆筒,也可以是其他规则形状的金属件,例如长方体、正方体或圆锥形等,需要注意的是,该加热管4一定是空心的,水雾在经过加热管4时才不会被阻挡,可以顺利经过从喷口喷出。在本实施例里,加热管4的长度在20-30mm,直径大概在10mm,这样可以控制蒸脸仪的体积,便于携带使用。
在发热源5对加热管4进行加热时,需要采用隔热手段进行隔热,避免烫伤人。因此加热管4设置在隔热通道2里面。隔热通道2一端与出水口12连接,另一端与蒸脸仪的喷口连接,且出水口12、雾化片3、隔热通道2及加热 管4都是同轴设置且依次排列,保证水雾畅通无阻,水雾从雾化片3出来就进入离雾化片3极近的加热管4里进行加热。
综上所述,本实用新型包括输水通道1,所述输水通道1包括进水口11和出水口12;雾化片3,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口12连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。采用上述设计,使得本实用新型通过雾化片3的高频谐振将液态水雾化,后又对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45-60度,安全时效,且本实用新型可大大减小蒸脸仪的体积,便于携带,其功耗小,节能环保。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置包括:
    输水通道,所述输水通道包括进水口和出水口;
    雾化片,所述雾化片设置在所述出水口处,用于使水雾化;以及
    加热机构,所述加热机构与所述出水口连接,用于对水雾进行加热,使水雾温度控制在45~60度之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述出水口上设有凹槽,所述雾化片设置在所述凹槽处,所述雾化片与所述出水口同轴设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化片为超声波雾化片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述加热机构包括隔热通道、加热管及发热源,所述隔热通道一端与所述出水口连接,并将所述雾化片固定在所述出水口处,另一端与喷口连接,所述加热管设置在所述隔热通道内并与所述出水口同轴设置,所述发热源环绕在所述加热管外壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述隔热通道与所述出水口连接的一端设有凸环,所述凸环与所述凹槽相配合,将所述雾化片固定,所述凸环与所述出水口同轴设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述加热管为金属材质,所述加热管长度为20-30mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的蒸脸仪的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述发热源为发热膜或发热丝。
